I know that your hip replacements cost far more that you could have possibly paid in payroll taxes. I do not resent having helped pay for your surgeries. I really do not understand your reluctance to allow women to allow their insurance pay for their prescription drugs. It isn't even as if Lou were helping to pay for them.
That is precisely why I buy insurance, Lowell. You shouldn't have to pay towards my care. I think that woman should get whatever they pay for. That is all I get. I pay for a certain level of deductibles. It should be no different for anyone else.
Then Jim, why did you tell us all earlier that Medicare paid for most of your surgeries? Yes, I did help you pay for them and I don't mind.
Social Security is part of the insurance I paid for/pay for.

There are no natural rights. All "rights" are what man has decided to give to others. It's all about power of man over man.
That theory would mean that some are superior, the givers, and some are inferior, the receivers. What is the logic behind your theory? What makes some superior and others inferior? How do you prevent exploitation even slavery by the superior of the inferior?
Simple. All the standard means of protest including armed action. As Pat said, He who has the gold rules. It's all about power, man over man. I can see how philosophers such as you don't accept this premise. If you did, you would have nothing to philosophise about.
Yet money is not power, it's time, time spent earning it. The only way it can be transformed into power is by corrupt government.

I see though you're into one of your anti-American, anti-declaration, anti-Constitution moods.

Wow, what an argument!! I'm really amazed.

Everything you said was anti-Ameircan and runs counter to founding principles.

Chris,

Perhaps you can tell us all what you feel is loaded in the following questions.

Do you suppose that we should require folks who want joint replacements to pay extra for their insurance? How about those that want prescription seizure medication covered? Charge them extra too?

Then again, perhaps you can't.

Stoney,

In keeping with your argument, do you suppose that we should require folks who want joint replacements to pay extra for their insurance? How about those that want prescription seizure medication covered? Charge them extra too?
Care to directly address my questions, Stoney?
I thought I did. Did you not mean by 'we" government? If not, who is "we'?

Are you seriously conflicted with my answer?
