The only activities that can justifiably be restricted or prohibited by law are those that violate the natural or constitutional rights of others. There is NO natural or constitutional right not to be offended, nor is there any justification for interfering in the private activities of consenting adults.”

He has written a paper available online called “For the Love of Dog: On the Legal Prohibition of Zoophilia in Canada and the United States,” in which he argues that laws that condemn zoophilia, or sexual activity between humans and animals, while permitting other practices “are logically incoherent and are therefore inherently unjust.”

He describes himself as a left wing libertarian. Not sure what that means, but it would be interesting to here what the libertarian minded folks here have to say about this.

I think he should be in an institution.

Left wing libertarians prefer dogs as bed partners, right wing ones prefer Sheep, which better represents the symbol of their political views.

Which reminds me, how is Fluffy these days, Chris? LOL

Jim,

Don't you think you have gone a bit overboard when telling Paul to "butt out" of a discussion about an incident in Vancouver?

I not convinced that I am the one that needs to "figure it out."

Oh! I get it! Jim's comment about "butt out" was intended to be just a little off color humorous play on words. Okay! Poor taste, perhaps, but understandable.

If you understand the ends Marx and Lenin envisioned for society, you would know what Left-libertarianism is: "The first, and original, school of left-libertarianism is Libertarian socialism." Chomsky is a left libertarian.

The problem with all implementation of socialism, communism, fascism, nazism, social democracy, is that the step prior to those ends is government control, central planning, big government bureaucracy that will never relinquish that power until, as history shows, it collapses of its own unsustainable weight.
