I can't wait to get out and vote for Santorum tomorrow. Sure he is a bit of a nutjob, but he is the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic party.

Actually I agree with him partially on the separation of church and state thing. While I don't favor the Christian version of shira law, I don't think religious references in government, schools etc. really bring any harm to anyone.

As for Kennedy, what a friggen slime ball.

Yes Canada continues to suffer under Obama!

A high stock market market,
Great car sales,
Low interest rates,
ever increasing exports.

Canada and Canadians have nothing to gain by having anyone of
the current field of religious, right wing fruit cakes as President of the United States.

You forgot, American businesses moving to Canada, to get away from the Obama tax to come.

But, I don't know how anything religious in the US affects Canada. What you do have to worry about up there is some fruitcake liberal, like Obama (I prefer fruitcake to nutball or nutjobs too) complaining that the masses aren't getting enough free stuff resulting from the Martin or Harper fiscal conservative policies and upset that delicate "balance" between your fiscal conservative and social liberalism realizing that your aging population is looming in the background ready to put a strain on your health care budget and put you back in the 80s. If that happens, Obama will help you.

Obama's complaining that the masses aren't getting enough free stuff?

Really Ban, on what planet other than the alternate reality of Fox News speak does that have any credibility?

Investing in our future via education, alternative energy and trying to make health care affordable is getting free stuff? And, doesn't Canada tax business to pay for their healthc are system? So, why would a business leave here to escape being taxed for Obamacare?

Better take some caution of those Market Inconsistencies says El Erian of PIMCO

"One of the challenges investors face today is how to reconcile seemingly conflicting messages coming from different markets. Is Dow 13,000 consistent with a 10 year U.S. Treasury at 2% and gold at almost $1,800? Is $125 Brent oil consistent with cyclically low implied volatility in many market segments, as well as widening CDS spreads for Middle Eastern oil producers?"

But if you feel comfortable with the econmic strides you feel Obama has made and you understand the market, you'll do just fine.

"These are but some examples of what some market participants regard as inconsistencies (and what some policymakers feel is "typical" market irrationality). Yet they are rooted in four factors that investors need to understand well in order to navigate what is a remarkably fluid outlook for markets and, to use Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke's phrase, "an unusually uncertain" global economy:

You'd better read my post again.... I wrote, "a fruitcake LIKE Obama." He's already giving down here (taking and givng), he'd have to work past the fiscal conservative up there. There are no fiscal conservatives in federal office down here.
