And a long and expensive legal-court case will surely take place.

Jack a little info. What type of guns are/were subject to registry?

I have mixed feelings on it.

The registry as operating was just a waste of money, and deserved to be scrapped. (Rather like the Senate.)

But perhaps there could have been something better proposed.

Great example of a restored lost liberty.
So, Chris,
you willingly register your car, boat, dog and wife,
yet you feel that registering deadly weapons infringes on your rights.

Strange Eh?

Not willingly? Why do it then?

All types of guns were subject to registry,
like every type of dogs are subject to registry, and nobody complain.
Province of Quebec will fight up to the supreme court to recuperate the data and keep the registry alive.
