I agree. I do not think there are many in that state that will find anyone guilty. It will cost that college and state mega millions

Yea I have to agree, I doubt the victims would get a fair shake if the trial were heard anywhere near the university.

Can I safely assume that all of those who have already pronounced judgement without hearing any testimony or the cross examination of the witnesses would gladly recuse themselves if called to jury duty in the
Sandusy case?

Can I assume that one that refuses to see the testimony before them recuse themselves.

I haven't heard any testimony for the defense nor have I heard any direct cross examination of any testimony. Have you, Jcapps?

You read the grand jury testimony or rather you claimed you have. Thats evidence under sworn testimony. If you don't believe that then there is no chance you would believe a videotape if one existed.

You go ahead and wait Colo. But the result will be the same. Much worse than expected.

Jcpps,

Did the accused get to confront his accusers in that grand Jury? No, that's not the way a Grand Jury works. There is no cross examination and the only outcome is a determination that there is sufficient evidence to indict, not a pronouncement of guilt or innocence. Don't you really understand the American Justice System and the presumptions made within it? You know presumptions like the burden of proof and the accused right to confront his/her accusers, just to name a couple.
