Yep. If you are bailing out of where you live, it's a good time to sell. If you happen to enjoy where you live, then nothing has changed. Remember Sea Dog, once you leave the neighborhood in an inflationary time, it will be much more expensive to return if you do so. |

As I am living in the house that I built in /69, I have no intentions of leaving the area . With any luck, I will die in the house, then my wife will sell and move into an apartment or in with our daughter. |
