I'm not surprised. Even when a patient begs, pleads and coerces, the final call is up to the physician.

I personally would have liked to have seen him walk.

About time this profiteer is in handcuffs. A disgrace to the medical profession.

On the other hand there are idiot Drs who won't give meds either. I still have an expired prescription from a gall bladder surgery 4 years ago, I took 8 of the 20 vicodin pills. I told my Dr I need a new prescription due to pain I occasionally have and he refused to give me vicodin.

He had been my Dr for 15 years.

If I was a movie star I woild have gotten them on demand

Some inside information............I was in the studio in LA in 1984 with probably the most famous and successful producer of the last 25 years.
He was telling us that the evening before he went to MJs house for a meeting. went to his bedroom and was surprised to see the bed stripped and the pillows and blankets on the floor. MJ went on to say how he cannot sleep. He said he has had this problem for years.

I believe he was a good man who never had a childhood and fame was thrust upon him. I never believed any of the molestation bs. Just some trying to profit

Why?

People need to take responsibility for their own actions. Jackson killed himself by his choices.

Would you say, Thumper, that the doctor should not be held responsible for his actions?

I don't think anyone really knows what actions were really taken by anyone. Jackson was one screwed up dude and evidently has chosen for years to take dangerous drugs. We don't know the details.

Got to disagree with you on this one Thumper. No one wakes up from this and re injects himself. The bare minimum of a nurse to assist was skipped so Murray could pocket the extrqa cash and there would be no witnesses

Thmper,

We know and the jury know that the doctor administered a drug that, according to my wife the ex nurse, should always be limited to use in a hospital setting. That's malpractice at the least and murder at the worst. Second degree manslaughter seems an appropriate middle ground. Particularly when the doctor will also probably lose his license to practice.
