I learned from the Dems during the Bush administration. Now that it is turned back on them the are bawling like little babies rather than attacking the points or posting counter arguments, they attack the messenger and bawl. Tis a whole lot easier to give than to receive. Braha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha. Oh, humping the leg of a public figure is a whole lot different, don'tch think? You aren't suggesting Obama protection laws are you?

Jim,

I protested loudly and to a point where I wore out my welcome on right leaning forums when Bush Jr. was president. And I still believe I was right.

When president Obama took office I had high hopes and prayers that he live up to his billing. I also speak out against Obama policy and ;leadership..or lack thereof.

I would hope that we end up with less leg humping and more meaningful dialog around here.

There aren't enough people left who were alive when FDR was President for the poll to have meaning.

Yes, that would be nice. But there are a couple here that are fixated on my legs. But, they are on ignore and some of the other just laugh at them.

You have that right,Ken. I guess the right wing anti-FDR propaganda has been successful. Of course those right wingers don't tell folks that Reagan raised taxes twelve time, significantly increased the size of government and significantly increased the federal debt while in office. I wonder which one or combination of those things folks think made Reagan most successful?

I'll bet those dastardly rightwingers used their secret weapon old age to kill off most who would remember FDR!

"Reagan raised taxes twelve time, significantly increased the size of government and significantly increased the federal debt while in office."

Yeah, he was a terrible Congressman.

What are you talking about? Reagan was President in the 1980's and FDR was President in the 1940's. The greatest generation is the victim of old age.

If you find someone who actually lived in, vs. read about, the great depression ask him or her what they think about FDR.

Are you saying that Reagan didn't influence Congress?

Ask crawdad, he's the one made the odd statements, I was just trying to draw out how odd.

My Dad is a Blue Dog Democrat from back then and never liked him, though that was his father's influence, who hated him.

Based on his being elected to office 4 times he must have been fairly well liked...
