Looks like a SERIOUS stretch of the imagination to turn that circular outline and a buncha craters into Pac Man. How many of us would have seen it without the photo enhancement?

I'm not sure what you mean by "photo enhabcement", Eric.

The piece of the shot that Huff used in Mike's link doesn't seem to be the best.

Both the heat and combined images seem quite distinct to me.

The "mouth" seems to be related to the Herschel Crater somehow.

My misunderstanding about the false color used in the image, Brew.

One of the most interesting facets of the space program was the discovery that EVERY major satellite in the solar system is unlike every other major satellite. I suspect most planetary scientists were expecting variations on the theme of our own moon.

Man, were they wrong!

It's amazin the differences they're finding, and that's just in our Solar System...

It makes me wonder just how different other systems are going to be...
