Tia and Kirin would arrive at her home, a slight downpour having started as they walked. The rain got through the trees though, a constant tap noise echoing from the ground as the rain fell from tree leaves. Both would be pretty soaked by the time they arrived there. Tia smiled once they had arrived, slowly opening the door. "Karu doesn't seem to be here, so make yourself at home." She said. "Do you want anything?" The burmecian asked, a smile on her face as she headed for her room to get new clothes for the both of them. |

Kirin shook her head, standing there and not wanting to sit down, lest she get something wet. Her cloak was soaked, but luckily most of her clothing including the top and pants she wore were spared. "Its alright." Was all she said, glancing around. 'So she lives in Macalania Woods.. well this area is a bit secluded from the normal traveler.' She thought, nodding her head slightly. |

"You can sit if you want." Tia said. She then went into her room to change, since all she ever wore was her hat and heavy coat, unless in her own estate. |

Kirin nodded slowly, sliding off and dropping the cloak somewhere, heading over to sit down on the couch. She wasn't particulary soaked since she was covered by that one piece of garment, but still. |

Soon, Tia returned, now wearing a rather pretty gown. "Do you need a place to stay for a little while?" She asked curiously. "we don't have any extra rooms, but you can have mine. I'll sleep on the couch." Tia said. |

Kirin shook her head, looking up at Tia calmly. "I'm the guest, I'll sleep on the couch.. I should leave as soon as the next day comes, anyway." She said, sitting back. "I have to go to my guild and talk with them, tell the guild leader to talk to the Bevelle Guard's captain and clear things up. So you can go back to that city." |

"No, I insist, you can take my room. My brother always taught me to offer complete hospitality." Tia said. About then, the front door opened. Karu then walked in, carrying a basket of freshly picked fruits and such. He then stopped when he saw Tia and some strange girl sitting on the couch. "Who is this?" He asked. "Um, hi. This is Kirin. She's going to spend the night here. I met her when I was in town, and well... I think we're friends." She said. She then turned her head and smiled at Kirin. Karu made a humph noise. The girl looked wrong to him, he didn't know why. He didn't trust her for some reason. "You haven't made a friend since we got here. You probably just want to try and get her to be your girlfriend." Karu said. "Not all girls are like that, sorry to disappoint you." He said. Tia looked at Karu for a long moment, her eyes tearing slightly, though she did everything in her power to hide it. "Maybe I decided I want someone to hang out with besides you!" She yelled at him, though her voice carried some sadness in it. Tia then stood and quickly went back to her room, concealing her emotions the best she could. She truly hadn;t thought of Kirin like that, not once, not until Karu said something.. |

Kirin was surprised by all this, especially at the startling realization that Tia was les. Karu's words were a bit surprising too. Did Tia like her or something? That would have been a first, no one really did like her. She was a bit upset though, and irritated that Karu had hurt his sister like that. She stared at the burmecian, frowning. "I suggest you watch your tongue, considering she 'is' my.. friend.." She mumbled, still feeling awkward in calling anyone her so-called friend. |

"She probably wants to be more than your friend, so you might as well leave." Karu said. "Doesn't that bug you at all?" He asked. |

The girl scowled, shaking her head and standing up. "I'm not leaving until the next day, so get used to having me here tonight." She said stubbornly. |
