Things have been pretty slow at the moment.I've been trying to advertise and affiliate but due to being a little busy, I haven't been able to advertise or affiliate much and as a result, we haven't really gotten many new member as of yet. Fear not I will be doing so more affiliating and advertising most likely tomorrow.

Plots will start up as soon as we're ready so take this opportunity to gain some SP for your characters before the plot begins.

Karu arrived at his home with Freya around noon. He led her in through a rather nicely decorated livingroom, and then down a wood-paneled hallway to the third door on the left. He then opened it with a kind smile. "You can stay here as long as you like." He said.

Freya nodded with a soft smile, approaching her bed and sitting down at the side. She ran her clawed hand along the soft bed and smiled a little more. It would be nice to get a nice, peaceful sleep in a warm bed again. She then nodded at Karu, looking at him.

"Thank you again, I'll think of a way to repay you." She said in a gentle tone of voice.

"It's alright. You don't have to." He said. He then left for a quick moment, returning with a very heavy Cuckabo down blanket. "You can use this if you want to. It gets a little cold around here." He said. He then unfolded it, and gently sat it at the end of the bed for her. "Do you need anything else?" He asked.

Freya shook her head, taking off the hat she always tended to wear, placing it on the dresser nearby. She seemed hesitant in taking off her heavy jacket as well as the sash that held her spear in place. "Its fine, thank you Karu." She said with a smile, looking at him.

"I still feel I should though. Your.. really helping me out, and you hardly know me." She said softly, head tilting back slightly and the female staring up at the ceiling.

"It's alright. You really don't have to do a thing. I honestly haven't seen another Bermechian in a long time." He said, hesitantly sitting next to her just to talk for a moment. "Have you heard much from Cleyra? Have you ever even been there?" He asked. "My sister and I left there six years ago.." He said.

The burmecian's eyes widened a little, then felt them and her facial expression soften. How was she to tell him of his hometown? Of his and his sister's hometown which was..

"It.. I have been there," Freya explained, leaning forward slightly while staring down now at the ground. "But.. in the past year.. something devastating occured. An Eidolon, you know, the creatures Summoners summon.. it destroyed Cleyra.."

There was an awkward silence before she felt Karu might have a negative reaction to this, slowly placing a hand on his shoulder. "I'm sorry.. I did all that I could to protect Cleyra, I swear. The good news is though, that more then half of the citizens were evacuated. The rest well.." Her voice trailed off.

Karu looked ready to cry, though his eyes shifted to Freya. He then softly hugged her. "Thank you for telling me.." He said sadly, though he quicly felt something trying to present its self. He then quickly stopped hugging her and stood, not facing her as to hide his little problem. "Well, I'm going to let you sleep.." He said, hoping she didn't see.

Freya raised a brow; she was at first blushing mildly from the hug though her embarassment quickly shifted into confusion as he stood rather.. offish. She had a feeling something was wrong, but she wasn't quite sure what.

"Alright.." She murmured, nodding her head and smiling at the burmecian. "Try to rest yourself, though.. I'm sure this news is really difficult for you." She said, keeping a calm demeanor though there was obvious signs of sorrow and worry in her voice.

"A-alright.. I'll see you in a few hours then..." He said. He then quickly left the room, afraid of what could have happened.

About then, Tia returned, a smile on her face. She was carrying a huge basket of fish under her arm. "You never were good at fishing.." She said with a giggle.
