Noah sighed, he could at least tell Tidus some information about Ivalice and general stuff about the Archadian Empire. He sat down also, moving his helmet onto the ground, careful not to injury himself on the horns, "I come from a land far from here, I doubt you've heard of it...it's called Ivalice". He smiled and continued, "More over I come from Archadia and am a member of the Archadian Empire and the Order of the Judges, as you could tell from my title", he mused on the fact that Tidus most likely didn't know what a Judge Magister was. He continued on again, "Judge Magisters are elite members of the Archadian Army. They uphold law and order in Ivalice as well being the guards for the Archadian Royal Family...". Another flash. This time one where he was a far older. Another young man stood infront of him, "For acts of bravely and above and beyond the duty of any normal Judge...I hereby declare you as Judge Magister Validus", he announced. Noah remembered his name. Larsa Solidor. Emperor of Archadia. He stopped and looked at Tidus, "It's a nice place Ivalice...there were alot of wars but we managed to attain peace finally after a small group managed to rescue Ivalice from its ever lasting cycle of war", he finished. Tidus was listening intently though he did blank out once or twice during the story, mainly at the deatils he had no comrpehension or idea of understanding. He nodded his head politely though, eyes open wide with interest. "Wow; Ivalice huh.. sounds like a cool place." He said, nodding his head while standing up, hands behind his head as he paced around a bit. "Earlier you said from another WORLD..." He started, figuring Noah knew where to continue from there. |

Noah nodded and chuckled, "Yes I come from another world...I'm afraid I can't remember exactly how, why and when but I can say I only woke up here in Spira a few days ago", sighed Noah. "I've been trying to find a way back...", he turned to face the ruins, "...these ruins remind of a place called the Pharos at Ridorana back in Ivalice and I was hoping they might help me but it seems they can't". It was then that Noah started to notice something. Tidus was very different from the rest of the people he'd met. "If I may say...you're very different yourself...you don't seem to fit completely in this world, right?". |

Tidus was listening intently then blinked in surprise at the last bit. He looked at Noah for a second, unsure of how to respond before looking away. It was a subject he hardly talked about other then to his close friends.. aka Yuna and the other guardians such as Wakka, Kimahri, etc. "I do and I don't.. I was a dream of the fayth. Fayth.. I don't really know how to explain, but they're like unsent spirits at all the temples around Spira, which a summoner goes to, to be given an aeon." He scratched the back of his head, looking up at the crystal clear, blue sky. "They disappeared after Yuna finished Sin and Yu-Yevon off.. which meant me disappearing too. A few years passed before I suddenly appeared back here in Spira, off the shores of Besaid. Really weird." |

Noah nodded, "I take it by your expression no one else really knows that...don't worry I won't tell anyone", smiled the Judge. He stood up and stretched his arms and legs. He look at Tidus, "Seems you've had quite a journey also", mused the Judge. Noah thought for a moment. Could he be a dream? Could he really be a dream of the Fayth? Could Ivalice be gone? No. He couldn't accept that. At least not for now. His thoughts were interrupted when there a earth-shattering roar and several distorted screams broke the quiet atmosphere. Several fiends appeared from the path that Tidus had walked down from. Noah's instincts kicked in and he grabbed his helmet and the Nightmare and its holster. He fastened his helmet to the neck clips and stood between Tidus and the fiends. He reached his hand back and pulled the Nightmare from his back. Thanks to his and Tidus' Q&A, Noah had been able to rest and recover his strength. He raised the Nightmare on its side and took hold of it with both hands and pulled on either side. The sword split down the middle and the Judge now held both swords towards the fiends, "Can you fight?" |

Tidus was surprised by the sudden appearance of fiends. Luckily there weren't any civilians or innocents around, so the fight that was about to ensue could be done without worry. When the question was asked if he could fight, he laughed.. a bit hard. "Of course I can, you just watch." He said with a confident grin while running up to Noah's side, bringing out his glimmreing blade, the Brotherhood, easily wielding the -what almost could be classified as a small broadsword- in his hand. |

Noah grinned, he was starting to like Tidus a whole lot more. He had spirit and a good positive attitude. Noah raised both weapons and charged at the fiends, yelling a warcry as he rushed the enemy. He swung both weapons towards two different fiends. Both aimmed for the neck. There was a loud crack as their bones broke under the heavy blow they had just received. Both fell to the ground like rag dolls. Dead. He jumped and landed next to another fiend. This one was similar to insect he had faced early but it was larger and had larger claws too. He swung the "Shadow" and the "Shade" from either sides at the monster's rib area. There was another crack and a slight howl of pain as the monster's life came to an end. The Judge smiled, it had been a while since he had so much fun. Although he wasn't one for killing innocent people. Monsters were a totally different story. They killed anyone and everyone and so they deserved to be killed themselves. Plus the fact was that even if he wasn't in Ivalice, he had a duty to protect people and uphold order which these monsters were breaking. He join the two swords together and rushed a larger enemy. This one appeared to be some sort of armored monster. It held a large sword in its grip. Noah took a swing but found that the Nightmare only dented its armor. The monster stared at the armored Judge and then stretched out a hand and pinged the Judge away like he was a rag doll. Noah landed against the cliff edge with a thud. His back felt sorry but thankfully no damage was done thanks to his armor. He fell onto the ground, "Tidus! That seems to be armored...we'll have to take it on together", yelled the young man as he regained his footing and stance. Time to team up. |

Tidus nodded, having been in awe when seeing the Judge in action. He was a very good fighter, thhough this large fiend with the sword in his hands, he would be fun to deal with. "Right! Now stand back and let me weaken it.." He responded with a grin, a sort of red aura surrounding him as if he was preparing some big move. He then began to charge.. time almost stopped still for him, the beating of his own heart the only thing that could be heard... He then suddenly came up to the fiend, slashing wildly and hard, trying to break through its armored body. Then he would jump up... there was a blitzball laying nearby a large patch of glass nearby Noah. If he could throw it on up it could be used as a good distractor, and after Tidus would kick it at the monster's face, it would be wide open for an assault. |

Noah nodded and grabbed the weird ball, guessing that was what Tidus wanted. He threw it up towards Tidus with the best throw he had. Hoping that this attack would distract the enemy so he could tap into the Nethicite and unleash a deathblow on the fiend. Noah prepared himself and started tapping into the orbs of Nethicite that his armor held. With the added power, he could deal a blow that would be able to pierce right through that if it needed to. However, Tidus had already taken care of the armor and it had already began to show cracks. He smiled under his helmet, he was ready to strike. He started rushing towards the enemy, the Nightmare held in both hands and ready to be thrust straight into the giant's chest. C'mon Tidus the Judge urged the young man on mentally. |

Tidus smiled, glad the ball was aimed correctly as he flipped upside-down, kicking the ball with ferocity as it came shooting down.. smacking the fiend right in the face. That would definitely cause a good distraction as he landed on the large creature's shoulder, pushing off and landing further off, safely on both feet. |
