Beating heat,endless sand.It appeared that the duo had exited one wasteland to the next,except for this time,they would compete with the sun.Removing her long jacket from over her shoulders,the female would now be seen in a ninja like uniform,only it was not black,but a mixture of light purple with a white shash around her waist. "Hmmm",was all she said as she stopped for a moment and looked around,trying to find a marker of any kind. |

Aron wiped a bit of sweat off his brow, taking off his black jacket and simply letting it rest on his shoulder. He would be looking around, wondering how they ended up from the oh so dangerous Thunder Plains to such an area, a bare desert. "Heh.. if what the doctors said about them being hallucinations are true, then they'll probably get worse here." He mumbled with a slight laugh, finding the situation only slightly amusing. Deserts create mirages and hallucinations, which is why he found what he said somewhat funny. Aron then began looking around for a marker too and instead found what seemed to be a wooden post, with two arrows pointing in opposite directions -one to the left and one to the right-. He tapped Sakuya on the shoulder then walked on over, taking a look at what the signs might say. As soon as he saw what language it was in though, he frowned and let out a deep sigh. It was in Al Bhed. |

"Its in Al bhed,which means this must be near the once secret Al bhed city.But from what I heard,it was attacked long ago by the Guado.." |

"Al Bhed City huh.." Aron pondered this as he stared at the sign, then scratched his cheek a bit. "Well there's two arrows.. if one leads to the city, I wonder where the other leads." He commented. He then took out his broadsword and thrust the tip into the ground, leaning slightly against the hilt as he stared intently at the sign. "Probably further into the middle of nowhere.. I don't even know how we're supposed to navigate in this place." |

Sakuya pulled her back into a regular standing position as she then thought about this for a moment.Then,without a word,she began to walk in one of the directions indicated by the arrow. |

(If I wanted to be evil, I could so bring Angra Mainyu in.. lmao) The teen blinked a bit as he watched her walk in one of the directions, quickly pulling his blade out and running to her side again as he began walking. He decided against asking why she thought this was a right way. 'She' seems really smart after-all...' He thought with a little smile. Aron lifted his broadsword and rested it on his shoulder, glancing around. "Wonder what kind of fiends are in these parts.." He mumbled, partially to himself. |

As they walked,Sakuya stopped in her tracks as she placed her hand gently on the hilt of her blade.'I think you may just get your answer..",the teen stated while she looked around.She had sensed something,but where would it come from? (go ahead) |

Aron was able to tell as the sand seemed to pulsate, as well as sand being shot up in heavy streams into the air (that sounded wrong). "Oh great, here it comes..!" He warned, holding the hilt of his broadsword tightly with both hands, in a stance similar to Cloud Strife and Zack Fair. At that point.. the menace began emerging from the ground, towering over them a bit. There were hardly words to be able to describe the fiend.. well in truth, Aron couldn't think of anyway to describe it. All he could say though was two words. "Holy shit.." It was Angra Mainyu.. or at least an incarnation of it. ~~~~~~~~~~

Sakuya looked at the monster and let her mouth drop open only slightly.But then,she regained her composure as she began to think."Ok...this will be diffcult,but not impossible..",the samurai said as she took her fighting stance and then glared up at the beast. |

"Uh, Sakuya.." Aron started, biting his lip. But then the fiend struck at them quickly, attempting to sweep its heavy and bulking arm across the ground and ram into them. The teen swiftly jumped up high, high enough where he was lightly hovering over Angra Mainyu before coming down quick, slamming the blade down right at the center. Unfortunately though it didn't seem to do much if any damage whatsoever, the fiend slapping him back with his other hand. Thankfully Aron used his broadsword to lessen the blow, though he was still sent flying back. As he landed on his feet he looked at Terra, having tested out the fiend's strength. "Yeah.. this is going to be VERY hard.." |
