Please note that your registration has to be validated by the administrator. Do not email the admin stating that your registration didn't go through. Most likely, it did, but hasn't been approved yet. Make sure that you post and participate as soon as you have access to the board to avoid a member sweep. (In this process, members with 9 posts or less are deleted. You have to make 10+. Most likely you are given two weeks after you are validated. Now here are a few Rules/Tips/F.Y.I. for Readers and Writers of Fiction Camp: Automatic Deletion of Topic/Post: 1. Criticism(not constructive) of someone's writing attempt/ "Hating" 2. Rude comments directed to the starter of a topic, a member who replied in the topic, of a member of the FC Team consisting of the admin and moderators. 3. Something you posted is vulgar or defensive for reasons other than sophisticated discussion. Automatic Deletion/banning of Membership: 1. Copying someone else's story and writing it on here. 2. Copying someone's story from here and writing it somewhere else. 3. Bashing/Putting members on blast. If you have issues, that's what the PM is for, or address FC_BBSAdmin. Tips for Writers: 1. You should start stories you know you may add to for sure. Placing a story on Hiatus is okay and it may be closed by a Moderator if reported. However, a story on Hiatus by a member that does not attend the board will be deleted. 2.Stories must be original from your own creativity.The main point of writing is to write out ideas for great stories, due to your own creativity. 3.Writing with a partner(s) is NOT prohibited, which means YOU MAY do so. 4. DO NOT post topics under any fiction or story forum that IS NOT a story. NO ADVERTISING is allowed under any forum except the Chat forum.That means DO NOT advertise your site or story anywhere else. It will be deleted. 5. If you post a topic telling another member of this site to go there so you can personally talk to them , it will be deleted. If you personally want to talk to another member of this site, PM them by going to their profile(go to their profile by clicking on their name) and simply sending them one. 6. If you post a topic and wish to fix any mistakes that you've made in writing (mispelling a word, etc.) , simply go to that post and click "edit" in order to correct that certain error. 7. No words are banned on this site, but please keep the profanity level down.( I cannot tell you not to use it at all because profanity is a form of expression of a character in your stories!) But do not use it if it's unnecessary.
