El Yucateco - I've only had the Chile Habanereo green sauce. Very hot, I use this when I want to add just heat, such as with Chilli (after it's made, not when making chilli)

Valentina - The regular is kind of plain, I like it when something just needs some moisture, not too much added flavor or heat. I use the black label hot version when I want to also add heat.

La Preferida - Just tried for the first time. Very plain, more expensive than Valentina and not as good.

I choose Cholula about 7 times out of 10. The stuff is just perfectly balanced.
Tried all of em except for the Chili Lime, anyone ventured to try that one yet? I've never seen it.

The Cholula works on many thing other than Mexican, it is my all purpose sauce. I love the Sriracha as well, and I use on a lot of stuff too, other than Chinese.

Another excellent sauce if you can get it, it's been longer than I care to think about:
