Much easier than through the dashboard:

https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Download/History

And you can easily see all your full games, DLC, whatever. All sorted out. And you can download from there, like if you wanted to do a license transfer.

Nope.

Did you know that if you have two people signed into the 360 you can switch to "the other person's" dashboard by having that controller press the guide button, then press Y?

I think this one is more user friendly. It also shows you if you have points that are about to expire.

This might have been the site I meant to link to. I'm not sure anymore, I can't access it right now. It takes too long for me to receive a security code on my back-up email.

Pretty much everything is easier to do at xbox.com - from sending out mass messages, to finding and purchasing content... I don't do anything on the console if I can avoid it.
