I'm guessing this will be like the original series and just like 4400... start out strong and just poop out until it dies and goes away. But so far it's really neat. I love the parallels to some other events and certain politicians and media reactions.

Stole a lot from independence day (there was even reference to it in the episode), but overall it was decent. Not sure how long a show like this could last to be honest but I guess we will see.

Core- Token AZN Posts: 2,038 Group: Core Member #16 Joined: Jan 22, 2008	I thought it was just OK. I LOVED the original series back in 1983. I felt the reference to Independence Day was kinda lame. So far I'm unimpressed and remain skeptical. I noticed so far they used two guys from the Serenity movie. The supreme leader was an escort in Serenity. And that FBI dude who betray his partner (who is actually V) was the pilot of the Serenity. I haven't given up on the show yet....but I remain skeptical. If this is one of them long running shows that run every season I'm gonna stop waching after the first season because shit tends to get retarded after the first two seasons. However, if it stays true to form to the 1983 show and is a minseries, there is hope for it yet. We'll see.
