This game on anyone's radar? It hasn't been for me until very recently and it looks kinda cool. Anyone buying this game on release? It looks kinda awesome and there is 4 player co-op!! Imagine roaming the borderlands co-op with buddies hoarding loot and killing stuff. I'm intrigued. Check it out. Let me know what you think. Apparently there are over 15 million weapons in this games (with different stats and variations). I'll be playing the shit out of this game, especially since there is 4 player co-op. I've been looking forward to this game for a while. Also hoping Operation Flashpoint gets leaked soon, that should be fun until Boderlands/MW2 |

dude, this game looks really interesting. Especially the 4 player co-op. I definitely see a lot of potential for this game. If I get it, hopefully you have a legal copy and we can co-op together. lol then again...maybe you can play online with burned copies? either way..i hope this game lives up to the hype. |

I don't have that much free time allowed for a game of this size. The only game I'll be getting this fall is probably mw2... maybe AC or UC too. |

ok, I'm reviving this thread because I've been interested in this game and it looks like some of you have it!!! Badour & Cap. I've been debating......Ballad of Gay Tony or Borderlands! What do you guys think? damn it..i just realized my console is still in texas. |

I would do Borderlands now. I'm probably going to get it tonight. Too many games coming out right now. I really do want to finish UC2 a 2nd time around but I would like to play a little Borderlands and then Forza 3 next Tues. Uhggggggggg. |

I know, it's crazy with all these games out. And now since I took a MW break, so that I'd be ready for MW2 I'm kind of missing it and getting into that again too. And Haximo is getting really good at it (he beats Severed Dan one on one sometimes, but Severed still almost always does better in matches) so we've been jumping into that sometimes. And Halo is interesting again... Too many games. |

I just beat it last night, the first play through anyway (every play through gets harder but you find such sick items) Took be just over 24 hours total. Great game, i played as Siren, the girl who is badass with SMGs. Her power is kinda lame but she makes up for it with awesome skills. I was level 34 when I beat the game. I want to start a Soldier or Hunter. Let me know if you guys want to get a 4 player co-op game going sometime this week. I can't play tonight anymore but send me a text in the next few days I'm always up for it. I probably won't be playing anything else until Modern Warfare 2 comes out.... |

Got Borderlands tonight and I think it's badass. Haven't played any co-op or multi-player but maybe after I rank up a bit. I don't really have a lot of perks right now at level 11 but it shouldn't take me long to rank up. How exactly do you beat this game? Do you finish all of the challenges or what? I'm playing as shooter. |

Its nothing like fallout's gameplay. Its more of s FPS than an RPG IMO. The controls are exactly the same as the call of duty series (even the grenade and run butons). I think the only drawback is the graphics, I'm not sayin they are bad but if it had gears of war style graphics on the unreal 3 engine it would be a contender for game of the year. The weapon variations and inventory system is wayyy better than fallout. Plus you get to drive around in a car if you want in Borderlands which I think was a big drawback in Fallout 3. I can see borderlands 2 being game of the year in 2011 if they keep the same formula but improve on a few things. Plus fallout 3 was lonely playing all by yourself, 4 player co-op is badass. I'd rent it first if you are on the fence, its not for everyone I guess. |

I agree that it is nothing like Fallout 3. I'm just starting Fallout 3 but it hasn't captured my attention yet. I really like Borderlands though. The look that they were going for was cartoonish not real so the graphics don't bother me. I'm kindof sick of the damn dog things though. I could see me playing this for a long time. I also love that everything you do in SP and MP transfers. If you get something in MP you can use it in SP and vice versa. The controls on the car are a little hard to get use to but I really do like the game and the smart ass comments are very funny. Get it Alex, you'll like it. |

Tough call...I would get UC2 first and then get Borderlands at a future date. I think it's good enough that you'll have to get it. I think people will be playing Borderlands for a while on Xbox 360. I think you'll love the story and challenge of UC2 though. Oh...and Chloe's ass. |

The Siren is pretty bad ass eh? Mine is level 49, almost maxed her out at 50. Shes sooo good with SMGs |
