hey guys Im heading up to NY On the 26th, and hitting a show and picking up a bunch of rabbits from carol o'sullivan. she still has 2 available if aanyone is interested in them. I can bring them back for ya. She has some REALLY Nice Bunnies. Alot are from My lines and hobbs', some bastet's. she has an orange Sr buck here is the escription she gave me "He's just over 4 pounds but super nice and from small parents and small grand parents. He may come below 4 pound. Some of mine do that. They get a bit of a belly when they are around 6 months and lose it later. Fun Fur Fair play was like that. But this guys head hints that it's going to be massive and if that's the case he many finish around 4.2. maybe 4.4. He got an adult coat in at 5 months old. " he is free if anyone wants him she also has a black otte jrr buck. this would be a good chance to add some color to your rabbits. if you breed them to agouti's you can pull chestnut, chin, opal, squirrel, fawn (cream), orange, blacks, and blues as well as otter...good chance to add some color to your rabbitry. i would take him but i am already getting a blue otter from her outta my buck flash. she has him listed at 40 on her site, but would prob. take offers. she says he is REALLY nice, and if she wasn't trying to cut way down she would keep him to use with her chins. anyways thought i would offer... |

mom wants to know if she will have them there at the show for sale, so that she can look at them. What happens if you breed the otter to a tort? or a self? |

If you breed him to Tort, you can get Torted Otter, very pretty, but very unshowable. If you breed him to Self, most likely you will get otter, or even self. Susie :) |

thanks for the color lesson Susie. How soon will the otters be passed? Who has the COD now? Maybe Abby or Laura would be interested in the Otter. I think Laura had an otter fuzzy. |

LOL who knows when they will be of ever. the COD just passed to charlene Everette...I think thats what marilyn told me.... it takes ALOT of work and time and space and money to go to all the conventiones to get them passed. I've been outta the loop for the past 4 years so im not sure what the problem is with them not passing.. the few i have seen have been pretty dang nice, jacob i'll talk to her Im sure she can bring them if anyone is Interested. I told her if noone bites on the orange buck I would take him. but i really have too many bucks as is, the black otter is outta a chin buck and a br black doe, |

Since we won't have chins anyone, I don't think I would be interested in the otter fuzzy, and we don't have too many agoutis either anymore. |

If I was closer I would take that black otter in a heart beat. I'm one of very few on this side of the country working on the otters. I simply adore the color and am always looking for new lines. |

I would definately take the orange if I didnt have too many solid orange bucks but if I had the room I would definately take him to see how he finishes out. |
