The Grimm Reaper
Archais Atrum Vi Tempora

In 2203, a massive asteroid struck the continent of Australia, vaporizing a third of the continent and carpeting the eastern hemisphere with ash for years. The ash itself housed a special extraterrestrial bacterial parasite. It spread rapidly throughout the world without any knowledge of how to stop it. It mutated the bodies of its host and turned them into monstrous creatures, without any sense of control or morality. In those chaotic first two weeks, two young businessmen, Nicholas Alexander Grimmholt and his best friend (insert Zuggy's name here) were trapped inside the ash and infected. They emerged from that hell nearly a decade later, but not as monsters, but gods. They were the only two survivors of the first viral strain, and it changed them to the point where they could not be called humans. Their muscles became stronger than steel cable a mile thick, their bones, stronger than diamond, and the structure of their skin changed to a near impenetrable dual layer. The outermost layer was equivalent to thirty feet of kevlar body armor. The interior layer formed a 'psuedo exoskeleton' which could take massive impacts with ease.

The most defining change, however, was not in their bodies themselves, but what they were now capable of doing with them. The parasite, as it evolved, gave it's hosts incredible powers, and these two men were no exception. Grimmholt was able to 'bend' the laws of space and time, allowing him incredible speed and firepower.
