Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

True enough. I find it most interesting that it went back to the neck and shoulder though. To me it seems that the blight wants to be there and guard that area the most and only leaves it when damage is done elsewhere that it has to heal. Either way we can always go with the plan I stated and see how it goes - we will just aim the attacks on various vital points and try to cause the blight to be overspread and weakened/to leave the vital point we want unguarded.

In any case, before we got about dealing with Krauser let's deal with his knives. I'm going to try destroying some of them with the glorious power of SUNGLASSES but seriously, if anyone has defensive/countering techs now would probably be a good time to use them. The knives sound quite nasty to be hit with, so the fewer that make contact with everyone, the better.

It wasn't really stated where the blades came from on Krauser but either way I will have Artesia use something to try and help the inactive people from becoming guacamole. I still have the darkness tech active so Artesia gets a bonus to the techs she uses inside of it, I will have her use her utility based tech in a somewhat off manner way.

NEUMA - (9)

Type: Utility/Offensive
Range: Rank * 7m from self, Rank * 3m

Effect: Artesia concentrates on a particular spot on the ground up to a maximum radius of Rank * 3m (24m) , imbuing it with a portion of her magic. When an enemy steps into this area, an inky, black shadowy mass will shoot upward from the ground and grasp onto them, dealing Rank damage in the process. Additionally, this shadowy mass will hold targets in the area still, preventing movement, unless they have a Power stat of 90 or higher, allowing them to break free. The "trap" can exist for 2 posts. An enemy can be trapped for a maximum of 3 posts.

Cooldown: 3 posts

I don't see why these tendrils of magic can't spring up from the ground etc to take as many of the blades as possible for everyone. She can also avoid the charge from Krauser easily enough. Leonidas I assume is alright with the attack on him?

Yeah, he's fine. Way more concerned about the many fast knives than the sword arm. The knives come from puddles of the Blight currently spread across the room, as an FYI, so they're quite literally everywhere and are ricocheting everywhere.

Well Artesia is safe from them as I can use one of her techs to protect her from them, but as for defending the others from the blades ... the previously mentioned tech is really all she has.

Ok - so Leonidas is alright avoiding the attack coming at him, Artesia is alright avoiding the attacks coming at her, Artorius is alright doing Artorius things and Artesia is going to try and intercept as many ricocheting blades as she can with one of her techs. The plan is for everyone to try and deal damage at the same time to as many parts of Krauser as we can to make the blight spread and leave him vulnerable yes?

I don't even know.
So like, does that explosion thing Artesia able to differentiate between friend and foe? Just curious for my next post since Jaxus is basically at the epicenter.

Well, he is dunking Krauser but that doesn't mean Artesia's bomb detonates while he is still there, I imagine she would do her thing as he backs off. But otherwise, not really - if it goes off inside of Krauser then Artesia anyone else right near him will feel a blast.. but it would be weakened by his body taking more of the explosion I dare say.
