Thoughts on dodging/blocking the bullets? Also, it seems that Greiser's got some sort of electricity thing, although while he's brandishing that it's gonna be hard for him to shoot syringes most likely, so maybe now's a good time to do some more melee focused things? I can always send some more knives at him if you'd like. |

Ok I plan to have Artesia make a surprise attack on this mutated Krauser. She will LIKELY leap onto his back and stab the fuck out of his neck or something but I haven't decided 100% until I write the post. Just thought I would share what I am thinking for now after a quick read of what I had missed. I will post before I sleep tonight. |

Something something Artorius's OP effect gives everyone extra OP 1 damage to deal, so there's that. Leo will probably try to debuff him with Jaxus's knife and then either hang back or try to attack him from melee range. |

Based on the mod post that went up today I have a plan; It seems that the blight has to move from area to area to heal his wounds and wherever it is hardens. So.... If everyone attacks him in different areas at once then Artesia can get back onto him and to that neck area where he seems to be the most protective. Her dagger is able to teleport her to it (which is still lodged into his shoulder area) and she is able to get straight back up there to deliver a good stab to his injection area once the blight moves away from it in response to damage. Thoughts? |

Ehhhh, it's a good plan beyond stabbing him in the neck area. From what we've learned so far, the injection site of the Blight seems to have far less of an impact compared to whether or not the host is alive. I'm pretty sure the Blight needs its host to be alive in order to function, so I would say target a vital area versus the point of injection (or, you know, attempt to behead/stab him in such a way that it'll do both). You'll have to time it so that Artesia attacks after everyone else, however, and do something instantly fatal, that way the Blight doesn't just sacrifice other parts of Krauser's body. |

True, however the mod post states that he is protective of that injection site area for some reason. |

I don't even know.

So, not like it matters, but here's my drunken opinion. I initially thought the Blight was spreading, but Lightning seems to have pointed out an interesting thing, and fact checking, that makes sense when I read the mod post in more detail. Here's what's just bothering me... -The back is noted as a more dangerous area. -Yes, it's stated they are more protective of their neck area, and that "was" stated after Artesia made an attack on the neck, but "before" it shifted back to the shoulder. -We also know that the neck was the injection site. -That said, we can not be sure if the Blight is moving, or protecting it's neck, in order to spread the blight and infection over a larger area, but in the end, the solution seems about the same. -I.E. What Reya mentioned, strike vital points, not to say this "can't" be the neck, as it is a vital point. If Lightning's theory is true however, we could all take a lesson from one punch man, force the blight to move from pressure and damage, then strike at the vital point once it's taken residence. Just drunken theory rambling, sorry. Edited by SilverRush, Apr 14 2018, 04:49 AM.

It could also be 'protective' just because that's where Artesia is right now and that's where it originated from, so it's probably strongest there. In any case, the simple answer is to target it a vital area of the neck/shoulders. That way, whatever ends up being correct will do its damage, and if we're missing the point entirely we can try something different next rotation. |
