Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

"Sapientia Sola Libertas Est"
The images surfaced slowly, like bubbles from the depths of a bottomless well. Vento once more stood amidst the ghostly mists of his dream the night before, but instead of Frederick’s familiar figure, he now stared at the image of a veiled woman, solemn and proud, while the world allowed them slowly presented itself in unerring clarity. The woman stood in the middle of a churning river of blood, the purity of her white dress stained by the crimson liquid that rushed like a raging river. The smell of death hung everywhere.

With a simple gesture the waters ran dry to reveal the multitude of decayed corpses that the tumultuous waves had once hidden, their arms held up to the sky in permanent reverence to the veiled goddess that stood atop them. “Seek and you shall find,” she whispered, the words spoken as if it had come from inside his head. “Ask and you shall receive. With prayer, diligence, and discipline does our god grant us the bounty from his lush gardens and game from his hunting fields.”

Vento snarled. “Who are you?” he asked, but his voice did not come out. He tried again to the same effect; it seemed as though only the woman’s words held power here.

“After much searching, we have finally found you – the Key that unlocks the final door to salvation,” she spoke again. “Hurry, there is not much time; the Hour of Judgment is drawing near. We shall come for you as we have come for your kith; rejoice, oh blessed of us all.”

Utterly confused by the seemingly random words the other muttered, the raven-haired researcher braved the corpse-river only for the blood-waters to run once again as soon as he stepped in. Nevertheless, he trudged deeper into the river of blood in an attempt to reach the woman; however, as soon as he raised his head up to get his bearings, he found that the corpses beneath the veiled woman’s feet had multiplied into a mountain to create an island of decomposed bodies. Instantly, the sound of churning water stopped, and in its place the terrible chorus of souls in hellish agony, wailing for salvation that will never come.

“Who are you?!” he shouted again, but this time his voice was drowned out by the rush of the river. However, as if responding to his silenced demands, the woman moved towards him and gazed down from her perched position. Her hand reached up to her veil and lifted it, revealing the image of a strikingly beautiful woman with locks of blonde hair that framed her face and deep soulful emerald eyes that stared at him with delight. She smiled wide to allow the radiance of her beauty to illuminate the grim surroundings, yet Vento could only see the horror behind what such a gesture portended.

The scholar gritted his teeth from frustration. “Such a secretive woman you are; why can you not be more stupidly honest like Tsuna?”

Vento awoke with a start into a world pleasantly engulfed in the embrace of darkness, his head pounding from the strangely realistic yet cryptic dream he had. He lay still for a long time in the warmth and softness of the Queen-sized bet he had been sleeping in until he was jostled to consciousness by his eerie dream. The sun was not out yet, judging from the hanging digital clock that pegged the time to be at ‘4:02 AM’ early in the morning – the first time he had actually beaten the sun in rising for once. It was a hollow victory, however; he still wanted to slumber beside the woman whom he had shared himself with just a few hours ago.

The researcher nestled his head into the wide pillows made of goose down and turned to face the direction of the sleeping angel – naked save for the embroidered blanket that they shared – on his right side. Her peaceful visage that radiated contentment allowed wisps of memory to sift back into his consciousness. A ghost of a smile formed on his lips, reminding him in vivid clarity of the events that preceded his slumber. Instantly his fear was washed away by her countenance.

Vento took Tsuna several times and explored her body a dozen times more, his hands and lips now more knowledgeable of Tsuna’s peerless physique than it had ever been before that night. Her moans of ecstasy were music to his ears while they danced to the melody of their passions until the redhead expressed her exhaustion after trying to keep up with Vento’s robust endurance. Satisfied that he had kept his promise, the young man retired in satisfaction and drifted off to sleep in the warmth of Tsuna’s embrace.

Despite his desire to once again fall asleep beside the woman, Vento just could not find it in him to drift off into slumber – not after that nightmare. He tried to shoo it away by thinking of what he should do later on, but whatever thought he had were tainted with the image of that woman in the veil. He cursed under his breath.

Unable to stand the frustration any longer, Vento sat up and got off the bed and walked into the walk-in closet where he had placed all of their store-bought clothes and miscellaneous items in. Inside, he went to the paper bag which contained the books he had bought from the bookshop and fished out the only one among them which he had gift-wrapped – The Heartfilia Method To Stock Trading and Business Management, a small guidebook on the ins and outs of investing in the stock market and making one’s earnings grow from there. He never had a head for business, but Tsuna, based on his interactions with her, had a head for one and thought it best to support her strong point since any other intellectual endeavor seemed to be lost on her.

Emerging from the closet with gift in hand, Vento slowly walked the length of the room until he noticed his debit card sitting on the table under the soft glow of the wall-mounted night light. He was reminded of how he had forgotten to take back his card from Tsuna after their picnic and paid for everything using his pocket money and credit cards, too obsessed with giving his date the best time she had ever had in light of the challenge she had seemingly set for him.

He grunted at his own stupidity, pinning the gaffe to spending too much time with an idiot like the red-head. Still, since he really did not use his debit card all that much, he figured that Tsuna can keep it for a while longer until morning. Besides, if she ever would have lost it, the card had a nifty function of being able to be tracked by its owner, and conversely, if it fell into the hands of a considerate fellow, allow the same to track the location of the owner through a holographic map. Either way, it was fool-proof.

Moving on back to the bed, Vento crawled back under the sheets and placed his gift to Tsuna cradled in her arms and kissed her forehead in anonymous gratitude for the things she had done for him for the past week despite not asking for it. He still did not understand why creatures as selfish as human beings would do something as selfless as what Tsuna did, but he figured that he can just examine the cause later on. Besides, if it was Tsuna, Vento could let it slip since she was stupid anyway. There is no helping an imbecile, after all.

Returning to his futile attempts at sleep, he noticed that the sliding doors to the balcony were open, allowing the cold morning air to seep through.

Weird, I could have sworn I left the—

— “Children nowadays can't really wait, huh? Like I told the girl, you don't enjoy the sweetness of anticipation and waiting, unlike me…~,” she teased. “Now how about we go to Ranunculus, little boy? Your friend – and your destiny – is waiting there for you~

With a swift stroke of a cudgel, a silent intruder cloaked in shadows knocked Vento into deep slumber and whisked him off into the darkness of the night, leaving only a bloody pillow as a reminder that he existed.

The dream of that wonderful day in Poinsettia was finally over; the cruelty of reality had once again reigned supreme.

Eyes shot open. Their azure hues glowed like they were the only source of light in the room, yet the stare was blank until she had fully regained her senses, acknowledging the existence of a familiar sensation, initially faint, running through her entire skull.

What is this? Why ---

It had happened one too many times before, hence Tsuna knew what it meant when this started to happen: Vento was physically moving farther away from her. However, it was impossible, his clothes, the formal garb he had worn during their romantic dinner, were still neatly piled by the coffee table: he could not be wandering outside the hotel, or the hotel room, naked. Moreover, the door was locked. Heck, she was also cradling a gift which she could tell was from the scholar since as far as she knew it was just him and her in the said room.

With haste in her actions, Tsuna sat up the bed, the gift falling down beside her, and immediately scanned the surroundings, the darkness that veiled the room could not hinder her keen vision. Grunting after not seeing a glimpse of her last night's lover, she called out with a stern commanding voice, "Vento! Show yourself!" However, the only reply the redhead received was silence. She had committed a small fault though while trying to figure out where the researcher was: the heiress had her eyes on the farthest point of the room when the clue was just beside her. The sliding door that led to the balcony was open, but it was the least of her concerns, which was another mistake. She also relied on her sight first too much than using all of her senses at once that she failed to notice the blood-stained pillow beside her, until its scent had reached her nose. The intensity of the pain steadily grew, but it was incomparable to the ache in her chest upon catching glimpse of the crimson fluid where the head of her one-time lover nestled before she was taken by the slumber fairies to dreamland.

A missing person, an open door and a pool of blood. Her mind was trying to connect the pieces together until she could only come up with one thing: something bad happened. The heiress jumped out of the queen-sized bed and without thinking grabbed what comfortable garment her eyes first laid upon aside from her underwear, which was Vento's black ensemble and white undershirt. She had no time to scout for her own clothes. Before the growing throbbing agony in her head could take over her consciousness, the lady clad in a man's suit grabbed anything she could within the span of five seconds before storming out of the room: his debit card, keys, chopsticks, unused toothpicks, the dagger she had which was in Vento's possession since their expedition that now laid quietly beside the debit card, etc.. She then ran with what her speed could afford to the elevators which led her to the ground floor, and then out of the hotel. Running at the wrong exit though, she found herself in the hotel's parking space.

Her eyes started to burn which meant that the distance had increased greatly. There was no time to lose. Maybe taking the wrong turn was a blessing anyway. With her rage, Tsuna knew only one part of her body was as strong as steel, and ironically it was her head --- which she used to acquire possession of this vehicle. With eyes tightly shut she headbutted glass window of the first car she saw without a care whether fragments would sink down her forehead and cause her to bleed, as at that moment she could not feel anything other than the distinct one that kept on throbbing in her head which she closely monitored to determine how far she was from her target and her sinking heart. Through the opening she slithered her arm to unlock the door. Whoever owned this lacrima-powered car was dumb to leave his spare keys in the glove compartment.

Off she recklessly drove to chase him.

She would not allow anyone --- even the scholar himself --- to break her heart like this. True she had prepared for the worst when she agreed to share the night with him, but when he said she would no longer be his woman the next day, this was not what she expected it to be. Never this way.

No one could touch what was hers.

He was hers.

No one could touch him.

What belonged to Tsuna remained to Tsuna.

Whatever the cost...

And all she would be using to track him was the invisible red strings of fate her heart had tied to his upon their union last night...

And her head...

Literally.

Welp, if only someone could tell Tsuna the debit card she had in her possession had a tracking option that could easily locate its owner, that would be great.

Stupid girl.
