Reggie was excited as she got the news. Sierra's back in town. And now she's running through the streets of Poinsettia. She was having her monthly shopping at Madam Hopkins when a certain bird from the guild tweeted her about Sierra's return. Her friend had been gone for months. Reggie couldn't help herself but ran at a fast pace as she could not hardly wait to see Sierra. The girl had joined the guild months after she joined. They've become friends and Sierra even helped her in one mission for the her class advancement. So the blonde wizard felt like she really owed this friend that much. She didn't mind taking the carriage as it would be quite busy in the shopping district of Poinsettia. The streets would be jammed for sure. So she better get on her heels. And she was literally running on heels. Six inches. The skirt of her dress flew up a bit though not high enough to show her under-dress. She is wearing a sky blue dress with spaghetti straps with a dark blue belt. A golden pin of the guild emblem is attached to her left chest. Her hair is curled and is kept into a neat ponytail. She was wearing a light make up. Even though she's running like crazy, she looked surprisingly beautiful. Gentlemen would even stop at their tracks just to watch her pass by. It seemed that her beauty got even more famous throughout the country as she advanced into A class. Plus she's still Miss Fiore for a few months more. The blonde wizard finally arrived at the guild hall where Sisi had arrived an hour ago. The maid greeted her as she run inside. "Miss Reggie! Miss Sierra is back!" "I know. That's why I came back from my shopping immediately." Reggie replied as she stopped for a bit to breathe a few air. "But where's the carriage?" The maid asked. "Wait a sec-? Did you run here all the way from Madam Hopkins?" She turned to Reggie. "Well. Yes." Reggie answered as she blushed a bit. "In those heels?" The maid said as she was shocked upon seeing her six inches heels. "Well yeah. Gotta go. Later Marie." Reggie said as she run towards the upper floors and into Sisi's bedroom. Reggie immediately knocked at her door. "Sisi! Open up! It's me! Reggie!" The blonde wizard said as she heard a few noises inside before a few footsteps head towards the door. |

How long had it been since Sierra had simply taken the time to wander the halls of her guild? For that matter, how long had it been since she'd been there? Her pilgrimage across Fiore to better her art - her nonmagical art, that was - had taken way more time than she had ever expected it to. On the bright side, she'd come back with all sorts of new samples and two sketchbooks completely filled with new design ideas. Having dumped her things in her room, Sierra meandered through the guild, staying to the floors restricted to members for the time being. Truthfully, she didn't really want to deal with outsiders right now, though she would never have revealed that uncharitable thought. For the time being, she simply wanted to enjoy her time at what was probably the only place the wandering seamstress thought of as home. Her meanderings were interrupted by the sound of a voice coming from the floor above her... a familiar voice, but more relevantly, they seemed to be calling for... her? Making her way up the stairs two at a time, Sierra rounded the corner to find a familiar face outside her door. As usual, the blonde mage, her first friend in Blue Pegasus, was dolled up and looked amazing. Though a small part of her was just a little bit jealous, it was overwhelmed by a warm feeling of gratitude at being able to reunite once again. Besides, Reggie would make a wonderful model, and what more could a designer ask for? "Hey, Reggie, glad to see you're doing well. What's the occasion?" she asked casually as she stepped up to the door, opening the door and gesturing for Reggie to make herself at home. As far as furniture went, her room was quite simple - she hardly spent enough time to need anything elaborate. A simple hammock for sleeping, a long table covered with various cuts of cloth that often doubled as a worktable, three chairs, and a smaller reading table that was currently host to a pot of tea that she had left to steep while she strolled the guild. From the half-open closet, various pieces of clothwork, from pillows and dolls to clothes peeked their way out, most of which were neither of a style nor size for the diminutive fire mage. Well, it could only be expected... she was quite small, and most of her customers were not. "Don't suppose you'd like a cup?" |

"Sisi!" Reggie said as she hugged her friend tightly. It seemed that she was having a walk around the guild hall. The fire wizard then opened the door to her room and let her in. "Thank you!" Reggie said as she entered her room. It was her first time inside Sierra's room. It was surprisingly cute. The table were filled with left-over cloths while her closet was a bit opened with some stuffs peeking out. And there was a pot of tea on a small reading table near her bed. Sierra offered her a cup. "Yes please." The blonde wizard answered as she took a seat in front of the busy table. Reggie looked around and noticed two sketchbooks. "Where exactly have you been Sisi? You missed out a lot of things." She said as she felt tempted to get it and looked inside. She was curious what the sketchbook contains as she was also an artist herself. Though she's sure that she's no match for Sierra's skills. "Did you know I actually won Miss Fiore!?" Reggie told her friend. "Though I'll be turning my crown over this spring to a new Miss Fiore." She said as she finally took the sketchbooks from the table. "Do you mind If I have a look?" The blonde wizard asked, turning to the fire wizard. Reggie was surprised and amazed as she saw the designs. It was pretty. Very Miss Fiore! "Oh my! Sisi! You would totally freak out if I tell you that my prep team is looking for a design on my gowns for the upcoming pageant!" She said as she looked at Sierra. "This is so Miss Fiore! Cinna would absolutely approve the designs!" She said as she stood up and put down the book at the table and walked towards her friend. "Oh my Sierra! Please please please design a dress for me! I would be very happy if you will. And I wilm wesr it at the coronation night!" She said as she took her hands and hold it tight. |

"Heheh, of course!" Sierra grinned brightly as she cheerfully returned Reggie's hug. It really did feel good to be home. Other than with the caravan, she really didn't think there was anywhere else that she could feel this comfortable. Even if the guild building was fancier than her personal tastes were inclined, the atmosphere... and the people, more importantly... more than compensated for whatever it may have lacked. Collecting two cups from the impromptu cupboard that she had formed beneath her desk, Sierra promptly set out to pouring two cups of tea, her hands moving steadily even as her eyes drifted around her 'room' to make sure nothing was too out of place. It would be kinda embarassing if Reggie saw her room as a mess. Fortunately, it didn't seem... too bad, today. "Milk, sugar?" she asked casually as she set the mostly-full cups down. Sierra didn't intend to add anything to her own, but... not everyone liked hot drinks like this plain. The faint smell of orange filled the room as the tea settled, and for her, that was enough. "I've been... around. Studying different fabrics and weaves around the country. Lots of footwork, heh," Sierra mused, thinking back fondly on those memories. Some of it had been rather dull, but overall the experience had been a worthwhile one. "Sure, look all you want. There's nothing secret in there anyway," she agreed before the blonde magus popped her nose into Sierra's sketchbook. "Oh, you're participating in another pageant? I'm sure you'll do great, Reggie." ... Prep team? Just from the way that Reggie had referred to it, Sierra couldn't help but imagine the whole thing as some kind of elaborate sporting event. Probably not all that far off the mark, she supposed. "Design a dress? For a pageant?" Sierra contemplated the idea, though she had to admit it was a little difficult to think too objectively about it with Reggie grabbing her hands like that. If her friend really wanted it, it wasn't as if she could turn her down, but... was she really contest material? Or coronation material, for that matter? "I guess I could try. What sort of thing were you thinking of?" |

Reggie was holding Sierra's hands as she got excited upon knowing that her friend can actually design her a dress for her upcoming pageant. Sierra then asked her if she's going to join another pageant. The blonde wizard then remembered her last meeting with Mr. Goldentrumpet. The president told her that she would be representing Fiore to an international pageant, Miss Ishgar. But there was still no definite date of the said pageant as the organizers from each countries were doing their best to revive a pageant that was stopped over a decade. "After I turn over my crown to the next Miss Fiore, the president wanted me to represent the country for the revival of the Miss Ishgar Pageant." Reggie said as she assumed that Sierra is familiar with the old pageant. "Cinna wanted to find another designer and I think he would be delighted with your designs." She said as she tried to convince her friend. "Well. I haven't told anyone about the revival of Miss Ishgar as the organizers are still working on it." She said but she knew when will the debut of her gown would take place. "But I still need a dress for the upcoming Miss Fiore Pageant." She told Sierra. The blonde wizard jumped in joy as she heard Sierra asking her what she had in mind regarding in the design. "Yes! Oh my! Well. I wanted something elegant and princessy. But not too conservative." She told Sierra. "I wore white on my first pageant. Blue in the second one when I won. Maybe, hmmmm, red or pink. Or should I try black?" She asked her friend as she went towards the table and choose a black cloth. It was long enough to drape it on herself. Reggie then turned to Sierra. "Well. I'm quite overwhelmed right now. But I'm sure you have a better idea." The blonde wizard told Siera. Reggie knew Cinna would bw much more delighted if Sierra would join the team in case the revival of the Miss Ishgar would take place. "And Sierra. I know it's not official yet but...in case the international pageant would take place, you need to join the team as the new designer. Is that okay with you?" Reggie asked her friend. |

"... Miss Ishgar?" That was certainly a term that Sierra hadn't heard for quite a long time. So Reggie was planning to participate in something that didn't even run anymore?... There was little to no chance that she'd simply gone over the deep end, so there must have been something more to this than Sierra herself knew. Maybe there were some people looking into reinstating the pageant for diplomatic purposes? Having as respected and powerful a mage as Reggie there would certainly help to curtail potential problems. "I think I get it... So Cinna is part of your team for pageants, and they wanted you to find someone for contrasting their styles?" Sierra grinned a little at Reggie's request. Princessy, elegant, but not too conservative? It would certainly be a challenge, but... despite what many people believed, art was about limitations, and the challenge would make it all the more satisfying. Absolute freedom was absolutely terrifying, anyway. The knowledge that you could do anything at all was the surest way to kill one's muse. So, she wanted something different than what she had worn before... with red, pink, and black as potential colours? "I think I can work with that. I'll have to talk with this Cinna of yours sometime though, or see your old dresses to avoid too much overlap." Sierra watched with faint curiousity as Reggie picked out a black cloth sample, but held her tongue for the moment. No point in telling Reggie that she'd been intending on using that particular piece for her own use just yet. "Haha, if you're asking to wear my stuff, how could I say no? Nothing makes a brand like having someone that everyone knows wear it." Though it wasn't as if she'd gone around polling 'Do you know about Regina Mckenzie!?', it was pretty obvious to Sierra that the blonde had become quite well known while she was away. After all, she'd kept hearing rumors and stories about her way out in the boonies, where news travelled slow and they seldom had anything to do but gossip and fish anyway. "Count me in." |

Reggie was draping the black cloth in her body which end she hung over her left shoulder to resemble a single strap dress. She was looking at herself in the mirror while telling Sierra what she wanted about her gown. Her eyes grew wide in excitement as she ran towards her friend upon hearing that she's interested to join. "Oh my goodness Sisi! YES! YES!" She cheered as she hold her hands. "Oh. About Cinna's designs, I have all the gowns he designed for me in my room." She said as she was grinning from ear to ear as she started pulling her towards the door. "Come. I'll show all of it for you!" She said as she opened the door and lead Sierra towards her room. The blonde wizard opened the door to her room. Inside was a room the same size with Sierra's. She had a canopy bed with pink curtains hanging and a plushie that resembles her boyfriend lying on her bed. Nearby was her vanity table filled with perfumes and make-up that was sponsored to her by the Miss Fiore organization. Some were provided to her by the brands that she modelled at the catalogs. Ahead of the vanity table was a full-length mirror and a closet quite too big but surprisingly fit inside her room. She went directly towards it and opened it. Their eyes were greeted by a bunh of pastel colors that she wore. Reggie grabbed the first gown she used at Miss Fiore. It was a white gown. Simple but very elegant. "I wore this when I first competed. And I'm representing Magnolia that time." She said as she showed it to Sierra. Reggie turned to the closet and grabbed a blue one. "And this one is my winning gown. Lovely, isn't it?" She said as she showed it to Sierra. The first gown was a plain white gown with an off-shoulder strap on the right side. The second one is strapless blue gown, the upper part is made up of lace adorned with jewels to cover the breast part and groin part while the train fish tail skirt is made up of blue satin. "It was designed just for me. Cinna did a great job. And I know you will." She told Sierra. |

"It's not that big of a deal, Reggie," Sierra replied with a giggle at the blonde's exaggerated enthusiasm. It was just a little bit of interesting work, anyway. From the looks of how Reggie was taking it, though, the commission might as well have been for winning this little fete itself. Well, it wasn't as if she hated excitable people anyway. She did have to admit that the level of expectations that Reggie seemed to be holding for her made her a little nervous, though. Still laughing, Sierra flipped her fingers towards Reggie like finger pistols, a grin spreading on her face. "Hit me with your best shot, sistah," she joked before following Reggie out to the summoner's own room. While they had the same specifications, the differences between them were as night and day. Sierra couldn't quite help but wonder if Reggie had used some kind of magic to get her closet like that... but didn't quite dare to ask, either. "Haha, looks like Magnolia took quite a hit when you moved here to Poinsettia, then." Still, she was starting to get the idea of what Reggie liked. While formalwear wasn't exactly her specialty, she'd done it once or twice before... and would probably have some time to practice, anyway. It wasn't as if this event was going to happen right away, anyway. It would have been public knowledge by now if a pageant of that scale was going to happen soon. "They certainly are. I can tell that this Cinna person of yours tends to like the simple but elegant look, huh? I'll have to see if I can come up with something a little different for you." Still, there was something else she'd noticed, and Sierra couldn't help but be a little curious about it. Pointing out to the plushie laying on Reggie's bed, she tilted her head slightly to the side before finally asking. "That's... A doll of your boyfriend, right? How long have you two been going out? What's he like? Have you kissed yet? Spill!" |

Reggie showed Sierra the gowns she wore at Miss Fiore. Her friend then concluded that Cinna's signature style would be the simple but elegsnt look. "Yes. I remember him saying "Less means More!" Reggie said as she giggled. Sierra also told her that she would come up with something different for her. "I have great confidence in you Sierra. You will totally nailed it." Reggie said. She then proceed to a cubicle where she put on her white gown. When Reggie walked out from the cubicle dressed in the white gown, she saw Sierra staring at the Toshiro doll in her bed. She then asked her if that's her boyfriend. "Yes. He is." The blonde wizard's face turned red as her friend asked her if they kissed. "Well, yes..." Reggie said as she remembered her first kiss with him. They were riding a boat in the middle of the lake. Lanterns were floating above them. It was Reggie's happiest day in her life. Much better than winning the crown. "And we also slept together. JUST SLEEP, NOTHING MORE!" She added as she remembered the night they become a couple. They slept within the boat side by side. Her head were on his shoulder as they hugged each other closed. "We've been going out on trips when we are both free from missions and other stuffs. He even helped me on my first A-class mission." Reggie told Sierra. She then stood in front of her and extended her arms. "So. What do you think?" She said as she turned around slowly. "It was not the dress that I'm suppose to wear during my first Miss Fiore pageant. There were some problems with the org. Good thing Cinna managed to provide me this dress. It's so comfortable. The best gown for my first Miss Fiore experience." She told Sierra as she walked around her room and reminisce the time of the evening gown competition wearing the gown. |

"Is that what he says?" Sierra's eyes twinkled mischievously as Reggie told her about her primary designer's philosophy. Of course Sierra knew full well what had been intended, but that didn't mean that she was some kind of cherub, either. Of course, she knew when to draw the line, too, but a little harmless teasing wouldn't hurt Reggie. "Nail it...? Oh, we'll do that too. Girl's gotta have her nails done if she's gonna be attending a pageant, right?" she added with a wink before the tide of the conversation shifted elsewhere. "You really did!? What was it like?" Sierra was no mindreader, but she could tell from Reggie's face turning the same colour as Sierra's own hair that it must have been a good story. What Reggie said after that, though, left Sierra doubled over with the giggles. "Sure it was, jus' a nap. And you just kept your hands to yourself, of course." The more she heard about these two, the more she was convinced that it was a good thing for her friend. An easy smile settled onto her face, spreading all the way to her eyes. "How'd you two meet, anyway?" It was something that she'd been wondering about ever since she'd heard that Reggie was dating someone. For someone to impress the blonde celestial wizard enough to catch her attention, it must have come with an interesting tale to tell, right? Whatever the case, the guy certainly had guts. Going after someone as popular as Reggie was like painting a target on your back. Poor guy. "It looks great. That blue goes well with your hair. You could almost say it's... hot?" Giggling again, Sierra snapped her fingers. A small swirl of flame darted into and dissipated in the air accompanying the gesture. Though she was still weak by most magician's standards, Sierra'd put a lot of work into refining the control she had over her magic. Little things like this were a lot easier than they had been a few months ago. "Hey, come to think of it... how long are you going to be in Poinsettia this time, Reggie?" |
