Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Class: A
Description: A long handgun type made of black steel with a couple of lacrimal embedded along the open vent designs found along the barrel area of the gun. Its magitek innovation can be traced back to Boscan expertise and craftsmanship. It can only use its specialised cartridge of ammunition (approximately 8 per clip). It is semi-automatic and does not need to be manually reloaded until the clip is completely consumed. When used normally, there is a 2-second delay between fired shots. Maximum effective range is 100 meters.

Pulse Shot - (7)
The side panels and the lower portion of the barrel flips open to reveal a shifting lacryma-embedded barrel within that charges the next bullet into pure magical energy. When shot, it sends out a burst of shockwave in a 2-meter radius of the gunner, knocking back anyone with STR≤ 44 for up to 5 meters. The shot itself is a concentrated energy explosion that upon impact can deal armour breaking critical damage. This particular effect uses 2 pieces of ammunition. This causes a global cool down of 2-posts for the Enforcer. Effectively, this can dent A-class equipment and break B-class equipment.

Rupture - (7)
The outer panels of the barrel flips and fans out as the lacrymas embedded within begin to glow, transforming the mouth of the barrel into a larger one. This allows for the energy of the lacryma to be concentrated along the mouth of the barrel, syphoning up to half of the ammunition in a clip (cannot be lower than 4), gathering the magical bullet resources for a large stream shot (approximately both 2-meters wide and tall). It can deal a barrier-breaking critical heat-ray damage that leaves a hot trail on its wake (approximately 60º Celsius). This causes a global cool down of 2-posts for the Enforcer.
Barrier Breaking Notes
 

  • Deal full damage through lower ranked barriers; its power is not ablated.
  • It can penetrate equal rank barriers, but in doing so, it's sequential power is reduced by 3 ranks. (turned into a Rank 4)
  • It can penetrate a barrier that is 1 rank higher than this technique, but in doing so, it's sequential power is reduced by 5 ranks. (turned into Rank 2)
  • When hitting a barrier of 2 or more ranks higher than this technique, this technique is treated with Rank+1 strength because of its barrier breaking attribute.

Define the specifics of the armor-piercing attack a bit more. That's about the only issue with this.

Ok, thanks, Mazo. I clarified that Pulse Shot is armor-piercing, while Rupture is a barrier breaking type.

Ammunition must be purchased seperately.

During the cooldown on the effects does this prevent the gun from firing at all or just its abilities?

During cool down, it prevents the use of its effects. Yep, I went and had the ammos created too.
