Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

Emiko hadn't meant for things to go like this, having learned from her mother that it wasn't very lady like to cry in front of other people, but often times these emotions were too overwhelming to bare for the ten year old. She knew it didn't make things any better by thinking ever more so about them, but she couldn't recall a single time that her mother or her father had cried in front of Emiko. It made her think the world of her parents and how they were so strong and brave, but she didn't realize that whenever things went sour, they'd retreat to the bathroom or bedroom to avoid letting Emiko see them in distress. Having been taking off of the shoulders of the giant woman, then pulled in close, all Emiko could do was imagine the warm and tender embrace of her own mother. Nobody had held her like this in the past four years, that would have been when she was a mere six years of age, and the fond memories flooded over her as if it opened the floodgates. She held on tight as she found herself trying to pull herself closer, the warmth emerging from the woman as if her heart was trying to reach out to Emiko's.

"... I... I miss..."

Her voice cracked as the sobbing took over it's place, but even with the tears now streaming down, things felt a little bit better. She had mourned over this issue time and time again, though she had only done so on her own or in the presence of Theodore. While he understood that it was a painful feeling for her and he was obviously at fault, he couldn't do anything to console her. Due to this, Theodore was incredibly grateful to this woman and as she offered to take her home, he'd tap her on the shoulder to grab her attention and nod his fluffy little head. While Theodore didn't need any place special, it had been equally as long of a time since Emiko slept in a nice, soft bed or relaxed in a living room with those she considered her friends. Hell, she didn't even have enough friends to count on two hands. After some time of wiping her eyes and a little snot had formed, she had finally hit a point in which she was capable of speaking without too much trouble, "Th... Thank you..." The sobbing had slowly come to an end, but Emiko still held on tightly as if never wanting to be let go.

Ashanti gently pat Emiko on the head softly running a clawed hand through her hair to stroke it. It was clear the loss of her parents weighed heavily on Emiko but what really struck Ashanti as weird was why nobody had taken her in. See Ashanti was under the notion that different groups of humans often lived close together and helped each other out so why nobody had bothered to take in Emiko after the apparent death of her parents was beyond Ashanti's understanding. Still it didn't really matter as now Ashanti was going to take Emiko back to the dorms, tuck her into bed and hopefully let her get a good night's sleep of course that meant the two of them would have to share the same bed but that didn't seem like a problem to Ashanti. Back in her clan she had slept in the same bed as her sisters all the time so while the tall women had no issue with it would Emiko? Hopefully not as she was young and probably wouldn't really care that much.

Ashanti rawred a little as her shoulder was tapped and she looked back at Theodore happy to see him nodding. Theodore seemed to have a heavy influence upon Emiko's thinking and on what she decided to do so it was good to know that he agreed with the idea of Ashanti letting Emiko stay at her dorm room. Ashanti pulled Emiko out of the hug and looked over her face feeling rather distraught over just how god damn miserable Emiko looked. The young girl had tears streaming out of her eyes, a red face and snot coming out of her nose. Ashanti smiled softly, removed a tissue from her clothing and cleaned up Emiko's face drying tears up, clearing away snot only to finish it up with a kiss on the nose. "Better?" Ashanti gently stroked Emiko on the head before picking teddy up and handing him to her. "Let's go back to the dorm ok? You must be sleepy." Ashanti held her hand out, although she'd have no problem carrying Emiko, expecting the young girl to grab it and walk along side her.
