| Account Name: Frost | | Sarah Kellan |

| Magic Overview | Sarah's magic is Silence of the Night - a Starter-tier magic that specialises in Darkness manipulation. | |
|
| | Appearance | |
[tabs][tab=Physical Description]A fairly lithe figure clocking in at only 164 cm in height, Sarah's slim figure is complemented with locks of silky-smooth golden hair and fairly supple... assets... on her body. Her hair, a resplendent golden colour, is almost always let down straight, and it extends quite a fair way down her back to the centre of her back, right around the small of her back. Her eyes are a dazzling emerald; carried with the an air of finesse and sophistication. Her face is rounded off with a very femininely-shaped chin, with her skin silky smooth all over her body. The entire upper half of her body could be said to be slim feminine perfection, although it may simply be hyperbole. Breasts sizeable enough to be remarkable, yet not so big as to look like a whore. The distribution of fat across her limbs makes her arms and legs very evenly smooth, with her thighs having significant mass. And for all the straight men, gay women, or anyone in between, her ass is fiiiine.[/tab][tab=Clothing]Sarah doesn't necessarily follow a certain specific style or fashion trend of clothing. In fact, she would just pick out a colour that she wanted to wear on a certain day, match her articles of clothing carelessly (sometimes even with her eyes closed) and very frequently look absolutely stunning despite the little effort she put into her clothing choices. Her default safe-for-most-occasions get-up would be a white and blue dress. Said dress is white down the middle, with an almost-navy blue covering her sides, stretching all the way down to the hem. To go along with the colour scheme of her dress, she may opt to wear similarly-coloured gloves that stretch up all the way to her elbow. Depending on the season, she can opt to wear thigh-high dark blue stockings to complement her high-neck winter boots, or without stockings to dress more appropriately with her non-winter footwear.[/tab][tab=Accessories]N/A[/tab][tab=Extra]N/A[/tab][/tabs]

| Personality | Admittedly Sarah's general regal look reflects a fair bit on her own personality. She is a sufferer of mild Hime-sama Syndrome, where she would generally give the impression of being very impersonal and somewhat arrogant. Which is a real pity for Sarah because once one pierces the veil of her arguably proud demeanour, Sarah is actually an incredibly nice person to be around, and a rather gentle-speaking and friendly one at that. And despite her proud demeanour, she is actually an individual rather uncertain of herself, constantly doubting her own general capability and sometimes her confidence in social situations. She is a very caring individual for those who get to know her well - going out of her way to render assistance if she so happens to be free to. Heck, if she finds a kitten left in a box on the side of the road there will be nothing stopping her from taking the kitten back home and nursing it to health and taking care of it for the rest of its life.
She is not, and never will be, an aggressive individual. Especially when it comes to ideas and standpoints on various issues - she is not a stand-off person and she is very willing to listen to the insights of other people before making a fair appraisal. She is probably the most tolerant of people to any personality that happens to cross her path, and probably one of the most pleasant people to meet and become friends with.
This does not detract from the fact that she is still a very fun-loving individual and enjoys her fair share of entertainment. She enjoys games of all sort, however don't try to get her to do anything naughty. |
| History | History " Doesn't it suck when everyone else is better at you?
Well it sucks for me, alright.
When little Billy down by the playground has enough power with such a small stature to lift a car telekinetically and cause jet fuel to actually melt steel beams, it really feels like absolute shit when you can't even hide your shadow or other creepy shit. That's what I tried to learn but it turns out I suck so bad I can't even master anything more than just the basics.
When you grew up being the daughter of affluent members of the Crocus community, known for their breathtaking powers of telekinesis and pyrokinesis, but having nothing worthy of praise to call your own. As an infant, having no read on my own magical potential I was trumpeted around by my parents as potentially being the next great Mage of the city, considering both parents of mine were already close to that point.
When you were holding out so much hope for the magic potential you could have from being born to such capable parents. Thinking maybe, just maybe, you had a chance to be someone special. It makes it even worse to realise that you're not what you wanted to be, and no matter how much you try it doesn't do anything to help you towards that goal.
When you're getting bullied for being absolutely jack shit at magic, no matter how stellar your grades were, no matter if you were summa cum laude, no matter if you were the best sportswoman in the school. No matter if you were the sharpest shooter in the entire school system. No matter how much of an expert of your guns you were. Because when it came down to it, magic was the be all and end all of the world around us. The guns did help, though - not everyone was magically capable, no doubt, but not every one of them were goody two-shoes either. Thankfully.
When you're the shame of your parents and every mention of you by others evokes shame from them, when your own parents can't even be proud of your non-magical achievements, and it starts to get to you.
When Kelly the school bitch can torch the entire classroom just because the Professor didn't give her a passing grade, I'm just the one sitting in a corner quietly studying and acing all the tests because I actually work for shit.
Maybe it sucks being mediocre. Maybe it sucks sucking.
But I don't know, really. It means I actually work hard for stuff, and I earn whatever I get.
I get by with my stellar academic results. Sure, magic's also another really important admission requirement, but when you literally don't drop a single mark for 7 out of the 8 subjects there are definitely exceptions.
And anyone who has worked this hard for whatever they wanted deserve the fruits of their labour. Personally I don't hold out hope to be rewarded anytime near, but I'm faithful it'll all pay off soon, that I'll have a chance to taste the gratifying feeling of true success, in due time.
In due time.

| Skills & Disciplines | | Music | Sarah knows a thing or two about music. She can play a myriad of musical masterpieces with skill and finesse, on the piano and the guitar, while also being remarkably good at mixing her own music and being her own DJ. | | Cooking | She is a very proficient chef. She can make the most basic yet filling of meals from the most meagre of ingredients, but she can also make an absolute feast from a wealth of ingredients. Her presence is the heart and the life of the dinner table. | | Prodigious fashion sense | She is one of the most versatile people to fashion a wardrobe upon - she can probably take any few articles of clothing and make it into an absolutely stunning get-up with little to no effort at all. | | Summa cum laude | To make up for her significant deficiency in magical prowess, she has a remarkable knowledge of everything academic. Research and knowledge into the finer mechanics of magic? Ranked at the top of the entire school system. Actually being able to flaunt actual magic mastery, though? Not quite. Nevertheless, she is capable of understanding even the most convoluted of academic theories and explanations. This does not mean she has any knowledge on providing a counter nor does this give her any advantage in a battle, but she can recognise when her enemies' spells are serious trouble waiting to happen. | |

| Magic Description | | This magic allows the user to utilise very basic manipulations of the element of Darkness. The user is capable of manipulating the element in a weak way, such as moving it or altering it into various forms for attack or defense. However the manipulations afforded by this magic are not very powerful. The most basic of Darkness magics, Sarah is barely able to project magical beams of darkness to attack her enemies. In the future, Sarah would be capable of protecting herself from attacks through shielding techniques, as well as create projectiles of darkness that can be directed to attack enemies. |

| Sarah is able to cast a beam of darkness, that is able to be directed in any direction she aims her left hand towards, that inflicts minor damage to a maximum of 2 enemies at a range of 15m. This technique can be deactivated earlier than the total available duration, but with the same cooldown cost. |

Personality is one line short.
Guns need a weight just to say.
Other than that...1/2.

Righto. Business time. Physical Description Needs a few more lines, as you're topping out at 4.5
Clothing:Same issue as stated above. Add some to it.
History Could use some elaboration in my opinion, even though line requirement is met.
Magic Description Even though this is starter, its still treated as Tier one. So the magic description could still use a bit of beefing up, imo.

Pretty sure starter cannot transform into their element. And I know for sure that DS can't. So take out the bit about becoming the element in your magic description. And then re- 1/2

It is not a transformation technique, it is a camouflage technique only usable in darkness. This entails a debuff in the enemy's accuracy only in dark places. Perhaps the phrasing wasn't too well executed and I've edited it accordingly.
