Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

This was a sight that Hikari was told she had to see. Any sight was new to Hikari and she loved to see them all. There was three things she wanted to see here. First was the trees and they were definitely beautiful and it was like being around family. She couldn't explain it but she was happy that she had come here for this at least.

Today was seeming to be a good day. Hikari was all dressed up in red and black skirt. White short sleeve shirt button up with frills. Also with a black tank top over the shirt. Black stockings and some ribbons in her hair. Cyan like hair color with blue eyes is what she chose today.

The smell of the trees was something that Hikari was so confused about. It was a good smell and she had never been able to smell something like it. Books and wood were close but it wasn't the same. Her nose in the air as the fragrance was so potent she was wanting to stay here forever. Though she knew that her new body couldn't handle something like that.

Another place she was wanting to see was the merchant community. This was a place the guild of wishes. There they sold all sorts of things and this was a place that sounded intriguing to Hikari so she had to go see.

Not sure what she would find Hikari was happy and smiled as she tried skipping out of joy. After tumbling a few times she gave up and did a fast paced walk to get there as quickly as possible.

Zhara had seen forests all of her life, but this forest was different. The sights, the smells, even the tree were different to the norm that she was used to. Though different didn't mean bad, she had only been here for few hours, but she was already in love. Currently she laid with her back against a tree, and her eyes directed at the sky. Knowing that she should needed to explore and learn more about the world, yet she couldn't get up the ambition to leave this forest, at least not yet.

With a yawn she rose from her laying position, the green and brown beads of the fringed top she wore fell across her abdomen. She squeezed her her toes around the dirt, wondering what this land did to make the soil feel different from her home, a question she would need to ask when she met a person of Fiore. Rest was nice, but even with a lack of desire to leave the forest she would still need to get a good grasp on her surroundings, as well as find some food.

Wrapping her shawl around her head, she started her exploration through the forest. Excitement growing in her, her mind wondering what she would find here, what animals this place had, what other types of flora were hiding, and of course if anyone else happened to be wandering through this area of the forest at the same time. Though in her all her excitement she had forgotten to put her sandals back on, leaving them by the tree she had rested under.

As Hikari was hurrying through the forest to find the merchants she tripped over something. Now Hikari had dirt all over her face and clothes. Getting up she brushed her clothes off and then looked to see what she tripped over. It was a pair of sandals. Looking around Hikari couldn't see anyone. Who left these shoes? Were you supposed to leave shoes here? That wasn't something she could do so she looked around to see if other people besides this person had left any. All she could find were some prints of feet. They got lighter but they were headed in a direction that Hikari could follow and either bring back the person's sandals or ask them why they should be left there.

Hurrying she went quickly to see if she could find the missing shoe person. Least until she saw a chipmunk. She had never seen one in person. This was like a new discovery for Hikari. Unfortunately she had nothing to give the chipmunk and as she got closer it ran away.

This made Hikari confused. Why would a creature run away? She wasn't going to eat it. There were plenty of times where bigger creatures and little creatures lived together. This was not something she was used to.

Standing there for a while contemplating why this must be. Still holding the sandals but completely forgot her mission. The only logical conclusion Hikari could come up with that it must have remembered something important and ran off. This reminded her of the shoes she had to return and ran to see if she could finally catch up with the shoeless person.

Continuing her slow walk through the forest, Zhara was taking in everything she saw, from the tree that had a symbol carved into it, to the oddly shaped rock that was covered in moss. As she surveying the forest, she heard something behind her. Before she could turn around she saw a small chipmunk run passed her.

"Hey!" she yelled out to the small animal. The sheer volumn of her voice was enough to startle the small creature, and stop it in its tracks. It turned around to see the source of the noise, being greeted by a dark skinned girl with a smile on her face.

Kneeling down, Zhara offered out her hand. This was not an animal that Zhara was familiar with, but she could tell it wasn't dangerous, nor did she think it would make a good meal, so this left her with one option to befriend the little thing.

The chipmunk stood in place, staying cautious of the person in front of it, before timidly moving closer, allowing the girls hand to touch it lightly.

"Hey, little one." Zhara said more calmly now, her hand gently petting it's head "What has you running? Is something after you? Well don't worry, Zhara will protect you." she said soothing, keeping her touch gently trying not to frighten the animal.

Going through the forest fast was making Hikari a little disappointed that she was missing everything. Though she knew that she had to finish her objective first. If she didn't maybe she would be cursed by a god or a demon who she stole shoes from. She had read about things like that in forests but usually near shrines which those weren't but maybe that is just to make it easier on the offered but wasn't necessary.

That is when she heard a voice. It was a females voice or least that is what Hikari was going to assume. Maybe they were the ones who the shoes belong to or maybe they could tell her why the shoes should be abandoned in the forest or if not either of those maybe they had seen a shoeless person around here.

This is where she sees this dark skinned girl talking to this girl who also had a chipmunk potentially the one she was trying to talk to earlier. Looking at her which was a shock she had never seen a girl dress like her before. Her skin being darker was a surprise as well. Did she get burnt? Then she looked down at the girl's feet to see if she was the one she was looking for. There appeared to be no shoes so Hikari assumed it was.

"It is you." Not caring what really came out of her mouth.

"How did you do that? I want to get animals to like me too!" She was excited little loud but nothing that would be screaming. There was a lot of things she could learn from this person if she would let Hikari in on some of these secrets. Hikari was so fascinated with the chipmunk that she had completely forgotten that she had some sandals in her hand.

With her soothing voice and petting it didn't take long for Zhara to gain the trust of the chipmunk, who was currently nuzzling the girl's hand. Feeling as if she had made her first friend in Fiore, Zhara would need to think of a celebration for her and the little one, but these were thoughts for later.

It is you. She hadn't heard the approaching foot step of the girl, with her concentration fully on her new friend, but the words that came from her was enough to shake her from her focus, and cause the chipmunk to stop moving. The particular words that were said, did confuse her. They made it seem like the girl had known Zhara, Do I know this voice? She thought, before scooping up the chipmunk and standing to face the newcomer. When her eyes caught the image of the cyan haired girl, she knew she had never met her.

How did you do that? I want to get animals to like me too! Came before she could ask the other girl if they should know each other. Looking down at the brown creature in her arms that had since curled up in her arms.

"Hmm? This?" She said returning her gaze to the other girl. "This I believe just happens" In truth it was her soothing nature and being comfortable around animals that made it easy for her to befriend them, but Zhara was not that articulate. It was then that Zhara caught a glimpse of the sandals in the arms of the girl.

"Those look like a pair I own." She said not making the connection that the sandals in question were hers, nor had she noticed hers were missing.

Now Hikari was confused as ever. Just happens? That doesn’t happen does it? Now Hikari was standing there trying to think of when she had read something like that. Only one thing came to mind. She must be a princess. As the only time she had heard of something like that was in fairy tales. As she had no one to teach her she honestly did not know what the difference between fiction and non-fiction and in a world where things where magic is possible might not matter anyways.

“So are you a princess?” Hikari questioned with a curious but genuine tone. She had never heard of a princess dressing like her but maybe she was a princess from another land. Now that she was thinking she was with royalty Hikari couldn’t help but curtsey.

Then Hikari asked “If these are not your sandals could you tell me why someone would leave them in the forest? Is it a ritual or an offering? Sorry if my question seems weird I am just trying to understand the habits of humans.”

Hikari’s eyes were still focused on the little creature in the girl’s hands. She wished she was a princess. Then animals would come to her and she could learn from them. That would be amazing. Though you had to be human to be a princess so there was no way that she could ever be like this girl.

"Prin....cess?" she repeated the word that the smaller girl had spoken with a little confusion. It was not a term she had been familiar with. Was the other person complimenting her, or perhaps insulting her? She would assume the the former given the tone of the females voice. Confusion played on her face once more when the girl had curtsied. There were many things she needed to learn about this land, perhaps this girl could help her.

The question the girl posed was an odd one, first why would someone leave their sandals behind? That seemed like a silly thing to do to Zhara, her mind still not registering that the footwear belonged to her. These thoughts were however eclipsed by the last thing that was said. The habits of humans? Was the person that stood before Zhara not human? She looked human, she dressed like a human, and she lacked horns or some feature of a non-human, at least not that she noticed.

"Should you not know how humans act?" she took a few steps closer the girl, the chipmunk in her arms growing tense because of this. As soon as she got close enough, Zhara started to circle the girl her eyes wandering over every piece of her, trying to spot something that screamed not human.

This girl seemed nervous was she not supposed to know this girl was a princess? Was she hiding or running away from the monarchy? She didn’t have guards so it would make sense. Hikari wasn’t sure what else to do but she didn’t want to cause trouble for this girl.

“I am sorry, I won’t mention it again. I will keep it secret for you.” Hoping that she would not cause problems for her new acquaintance. She had never met royalty before so this was going to be new experience for Hikari which was making a smile on the girl’s face.

Now she was in trouble. Maybe she shouldn’t have said that. “All humans act differently” Hikari said defensively. She did not want to become a lab rat. This was a princess after all maybe she would use to make an army or become immortal.

“So what are you doing out here in the forest?” As Hikari asked that she remembered something. This girl wasn’t wearing shoes. Now thinking these shoes might not be hers and so continued with “without shoes even? You can have these Sandals. Someone left them in the forest. I don’t know if they will fit but it might be better than nothing, right?”

Focused on her investigation, the promise of not mentioning the princess thing slipped passed her. Upon returning to the front of the girl, Zhara was certain that this girl had to be human, a fact that was driven home by the next words out of her new companions mouth.

"Oh! Yes! That makes very much sense." Zhara said, her inquiring look being replaced by her usual large smile. She was a little disappointed however, it would have been fun to meet a non-human. She started petting the animal she had been holding. Zhara was intrigued by this girl, she seemed odd, though this could just be how people here acted, the thought of this made Zhara giggle softly, she would need to find out if this was true.

"I am in the forest because it is a forest." She answered happily, then looked puzzled by the girls words. "Without shoes....?" She repeated, before looking down at her bare feet that were now covered in dirt. "Oooooh! It happened again. I am thinking those may belong to me after all." A small sweat drop made it down her face as she said this. This was a common thing for her, and it seems it would remain that way, even after the elders of her village had told her not to be so absent minded out here.
