As Yuurei was making his way back to the training area they were in, he did noticed something weird. It seemed that Zeph was no longer trying to meditate right now. How did he know well he could smell his scent moving towards Vlad at the moment. Their smells were almost colliding with each other, but he wasn’t sure why they would be close. Then he thought about it and if he was meditating and trying to take control of the demonic part of him and fail, then Vlad was who he was after. His eyes widen, but he also didn’t seem nervous for Vlad either. The monkey was a strong animal and honestly all he would be mad is that Yuurei left him alone and that Zeph had messed up his concentration. The Dragon Slayer kept moving as he reached upon the training camp and noticed that Zeph was in front of him right now. Yuurei watched him as the man’s finger was moving towards Vlad right now. The monkey’s strength, fur, and tails would be enough to ensure that he wouldn’t die or receive any damage. Vlad on the other hand was just meditating still. He had finally gotten everything he needed, but it was because of his boss that helped him. Still, he felt like something was off here, but chose to ignore it. The Light mage on the other hand just stood there as he took something out and placed it on the floor and placed the fruits on it. He started splitting them up evenly amongst each other now. ”He will either overcome it before he grabs Vlad, or he is going to be in for a rude awakening,” he thought to himself. It didn’t take long for him to split everything up for the three of them as he figured everyone would be hungry. In Vlad’s point he was enjoying his time. He enjoyed the soothing part of this meditation, but it was hard to achieve this state. Not only that, but he wasn’t sure how long he would be able to do this. He even forgot how long he was sitting down like this, but it was too late. He could feel the breeze going by him though, and it felt great. The only part he couldn’t get away from him was that there was a presence of evil approaching him, or at least was really close that he could feel it. Still, he knew Yuurei was around so there was nothing he needed to worry about. He wouldn’t be harmed if that was the case and that much he knew. |

Embodiment of Pandemonium/Aspect of Sacrifice
|
Every muscle in his body, it was almost like he had become petrified in place. His hand grew still, with Vlad right outside of his grasps. Fire and ice battled through his veins. Logic versus instinct. It was the oldest of struggles, driven and fought since the beginning of basic thought. A fight that Zeph's kind had never needed to face. They had not grown, they had not built a society, a grouping that took the safety of the whole over one's own. There had only ever been the fight, the battle, warring on all fronts. Now, he had this new struggle, his own war that took place within his mind. This was what instinct wanted, a good fight, never ending. Zeph's hand dropped, and for a moment, the air around him seemed to shimmer. His magic was resettling itself, backing from being armed. Flexing his fingers, he slowly did away with the tension that had settled into his body. Though not perfect, Zeph had a temporary solution. Turning his focus, his eyes came onto his master. Both orange spheres burning brightly, but different. One eye had returned to a normal state, allowing his pupil to regain it's original form, this being his right eye. His left eye, however, had not reverted. The pentagram remained in place, slowly rotating, and occasionally spinning before coming to a sudden stop. Placing his right arm across his chest, his hand laying on the opposing shoulder, he gave a slight bow before speaking. "Welcome back Master Yuurei," His greeting felt natural, and his voice held still, without the usual monotone, but still somehow emotionless in how the words were delivered. "It would seem that I have forced a sort of balance within my mind. Though it is far from perfect, I should be fine as along as it is maintained." Bringing his head up, a very small, yet defined, smirk formed on his lips. "This, of course, should be tested. To ensure that it is not a defective tactic. I would not wish for it to slip if I were to be involved in some sort of desperate situation." Even as he talked, his left hand clenched. He could feel the urge, the need to fight Master Yuurei. He was his focus, a rod in which his desire to destroy could be directed, safely. Zeph was sure that Yuurei would want to test him again, though it would be difficult to tell when it would occur. He may want the demon man to continue practicing his meditation more before any physical training takes place. |

Vlad enjoyed his time meditating and honestly it wasn’t bad. There was a point that he hoped that it wouldn’t be ruin, which was something that was about to happen even if he didn’t know. Yuurei on the other hand just watched the two as they were right there with each other. Zeph was close to grabbed Vlad’s neck, but for some reason he was hesitating. He had stopped there and he could only look at him, wondering what he was doing. He smile because it seemed like he was truly fighting for control of his body. That was the first step to everything and if he could win, then it would be something he could continue to strive and accomplish in the future when he gotten stronger. Then it happened, the man had put his hand down and looked at him and Yuurei could only nod as he looked into Zeph’s eyes. The man’s eyes were different than before, well he had seen both of these iris on Zeph, but this was the first time he had seen them at the same time. Yuurei stood up straight up right now as he could hear what he said and he examined his body as he could see that it was indeed not perfect. The man looked like he was struggling in a sense and at the same time it looked like he was truly half human and half demon right now. It was nice to see, but he did bring up a point; he needed to continue on training or at least using this kind of method to get mentally get stronger. ”I can see it’s not perfect. You look like you and demonic part of you are sharing the same conscious right now. It’s interesting to see you stop the urge to strike Zeph,” he paused as he looked over to Vlad. ”Kind of happy you didn’t grab him, things would have gotten pretty ugly. He doesn’t know how to hold back when he is caught off guard. I guess he still has the traumatic experience of being locked up in a cage still,” he mentioned a bit of Vlad’s past. ”Still, however, I think you did well for the first day. I won’t always be around with your meditation training. That is something you would need to continue on your own. I mean of course I will meditate with you here and there, but continue to do this and hopefully you will be able to go through a desperate situation without something like this backfiring on you,” he smile. ”Still, I think eating is in order, so how about you come here and eat some of the fruits I brought back,” he said the word fruit louder than all his other words. This only caused Vlad to open his eyes slowly as he heard those words clear as day. His mouth opened a little bit and saliva had come out from the right side of his mouth, but he stopped it from dropping on him or the floor. The monkey had rushed right pass Zeph as he had sat down on one side of where the fruits were separated and started to dig in. ”I can’t believe I took you guys out of my mind. You are the babe, my army of fruits,” he said excited to eat this. Yuurei laughed a bit as he could see Vlad enjoyed his fruits. Yuurei had taken a seat as well on the other side leaving the third spot for Zeph to take, if he chose to. The Dragon Slayer and Vlad started eating their fruits and filling their stomach up to their delight. |

Yuurei was right. Now, he was, mentally, half one and the other. This lead to meaning different feelings and thoughts, some of which was contradictory of many others. It was confusing and unnerving, yet it felt natural and calming as well. He was Zeph Erez... But he was Zephyrius. Both, yet neither. Truly he was now on the path of finding his balance between the two identities that he had used. The only issue was, who would he be when this balance was found? Would he step out and become a champion of light, or step back and return to being a tool of chaos. It was important, yet trivial. Clasping his hands behind his back, Zeph glanced down at Vlad, as he listened to his master's words. He understood very well. Meditation was something that he would have to do, at least for now, every day. Whether he was with Master Yuurei or not, it was up to him to continue working with what he had been shown. The more he worked at it, perhaps, the more stable his mental state would become and this would possibly lead to the melding of his conflicting natures. It also made Zeph... Glad? To hear that his master was happy at his progress thus far. It gave him a sense of accomplishment that he would not have felt previously. It was a good feeling, and it also seemed to be the only thing that both halves of him found in common. At the request that he approach so that they could eat, Zeph nodded in acknowledgement. As he began to approach, his eyes gazed down at the fruits that had been brought. There were a few that he recognized, but he had not encountered them all before, so they appeared very odd to him. However, he trusted that these things were indeed edible, as there was no reason for his master to try and poison him with something that was unknown to Zeph personally. |

While the two were eating their fruits right now it seemed like there were things that he was thinking about. There was only a little bit that had happened from when he left to get the fruits and coming back, but it seemed like it had him thinking about the situation. Still, he was glad that he was actually thinking about stuff and having control of the situation of his body and his soul. His will played a big part of it, but how long could he maintain it. It didn’t take long for him to join them in the feast of fruits that he had gotten them and he could only smile at Zeph right now. Vlad continued to ignored the world, however, as he was ravished the fruits that he had to push away when he was meditating. Yuurei could only swallow the fruits that he had eaten and sighed as he patted his stomach having a few more to go. ”So Zeph; now that you have gotten the part of meditating down to a point I hope. Do you want to start the physical part of our training? I mean it’s either the basic training where I have you do crazy stuff like run workout and stuff like that with a twist, or we can start by teaching you stuff through muscle memory. I’m sure you can handle yourself in a fight and that is cool, but it was always better to keep at them. If you learn Muay Thai you can adapt and have more versatile things to work with. You can change styles and go that way and then change to how you use to fight. It’s all up to you on this approach though as I don’t mind,” he paused with a smile on his face. ”Just know that I don’t take no prisoners and I won’t stop because you ask me to. I’m going to push you to the breaking point and if you truly want to stop, then you better pass out,” he let him know as he didn’t know how to hold back when he was training someone. It might have gotten worst now as well than he had trained Ezekiel. Yuurei nodded though as he looked to the fruits and continued on with his meal. It was too damn good to pass up and he hadn’t eaten from the forest in a while that he missed it. Vlad on the other hand could only see that Yuurei was talking to Zeph, but he wasn’t sure about what. When he had started to pay attention he had gotten the last thing he said and he wondered why he had told the young man to do such a thing. The monkey could only shrugged through this though because he had figured that he had done something wrong through the meditation process. He was up and standing when he opened his eyes, so there must have been something wrong. ”It seems you didn’t do well with your meditation there Zeph?” he asked him as he continued to shove the fruits that were in front of him. It wouldn’t take long for everybody to finish their meal and continue through the process of what they were going to do here. He was going to train him this way before he did anything else right now. The Dragon Slayer was going to probably guide him through tough situations and deal with syndicates from his past just to see how he could handle the situation as well. There was a lot of things he could do as well as keep an eye on him and making sure nothing happened to him. |

So, Master Yuurei was leaving it up to Zeph to decided what direction they should proceed with his training. His head tilted slightly to one side in mild confusion at the fact that he was being given a choice about this. It seemed weird to him, that the master would give the pupil his pick of what to do next. On one end it did make a little sense, as Zeph knew his body better than anyone, but it just felt mildly wrong to him at the same time. Sitting down, grabbing one of the many fruits, Zeph examined it as he mulled it over in his mind. Continuing with meditation would be good, though he planned on continuing to do it on his own. It wasn't exactly something that one could moderate another while they were doing it. Simple physical exercising was good as well, pushing his body to and past his limits repeatedly until his body grew to go even further. However, learning a new fighting style would be advantageous, especially as far as he had seen of Muay Thai. As of now, Zeph fought with no practice style. His movements and strikes were purely instinctual and years of battle experience. Though that worked well for him in most scenarios, it did have its disadvantages, as he only knew had to move offensively and he knew nothing of stances. "Moving forward to the physical aspect of training does seem like a good idea," He said briefly before taking a bite out of whatever fruit it was he had in his hand. After chewing he continued to speak, "I believe that pushing me beyond my capabilities is the best way for me to learn and train. With that said I think I should do basic training, back to muscle memory training. I am interested in your Muay Thai style. I would think learning it would a good experience for me regardless. Exposure to many styles of fighting would help me better understand and anticipate my enemies, as well as allow me more pathways when fighting a difficult enemy." |

Yuurei had heard his disciple speak up to him and it seemed like he was agreeing with the time to train him physically. That was good to hear, but now how were they going to approached this? He figured the kid would want to learn his style, but they could have easily gone in the direction where they trained his ass off. He had a place where he kept things in the forest for training. He had weight and everything and it would be simple enough to get it for him. Still, that wasn’t the case; he wasn’t going to be running his heart out until he puked today as it seemed like he wanted to learn his style of fighting. That wouldn’t be a problem and he could only smile as he figured that it was time to get up from the floor. He figured it would go this way and he didn’t mind. It was going to be hard for him to teach another person this as he himself didn’t learn in the correct way. It was more of reading and watching that he had been able to do it. ”Alright that doesn’t sound too bad. This is actually the first time I’m doing this. I might not get the steps to train you correct as I learned through an unorthodox way. Still, bear with me and listen to me I guess,” he got up from the floor as he had stretched as he looked at the ground and seen that there was nothing else for him to eat there. Vlad on the other hand was laying on the ground right now. The monkey was happy as hell to have those fruits enter his system and now he was patting his stomach as he looked like he was ready to knock out. Yuurei had placed his hands onto his side as he was done with his stretching right now. ”Now how do we start this. I guess the stance, the basic attacks and your foot movement. From there you would have to train and be able to move accordingly?” he was saying and he was honestly thinking out loud more than anything. He allowed Zeph to eat his fruits without him bothering. He looked around and he just got into a stance though and it was for his Muay Thai. He had his hands up and ready as if he was going to fight, his dominating hand lower than his left hand, while his left leg was slightly bent and his right leg was behind it. This was the stances he wanted Zeph to take, but keep them the dominating limbs ready to attack and in his case it was his right side. |

Taking another bite, Zeph chewed his food slowly as he savored it's unique taste. He was thoroughly enjoying his little meal as his eyes carefully followed Master Yuurei's movements. He stated that this was the first time he would have taught another how to use Muay Thai. He himself had learn in an unorthodox manner, but this did not phase Zeph one bit. After all, everything he had learned up to this point had been far outside the norm. This was no different to him, though it was nice to have an instructor for once. "This Muay Thai seems very susceptible to personal advancement. Each person, once basics are fully learned and master, are able to contribute and advance the art to fit each individual's style," He chipped in between bites of fruit. From the little he saw during their fight a few days before, this style was somewhat similar to the way he was already fighting. Utilizing one's entire body in order to fight, oppose to simply sticking with the hands, feet, and any weapons that they may posses. If he was right then this would be easy for him to pick up, and not a large chunk fo time would be spent at this stage. Finishing the fruit, Zeph dusted his hands off before hoping up to his feet and mirroring Master Yuurei's stance: Both hands up, his dominate, right, hand resting lower than the other. His left leg bent slightly, slide a bit forward, right leg pushed back a bit, making his stance just slightly different from what his Master was doing. The way his legs rested, his body was ready for, either, a sudden take off at a dead sprint, or if he had to leap backwards in a moment. This slight alteration was simply his body moving on instinct. Zeph was use to being faster than others, and so, had relied on his superior speed to overwhelm his enemies, back in his days on Incendia. Right now, he was vastly under-powered in comparison to Master Yuurie, but that didn't stop his bodies natural reaction. Edited by Morti, Aug 9 2015, 07:47 PM.
