Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.
A tall man, Mordred stands at a solid six feet and three inches. The gunslinger has long black hair which he usually keeps in place with a single red bandanna tied around his forehead. Overall, Mordred's complection is pale and very white, a surprising feature considering how much time he spends out in the sun or his upbringing in the wilderness of The Land With No Name. The man's eyes are a dark maroon, unflinching and filled to the brims with inner turmoil. For the most part beyond this, he has a normal face with no real marks or quirks.
His upper body is fairly built, yet still follows the pattern of an ectomorph regardless. His hands are slightly larger than they should be, yet not enough to warrant any real fear or whatnot. His chest and back are fairly normal, his arms as well. Overall the man's body is common with no real abnormalities or the like, there is the occasional scar here or there but beyond this his legs and the rest of him are quite unremarkable. He is somewhat built but still leans more on the lanky side of fitness.
Clothing:
Almost no matter the situation, Mordred always wears the same set of clothes.
A black short-sleeved shirt tucked into black cargo pants which are held up by an equally black belt with a silver buckle. Over this, the man wears a red poncho which is long on the back, giving it the illusion of a cape of sorts, its ends are frayed and cut up thus reflecting his travels. He tends to wear black, fignerless, leather gloves on both his hands and occasionally a bronze gauntlet on his left hand which covers up a nasty scar he acquired in a previous adventure. On his feet he wears black combat boots and on his head he wears a simple red bandanna.
Accessories:
Occasionally he'll wear a silver stud on his ear or the like, beyond this he doesn't vary his outfits all that much.
Extra:
A few scars on his back and a large one on his left arm.
A hard and cold soul, Mordred sees the world in a fairly simple way: There are those who have a gun, and those who don't.
Skullduggery and ulterior motives can help describe the man. He isn't afraid to manipulate someone dumb enough to not see what he's up too, nor is he afraid to shoot an unarmed man if need be- he is a utilitarianist by most means, he does what he does simply because it is necessary. That being said, he is not necessarily 'evil' by most senses of the word, he's simply a third party between it and being a 'good' guy. At the end of the day, one can never truly see what's going on inside the wanderer's head, just that he constantly has an iron in the fire no matter the situation.
His rather sly mindset is even more emphasized by his sly way of speaking. The man speaks with a slight accent, indicating how his background as a foreigner. Always one to sweet-talk both his enemies and his potential love interests, Mordred will try to talk his way out of a conflict before resorting to his guns or his machismo to rescue him. Such tactics may sometimes cause the man a fair bit of trouble, but its worth the risk considering he wouldn't be wasting the time nor coin on booze or bullets.
In battle, Mordred doesn't really change his attitude or thinking all the much. He is still the smart-talking and savy gunman which he acts like in his spare time. It probably goes without saying though that if the cards are really on the table then the man will get as serious as the situation demands, yet for the most part is rather aloof and without real concern.
A few quirks about the man however. He is an avid fan of poetry, playing the guitar, and sleeping in until past noon. He occasionally talks to his guns or to himself as if they each have distinct personalities. He has claustrophobia and views crime as a means to an end, resulting in his rather ambiguous alleigances.
History
Saying Mordred is a foreigner to Fiore would be an understatement.
The man comes from the East, a land beyond the beyond- past the Pergrande kingdom from a country with no name. Here life is bitter, violent, and short, either one eats or is eaten. Monsters lurk around every corner, the weather itself aims to kill those who live through the throngs of beasts actively hunting prey. This 'Land Without A Name' is what Mordred called his home for most of his youth. The lad was the oldest child, his younger sister being his partner. Here the young Mordred managed to eek out a basic childhood with his father- an exile from Fiore who had been forced to take his children with him to avoid their slaughter. Surprisingly and against all odds, the family managed to survive. Until one day, that is.
Mordred had been out gathering food with his sister when he heard the gunshot.
Rushing back to a nearby cave where his father had been camping, the teen found his body lying on the cold stoney floor in a pool of his own blood. Standing over the corpse was a stranger, a man identifiable due to the 3 scars going through his left eye. The man did not bother to explain why he had killed the teen's father, he remained silent throughout most of the ordeal. The 'Scarred Stranger' beat Mordred, as well as his sister, before leaving them under a tree with a horrible choice on the young man's shoulders.
The Scarred Stranger bound the teens hands behind his back and shoved forced him to bite down on a harmonica. While doing this, he placed the young man's sister on his shoulders, bound her hands as well, and placed a nuse around her neck attached to a tree. Thus, if Mordred so much as moved a foot from where he stood, his sister would slip from her perch and fall to her death. It was a sick and twisted torture, making the young man the killer of his own sister- only adding insult to injury by forcing the harmonica against him, whezing notes of sound eminating whenever the teen tried to speak.
Three days passed, the Stranger did not flinch nor move, he simply watched Mordred's eyes as he tried to stand up to support his sister. Finally, the teen's strength failed him. He collapsed, and so did the body of his younger sibling.
With the teen sobbing on the ground, the Scarred Stranger tossed the pitiful human a strange gun with three barrels, telling him that one day the boy would kill and become him in the process. With this, the Stranger disappeared, leaving Mordred exhausted an alone in the Land With No Name. As his body failed him, the teen swore revenge, he swore to kill the sadistic gunman with the very gun he had given Mordred. With this, the teen became a man, rebranding himself as 'Mordred' and casting his old self away.
As the years passed, Mordred traveled across Earth-Land, hunting down the Stranger and learning the art of a gunslinger in the process. The young man came under the guidance of a retired dark mage who helped teach him the tricks of the trade. Known as Jesse, the bounty hunter helped make the gunslinger into who he is today. After years of traveling, his adventures have finally brought him to Fiore where he currently resides in Sampaguitown as a bounty hunter, never ceasing his hunt for the elusive Stranger.
Name:Sundance Class: D Description: A strange and somewhat more ostentacious weapon, Sundance is Mordreds trademark and most recognizable gun. As a pistol, it is one of the larger ones, one foot in length with the barrels making up 7 inches of it, the handle and main chambers taking up the remaining five. For all intents and purposes, Sundance is a normal pistol. What defines this weapon from others like it are the three barrels which make up the large pistol. Each barrel has its own chamber which can hold up to six bullets, allowing 18 bullets in total. With how large the pistol is, the weapon can be rather heavy and requires adequate aim to wield for long durations as well as keep steady while aiming or shooting due to the weapon's recoil. Regardless, the sleek and dull silver gun is a companion to Mordred, rough and scratched designs lining the sides of the weapon along with three wolves decorating the ends of the three barrels.

Magic Name:The Unforgiven Gunslinger Magic Type: Exquip Tier of Magic: 1 Rank: 1 Magic Description: 'Gunslinger' is an ex-equip magic that is based around the use of firearms and guns in general, some variations from this pattern such as armor or miscellaneous tools are acceptable, but for the most part this magic revolves around guns and their ability to make an enemy spontaneously have multiple holes in their chest. Perhaps the most trademark and pivotal point of this magic is the Black Bullets ability, creating one's own ammunition which can be used normally by the caster's traditionally firearms as well as used to empower other spells- for a price of course...
As with all ex-equip magic: The user can change equipment through magic power, sending items back and forth from a pocket dimension. When using his aiblities, Mordred uses a type of non-elemental energy which he likes to coin 'Vengeful Darkness', energy which manifests itself as black in aesthetics yet has no elemental affiliation and is an energy in its own right. Using this energy to empower his weapons and abilities is key for Mordred, helping him outmanuver and overpower the opposition. Technique Points: 2/2
"You're a Dead Man walkin' "
Quickdraw - 1 Type: Requip Range: Self Effect: The user can change to another piece of equipment by sending equipment to and summoning equipment from their pocket dimension. A single requip use is capable of swapping one full set/suit of armour and a weapon pair for another (i.e. a sword and shield, a bow, two claws, a sword and a handgun, etc.). In the case of Mordred, a brief shimmer of Vengeful Darkness like a black flash can be seen as an item is called forth from his pocket dimension.

Black Bullets - 1 Type: Supportive Range: Self Effect: Being a gunslinger, Mordred relies heavily on having a constant supply of ammunition at his displosal. Thus, to solve this problem, the man constructed his trademark ability: creating his own ammunition out of magic itself. Upon activating this spell, Mordred can create a cache of magical black bullets. The amount of bullets which can be created are equal to a set formula regarding the caster's accuracy and this ability's rank. The bullets themselves can be fired normally, firing instead of a normal bullet loaded in the gun, but can also be consumed by Mordred to empower one of his other spells, the cost of which is determined by the consuming spell's rank. Upon using this spell, there is a 5 post cooldown before Mordred can create more Black Bullets. The ability lasts for 3 posts, after which, Mordred loses all of his Black Bullets and normal ammunition is required.
Quote:
0.1*(Mordred's Accuracy) + 10 = 11
- At this rank and current Accuracy stat, Mordred can create and store up to 11 Black Bullets. - Black Bullets count as normal D-Class Ammunition - Bullets can be sacraficed to empower other abilities (i.e if Mordred were to have 20 Black Bullets, he could sacrafice 10 to empower a spell, thus leaving him with 10 left)
Black Bullet effects for spells as well as their cost will be written under the main ability description in this font and color.
