Getting power armor for Blitz - I say 'power' because it's not a typical just 'extra layer of protection' deal. To give you an idea, the image I'll be using for it. Armor I've been debating a passive strength buff (to make it power armor in the literal sense), but I'm open to ideas. Passive Strength would be +20 at S-Class, or if I went all-stat, +10 to each. Not a huge amount to a guy with 137 per stat (at time of writing) but with the stat 'overlap' thing we've got now, not sure if that would just vanish when he used another self-buff, or if the other stats would remain, the stacking rules are a bit vague on passives. Also considered a rush-type effect for closing distances and doing damage on impact, but again, just tossing ideas around, seeing what sticks. Edited by Balmung6, Nov 24 2014, 05:41 AM.

You want Thingamabobs? I got 20.

I'll go ahead and say that a passive strength buff on an item is just not going to be worth it for you. The dash and damage thing is much more feasible and in fact I would heavily suggest that over the passive buff. The armor, to me, reminds me of a rhino or some such and so have a charge to deal damage would be pretty fitting with that idea. |

I'll explain ^^ If you get a passive buff which applies +10 to every stat and someone else comes along and casts, say, a +25 on your stamina.. the previous +10 would be canceled out IN STAMINA ONLY and replaced (NOT added to) by the stronger, +25 buff. However, do note that the rules state you may only have 1 active 'self buff' at any given time. A 'self buff' is defined as a buff activated from your own techs, items, summons, or pets. Which means that your passive self buff would be completely nulled if you activated another buff on yourself. Hope that helps! |

Ah, good to know. For the Armor....charge sounds useful. Could also try having the armor be able to store itself in a pocket dimension just for that one armor set. (in case some places are inconvenient to wear full armor in. Given the Knights, shouldn't really be an issue, but still :P) Also thinking on the A-Class coupon from the Milestone event, as it turns out I can't just give that to Varriden if Blitz is getting the SP/jewels. On the plus side, though, I think I narrowed it down some as to what item is needed - something with an effect that scales decently (as in has some effect on stronger techs/PCs instead of none) but that isn't so terribly impressive that I'd want to upgrade it later. Maybe a debuff or something. Edited by Balmung6, Nov 26 2014, 05:17 AM.
