Neko was about to run away but felt her paws holding his tail, which prevented him from moving with his intended sprint. Instead he stopped instinctively and heard her almost plea for help. Neko nodded, and was about to go talk to the kids again before he realized that she probably didn't want him to 'talk' to them like he did before; she probably just wanted his company for things.. although if the kids tried to put a tutu around him they are very likely going to leave home with scratch marks on their faces. In fact it's almost a certainty. The black cat turned around and looked at the kids, smiling, then talked "Alright then, I'll help you deal with them. But you owe me one." He didn't know the other feline enough to know he'd see her again and bring this up, but it's always good to have favors from others to collect when he might need it. Miguel was by this point surrounded by lots of vines. When he sent his sphere to destroy the creature it blocked it with its vines and had it miss its big head. The creature was strong, but the vines were weak in a way. His spell very easily broke through them, which meant that his next one might be able to help too.. hopefully. Suddenly five black tentacles grew from Miguel's back and shot at the vines with 40 speed and strength. They moved straight ahead of Miguel and separated to force a pathway between Miguel, the woman, and the creature. He used all of the strength between the tentacles to hold them back. There wasn't much else he could do. He made a small fence with the tentacles, but there wasn't much stopping the vines from moving underneath or on top of them since the tentacles were focusing on pushing them back. Miguel only hoped that he made enough room for Syeena to do her thing. |

While Hex and Neko was getting more aquainted-- rather the poor black cat was dealing with his ego, Syeena and Miguel were up to their necks in vines. Syeena rushed forward but soon saw that Miguel was able to clear a path-- ironically using his own type of smoke tentacles that he used to bar their path. "Great... more tentacles," she said in dry humor, finding the use of these things rather repetitive, considering how they had tried to grope feels on her like some bad adult film. Still grateful, they were able to close the distance, getting within ten meters of central root. It let out a roar and unleashed another hoard of tentalces to get them. Of course Miguel kept them off... Well most of them. A good few did burry below the range of Miguel's tentacles, and while her attention was to run forward, they burrowed right under her and caught Syeena in their grasp! Before she knew it she was thrown into the air and the tentacles quickly wrapping around her waist. "Gah! Damnit!" she gasped as she was lifted upward! The vines were being used to push Syeena closer to the central root's giant and ugly maw. It moved slowly, all the while winding around her waist and legs. The tentacles did what they did best... in a pervy fashon began to tie around her to try and entangle her. A gasp and blushed escape Syeena as the vines found their way on her thighs and reached up, others attempting to reach her breasts and around her stomach. "Grr... not this again!" she gasped, trying to fight them off. If Neko was there right now, his eyes would pop out of his sockets. |

Neko started to prance around the area with the kids, mostly playing Neko's own way of 'tag' because he did not let them touch him, and the kids were enjoying that silent game because the ones playing REALLY wanted to touch him. The black cat made that impossible though, because he would sneak between their legs, use the vines on the walls to climb them, and even make a zig-zag dodge to the kids low speed compared to his own. The kids loved it, and Neko enjoyed not being touched and the slight challenge of not insulting the kids while running past them. For Miguel the plant monster rose its vines and grabbed the woman, rising her up. Miguel looked up at her to see if she could break herself free, but instead he saw the vines groping and moving around the woman's waist. His eyes widened to a point Miguel didn't know he could widen them and his face turned red, completely taking away his concentration for a moment. Right there the vines slammed into Miguel, multiple of them, and had him slide through the ground and into the wall where he felt the vines start to whip him continuously. His right arm was definitely hit, his left leg was hit multiple times (probably trying to have Miguel's legs give in on him), and his arms were suffering only a few whips from the vines since they were protecting his chest in an 'X' formation. The only problem with that was that the creature continued to hit the chest area and it got a little of most things including the shoulders, the upper left chest, some of Miguel's face, and even his abdomen. Miguel moved his tentacles to act as a horizontal shield, which helped immensely from the vertical whip lashes he was getting from the vines. He took a moment to breath before he tried to use one of his tentacles to grab Syeena and pull her towards him. This quickly turned into a game of tug of war, with Miguel's one tentacle holding its own against the vines. Meanwhile the vines continued to try and whip Miguel, but to no avail thanks to his make-shift shield. |

Hex outside was now using her aero wings in order to hover off the ground. The black cat watched as the one named Neko played tag with the children. It was good now that she needed a break. "You better not ask for anything pervy or things will get unpleasant," She stated cleanly as she had her arms folded before her chest. THe kids seem to be having fun chasing him. You wouldn't of thought they were traumatized by the events being trapped in a house full of monster plants. If only they knew what was going on inside with Miguel and Syeena. Syeena continued to struggle, and glared at Miguel as he leered at her being fondled. "Really?! NOW?! Will you focus--!" she sneered, but of course it was hard for her to be mad with the vines touching her in too many places.She quirmed, but did feel Miguel attempt to pull the vines away with what tentacle he could. "Oh he better not do the same thing with HIS tentacles or he is gonna regret it." she murmured. As he was defending from the brutal lashings, his pull did in fact do something! The vines loosened just a bit, and it was now her time to act! Requipting her cards once more, she drew forth the two strongest cards she had! The Magician and The Emperor! The vines around her arms had lessened and with a strong tug, she pulled free! She then threw The Magician card at the giant mawed plant. The card soared through the air with her throw and unfortunately didn't hit but flew overhead of the plant. It was about to pass till-- Syeena grasped the same card from across the room! In the blink of an eye she had magically vanished from the vines tangling her, and now was in mid air, grasping the very card she had just thrown! She teleported to the card she threw, and was now poised for attacking the creature! She landed right on the beast's head, and sprinted down its head, avoiding the tentacles on its body that tried to grab her in instinct, much like how a Venus flytrap captures flies. She jumped forward and off the plant, performing a flip in mid air. She was now in front of the creature and its giant maw. This time she threw her second card, The Emperor, right at him at a closer range and this time it would hit! The card went flying and the creature opened its maw. Syeena soon became upright in the air and landed on the ground easily. After a quick sprint back to the general area where Miguel was, she smirked. Most people would be sad if a plant monster ate their weapon. Syeena just smirked. "Oh yeah," she said as she waited. .... BOOM!! Fire erupted from the maw of the beast and the entire frame of the plant creature bulged! THe tentacles went into a spasming fit, some catching fire and then going limp as the creature thrived in agony. A major case of heartburn after Syeena delivered her attack-- for The Emperor card contained the power of fire, releasing a mighty explosion when triggered by the caster. "And my mummy blames me for not liking my veggies," Syeena replied sarcastically as she enjoyed the plant monster twitching and burning in pain. It gave a howl as the fires licked at its body, but it wasn't dead just yet. Still the vines were now no longer a threat, and stopped lashing at Miguel-- leaving him capable to launch the finishing blow. |

"I WILL DO NO SUCH THING" Miguel yelled when he heard the woman's murmur, he was pulling her towards him with his tentacle and helped one of the vines weaken enough to snap. At that moment she threw one of her weapons and teleported to where that weapon was. It was odd, and interesting. Miguel has never seen a teleportation magic like that before. She then dropped a card inside the creature's mouth and burned it from the inside and out. The creature looked defeated, and Miguel was more then glad that the very brief ordeal was done and over with. The problem now was whether or not the creature was defeated. Just in case he prepared himself, for all he knew the creature could still be alive. A smoke sphere suddenly appeared on Miguel's palm and rotated several times, it looked like a normal rotating sphere. He also prepared himself to cast his Smoke Crows spell, which was an AOE attack for the bodies around him. Just then vines started to spasm and headed towards the dark mage, Miguel cursed his luck and ran towards her, faster then the vines, and tackled her to the ground to avoid the vines that hit the wall in front of her. Miguel's face was normal, but when he realized the position he was in he immediately stood up again. "T-THERE WERE VINES COMING TOWARDS YOU, I SWEAR!" Needless to say Miguel did not like being labeled a pervert, and tackling a girl to the ground and ending up on top of her might be one of those things that label someone that. He was too much of a gentleman to do such things. Neko ran past Hex, smirking, as the kids involuntarily tried to tackle her to the ground. When kids were running like this they usually had the most fun pushing people in the way to the ground. Hex could dodge and accidentally join the game of 'touch the cat' or get hit by a small crowd of kids and dog-piled on. "Pervy? Me? Nooo, I'm actually quite the angel." Neko smiled and climbed on top of a small pillar just outside the children's reach. |

THe creature was still alive, at least till the flames killed him. Miguel could of ended it quickly but instead he wanted to get up close and personal due to the vines spasming. He was not aware of deaththrows from the vines, and took them as an attack-- which prompted him to tackle Syeena into a pervy position. She looked surprise-- then gave him a calm but annoyed look. "Oh really?" she said with obvious sarcasm. "Shame cause I never wanted you more," Her little comment meant to tease, but soon the saw the plant die. As the last of the flames flickered off the creature, it soon slouched over and became motionless! The vines too stopped moving and flopped to the ground unwilling to move. As they died off, it was now safe and Syeena gave Miguel and less than friendly shove off of her. Standing herslef back up elegantly, she looked to the four pods that the children were trapped in. The vines that connected to those pods soon withered, as did the pod shells. They shriveled up and dried like leaves in Autumn. ANd from them, out came tumbling out each child, two girls and two boys. They were unconscious but breathing, still alive and well. They were not in their long enough to do serious damage. "So let's keep this PG for the sake of the kiddes then, hm?" she teased to Miguel, winking at him in a playful gesture. "Help me get them back up to the surface." Of course outside-- Hex couldn't dodge and soon she was the victim of Neko's little collision. Now she was burried under four little children , a few of them hugging her as they liked her. She pawed her way out so she could look at Neko but still was buried under them. "If you're an angel, then I'm a dog!" she hissed back. Luckily for the two cats, they would be done babysitting soon enough. |

His face remained red as she continued to toy with his innocent mind. She mentioned that she never wanted him more, which Miguel understood as a joke or an attempt to lighten the mood, but he couldn't bare the thought of the woman thinking what he did brought her joy. Miguel remained crimson red, even as she shoved him off and he walked backwards then remained silent. The last thing he wanted was to provoke a conversation with her that would spiral into an area that he didn't want to reach. She teased him again, claiming that they should keep themselves PG-13 until they took the kids outside. Miguel nodded, still trying to not comment on the woman's flirtations, and grabbed two of the pods. He summoned black crows around him that shredded through the cocoons and left the kids inside of them unharmed. He grabbed them both by the collar and walked towards the steep area where they fell from and grew wings from his back, where he then flew upwards through the 'tunnel' and left the two unconscious girls outside the steep fall. "Do you need me to help you get out of there?" Miguel asked, if she said yes then he'll fly down and grab the kids, fly up, then come back and grab her and do the same. When everyone is out of the hole then Miguel's wings will disappear and he'll walk with the kids the remainder of the way to the garden, where they'll find Neko sitting on top of a pedestal and laughing as the kids were playing with Hex and trying to grab him but couldn't reach. "You humans can't even climb correctly until later in your lives." Neko said, before he jumped down and stopped a few centimeters from hex's face. "It was fun playing with you, I'd like to do it again, preferably when there isn't any kids around. I like your spunk, and I like some attitude in my la-" "NEKO! What the hell are you doing." "-Nothing, I was just saying my farewell to the kitten." |

Syeena didn't need help as she followed Miguel. She was impressed as she saw him use magic to fly, which was rather convienet. ANy kind of flying Syeena needed, she depended on her Exceed cat companion Hex. "Just help make sure they get up to the next floor safely," she said as she helped hand over another one of the unconscious children to the broken stairway. In a matter of minutes, they were able to get out of the large hole and back into the ruined mansion. The vines outside were all withered and even the little mini monster plants were dead. The big root was the heart, and now that it was gone, there was no more threat to the mansion.It was smooth sailing till they got out of the garden and went to find Hex. She was there with the kids, all of them on top of them, and some hugging them while the other cat aggitated Hex below, and was more or less saying insinuating things to her. "COme a little closer and I'll claw your whiskers off, ya mangy lousy ally cat!" Hex shouted, as Syeena returned. "Hex, I see your having a good time with the kids and your ahem... new friend?" SYeena hinted to the black cat. Hex glared at Syeena, clearly not in the mood. "Will you just get them off me PLEASE!!" Hex said as a little girl nuzzled her head with a hug. With a soft laugh, Syeena softly urged the kids away from Hex, and got them into an orderly fashion. She had to at least inform the knights or someone before she just up and left-- without getting caught of course. |

That's when Syeena showed that she wasn't bad with the kids. Apparently the entire crowd of kids were on top of Hex, the new supposed friend of Neko whom was busy 'trolling' the female cat. She looked like she was about to kill Neko by this point, and Miguel wouldn't blame her. There wasn't a single person on earth besides Miguel that wouldn't want to hurt the little black cat. Miguel sometimes even joins their feelings and punches him on the head. In this case though Miguel couldn't help but smile, since all the little black cat seemed to be doing was instigating his fellow feline comrade to punch him, or worse. Neko walked away from her as Syeena went to help the kids off of her. Neko used his ears to listen to the movements that gave him the assumption that they were all off in a relatively short amount of time. He climbed on Miguel and sat on his head, and Miguel assumed that Syeena had everything covered in the group. For now she had all of the kids, and the house seemed much safer now without the creature inside of it. His job was done. Miguel walked away from the kids and took out a cigarette, the woman that helped them seemed helpful enough to take care of the rest. Normally he'd stay behind and help with the outcome, but he had a day he had to enjoy. He might even take a few extra days off depending on the circumstances. All he knew and needed to know about this moment was that it was finished, and that he didn't have to worry about it any further. Miguel raised his hand at the woman, Syeena, and walked away. "Good luck with the kids." Neko spoke too, "I'll miss the kitten most of all~" Miguel sighed. "What did you do with her? She looked like she was about to kill you." Neko scuffed, "I tried to help her by telling the kids I was a god, and she just completely trampled over it and kicked my tail. The nerve of some people." There was a slight pause before Miguel spoke again, "You tried to tell little kids you were a god? You don't see anything wrong with that?" Neko shook his head, "You tell kids about Santa Clause and hell and heaven and zeus and expose them to violence all day through movies and that's alright, so I guessed the god part would be a combination of mentally scarring a kid about going to hell and the whole 'Santa Clause' thing." Miguel stopped, thought about it, and sighed again. There was no convincing the cat. |

After she got all the kids in order and did a headcount to make sure they were all there, Syeena sighed in relief. As she was about to express some form of thanks to the two strangers that had helped her in her time of need-- they had waved and left. Hex of course was glad the neusance of a black cat was gone. He was just a perv and troublesome creature. He was not an Exceed like her. Having been freed from the children, Hex finally took the time to lick her paw and straighten up her fur. At that time, Syeena exquipt back into a less conspicuous outfit-- her nerdy girl outfit to let the authorities think she was just an average good Samaritan. "Well, we got the kids. I think our job is good. Let's get these kids to the knights and hopefully they can find their families." "If I ever talk crazy and want a litter of kittens, you remind me of this day," Hex said grumpily as she finished straightening out her cat ears and put back on her witch hat. "And I hope I don't see that stupid cat for a while. What a jerk." Syeena tilted her glasses as she looked to her cat companion who was walking along the high catwall of the estate walls. The cat was keeping an eye on the kids and Syeena from above while they led the kids to someplace safe. "Oh? ANd here i Thought you and him were having a nice time. You don't meet other felines. Not making friends?" she said with a playful tone, obviously hinting something. Hex gave Syeena a glare. "You're lucky the children are here or i would use more creative words to call you," Hex said as they soon reached the edge of the abandoned sector of town. With the mission complete and all the children safe, she head to escort them to the knights and in time get her reward for a job well done. Mission complete! |
