Rahl simply watched and didn't move a muscle as Snow unleashed carnage and beastal rage upon the parlor and the two villians in this fairy tail. Rahl didn't move simply because he trusted Snow so, but more so he was partly scared for his own life. He had seen some scary things in his short life, but never had he been so close and present for such a magical force that was so feral like. Rahl's hands shivered at the sight as the pudgy host's belly was torn a sunder and his contents spilling forth onto the carpet. The good doctor August attempted to run, after all he was well studied and knew all to well that he stood no chance in this situation after the hosts death, and would live to fight another day. He didn't make it very far however a Snow flung a table to take his legs out from under him. The man fell to the ground and started to attempt to recover only to be pounced on. Snow held him in place before turning to Rahl and asking him in a voice that almost seemed familiar but foreign in the same breath, it was snow's voice but it was more velvety and low. The voice somewhat reassured Rahl that Snow was still snow..just physically different and perhaps her sanity waned but Rahl wasn't one to judge. " No, leave him. I will handle him. I need to handle him myself. " Cain would say as his shook his hands getting rid of his shivers and walking firmly toward Snow and August the ropes dropping to the ground as he slipped out. As Rahl started to walk towards them however, leaving Snow to attend to the slaves outside, a scream could be heard coming from the direction of where the slaves were kept outside. It sounded dire, like someone was being killed. In that same moment however four guards rushed to the entrance of the parlor brandishing large clubs seeming to be coming to their masters aid only far too late. " Settle what you wanted here. I will take care of August. " Rahl would say drawing his pistols and opened fire on the guard hopefully assisting snow, as he let loose a barrage knocking two guards back as the magical bursts of the guns hailed them. Snow would have to go through not only these four men, but another four outside the waiting for her before she could hope to see what horrors were befalling the slaves. |

Snow was proud to see the man she had come here to defend decide to step up. She was surprised he had sat quietly by all this time. Though she did suppose that seeing her sprout animal parts might have been slightly shocking. She had warned him though. At least she thought she had. She nodded once in approval. When it came to people like that, people that wished to use and abuse their station; the ones who suddenly began to think that they were better than the people around them…Well sometimes it was best to let the abused become the punisher. So she not only approved heartily of Cain taking care of him, he may have earned a little respect from her besides. As she turned, she heard running footsteps. It seemed they had company, and she was more than capable of taking care of them herself. She had already crouched into a fighter’s position before the door popped open revealing guards. She could hear the screams coming from where the people were being kept, and her impatience nearly made her incautious. Nearly. Thankfully operating on instinct was something she was more than good at. It took her a moment to realize that the guards were mostly trying to subdue her, not trying to kill her. It seemed their target was getting Cain off of the man behind her. She took a moment, listening to their petty words…Like ‘surrender’ and then? Well, she laughed again. Her open scorn of their attempts to be peaceable, even after two of them were knocked back, seemed to surprise them. She did so like it when she had that effect. It gave her a great advantage. She used their slightly stunned moment to catch one in the arm with a swift upward kick, making him drop his weapon. The second reached for her and she ducked, sweeping her leg out and then up, catching him in the back of the knee. This had a quick but satisfying effect. It seemed the corridor around which the men had been standing was rather narrow, thus as the second man lost his balance and fell back he took the others down with him in a domino effect. The screams sounded again and Snow made a dash over the men lying in the hallway. She may have “accidentally” stepped on some of the more tender bits on her way through, eliciting groans and cries of pain. She couldn’t be bothered with them for the most part, though it seemed they were smart enough to stay down…or didn’t have much choice. She reached the cages eventually and stopped dead in her tracks. ”What the hell is going on here?” was all she could think to say. |

Rahl simply smirked as Snow obliterated what defenses the body guards had and rather plowed right through them, trampling them over and smashed them into the ground. The few guards Rahl had gotten to tangle with where riddled with bruises and sores as Rahl's barrage of shots from his dual pistols dropped them to the ground after taking a good dozen shots. Dropping the empty cartridges on the ground Rahl turned his attention to the good Doctor August would had been his family's doctor for as long as he knew. The ire this man had, the gall he had to not only cross House Rahl but to think he could simply take Cain out of the picture and have him as his personal blood bag for experiments? He had quite the retribution coming. Outside however Snow had run upon probably the least likely scene she had expected to see, possibly in all of her life. The guards that had been posted when they had walked by here when they arrived were littering the ground each and every one of them beaten, battered, and bleeding. They barely able to move it seemed as groans bellowed from them a tiny bit giving sign that they were alive. If that wasn't strange enough before the slave pens where three figures, two dressed as slave masters who had been keeping the slaves in line with whips and clubs. One of these slave masters had a rope tied around his neck like a noose and barely had his feet on the ground, the end of this rope tied to the slaves cage. The other slave master was on all fours seeming to begging for his life, nay pleading for his life with everything he had in him, tears and snot running down his nose as the third and most frightening figure stood looming over him. The slaves behind this scene of horror where all pushed to the back as far away from the three as possible in obvious of fear of witnessing what ever had taken place to wipe out all the bazaar guards. The third figure was a woman dressed in clad skin tight red leather, he white hair tied into a bun, her skin was slightly wrinkled but her eyes had a rather intense stare to them, almost like some sort of demon despite her apparent age. She held a single baton like weapon in her had it being blood red in color. The weapon itself game off a slight hum as she held it over the slave master. " What did you do with the Young Master swine! " The woman would exclaim in a harsh tone before jabbing the baton into the man making him scream as the baton touched the base of his neck it raised the blood in the skin as if it was being sucked out while straining and making veins in the mans neck rise to the surface of the skin. The man dropped to the ground his legs spasming as the baton itself let out a low screeching noise for a moment before the woman removed the baton only after a few seconds. " Well! " The woman would ask awaiting a answer only to hear a weeping man in reply. With the mans answer only his pathetic crying the woman firmly kicked him in the face before turning his head to Snow as she arrived. Without a doubt in any world the woman that stood before Snow as a Mord Sith. The very thing Rahl had told Snow about, warning her just how deadly the personal body guards of House Rahl could be especially against those who wield magic. This woman by her own had blow through this section of the Bazaar with no warning or help and had destroyed every enemy in sight rending them all battered and bleed on the ground, she didn't have magic, she didn't even really have a weapon that seemed to be practical in a fight but none the less, the current state of the slave pens was proof enough of how dangerous a even elderly Mord Sith could be. |

Snow was, without a doubt, shocked by the scene before her. She had witnessed many things in her life, but this woman dressed in red leather (which rang a vague bell in the back of her mind) had to be one of the strangest. Her own magic had already faded, leaving her an ordinary looking woman and just in time it seemed. The older lady, for Snow now saw that she had white hair, not because it was blonde but because it was gray, and a few wrinkles on her face, hadn't looked at her just yet. She made a mental note to congratulate her, sort of, for her use of force on the slavers. Snow had no love for them. But she disliked that every slave in the cage was cowering and covering their heads. That likely meant they thought she would be coming for them next. That was something Snow had to remedy, and quickly. "What the hell are you doing?" She shouted the question without really thinking it through, causing the woman to turn in her direction and give her a hateful glare. Snow, of course, had meant what was the woman doing to the slaves to scare them so. It wasn't her fault that it was misinterpreted as something else all together. The woman apparently thought she had meant to the slavers themselves, for she came at her, weird stick thing in hand and tried to jab her with it. Snow jumped back, only just in time it seemed. She took a few breaths. "You're scaring those people in there half to death. Are you crazy?! They are innocents!" The woman looked at her again, and Snow was nearly frightened by the deadness in the eyes. It seemed as though she were looking into a void in which nothing mattered at all. She would have been wrong, though at the time the one thing the woman cared about was glaringly absent. "Where...Is...The...Master?" The woman came at her again, and Snow barely managed to step out of the way. She gave her a look that clearly said she had no fight with this woman. Still, her brain was trying to ring the alarm bells over the leather and the stick. She couldn't place precisely where she had heard about it as she tried hard to think about the woman's next move and how to calm her down. "I have no clue what you're talking about. If you would just tell me who it is you're looking for, I could help you look." The woman charged her again, and this time Snow was ready. She dodged to the side as the stick thingy came up, but landed a solid blow on the back of the woman's neck with her elbow. She had been coming at her low enough that it was an easy target. The woman shrieked with rage, no doubt angered by her own lack of vigilance and the pain the blow caused. "WHERE IS MASTER RAHL?!" The woman shouted the question as she ran at Snow once again. Snow was rather surprised to hear Cain's name on this woman's lips, but she was more surprised when the agiel made contact with her clothing and she felt something akin to paralysis seize her. She fell to the floor, sudden remembrance coming too late. This woman was a Mord Sith. Though whether she was here to kill Cain or rescue him, Snow didn't know. She only knew at this moment that he had been absolutely right. This woman was a force to be reckoned with. As the agiel was removed from her Snow found her breath. "Are you friend or foe?" It was nearly a whisper with how little she felt she could breath. "I am here to stop someone from harming him. Now where is he?" She started to come at Snow with the stick again, and Snow made an attempt to roll away as she sputtered out "He's safe." |

The Mord Sith would scowl at the girl for a few moments as if she was trying to tell his safe was a manner of perspective or perhaps even a lie. She would turn back to the slavers for a moment marching quickly to the one she was beating and smacked him across the face quickly with the agiel knocking him out. " Where! " The woman shouted as he placed her hand on the door the slave pen. Obviously not using the slaves as a bargaining chip to make Snow confess! the lack of care of life, the constant placement of Rahl above all else, Rahl wasn't joking when he told Snow they were loyal beyond everything else! However either as Snow would reply or could even hope to reply as loud scream would come from the building where Snow had left Rahl. These screams sounding not like a battle cry or a scream of terror but pure unfiltered screams of pain. They were so loud it was almost startling but they would quickly fade almost as quickly as they had started. The Mord Sith looking to Snow enraged even more if that was humanly possible and flung the pen door open and quickly marched into the pen grabbing the closest slave, a man that looked like he hadn't eaten in days. Tossing him to the ground outside the pen before slamming it shut the man stammered and attempted to crawl away. " YOU WRETCH! " The woman cursed as stompped down on the crawling man. " Last time! That wasn't the young master voice! WHERE. IS. He. " She would say smacking the agiel into the slave on every word toward the end making everything possible to make Snow break right here and now without laying another hand on her. " Thats Enough! " Rahl's voice boomed out as a window in the building opened to reveal a Blood covered Rahl. " I will be out in a moment. Release those poor souls at once. " Rahl would say calmly and almost dismissively before slamming the window shut. A minute or two after that sure enough Rahl emerged from the house with a few pieces of cloth and was cleaning himself off. The amount of blood he was cleaning from his face and neck and hands was a fair amount, and it was obvious as he cleaned it off it wasn't his. The Mord Sith was busy releasing the slaves one by one freeing them and sending them away from the camp as Rahl made his approach, giving Snow and Rahl a moment to speak with out the Mord Sith to intervene. |

Snow had lumbered to her feet as the bitch began torturing innocents. It was one thing to hit the slavers, and yet another to begin torturing people like this who had clearly seen more than enough tragedy in their lives without the help of this woman. She growled, low and deep in her throat. Her magic might momentarily be dormant, she might be in pain and exhausted beyond belief, but she would be damned if she'd let this woman torture people with her there to take their places. She bared her teeth in anger as the woman smacked the man with her stupid stick, making him cry out in pain and fear. Snow had heard the scream just as clearly as this woman had, but she was almost certain that the woman was wrong. Cain's voice wasn't that .... girly. She took a few steps in the direction of the Mord Sith, hands clenched into tight fists as she screamed at her. "Let him go you useless bitch. He didn't do anything to you." She was weaker than she thought, her legs already close to giving out beneath her. She took a few deep breaths, trying to steady herself. Her head jerked in the direction of the window as Cain's voice sounded, telling the Mord Sith to release all the prisoners. Snow was more than a little surprise when the woman easily submitted, doing just as Rahl had told her. If not for her weakened state, she would have went ahead and attacked the woman. As it was, Cain intervened in time to stop her thoughts of revenge for the innocent. "Whose blood is that?" was her first question. She thought she knew, but it never hurt to ask. He could've been on a killing spree in there for all she knew. It could be the blood of several men. The important thing was, she could tell by the amounts of it covering him and the fact that he was still able to move that it wasn't his. "Also, your dog over there is quite the annoyance. I know you told me the Mord Sith were strong, and they were ruthless. You didn't tell me they were unnecessarily cruel. Especially when I was telling her the truth about where you were." Snow couldn't help scowling at him just a little. She had landed one good blow on the woman, that was true enough. But it wasn't exactly what she wanted. She was craving blood, but she could hardly take it at the moment. "Anyway. I'm glad you're all right. Now I'm just gonna...Sit down for a few minutes if you don't mind." She took a sudden seat on the ground before Rahl. "Seems that stick packs a powerful punch. And just for the record, I don't like her." She pointed at the woman releasing prisoners, her voice that of a petulant child. She sighed heavily. "How did it go in there? I mean, you were obviously the victor. I'm pretty glad about that. For several reasons." |

As Cain rejoined Snow it was quite apparent the girl had been put through the ringer. It appeared that perhaps her curse took a toll on her when she called upon it. It would be understandable medically after all there was a limit to how much magic could do to one body. Her first question was quite amusing to Cain even though she surely knew the answer. " Its Augusts, and a bit of mine. " Cain would explain vaguely as he left out the detail of why or how he was hurt. It was obviously nothing major however as Cain skillfully tied a piece of cloth around is hand revealing a good sized cut along his palm as the cloth turned a dull red. " My apologies Miss Snow. I thought only to prepare you for standing against one...not to be aiding one in any sense. " Cain would say with a bit of a tch as he looked to his Mord Sith who was currently handling equipment from one of the stalls in the bazaar to some freed slaves. " A Mord Sith thinks not of themselves or even truly others but only her Master. Its something very foreign that has been compared to a unconditional love. " Cain would hope to explain before Snow told him she was happy he was alright but needed to sit down. She would then add on as she sat on the ground that the mord sith agiel packed quite a punch, and that she didn't like the mord sith. As Snow sat a rather serious look fell on Cain's face. One could call it concern but it was more closer to focus as he instantly started to examine her body for injuries. As she mentioned the agiel Cain quickly started to examine her arms and neck, seemingly grabbing and moving her body with little request as he looked for the common bruising left behind by a agiels magic. " You need to rest after being hit with one, even more so after the apparent strain your magic has on your body. A agiel has quite a effect on someones fortitude when they are first introduced to it. " Cain would explain, however his explanation leaving more to be questioned then answered, but that seemed to be a trend with Cain's world. " It was quite a wake up call and enlightening. The good doctor was able to teach me much before he departed. " Cain would say as he gently placed on the agiel wound before digging into his coat. It was apparent his words were that of a doctor. Its easy to mistake someone as something else outside their trade, in crazy situation that go beyond our own world. Cain had been pulled from his, taken and thrown into a life threatening situation, but unlike most people he seemed to adapt, he didn't seem lost but as if it was almost like a game that he was trying to catch up in. A moment later Cain would remove a bandage patch and place it over Snow's bruise. " Keep this covered unless your are bathing, you can remove it, but it needs to keep covered and shouldn't come in contact with any lacrima technologies for atleast a week. Don't trust any doc that says their dermcrima can heal it over night, they will just do more harm then good. " Cain would explain with some concern in his voice for once however fleeting as he too noticed it and stood up and coughed lightly as he adjusted his jacket. " Are you satisfied with the vengence your sought upon the dark side of the Guild of Wishes? " Cain would ask seeming to be dialing things back to the heart of what started this alliance in the first place. |

Snow let him apply the bandage and listened as he talked about the doctor. She noted then the rather large gash in his hand. And here she had thought all the blood was from the other guy. The fact that she even let him bandage her was a small miracle. Normally that would be followed with growling and a sincere attempt at biting. She was a rather tired wolf at the moment though, most of her problem being the hurt caused by the stupid stick the other woman possessed. She looked at Cain and raised a single dark brow. "It wasn't my magic that made me weak. It was that bitch over there." She jerked her head in the direction of the Mord Sith, still herding the former slaves out of their cages. She didn't try too hard to move though, as she was tired. "I suppose I am satisfied. At lest for now. We both know this whole operation will start up again in no--" Just then yet another stranger appeared out of nowhere, watching as the slaves moved past him and grinning at each of them a little ruefully. He was a little taller than Snow, and seemed more than a little chagrined. "Oh I do apologize. I am Burt. Owner and operator of the Guild of Wishes. I do believe you have taken care of the little ... uhm... pest problem we've been experiencing lately." He shook his head, dark hair moving as he did so. "We were not fully aware of the extent of operations these people had gotten into you see. It seems as though we were more than a little ... uhm ... blinded by their front. We knew something was suspicious, but we couldn't put a finger on precisely what it was." Snow couldn't put her finger on his throat or she would have. Instead she smiled her wolf smile at him, and he had the common sense to back up a step or two. "Well...its uhm...Nice? To meet you all. Thanks again. Would you like a coupon for a free...Uhm...Item?" He had two pieces of paper in his hands and held one out to both Snow and Cain. She didn't say anything, but spit quite accurately on one of them. The man blinked several times and then turned away, tail between his legs. "Like I was saying, I'm satisfied for now." She didn't add more but managed to stand again without her legs wobbling out from under her. It seemed that most of the men and women from the cages had gone their separate ways for the time being. She looked at Cain. "You should put a bandage on that hand, a proper one. And then we should get the hell out of this place. Mission accomplished...For today at least. Glad you didn't die Cain." With that she stood and moved away. She was too tired to even worry about fighting anymore. She set her feet towards home, towards Poinsettia, and didn't look back.
