Basically people have a hard time understanding my lingo sometimes, because they are to (old) out of touch with those (young) hip people. So here is a list of them words so you can understand. (this includes phrases and what not) Salty: If someone is salty, they are in a bad mood and usually unpleasant to be around, this can also mean you got salty about something, meaning you took it to seriously and got upset/angry about it Sour: Basically when someone isn't quite salty but still in a bad mood, and for no apparent reason Ghosting somebody: Basically gonna kill somebody, or it can mean scarring the shit outta someone In the Cut: The cut, being some place that is hard to find/ a random place where people can't really see you, so if someone "Comes out the cut" they are came out of no where, and if someone "Is laying in the cut" they are sitting in the cut waiting to jump out on someone (according to tenn it's some sort of movie reference but w/e old people stuff) Sweet: Basically calling somebody a pussy, if you call them sweet it means they are afraid of conflict/ fighting. Hip: Meaning you are in touch so if your "hip to that" you know about it Cuz: (I will never say this word but if someone does) Basically calling somebody a bro or a friend, but doesn't have to be friend since it could be used with hostility. Gurla: is like calling someone a girl, but more intense and 100% for humor same goes with boya sept these are used when complaining or countering something like "Boya you ain't got fly sketchers like I do" and that's the list, and yea people are probably gonna be like "why don't you just speak proper English" well the answer to that is because, slang is slang and always will be it just varies from generation to generation, also saying "I'm waiting in the cut" is better than saying "I'm waiting in that one place that is hard to find" |
