You want Thingamabobs? I got 20.
Anko wasn't sure what she found so inciting about gambling. Prior to her to experience, Anko hardly had the time to go out and enjoy such indulgences like these, but now it was one of her daily activities. The casinos in Trillium weren't repeatable places by any means, but that was what she liked about them. The lowly places were surprisingly the more trustworthy ones, at least with them you knew that their goal was to cheat you out of your money. In games like blackjack where slight of hand was a requirement to play, Anko had to give the Dealer a fair bit of credit to manage to keep up with her. Though more accosted to quietly maneuvering whatever weapons may be in her hand, it wasn't very difficult to maneuver hidden cards to get the perfect results. However, in this game- even more so than hiding cards- Anko was able to count them. Naturally everyone was aware that Anko was doing this, it's just that she hadn't been caught doing it, and that was why she could keep playing.

By this point the woman was the only player left at the table. She looked a bit peculiar with her tight black clothing and pink bands, but more than anything else, the visor that completely sealed her vision was causing the most annoyance for the Dealer. To him it appeared to be a blind girl was not only reading the cards perfectly, but also noticing each and every trick he tried to pull on her. Anko merely sat in her seat, a perfectly coy smile on her face in response to what she imagined to be an annoyed House. By now Anko had amassed a fair bit of chips on her side of the table and her instincts were starting to tell her that she should think about leaving soon before any of the casino's goons came. While paying attention to the game, Anko was working out how much time she had before the prideful Dealer would give in and admit his loss to her and call in the goons. Naturally, in a shady place like this where you could almost smell the stench of low-lifes and degenerates here and typically they hated to see one person have all the money. That was fine, Anko hardly needed their forged cash, and could just leave the chips behind, but right now she was making a statement. She was making the Dealer submit to her, admit she had cheated him, and in a sense let her control him.

Hearing him to start to draw the next round, Anko leaned up on the table towards him. "Why don't you submit? You've already lost." Blowing a soft kiss towards him for good measure, she coyly sat back down. Had her visor been off, the woman would have even given the man a wink for good measure, but instead she would have to settle with lacing her fingers under her chin as a prop. Infuriated, Anko could almost hear a vain pop in the middle aged mans head, and he slammed his fists on his table, making the chips all shake. "Dammit! Whoever beats this woman will get unlimited chips for a week!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, echoing throughout the casino. Anko was unphased by the man's challenge as most of the patrons here had seen her plays and knew they couldn't out gamble her. Should no one else come forward, Anko would be the winner here as this was clearly a desperate play made by the man so as to not admit his shameful defeat to her. It was sad. Pathetic. Disgraceful. But above all else, it was lovely. This man before her was squirming, she could see it. He was twisted and pained over the thought of being so crushed by her that he tried to fight back harder and harder. A fruitless battle on his part, Anko had been pushing him back down harder and harder each time. This would be the final push, this would be the last mark she could make on him. She'd have to make sure it hurt.

Ask away; I have all the answers.

The smell of alcohol was heavy along with cigar and perfume. It was almost sickening to Loki who had a slightly more sensitive smell but not just quite, he could stomach it with some help from a glass of wine. He wasn't quite sure why he was here to be honest; he knew he came to Trillium from a lead to find his missing mistress and somewhere along the lines he got sucked in to a casino as he was walking on the streets. Ah well, the wine was decently good so it wasn't all bad just yet and there was a possibility that her captor was here, being a drunken bastard when they first crossed paths.

Loki took one last sip from his wine and left it over at the counter before proceeding to where the crowd was, curious as to what the commotion was about. He slid through the people and the moment he was in front of the crowd, there was a fat finger pointing at him. "You... If you win against this bitch, I will give you all the chips you want and whatever you get from this casino will be discounted, forever," the man in black said through gritted teeth. Loki looked over to who he was talking about and saw a lady at the end of the table with a piece of cloth covering her eyes. "It's not nice to call a lady a female dog," Loki simply said.

The man eyed him in a dumbfounded manner, "Look, I don't care anymore, will you play against this woman or not?" Loki looked at the table scattered with cards, and then at the enormous amount of chips the girl had accumulated, and then back to the man in front of him. "May I know the name of the game and the mechanics?" he sighed and started to gather the cards into a deck.

"Blackjack, get your cards to add up to 21. Faces are 10, aces are 1 or 11, every other card is what they say they are," the man said quickly. Loki glared at the man before he turned his attention back to picking up the cards; not exactly the mechanics of the game but he could play from those facts. In his peripheral he spotted an ace and three facecards; he gathered the cards in a way that would leave the two cards at the bottom of the deck, though if a person wasn't paying close attention, they wouldn't have noticed it and thus, "What is a beautiful lady like you doing in a place like this? Surely it's not to swindle these lowly men out of their money is it? Someone as elegant as you shouldn't be wasting their lovely time on people who aren't worthy of even your presence."

He shuffled the deck so that the two cards he had placed at the bottom of the deck would end up at the top and he continued to shuffle the deck of cards in various flashy styles that didn't actually change the deck, but no one would notice as they were usually too captivated by the cards being flourished. "Shall we go all in and propose a more interesting bet? Should I win then you must do whatever I say for a day. Should I lose then I will do whatever you wish," Loki pushed all of the chips in front of him into the little betting box and continued to "shuffle" the deck of cards.

Once the woman had given him her answer, Loki stopped his little flourishing of cards and began to deal them out. From what he had seen from other tables, he had dealt out two cards facing up to each side. The first and second card was to lady, a queen, "Just like you, isn't it?" The third and fourth card was dealt to himself, a king was shown but the other card was faced down. He set the deck of cards down and peaked at the faced down card. His expression turned dark for everyone to see, "Perhaps... you would like to change the bet?" he said as he flipped his card, revealing an ace, no surprise there really. "I assumed this means I win?"

Confident with her victory, Anko sat in her chair, happy with the outcome of this. The man was frustrated, trying to wiggle out from under Anko's hold on him. Try as he might, the woman had him wrapped up. Out gambled, she was about make away with quite a small fortune, or at least with whatever the casino would give her in exchange for these thin pieces of plastic. Her ears did perk up a bit at the sound of someone's voice. It wasn't someone that had been around the table before, most of them were too intimidated by her presence to even venture closer- weak men essentially. This one was a bit different, from the start because he seemed to be enticed by the Dealer's wager. This new person spoke rather eloquently, quite a stand out from the other cretins in the area, in addition to the fact that he seemed rather unacquainted with the game being played really spoke to that.

Chuckling a bit, Anko turned slightly to face this new man. She could smell from his peculiar scent that he was someone of interest. He was not just a normal man, something about gave off a whiff of being a bit more beastly. Some more savage and primal was mixed in with his blood, in his D.N.A and upon realizing that, Anko's face showed a sly smile. What fun that could be, a manbeast- someone more primal and savage than everyone else here. Someone that could stand a bit more pain then normal and could bite back even worse. The woman pondered for a moment over what kinds of sounds this man would make if she were to dance her chains across his body. Would they be screams of agony? Howls of distress? Cries of anguish? She would have to hope to get the chance later.

"You really know how to treat a lady. Perhaps if I win, I'll show you how I can handle men?" Anko spoke while turning her body towards Loki, recrossing her legs at the knee. The bets place, the only thing left was to deal the cards. A novice such as himself most likely wouldn't know to cheat the deck, or at least that was what Anko suspected, but either way she was fine. Whether she got to have her way with him or the other way around, Anko was positive that by the end of the night, she'd have him bound in chains. Hearing the cards dealt to her, Anko peaked slightly from the bottom of her visor, enough to see that she had two face cards. "More than diamonds, I would say the Queen of Spades suits me better." Anko was becoming more and more interested in this man. His silver tongue enticed her. The way he praised and complimented her, it just stirred up some inner beast inside the woman. Her desire to whip and crash chain after chain against his flesh grew immensely, so much so that she almost missed the part where he was placed a perfect score of twenty-one.

A bit surprised, Anko merely leaned back in her chair- feigning mild sadness over losing the game. "A deals a deal I suppose." Immediately changing pace, Anko sprung up out of her seat and walked over to Loki, draping her arm around his shoulder and leaning in close. One hand on his chest, the other on his leg, Anko started to work a little charm. "So, I have to do whatever you wish is it? What is it then, what is your greatest desire?" The woman spoke softly, whispering into Loki's ear, blowing a soft kiss on his neck at the end.

Ask away; I have all the answers.

Distraction was a powerful thing that Loki had used while cheating the deck so that he would score a perfect in the game. He smiled graciously as the girl before him accepted defeat and as the crowd around them gasped in shock and awe that he had won the game with such ease. While he was distracted with gathering the cards and chips, he didn't notice the purple-hair girl slither her way towards him and before he knew it, she was all over him. Loki calmly turned to face her who was surprisingly closer than expected and set the cards down so he could cup the side of her face and run his finger down her soft silky hair. "It may not be my greatest at the current moment but I do desire to know the name of this lovely woman before me," he started off, "It must be as interesting as you."

And then came a kiss at the back of his neck that really got Loki going, "Perhaps we should take this some where else?" He whispered softly into her ear. He gently unwrapped her arm around his shoulder but didn't let go of it and instead entwined his fingers with hers, kissing a knuckle before he pulled her out of the casino with the crowd completely out of breath and the owner asking about the chips that Loki had won.

Once they were out of the casino and somewhere a bit more empty, Loki released his grip of her hand and held her by the shoulder and was going to look at her straight in the eye but then there was a blindfold in the way... He sighed and slid his hands down her arms and pulled them together so he could hold them in one hand and pulled the blindfold down to her mouth, assuming that she took a liking to these things from her previous statement back when they were playing cards. "I don't understand why you're hiding these lovely eyes..." he began as he stared into her pale pink eyes. He brought his finger to her face and began to thumb around the lower area of it, "You are very cute with your blinds down..." Of course everything she said would be nothing more than a muffle.

He moved closer to her and started to go into a kiss on her covered mouth but before he would actually kiss her he stopped. "Almost irresistibly cute," he said with a smirk before releasing her and taking a step back. "I would suggest to change your interest, what you have now isn't... a healthy hobby," he advised her but whether or not she'd listen was none of his business. When the kiss got him "going" he was simply agitated by how easily the woman would give herself to another man and felt the need to tell her to stop. "I apologize for my behavior nevertheless, and as an apology shall I treat you to lunch?" Loki held out his hand for her to take.

Lead by the beastly man, Anko felt them brush past the lowly crowd and exit the casino. Out on the streets, the cool, crisp air of the caressed the woman's skin. Light breezes went throughout the former city of Windmills and though they were cooler in temperature, the sun was bright in the sky- as the woman could tell from the change in light through her visor. Unsure of where the man was leading her exactly, from his tone in the casino Anko had a strong feeling. Her mouth turned into a stronger and stronger grin at the idea of having him bound and chained up, images unsuitable for anyone outside of a strict 'Adult Only' club went through the woman's head. She felt their direction change and sense the change in scenery. A place more secluded, unlikely to have anyone see them. A public place? Well Anko wasn't opposed to it to say the least, but for the other party to insist on it so strongly as to bring them here himself, she felt rather flattered. This man, thought evidently the touch of a woman was making him more into a beast, was quite the confident one to parade themselves rather boldly in the open.

Moving in closer, Anko anticipated something rather ravage to come from the man next, but instead something surprisingly sweet and caressing came next. A gentle hold on her shoulder positioned him to slid her arms next to each other, holding them easily at the wrist. In one swift motion she felt him pull her blindfold down from her eyes and over her mouth. The sudden change in lighting made her close her eyes for a moment, but upon adjusting Anko could see the man in front of her. Typically sensitive about her blindfold, Anko's only reason for not lashing out was her genuine interest to see his face as well. His long black hair covered most of his face, but the bit exposed, his left eye, had soft look to it. Perhaps Anko had misjudged this man, though his scent was similar to that of a beast, his appearance was nothing more than a kind gentleman. Somewhat disappointed, Anko's desire for him lessened a bit. She was looking for someone a bit more extreme, a bit more brash and savage. Still the woman certainly noticed the downward dog ears the man had, explaining where the savage scent was coming from. The man was indeed part beast, but perhaps he had nothing more than puppy dog ears?

Whispering more sweet nothings to Anko, she was reminded of the imminent pleasure of binding the man that was still to come. As he leaned in, Anko was prepared to let go in that moment and let everything go, however just before the kiss he stopped. Stepping back, his tone and overall stance seemed to change a bit. Moving on towards lecturing her, Anko was surprised to see a man restraining after coming so far. Could he be gay? Well either way he was offering to treat her to a free lunch, and though the rules of their game had surely been entertained enough as it was, Anko decided to use that to "force" herself along. Though the woman didn't actually need to eat, one of the many vices she indulged herself on was gluttony and that meant Anko would often eat as much as she could of the finest foods. Perhaps this could be another one of those times? Taking the man's hand, she pulled herself closer to him, her face just a little lower than his- looking up. "You tease. Don't think I'll forget what happened here." Anko whispered towards him, her hand tracing down the center of his chest. As her hand got lower to his, waist she stopped and giggled a bit before standing up straight, putting a normal distance between them. "But first, you should buy me a meal. That is if you are a gentleman."

"Are you displeased with my actions?" Loki grabbed the woman's hand and held it to his lips, kissing it apologetically and giving off a sorrowful look. "Would lunch and dinner at a 5-starred restaurant be enough to satisfy you?" he dropped her hand but kept their arms and fingers entwined with each other. "Shall we go, my beautiful queen?"

After pushing their way through bustling streets, the duo would find themselves in front of a gigantic three-story, pristine-white building that resembled a mosque surrounded by a water way with a bridge of similar color to the building arcing over to provide a path to the restaurant. "I hope you'll find this place as delightful as I find you," he said with a grin before leading her through the doors where they were then greeted by a waiter who introduced them to the ballroom with red carpet floors, white walls with golden linings, giant arc windows, and a chandelier hanging down in the center of the room. Then of course there were glass tables and golden chairs scattered around the place and a huge fountain below the chandelier but that wasn't important was it? Not when there was something more attractive beside him.

Loki pulled up the chair for the pink-haired girl before taking his own seat across from her. He flipped through the menu that was give to but he already knew what he was going to order and his attention was turned towards his little company. "Before I treat this lovely lady to whatever she want, I would like to know her name that would be equally as lovely as her eyes. By all means you would know mine's as well, it being Loki."

He set his menu down and beckoned for the closest waiter to serve them. He pulled out a small notepad and pen, and turned to Loki, waiting to jot down his order. "Serve her first, it's only proper," he said to the worker who nodded and faced her. Once she had gotten what she wanted through the waiter turned back to him. "I would like a Filet Mignon with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon--two wine glasses of course. And perhaps half a dozen of escargot?" The waiter nodded as he scribbled down the dishes before bowing to them and turning away.

"An interesting dish you ordered... almost as interesting as you..." he said smoothly, taking a sip of water for the time being. "Perhaps you would like to tell me a bit more about yourself? It would be my honor to listen to such a magnificent girl who has such a soothing voice talk... Or maybe you would rather have me order you to do so?" Loki reminded her of the little bet they made back at the bar.

Led away by the man, Anko was eagerly anticipating what was to come from the rest of their outing. A smooth talker, someone who just knew how to whisper sweet nothings to a girl, that was someone Anko could really enjoy for now. Escorted by the man into an exquisite five-star establishment, Anko was quickly seated amongst decor of splendor and royalty. This kind of treatment was exquisite to say the least, quite the position she sought for herself and to now have a man so eagerly give it to her, well a special treat was certainly going to come later. "You may call me Anko, though I'd ask you only do it from your knees." Anko replied to the man, giving her name and actually making sure to remember his. Loki was quite an interesting name. Somewhere in her memories she recalled a nefarious trickster deity sharing that name and wondered for a moment how much of the personality would be reflected here.

It was an interesting moment for Anko, now as the waiter paused to take her order. The woman didn't particularly need to eat, nor did she have a hunger for a certain food right now, and yet here she was being offered absolutely anything to make her heart, jaded and dark as it was, content. She could have the most expensive, lavish, decadent, and renowned dish to ever exist and yet it truly would not matter to her. Sure she could taste it, certainly it would be divine, but ultimately it would be an empty meal for the woman. Still, even as this odd moment danced in her mind to make her grin slightly, the woman did decide on something she could stand to eat. "I don't care too much for the particulars, but give me your finest dish with truffles." The woman requested of the waiter, at which he jotted something down on his notebook.

Loki ordered next, both his meal and a glass of wine for them to "share". Anko's sly grin grew as she was sure that she would be the one having most of the bottle. Still it was cute- almost charming- that this boy considered himself the romantic type. Perhaps in another lifetime, Anko could see herself swooning over the boy, but as it was now she simply wanted to ravage him. "I'm somewhat flattered that you would wish to hear me speak to you, though truth be told I'm more fond of ordering others myself." As Anko spoke she would take her left index finger and circle it around her glass of water, her head tilted towards it. "Talking is nice and all, but I believe a better language can be spoken between our bodies." Anko's finger dipped into the glass and now dripping with water she began to run it along her lips- sucking on the tip.

Loki stared at the girl, intrigued. She was certainly unlike most girls, or rather, all of the girls he had been acquainted with since his time on Earthland. Anko was very… outspoken… and active… to put it lightly. He found it very amusing and entertaining listening to her, unsure of what would spew out of her soft lips next; a flirtatious remark nevertheless but what it would be about and the words used to piece it were interesting.

"Perhaps that day will come when you win a game of Blackjack," He rotated the wine in his glass and sipped it before setting it back on the table. A sadist, is she? "But unfortunately, you'll have to wait until the end of day. Now, please do tell me about yourself, Miss Anko. You’ve caught my attention the moment we met; I would love to learn a bit more about something I’m interested in." Loki rested his chin on his hands and stared curiously at her, waiting for the woman to speak.

A moment later the waiter returned with their orders; a plate of truffles and steak. He spun the knife on the back of his thumb and sliced his dish into several pieces before popping one into his mouth. As expected of a five-starred restaurant, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly though nothing could beat his mistress'. For a moment, he didn't know what he was doing wasting his time but now wasn't the time to be thinking of another girl. "Seeing as how you are stunning beyond comprehension, how many lovers have you had and how many do you have in your grasps."

Anko smiled a bit at Loki, quite a direct question for someone who was so graceful with his words. "Oh, don't worry yourself about that. Though I know my way around, my body would tell you I've had no more than zero. Naturally, I won't divulge... a lady doesn't kiss and tell." Anko spoke, quite coyly as she swirled her wine around in her glass before taking a sip from it. "Though, since you asked, how many have you had? You are quite a smooth talker and... well another lady may be easily swept up with those kinds of words." Anko's smile grew sincere, though for all the wrong reasons. Loki was quite intoxicating with his romantic words, such a beautiful thing it was, but quite frankly Anko wanted to crush it. She wanted to rip his heart out and leave him with a gaping hole, wanting her back to fill it up.

Eager to know the answer, though it truly didn't matter. Experience may have been quite a bonus for some people out there, but Anko found a cute sort of joy in finding raw material. Sort of like getting the first strike in a gold vein, fresh and pure, practically begging to be exploited. Though Anko was eager to know, a sudden event would cause the lights in the restaurant to black out. The pristine chandeliers that were so resplendent with their incandescent light instantly turned off and left the room black. Screams and gasps of surprise filled the air, and though this would make the perfect opportunity to jump on Loki under the cover of darkness, Anko was quite concerned with why the lights went out.

The footsteps near her were frantic, as expected from those who were surprised and scared, but there was another sound of footsteps. More coordinated and more direct, seeming to run straight towards the ballroom they were eating in. Bursting in the large doors, Anko turned towards the noise and saw a large man in a green military-like uniform. He had two men behind him, each of them held a flash light and a gun, both of which they waved around quite sporadic. The lead man fired his pistol into the air twice, shutting up the panicked people and turning all eyes on him. "Alright, lets make this real simple. Everyone here is now going to lose their valuables. Men get out your wallets and ladies removed all your jewelry. Don't be a hero, don't make a scene. Just give us the goods and we'll be out of your way, letting you all get back to your fois gras or whatever it is rich people eat."

Loki let out a short ha in response to Anko's question. "I'm flattered that you think girls would fall for me that easily. However I'll inform you that I've had none and I have no interest in getting romantically involved with anyone at the time being." Especially since the only person he was interested in was nowhere to be found and so it was his duty to find her and bring her home. He couldn’t and shouldn’t be focusing on any other girl but her as it was his duty to be by her side. But in any case, he would protect any woman in danger or need just because it was an ingrained instinct he was taught.

All of a sudden the lights went out and Loki stood up in front of Anko, his hands already armed with the daggers hidden in his sleeves. He caught the sight of light being flashed around and followed the trail to see the three men that were causing the chaos. All of them had a gun at arms: two had pistols and one had a submachine. “Don’t say a word…” he whispered to Anko.

On instincts, Loki spun his blades in his hand and jumped into the middle of the fray, slamming his hand on the ground to let out a burst of air that sent tables and food flying. The two armed robbers were also knocked back while the leader was able to stand his ground. The leader turned around and shot three shots wildly. By the time he turned, Loki was already out of the way and behind him again.

The light from the flashlight gave away their position, but it never caught Loki in the spot, giving him a huge advantage in this fight. He circled around and went for one of the rookies, hopefully the one with the submachine gun. He avoided the light and went around it, slamming the butt of his daggers on to the enemy to get him unbalanced before stabbing him straight in the back and slitting his throat.

Loki pulled his weapon out of him and the body fell limp.
