Alice sat in a tree looking down at one of the main roads. The road connected Clover and Oshibana, and while the majority of people took the railroad into the town, it seemed much easier to prey on people that were walking on the road. Plus the less used path meant that there would be less chance for another individual to come stumbling along if she was in the middle of extorting a target. Sure, if she was already holding someone up and another person came along she would just take from them as well, but it was a lot less work for her to work on one person at a time. And if she was distracted between two people it would be a lot less fun to see the look of terror on their faces when she held them up. So, in order to kill time she merely sat in the tree, strumming her electric guitar mindlessly, as if she actually knew how to play the instrument.

She stood up on the tree branch she was resting on, strumming violently on the guitar as if she was in a concert. In her eyes, though she was playing in front of a large crowd, everyone shouting her name. Once again her mind had drifted from what she should have been focusing on, and she was living in her daydream, something she did in order to pass the boredom of mundane life. Once I get stronger I'll hold up a whole town, she thought excitedly. The thought, while exciting, also brought her back down to earth and she resigned herself back to sitting on the branch, now saddened by the reminder that she wasn't strong enough yet to completely take out a whole town. While wandering the land she had heard stories in the passing of great people that were able to strike fear into the hearts of the people they came across. Those people didn't even need to pull out their weapon! It was an incredible and exhilarating thought, that one day she would be the one on top. She would be able to walk down a street and people would scramble out of her way, hoping they wouldn't catch her attention. But no, these people wouldn't be her targets. No, they were too weak, too pointless for someone as great as her; she would go for the ones that stood their ground and would try not to seem scared. Those would be the fun ones to break.

Her gaze had turned upwards while she was thinking about the future, a sneaky smile on her face in hopes that this day would come. But she wasn't one to daydream but be unrealistic about it. She already knew that even though she wanted to get to that stage, she would have to work for a long time before she could get there. That was the ultimate goal for her, to earn the fear and admiration of people when she walked into any town. They would never be able to arrest her or put her in any kind of jail that way. No, they would be much to scared to even approach her. And those that did would get hammered down, as they should, because who were they to tell her what she should or shouldn't do. No one, that's who they were. If she were to eliminate anyone they would be forgotten in a matter of weeks by anyone relevant. The smile turned into a grin at the thought. I'll show them what it means to be strong, her eyes widening in anticipation.

As she was readying her plans in her mind, she heard the crunch of a leaf, and her ears perked up. Her smile widening, she waited for a few moments, knowing that the unfortunate soul that was walking over would soon be within her grasp. She thought quickly, trying to decide on what course of action to take, what kind of way she could rob the person that was coming by. But her mind got overridden by her instinct, and she jumped down, right in front of the person. Bracing herself slightly so the jump wouldn't hurt, she stood upright in her splendid bunny outfit, her two guns pointed directly at the person. It was a man, probably in his early thirties. It was quite apparent that he was nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. He was probably merely out running an errand for something. His clothes spoke of working class, the despicable group of mice, running through the little maze, content with what they had. Hell, they were almost as bad as mages.

"Get your fuckin' hands up, mister." She said with a devious smile. The bunny outfit definitely must have thrown him off, and the initial look of confusion definitely was worth wearing it for. She held her FOG 5000 in her right hand, and Nyx, her other, more standard, gun, in her left. Strapped to her back was Eris, her electric guitar.

Immediately after the confusion ended, he put his hands up, surrendering at the sight of two firearms pointed at him. He stammered for a second, "P-p-please... d-" but she cut him off right away. "Shut your mouth, idiot, or I'll let my finger slip on the trigger."

"So you're going to give me all the money you have, then we'll play a game to see if you get to go." Her eyes were wide, absorbed in the craze and the excitement of finally finding a target after waiting for so long. She had waited for almost fifteen minutes!

"Vayne I must admit when you said to me this morning 'Lets go rob someone' I was expecting to actually rob people, if I knew it would have been this boring I would have stayed at home." Katherina, Vayne's 'Summon' would say rolling over to her back and gazing up into the trees above. Both Vayne and Katherina were lying down, conceal in the shrubbery. Vayne who was watching the road changed his focus to Katherina turning to face her. "These things take time Katherina, but not to worry it won't be long again I can feel it not to mention this is worth it imagine the profit we'll make." Vayne would say to her optimistically then return his attention to the road.

The two seemed to be picnicking rather than staking out for a robbery, which was expected since Vayne wanted to convey the image that he was in it for doing it's sake and Katherina was just tagging around not really caring one way or the other. "My first hold up I can't wait, maybe we could do a good cop bad cop thing, I'll be the bad cop obviously." He would say with a snicker serious about all of it except him being the bad cop. "Whatever you say Vayne, wake me when someone comes along." Katherina would say closing her eyes and letting out a slight yawn. Vayne would turn to her for a brief moment and shake his head in playful disappointment before putting his eye back on the road.

While Vayne acted all calm and as if everything was okay, the reality of the situation was that how this whole thing played out would determine if they would have money to feed themselves for the next week or not. This wasn't something Vayne would do under the description of recreation but survival. As dire as the situation was however he would dare not mention it to Katherina as it was his responsibility to take care of them, and compared to the things she did for him this was the least he could do. Usual he would provide for them by acquiring small odd jobs and the rare high paying assignments here and there, but things have been difficult these last few weeks and it had gotten to this point.

Still he couldn't help but think of the situation in his unique, childish, point of view continuously simulating the excitement and thrill he would soon feel as the next passerby came. Until then he would wait while Katharina slept. He was there for twenty minutes when he heard footsteps from a few metres away. Katherina wake up and be quiet it's time. Vayne would communicate with her telepathically , yes telepathically a skill the two developed to communicate with each other. Katherina would open her eyes and quietly return her attention to the road as there victim came into sight.

There unlucky victim was a man mid-early thritys, not exactly millionaire material but he would have to work. Alexus was ready to pounce on him as he came there way but then the most bizarre thing would happen, An individual wearing a bunny outfit wielding guns and a guitar would fall from the Sky.

"Get your fuckin' hands up, mister." Upon hearing this Vayne' confusion would end as he realised what was going on here. The man would put his hands up then proceed to beg for mercy but he was instantly cut off.

"Shut your mouth, idiot, or I'll let my finger slip on the trigger." Here Katherinna would proceed to burst out with mental laughter upon her analysing how ridiculous this whole thing had just gotten. How funny was it that someone else would rob someone you were planning to rob before they could be robbed by you. Katherina saw it as being robbed of your robbery and that she found that extremely funny.

"So you're going to give me all the money you have, then we'll play a game to see if you get to go." At this point Alexus and Katherina was show themselves emerging from the bushes Katherina would begin to laugh out loud now. "Thank the heavens stranger you have to help me I'm being rob . . . ." The man would attempt to plead upon their emergence but Vayne would quickly jam his foot in the man's face knocking him to the ground before he could finish his plea. Alexus would then proceed right up to the costumed girl going right up under her, until he could feel her breathe on his face when she exhaled. "Are you trying to sabotage me or something this is my guy, I've been waiting here for twenty minutes now so go somewhere else and look for your own people to rob." Vayne would say as to her in his calm voice since he saw no need for fighting against a fellow brother trying to make a living.

Alice gave a malicious grin as she soaked in the fear of the man. There was something very exciting about having such power to rob and possibly even end his life; sure there was a little less threat of her actually killing the man. It wasn't anything really to do with her morals or any sort of conscience preventing her from doing it. Rather, it was just the inconvenience of having to dispose of the body; she would have to touch the filthy peasant. Plus if she was too bad then she might have the knights on her tail. That would be extremely inconvenient for her seeing as to how she wanted to be able to explore and rob freely. Sure she might have some sort of bad reputation and maybe there would be an extremely small reward on her head, but so long as she did not do any actual killing there were many more criminals for knights and the other do-gooders to deal with. The thought of them started to irritate her, though.

Her finger on Nyx tensed slightly without her really realizing it, but the man, no doubt worried for his own life, shook visibly as he saw it. A rustle from the bushes, though, indicated that there was someone else there. She moved Nyx to point at the source of the rustling, as two individuals emerged. One was a boy probably in his later teens, still quite a bit younger than her. The other was a girl, possibly even younger than the boy. Before she said anything to them, though, the man begged for help from the two individuals. Alice expected as much, as the man was in a bit of tight situation and would want the assistance of anyone, even these young ones. With three people possibly fighting her, things might have gotten a little difficult. The boy, though, acted a bit differently than what she would have thought and immediately kicked the man in the face.

The man was knocked to the ground almost immediately, blood spilling quite a bit from his nose and mouth. The wound looked painful, and she would have normally smiled but it wasn't her that did it. Instead, the boy came straight up to her with his white hair and spoke in a deceivingly calm voice. It was not the voice that necessarily gave the intention behind the words away, but the words themselves. It was not the statement of someone that was very calm at the moment, even if they were able to conduct themselves as such. She cocked her head sideways, looking slightly down at the boy, her heels making her very slightly taller than him. Her eyes slanted as she looked straight at him and she raised her FOG 5000 to his left temple; it was held about 6 centimeters away from his left ear.

"And who the fuck are you?" she said, looking at him with as much disgust as she could muster. She spoke in a clear, loud voice. She wasn't yelling, but she wasn't bothering to be quiet for anyone, either. "I realized something... that I don't care if you waited days for him. Why should the slow hunter get to feed?"

Nyx was still pointed at the man she was planning on robbing, and after speaking to the boy in front of her, she looked around at the man over the boy's right shoulder. "If you even think about running I will kill you." The man nodded, face still bleeding, though not as profusely as it had been initially. She wasn't going to let this man go, even if these two troublesome kids had come up and ruined her initial plans. It was somewhat stupid, especially since the two kids were a little bit strange. They were obviously not some stupid citizens going on their merry way. If the kid was telling the truth, and if she was being completely honest she wasn't sure if he was telling the truth, then they were their own little gang. If a gang could be used to refer to two people at least.

She kept the FOG 5000 pointed at the boy's temple, as he was lucky that she didn't shoot him already for even attempting to get that close to her. But she wasn't planning on backing down; no, she was standing completely still, not caring if the kid was wild enough to kick someone out of nowhere. "And for that matter, who the hell are you?" she said, flicking Nyx indicating she was talking to the girl. Her arms were tense, wondering if she was going to have to end up shooting the kids. What had been planned to be a normal, enjoyable robbery was turning into a mess of people that she might have to deal with. A smirk popped onto her face again, This is so much more fun. It turned out that hunting for money and freedom ended up getting her into situations that offered her even more fun than she had anticipated. I'd love to beat these kids with my guitar right now, she thought to herself; but she stopped the impulse, since she needed to figure out who these kids were and what they were doing in the middle of the forest robbing people.

After all, that was her thing.

At seeing a gun pulled on Vayne Katherina stopped laughing, her facial expression now one of dead seriousness, things were all fun and games with her until it came to Vayne's security and it was being threaten at the moment. Before anything else Vayne inhaled deeply but maintained eye contact with the woman. He thought he had approached the situation quite respectfully and saw no need for a having a gun pointed at his head but keeping his cool once again he didn't over reacted but thought out the situation before responding.

Alexus was linked to Katherina so he felt it when she started to access her Ex-Quip Armoury, however as her master he was able to cut off her link to her magic in that single moment before anyone else could realise what she was about to do. No need for that Katherina I'll handle this. Vayne would think to her for the sake of being the responsible one but really and truly deep down he wouldn't mind fighting her, it would be 2v1 , the odds i his favor.

"Vayne Aurelius and I can could ask you the same thing." He would reply to her initial question then responding to expression of disgust with a forced yet convincingly genuine smile. He was trying his best but she had raised her voice at him that time, he counted that as a second strike, so maintained his composure. What she asked/said next broke him. 'Slow Hunter?" Were the only words he could muster at that statement, developinging an involuntary twitch in his right eye. "You dropped out of the sky wearing this ridiculous outfit, i don't know how one responds to that." He would indicate towards her entire outfit while speaking.

Vayne had completely forgotten about the man he was supposed to rob at this point, only when the woman turned his attention to him did he remember his presence and notice how badly he had hurt him, which was not his intention. Vayne realised when she threatened the man that this chick was even crazier than she looked and it would seem that she wanted this man's money as much as he did, this would cause a problem. He had no intention however of killing the man but he admired the way she had demanded respect through fear. He raised his guard the as the possibility of how likely see was to shoot him raised.

"I'm Katherina the person that's gonna cut your throat if you don't stop pointing a gun at her masters head." She would speak in such a raw tone that one could tell she was more than dead serious. While Vayne wanted to solve this peacefully Katherina wanted something to hurt badly and to her this chick was begging for it. Sensing the tension that had now developed Vayne released his restraining hold on Katherina's magic. I'm gonna make a move Kat, be ready but think before you act. He thought to her then taking a chance attempted to move the gun that was being held to his head away by holding it and moving it down to the woman's side.

The future of their time together would depend on how the woman reacted here, if she had let him he would take that as a sign to continue peacefully, in this case he would continue by saying, "How bout we just split what this guys has and then we team up and go after some really money more than you get ever get from robbing passers by.".

If she were to react to him attempting to move her gun with violence however a battle would ensue, Katherina would Requip into her Dark Guardian Arsenal and would instantly pounce at the woman. Alexus would draw his blade as well and prepare for battle.

Alice's mind was racing, the two sides of what she wanted in somewhat conflict. On one hand, she didn't want to have to deal with the two of these people. Even if they were kids they still had a possible maximum of three people possible to fight her. Though, as she thought about it she doubted that the man that was on the ground was in any condition to fight; and even if he was she doubted that he would help the person that had just kicked him in the face rather than the person that only held him up at gunpoint. After all, she hadn't done any actual harm to his person. Not yet, anyway.

But on the other, conflicting hand, she was was also somewhat irritated at these two that walked up on her prey and even attacked it. She hadn't even gotten to get the full enjoyment out of harassing the man. Now that he had actually been harmed there was much less potential fear to be had, as he already had a taste of pain; no, the best fear to see was the one while they were still anticipating, but not yet experiencing, pain. People thought she was crazy, but she had a method to her madness, an organizational, logical thought process to her actions. That was the difference between her and a crazy murderer; she had a sort of logical standard to live by when she did what she did.

The cogs in her brain still turned, but as they did the boy responded. "Vain? That's why you seem to think you earned this one." She thought it was a somewhat odd name, but it was fair enough. All the people in Fiore seemed to be a little strange in her eyes. Most things in the land had been different than what she was used to in her home town in Minstrel. Of course it had been a relatively calm town and she hadn't really gotten to explore much else other than the primary town she grew up in and the surrounding large centers around here. And even there she did not have complete freedom to commit any flashy crimes like robbing a place like she did here. No, back then she could only steal things silently and quietly, things that no one would notice. It was really a lot less fun back there.

"Yep, dropped from the sky. A fallen angel, when you think about it. A fallen bunny angel! Yeah that's more like it, from bunny heaven. Wait, if I fell from bunny heaven wouldn't that make me a bunny devil? Hmm... I wonder what goes on in bunny hell..."

Her voice trailed off, her train of thought completely derailed. She had initially been talking to Vain but her brain had taken her on its own little journey. She stopped pointing Nyx at the girl who had yet to introduce herself and she scratched her head while talking to herself. A confused look crossed her face as she sincerely thought about the logistics of bunny hell and if it existed, as if she had actually been a devil bunny. A slight breeze rolled through the trees and the forest, down the road towards them, and the light cold that accompanied it snapped her back. "You can call me Alice the Bunny Devil!" She said, her FOG 5000 still pointed at Vain, but smiling her devious smile while holding Nyx beside her head, pointed at the air. "No... that's a pretty shitty nickname. You call me that and I'll kill you. Just call me Alice."

Her brain was jumping around all over the place, but that had been the effects of having so much freedom. She loved being able to adventure and do things on a whim, it suited her so much more than back home. There was no one to stop her here.

The girl finally replied, giving her name, but also a threat. Alice stopped her daydreaming immediately when she heard this and pulled her gun away from Vain and walked up to her, completely ignoring Vain's, and the other man's, for that matter, existence. Standing approximately one and a half meters away from her, she put her left hand holding Nyx on her waist and leaned towards. "You'll do what, little Miss Katherina?" Alice said, her FOG 5000 held loosely in her hand, sideways and pointed in Katherina's general direction. Before she could say any more though, the boy spoke up, declaring some sort of truce in order to calm things down. His offer was a bit of a boring one, teaming up so that they could more effectively steal from the passerby's. But the thing was she couldn't deny his logic. If it achieved the same ends she would have gladly teamed up with even the most goody-goody kid.

"We can team up for a bit, but I get 75% off of this piece of crap here," she said, her FOG 5000 now pointed at the man on the ground. "Then we split 50-50. You two get half and I get the other half. It's your fault for traveling in a group." And people thought she wasn't generous.

"And if you ever fucking threaten me again I will make you wish I would just kill you," she said, pointing both her guns at Katherina, her eyes slanted, no smile on her face this time. She waited a few moments for effect.

"Kidding," she said with a excessively cute, but insincere smile,"But really, don't test me."

She twirled her guns and held them at her sides, pointed at the ground. "So what do we do to this guy," she asked.

"It's Vayne, V-A-Y-N-E Bunny Lady!." Vayne would say raising his voice a slight bit at to her as she blatantly and maybe even purposefully mispronounced his name. This happened quite often to be honest since apparently Vayne wasn't a common name around Fiore and to the people that were familiar with it, a girl's names they called it. Vayne's mother who used to travel around a lot said she picked up the name on one of her journeys' saying it was special. His name among few other things were what Vayne had to remember his parent by, that and memories faded by time.

V is for virtue, a trait you hold dear.
A is for accomplished, in all that you do.
Y is for yearn, your innermost desires.
N is for noble, your regal bearing.
E is for expressive, not one to hold within.

His mother's words which he would never forget and always hold dare, this would explain why he got so worked up on such a simple issue as his name.

The woman would proceed to start talking about Fallen Angels, Bunnies and Devils until she was completely out of it becoming lost in her own thoughts to the extent that she lowered her weapon from on Katherina which Vayne found insane. She was mentally unstable as far he could see so far, first the outfit now this, he wondered what she would do next. She would snap back to reality not long after by introducing herself as Alice the Bunny Devil which Vayne couldn't help but laugh at forgetting for the moment that she had a gun to his head, realising the mistake that was the name shortly afterwards she would asked to be referred as just Alice with a treat to them if they referred to her with the name she introduced herself with which Vayne would call her by it anyway.

All the while Vayne could feel Katherina at the very edge of going for Alice's throat, so much that he could almost feel her bloodlust thanks to their connection. For some reason she didn't like Alice at all, genuine hate could be seen in her eyes as she looked at Alice who would respond to Katherina's threat by blindly approaching her stopping only a half meter away, and replying with her hand on her gun and leaning forward completely ignoring Katherina's personal space. Vayne who had turned to face them put his hand on his sheathed sword, even though he thought fighting here would be completely illogical and a waste of time, if Katherina attacked he would to. Katherina and Alexus had been through everything together and aside from the disagreements and bickering the two always had each others backs, no questions ask, no exceptions and Vayne would not betray that unwritten rule for anything or anyone at all.

Alice's gun was pointed at Katherina and Vayne prepared for the worst. Vayne get this 'thing' out of my face before I change my mind and we have to kill her. Katherina would say through their mind link, her eyes locked on Alice's the entire time, the tension between them was so strong that Alexus could feel it in the air.

Luckily Alice choose to listen to Vayne's proposal for an alliance and a fight was avoided once again. Alice would agree to there truce but on the grounds that she get 75% of what the poor man who had suffered through all this had and everything else they earned 50-50. "You can get your 75% but we split 60-40 since it's me and Katherina" He would leave his offer on the table as he honestly thought that was the fair way of doing this.

Just as Vayne had thought things had calmed down Alice pointed her guns at Katherina and issued another threat , but after a brief silence announced that she was kidding with a smile. Katherina was at boiling point and needed so way to vent, her decision made so fast that Vayne didn't hear her think it until her sword was already pulled and gliding through the air at an alarming speed, passing only a few inches away from Alice's head and into a tree behind her. Katherina would walk to retrieve her sword next but as she moved past Alice she would speak without looking at her. "You're the one that shouldn't be testing me." She would mutter to her then continue on to retrieve her sword from the tree.

"Take everything he has and get some form of identification off him so we know where to find him if he rats on us when we let him go." Vayne would suggest and after that was done he would tell Alice about the plan he had. "Look robbing travellers is all well and good but I have a plan. I couldn't have pulled it off with just me and Kat but the three of us could do it, so hear me out we head back into town and rob one of the trains." He would say excitedly not revealing his entire plan before he had gotten Alice's initial view on it. "It's one of his good ones but the risk of use getting caught and incarcerated is high, not one of your petty crimes Alice." Katherina would speak to Alice without volatile intent for the first time here. "Don't worry about her Kat, we could pull it off but only if you took that off, way too alluring." Vayne would say indicating to Alice's bunny outfit.

Vayne had corrected her relatively quickly. To be honest, if he hadn't she would have assumed that was a nickname of a sort that he either earned or people just called him that over time. She laughed a little at the thought, picturing him just holding a personal mirror checking himself out. "Well how the fuck is anyone supposed to know that if you don't tell them first," she said, turning her head away from Katherina and looking at Vayne. It really didn't matter to her though either way since, to be completely honest with herself, their name did not change much of anything. He could have been called God for all she cared and it wouldn't matter as long as she was still able to have the fun of robbing people and getting their money. Nope, it didn't matter, angel or devil, she just wanted to be the one benefiting from anything that happened.

He called her bunny lady, but she didn't much care. All it meant was that she stood out, something that she enjoyed much more than fading into the background. There was nothing more frustrating than being forgotten in a crowd if she didn't want to be. And the only time she would actually want to be forgotten is if she was getting chased for committing a crime in some town. Thankfully though, this was not one of those times, so bunny lady or not, she'd take it. Other people were forgotten for much less.

Alice heard Katherina's little mutterings but ignored it. It didn't matter much at the moment exactly what Katherina thought of her, because after all they were still working together. Maybe another time she could fight her when there wasn't two of them just ready to jump to each other's defenses. It was cute in a way that made her want to throw up forcefully. She would hate to have to constantly be around someone like that unless she was planning on destroying them some way or another; the plotting for something like that would be extremely fun. Oh that would be for another time, though.

She sighed a little bit though when they just wanted to let the man go after taking his stuff. It was true, though, that if they just grabbed his stuff and went on their merry way they would be able to move on to bigger and better things. But the idea he proposed was quite a different one. One that she had not really thought of taking on since it was a bit odd of a case. He wanted to rob a train. It was a thought that hadn't even occurred to her, as it was something she had only heard about in stories; in terms of crimes she had always focused on looking at urban crime. "Interestinggg," she commented when he mentioned it.

But before she said anything and asked any details, she decided that they needed to deal with the man first. She put away her two guns in their given holsters and crouched down next to the man. "So, you're going to need to give me all your things. And understand this: If you talk a single detail about this train deal, I will personally hunt you down. And we don't want that, now do we? No... no we don't." She smiled maniacally, meaning ever single word, somewhat hoping that he would actually spill to someone. Quickly, the man decided to give them the belongings that were now rightfully hers. She split the given cash between the three of them, taking the majority as decided. "Now this might hurt a little," She said, crouching once again and smiling. She got up and turned around, her left hand on her guitar neck. Looking over at Vayne for a moment, she swung her body loosely, releasing the guitar from her back and continuing the momentum using the flat side of the guitar's body to hit the side of the man's head.

"Can you make sure he's out? I never could tell if they were faking or not. And, see? So much harder for him to talk when he's unconscious. Plus, when he wakes up, he'll hopefully remember this and possibly decide to not talk." She spoke openly, as if she had done something as simple as open a door. It wasn't technically the good thing to do, but she really didn't care. It meant her safety, and that was all that mattered.

"You two have noooo patience though. Going for the big hit this early on," she said, "But you know what? I'll do it. The problem is though do you even know what train to hit and what is on it? There's no point in getting into a lot of trouble without getting any sort of good reward from it. That'd be pretty fucking idiotic."

Vayne commented on her outfit and how it wasn't suitable for the heist, but Alice was not ready to accept that offer. After all, this was her outfit for these kinds of jobs. "Ha, no chance of that happening. Who says I even have other clothes other than this?" In truth, her clothes were in a backpack in the tree she had been sitting in, but she was just feeling particularly rebellious. "Plus this is what I always wear for jobs." In her head she wanted once again to fire her FOG 5000 at one of them, more as a joke than anything else. But what stopped her wasn't fear of retaliation, but unwillingness to show them exactly what even one of her guns did. There was no point in revealing all her little secrets this early on in the game.

"So really, tell me the damn details about this train, so if you die it's not completely pointless."

Alice's initial response to the announcement of Vayne's plan was a positive one, but they would have the issue of the man they were robbing to deal with first. They had put the man through enough for one day and Vayne agreed that it was time put him out of his misery. Alice would kneel to his side and request that he give up everything of value then issue a treat that Vayne saw quite unnecessary. The man had been witness to the groups combined craziness and explicit violent behavior for far to long, to think he possibility that he would ever speak of this day ever again was highly improbable.

Alice did it anyway and quite convincingly with the craziest of smile while she did. The man would respond by relieving himself of all his valuables, which Alice would divide among them. Vayne was impressed at how Alice had been able to intimidate him to such an extent and applauded her performance with a smirk on his face. The next matter they had to deal with was knocking the man unconscious which Alice took care of after warning the man, as if he had an option, then actually 'knocking' the man unconscious with a guitar of all things.

A little harsh for Vayne but as long as the man was alive he wouldn't think much of it. At Alice's request Katherina would kneel next to the man confirming that was both alive and unconscious. "But a guitar though, original. Katherina would say to Alice before standing to her feet then moving to Vayne's side where she belonged. Vayne would take this opportunity to calculate his earnings. It wasn't much, probably because the minority was split between him and Katherina but still a thief's life around these parts must have been hard if this was all the money people here carried.

"I must admit laying in the dirt for a almost half an hour waiting for an random stranger to pass by isn't my style but ambition is my motivation, still I find it offensive that you think I don't have a plan. Vayne was honestly offended.

Upon arrival at the station earlier in the day via train three men caught Vayne's attention as they got off the train dressed formally and each of them carrying identical briefcases. His curiosity spiked Vayne would listen in on the men's initial conversation upon departure of the train which revealed that they were here on official Love & Lucky business, a deal with a resident merchant who had something of great value to them, stating that they had until the next train to acquire what they wanted. They would also mentioned the safety of there package once it was obtained referring to the six magical eyes in the shadow that would protect them.

This is where Vayne decided he wanted to know just what the men wanted so badly and obviously they wouldn't hand it to him if he asked nicely. Vayne had memorized the departure time of the next train back to Acalypha, the home of Love And Lucky so he had a timeframe in which to work. He would also memorise the route of the journey the train would take and pick the perfect place to execute his plan. However the talks of six magical eyes, which he believed referred to three Mages in the shadow didn't sit well with him as he couldn't account for the risk of having to go up against three Mages, this is what caused him to abort his plan.

"I can't explain everything in full detail right now because some of it you have to see for yourself, that and I'm too hungry to talk much, but basically a train is going to be leaving the station in about two hours, on it three merchant from the Merchant Guild Love & Lucky are going to be aboard it returning home from a most likely successful deal. What this means is that the briefcases there going be carrying will be carrying something valuable."

"What Vayne didn't mention is that the three men have body guards, Mages hired to protect them, but we don't know who they are since they've been most likely sticking to the shadows since they got here." Katherina would say clearly not a fan of the plan, but she wasn't planning on letting Vayne do it without her there. "There's that, but the three of us could do it. We should get to town and head to the station I can explain it better from there." He would suggest the enthusiasm in his voice contagious, unlike Katherina Vayne believed in his plan and the opportunity to see it in action excited him.

Alice looked at her electric guitar and saw a little blood on it. It was probably from hitting the guy who was already bleeding pretty profusely, or maybe from hitting him and causing another wound, she didn't really know. But it didn't matter at that moment; what mattered was that there was blood on her equipment. "Ugh now I'll have to clean this. Stupid bleeding guy, getting my guitar all dirty," she said, walking over to a nearby bush that had the biggest leaves she could see. She started attempting to wipe off the blood on the guitar with a few leaves she picked off, but unfortunately the leaves weren't very absorbent so she had to try a bit harder to get it even to a manageable amount of blood. As long as when she put it on her back it didn't drip blood all over her and her clothes it would be fine. There was no reason to get her outfit all dirty, especially if they were going to do any further jobs.

Vayne made a bit of a comment about how jobs like the one they were doing wasn't his particular style. "Just because one thing gets your more profit doesn't mean that one isn't stupid," she said, bluntly, "And just because you have a plan doesn't mean it's not a dumb one." It was just a matter of principle for her to not do anything particularly stupid. The only thing that overrode her desire to do what she wanted and to gain wealth was the desire to be benefited in all other ways, including staying alive. But she was still willing to listen, at least for a little bit, as she wanted to know if this plan was somewhat plausible or not.

She turned away from the bush and clicked her guitar back in place onto her back. After that, she pulled out Nyx and then her FOG 5000, one at a time, inspecting them for any sort of flaws. She attempted to keep her weapons well-maintained at all times, and she wanted to know of any flaws in them. Having them turn out to have some defects that prevented their normal operation was an unnecessary risk that she wasn't particularly ready to take. After inspecting each of them to her satisfaction, she placed them back at their respective sides before walking over to a tree and sitting down, one leg propped up with her knee in the air and the other leg straight out. Resting her right hand on her leg and her other propping herself up, she listened to what else Vayne had to say.

She listened, though it bored her half to death listening to such a plan, with glazed over eyes. There was very little in the way of her just trying to fall asleep, but she figured that she might as well listen to see what he had to say if there was some chance at having more fun and getting more money. She had heard of the merchant guild before, but as she had never pulled a guild heist nor did she have any plans to do so any time soon she did not know the full details of the guild and its capabilities. She wasn't even positive if a merchant guild had any proper defenses, but she figured there had to be some in place considering the amount of money probably being pushed in and out of there. It was an interesting enough proposition, though, assuming that the three merchants actually had anything of value in their briefcases. It would have been extremely disappointing if once they robbed the men there was nothing in the briefcases but useless documents and other papers. Ugh, shit that you'd have to read, she thought to herself.

That was when Katherina decided to speak up, adding in some information that Vayne had left out. "That's some pretty important information to leave out, kid," she said, directed at Vayne. "Stupid fucking mages.... I'll kill 'em all myself if I get the chance... But what do you know about them? I want to kill 'em, but I'm not stupid. I ain't goin' after no super mages. Not yet anyway." With the new information, she was a little torn on what to do with the situation. On one hand she might be able to destroy some little cowardly mages and get some money, but on the other, if they were too powerful and too experienced that would cause a huge problem for her. Part of success and survival was knowing when to keep your head down.

"And there better be a lot of money if they are anything decent. Or else it's not even worth it."

It was then that Vayne decided to suggest that they go into town for him to explain it more. It was a bit irritating, giving up her spot here because it was a place she could have gotten a few more victims before moving on, but she decided that she would have to go with it. Alice jumped up from her sitting position, and moved over to the unconscious man, dragging him by his legs towards the bushes. She removed his shoes and threw them as far as she could into the distance. "So he'll have to move slow when he finally gets up," she said, grinning and looking at the other two. With all the rocks and dirt and branches and anything else on the road, she doubt he would be able to run and get help if he decided not to heed their warning and tell someone about their plan.

"So what are we waiting around here for? Let's go already."

Vayne had planned to tell Alice about the Mages that might have been hired to protect the men on their journey but when they were back in town, Katherina was obviously trying to sabotage his efforts to see his planned heist come to life. Alice was curious now as to who the Mages where, a question Vayne had no answer to but if there were hired by Love & Lucky no expense would be spared for the best security available. Nice one Katherina, I see what your doing but it's not going to work. Vayne would think to Katherina who would act as if she hadn't heard him but a sly grin could be seen on her face.

He would now have to respond to Alice. "I wouldn't call it important nor was I leaving it out, more like saving it for a latter time." He would try to create an excuse but he couldn't even convince himself so there was no way Alice had bought it. The information however seemed to spark something in Alice that Vayne would try to use to his advantage. "Yeah I know the feeling Mages suck but think about it, this could be your chance to kill three of them, not one, not two but three that and with the money from the merchants tell me how that isn'tworth it." Vayne had completely ignore the part of her question of the Mages power because he honestly had no idea and to make things worse he had no idea what the man where carrying in there brief cases. These thoughts he would keep to himself.

Alice would then agree to Vayne's suggestion to head back into Oshibana Town where Vayne would have to improvise a plan since what he told Alice so far was all he had so far, the rest of it a bluff basically but he was confident he could come with something once they got to the train station. Before they left however Alice would dump the unconscious man in the bushes and toss away his shoes, clearly she was of those cautious ones who would take that extra precaution just to insure their own safety.

They hadn't been walking very long when the silence threatened to drive Vayne crazy which he decided to counteract by making small talk. They had about ten minutes of walking ahead of them so Vayne would have to do something to help the time pass or he would explode. Inactivity drove him crazy, he had to be on his feet and moving, talking all the time or he would go crazy. If he didn't have Katherina at his side all the time which meant he always had someone to converse with he would be in an absolutely different mental state. The sound of his own voice keep him centered.

So far he had spent his time with Alice threatening her and trying to convince her to commit a felony with him, Vayne would use this time to ask the question that had been on his mind for a while now. "So Alice are you one of those crazy people that don't know they're crazy or the kind of crazy person that knows they're crazy but doesn't care." Vayne half expected her to pull her gun and shoot him but decided it was worth the risk. Katherina who hadn't been paying attention to them before turned to listen to her answer as well.

According to how that went Vayne would question her again this time a question with more serious intent. "Why is it that you hate Mages so much when you're a mage, thats kinda hypocritical isn't it?" Don't you wanna join a guild one day, there filled with Mages so what then." This time he was serious, he wasn't expecting a life story but would take anything. While you're at it you should ask her why she likes pointing those guns at people so much, one of these days someone might find that disrespectful and take her hands off." Katherina would think to him but Alexus would only smirk and ignore her as she did to him earlier.
