All throughout Trillium, things seemed to be moving at a very quick pace. The tree was coming down, and the ball was going up. As this went on people were bustling through the streets, and fighting in the stores over who got the last of what. All but one man, who had no need for all that many material possessions. All he had with him was his armor as he finished forming the Icy globe that would later fall down a pole and smash into snow flakes. "To think that Christmas has already passed, and people are still carrying on in such a way." As the ball was lifted into position, Zero began looking into the windows of nearby shops. "Well, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to get myself something nice." He walked into a small shop, past two kids arguing over colors magic. As he perused the shops wares, he noticed an interesting item. It was a small music box. When he opened it, it played a tune that made him think of his days as a child. Always training, and not spending much time with his father. Still, the song tugged at the strings of his heart. He immediately paid for the item. As he walked out the door, though, he seemed to run into someone. He never was the most graceful person, and landed without such on the wooden floor. As he stood, he made a quick apology. "Sorry about that. I should have been more aware of my surroundings." |

Roy looks at the guy apologizing. "It's okay, you're not the only one to blame, I wasn't paying attention either." Roy smiles as he bends down to pick up the music box. He hands it to Zero and asks, "Is this yours?" Roy then opens the music box and the music plays. "Here, I was just checking to see if it was broken." Trillium once the windy city filled with old architecture and windmills, now the city of industry and gambling. The whole city now changed into a metropolis that was far from pristine. The underbelly that once was in the old Trillium was all that seemed survived in this new metropolis of industry and gambling. In this new crime regulated industrious there was much to be gained if someone wanted information or ties to all things in the black market. This would be exactly why Cain had come to Trillium. In hopes of finding out any information he could about anyone that was possibly a supporter of House Rahl. This was a small chance but he figured with the reputation that his House held it wasn;t too far out of the question. The search however hadn't yielded much thus far having only wandered around the city dodging any shady alleyways because he knew all too well that he would be most likely mugged. In fact it was about this time he started to feel like he was being followed. Cain himself didn't like the idea of being stalked or getting jumped by some gangster so he quickly decided to enter the next shop he saw and duck out from his staker. It just so happens that this shop was quite full of young customer, one of which seemed to be picking up some sort of item from the ground. " Well then..." Cain would say abruptly " What a....quaint little shop " he would continue only to slowly trail off in his comment to look over his shoulder to see if the stalker was planning on entering too. |

Roy looks back, and he sees something that catches his eye. It was a man. "Huh....he looks familiar.....where have I seen him before?" Roy said to himself. He noticed the Man looking over his shoulder, as if he were being followed. "I should be ready, if that guy is being followed, it can't be good......that face though...where have I seen it......" Roy thinks to himself. "I have a bad feeling about this..." Roy says. "Thanks for the help, and what do you have a bad feeling about?' Zero asks. "Oh, it's nothing, don't worry about it." Roy says with a smile. "That face....it makes me feel like if someone is following him, it's not going to end well..." Roy thinks to himself

Cain wouldn't pay much attention to the two teens at first but more so on the man that had been following him. The stalker was dressed in a pair of dirty jeans with sneakers with holes in them, sporting a black shirt that hung down below his waist covered up with a jacket adorned with all sorts of symbols and patches. Covering up part of this man's face was a cloth with a shark's mouth on it cover half of his face. This street gangster of a man would dig into his coat and quickly pull out two items on being a small canister and the other a small metalic object that was too small to see. upon laying eyes on the man pulling these out however Cain instantly acted. " GET DOWN! " Cain would yell quickly before diving forward toward the two teen's to knock them down from what came next. The man would hurl the canister into the shop, whilst it was lit, causing a explosion to destroy the front of the shop, blowing apart the glass and the merchandise in the window sending debris and parts of the store raining down into it. If Roy got down as quick as Cain hoped he would escape the blast unscathed, Cain would not however as a piece of glass would slice open his side. Amongst the wounded however the most severe from a quick look would be the two young children in the shop that would have several pieces of debris and glass stuck into them. " TO HELL WITH YOU RAHL!! " the attacker would yell before running off quickly leaving the hellish mayhem of his attack to who ever was still alive and breathing. |

After hearing the mans voice, he was tackled to the ground by him. "What the fu-" Roy started before an explosion went off. Roy got up, wincing in pain as he saw multiple shards of glass and debris stuck on him. He winces in pain while puling the shards out. His brand new brown hoodie and yellow shirt were both torn and stained with blood. "Dang it, I just got these clothes! dude, you okay? Dude? Music box man, you good?" Roy says looking back to see the man in worse condition than he is. "Crap.... he's hurt worse than I am....What do i do? Hm....wait a minute....did that guy call him Rahl, as in Cain Rahl?!" Roy thinks to himself. He gets up to help Cain. "Did that guy call you Rahl, as in Cain Rahl? That doesn't matter right now.....we need to stop that guy before he causes more damage! Don't worry about the people here, Medics are probably already on their way, along with the Fairy Tail Guild." Roy says, getting ready to give chase. He takes a step forward and then falls to the ground. "AAAAAGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!" Roy screams in pain. Edited by Roy Stormageddon, Jun 10 2014, 07:29 AM.

The bombing was bad, it wrecked the store pretty bed, but that wasn't the real problem the real problem was the fact all of this was caused by Cain's presence. Which was the worst, he had come looking for allies and found something that could harm what little reputation he had of being a decent Rahl! Standing up with the help of the young man Roy, that Cain had tackled cain quickly held his side where he was slightly wounded. It wasn't any to worry about a simple graze with no artery damage, clotting would start in a minute or two and the bleed would stop. Holding his hand on his would to compound the bleed he would eye the area around him as Roy started to speak, this guy obviously was in the wrong place and at the wrong time. It couldn't have been anymore clearer to Cain in the slightest. " I am a Medic " Cain would say quickly moving toward one of the bystandards. " Fairy tail isn't coming " Cain would further say as he started to survey the wounded body of one of the wounded. Just before he was going to start further explaining Roy would collapse on the ground seeming he was quite wounded too. " Damn it " Cain would curse before turning around and moving to Roy's side. " Last thing you need to do is go chasing after some thug with a grudge. " Cain would say looking Roy over, and finding where a few pieces of debris and glass and struck him. " You should have said you were hurt in the first place you damnable fool! " Cain would say reprimanded the teen before he would start to pull out a bottle of medical grade alcohol and some bandages. He wouldn't give much warning as he started to pat Roy's wounds with the alcohol. This gave Roy a chance to rest and catch himself, be it in pain or not, but he just got himself a audience with the man he seemed plenty worried about, now was the time to start asking question on surely why fairy tail wasn't coming, why was this place bombed by that thug, and surely many more questions Roy had for him. |

Cain helped Roy, after being scolded about his stupidity. "Fairy Tail isn't coming? That doesn't matter right now. I have heard some nasty things about the Rahl's, but judging off the way you are acting, you're not a bad person. You seem to be decent, despite family name. As i learned long ago, don't base your opinions of people just by family name or reputation. Anyway, the most import thing is why is that thug after you? Judging by the expression on your face, you don't want to answer my questions, but this is important." Roy was smiling, despite the pain he was in. "Don't worry about me, Get the guy I was talking to and the rest of the people patched up, then I'll help evacuate them from the area if it helps." Roy said. Cain couldn't help but smile as the man seemed to put some trust in him despite his linage. " Well, you're not completely wrong, I'm different from my family but I carry all their grudges just the same." he would say as he would finish up by applying a few bandages to Roy and stand up and taking a breath. " You will be ok now, so long as you don't take those bandages off for a few days. " Cain would explain to Roy before moving into his original target to treat. " Don't move them just yet, start moving away this debris and keep a eye out on the street, anyone that can move, can leave, but anyone unable to move don't touch you could make things worse. " Cain would explain to Roy quickly before he started to examine his next patiant. " That thug from earlier most likely has a grudge against my family for the things they did before we came to the kingdoms or what we have done since then...My family may not be on top of the world here in the kingdoms, but that doesn't mean they have changed their ways. My own face is proof enough of that. " he would say as he took a pair of simple glasses and put them on so he could examine the wounds of the young boy better. " You have walked into a dark alley my dear fellow, this here is Trillium, leagues away from Fairy Tail in Magnolia. Trillium is a city of industry and red light district, if you catch my meaning " Cain would say glancing toward Roy over his shoulder before he started to clean the teens wounds with alcohol. Trillium was home to gangster, thugs trying to make their way to gangsters, and every sort of lying cheating sort of criminal one could imagine, there was a code and authority on all of this of course that being a dark guild inside trillium few knew of that sanctioned everything. Raven Tail. Despite being in the epicenter of where the Queen Dragon destroyed Trillium a few years back, Raven Tail had survived and grew stronger from it, their influence now controlled every shady corner of the city and anyone who attempted to partake in crime without their knowing and sanction didn't last long here in the windy city of lights. Cain knew this city was bad, but he didn't quite realize it was this bad, coming here surely wasn't the brightest idea he had, and these injuried people were the consequence of his shortcomings. |

"Okay, I'll clear the debris up and see of anyone can move." Roy said. "Heh...when I leave magnolia I seem forget that I left it at times, this is home of Raven Tail, the exact opposite of Fairy Tail." Roy said moving debris away from the people. I believe anyone can change their ways if you give them the chance to. Hey! I've got someone who can move over here! Roy says, after noticing movement while he was moving the rocks. It was a woman.
