[Graded]Night on the town

Fear does not exist Posts: 514 Group: Member Member #1,078 Joined: Jun 19, 2011	Ludo downed his drink with surprising speed, even to himself. He wasn't used to drinking anything but ale, but whatever the house special was, it was certainly something he could make a habit of drinking. He eyed the cubes of ice that lingered at the bottom of his glass, and after a few moments of thought tipped the glass back to catch a cube in his mouth. He switched it back and forth, unable to decide where to let it rest, before shifting it to the left side of his jaw. Clenching his teeth, he crushed the cube with an audible crunch. As he chewed, Green relayed to him the possibilities of the evening, to which Ludo nodded slightly. When asked what he was looking for, he shrugged, spitting out a piece of the ice over his shoulder. "Nothing in particular. Like I said, just trying to find some ways to kill time. That's not a problem, is it?" He watched Green out of the corner of his eye as he tipped the glass back again, settling a cube this time on the right side of his jaw. Crunching away on another piece of ice, he analyzed Green's words. The tone was casual, but he could almost catch a hint of something, though he wasn't sure what. Perhaps a warning? It was hard to tell. This man was by no means easy to read. It didn't help that he couldn't altogether trust him either. You couldn't really put all your faith in a man who named himself after a color, at least not to Ludo. Tapping his finger on his glass, Ludo pushed it forward, signaling to the bartender for a refill. Grabbing his empty glass, the bartender turned away as Ludo leaned closer to Green. "I'll tell you what. Think of it like this; You're doing both me and yourself a favor. You're showing me around, which helps me out, and your keeping me out of trouble, which in the long run helps you out. Savvy?" The bartender returned, sliding Ludo's now full glass towards him. Raising his glass, Ludo drained half of it in a few gulps, setting it back down to let out a belch. "That's good stuff...So, what do you say?"

Dark Lorde of the Sith Posts: 6,178 Group: Advanced Members Member #751 Joined: Mar 13, 2011	Green took another sip from his drink and then another as he awaited the response to the first question, Bones soon responded after eating an ice cube. It seemed he just wanted to kill time, that was fair and Green simply nodded as he continued his drink. After a little while, Green continued on and Bones responded in kind again. He said to think of it as Green keeping Bones out of trouble as he showed him around, at those words Green stopped his glass from reaching his mouth as he paused for a moment before letting the glass meet his lips and finish the rest of his drink. "Keep him out of trouble..?" Green thought, it was something a little odd to say. Trillium had trouble like any other city, though maybe a bit more but like every other they had police. Unlike other cities, Trillium had a darker approach to policing and many illegal activities. Was Bones into one of these illegal activities? He didn't really seem the type to be, though appearances could be deceiving. That lead to some other questions which created more questions, was Bones looking for trouble? Was he going to cause trouble if Green didn't continue showing him around? This was an interesting development. Green watched as Bones soon drained half of his next drink. Placing his glass on the bar, Green looked at Bones and gave an affirmative nod. "Very well, what sort of event do you want to go to next then? A nightclub? Some sort of concert, I'm guessing there'd be some sort of band playing somewhere. Another bar or restaurant? Or shall we remain here for a little longer?" Green responded, stating a few things of what they could venture to next. The choice was up to Bones really as Green wasn't particularly bothered, the bands playing if he so chose to go and find one were probably either some sort of rock band or that techno genre. Whilst Bones may not want to find trouble himself, depending on their next move the trouble may come to them.

Giving his head a slight shake, he set his glass back down. "A nightclub sounds like its more my speed. The music and the people can be a bit of a bother, but they usually have good liquor. A concert, not so much. I mean, it's not that I dislike music, but the atmosphere doesn't suit me. Too many annoying people in one place usually, I wind up in fights." He drained the rest of his glass, tipping it back far enough to catch a few cubes of ice in his jaws. As he crunched on them, he continued. "Another bar might be cool. Not to down this bar, but the atmosphere here isn't much to my liking either." As he spoke, he looked around the room, his brow knitting in a frown. "It's just a bit too family friendly. I can't really cut loose and have fun here. So yeah, a club or a bar, whichever you think would be most interesting." Sliding his glass forward, Ludo stood up from his seat, turning to head towards the door. A hand reached out and clasped him around his wrist, and Ludo stopped in his tracks, glancing behind him. The Bartender had reached out and grabbed him, a sudden no nonsense expression plastered on his face. "You have to pay for those drinks first." Ludo looked slowly from the man's hand to his face, then back again. He looked over at Green, trying to keep his face and voice as calm as possible. "Do me a favor and pay the man before I kick his head off his shoulders..." The Bartender bristled, tightening his grip. "I don't take kindly to threats." Ludo took a step closer, glowering as he tensed up. "Is that right? Well I'll make you a promise instead. If you don't let go of me, I'm gonna kick your ass. Period. Keep holding on if you want, but don't say you weren't warned."

Dark Lorde of the Sith Posts: 6,178 Group: Advanced Members Member #751 Joined: Mar 13, 2011	Green listened quietly as Bones spoke and it seemed he wished to visit a nightclub as a concert wasn't his type of place it seemed. It didn't really matter to Green where they went next and so he nodded as Bones continued speaking. However, after he had finished his drink he went to walk away until the bartender perked up saying that he needed to pay for the drinks, Bones then had the nerve to tell Green to pay for the drinks before he kicked the bartender's head off. That would be amusing to see as Bones did that or rather attempted to do that. The bartender responded normally and had Bones gripped before the two got a bit closer and stared each other down and made idle threats. Green simply sat there and waited as he knew what was coming or rather he could see who was coming. The bar was owned by Raven Tail, as were most places in Trillium now, and like all bar's there were security. Two other members of Raven Tail had now arrived on the scene and eyed Bones and the bartender, Green took a quick look at the two other guys. He didn't recognize them which was both good and bad for Bones. "Let 'im go, we'll deal with this punk." One of the Mages said and the bartender, apparently called Mac, let Bones go. The two other guys were dressed in a more casual and relaxed style, though their guild symbols were hidden. The one who didn't speak looked at Green and raised an eyebrow before whispering something to his partner who spoke something back before moving towards Green before placing a hand on his shoulder and pulling him around on his seat, not out of strength or anything but more so he could look at him and Green didn't put up any resistance. "'Ey, aren't you that guy whose with that foxy girl? That half b-" He said as he bent down to look at Green a bit closer, however Green knew what he was about to say and as he did so Green pulled his head back and gave the man's nose one hell of a headbutt. There was a sudden silence as other patrons looked over at the security guy now on the floor holding his nose, his partner staring at Green. "If you can speak, I'd say something now or leave us alone," Green threatened the silent guy but it seemed it wasn't effective as he stood there and of all things, pulled out a knife. Seriously? He pulled out a freaking knife! The broken nose guy had managed to crawl beside his friend and stood up, holding his bloody nose. "It is him, that lower class guy with the girl. Maze, let's kick both of their asses but his the most so she knows who to be with." The man said and apparently he wanted to get with Green's girl. "You think you can take her from me? Bitch please, time you learned just who you're dealing with." Green retored and smirked. Maze, the guy with the knife now seemed to focus on Bones as his friend was annoyed, irritated and focused on Green. Things just got a whole lot more interesting. The Bartender obliged, relinquishing his grip on Ludo's arm, who pulled it away with a face. "Deal with me, eh? Oh I'd love to see that," he said with a grin. He could use the workout. He started to prepare himself to attack, but noticed the way the duo looked at Green. One approached him, leaning in to speak with him. It looked like they were acquainted with him, friends or allies perhaps. Damn shame. The way it was going he might have to fight all three of them, but he considered himself up to the challenge. He didn't hear what one of the men said to Green, but he apparently didn't like it. He received a headbutt for his troubles, falling to the ground clutching his nose. "Is that broken? Yeah, I think that might be broken," Ludo said with a slight smirk. The second man didn't find it as humorous. He drew a knife from his clothing, brandishing it him. "It is him, that lower class guy with the girl. Maze, let's kick both of their asses but his the most so she knows who to be with." Ludo noted the reference to a woman, shooting a look at Green before focusing on the armed man who seemed to have singled him out. "Maze? That's a stupid name," he said with a chuckle. The man didn't respond. Instead he lunged forward, swinging his knife towards Ludo's chest. Leaning backwards, he avoided the swing, bumping into the bar stool behind him as he did so. He lunged again, aiming for Ludo's face, but he avoided the attack by stepping in under his arm to get behind him. Using his momentum as he turned around, Ludo threw a kick towards the right side of Maze' head. Raising his arm to block the blow, Maze countered the attack by slicing Ludo's leg as he withdrew it. Hopping backwards to get some room, Ludo glanced down at the gash along his shin. "You little bastard...That's gonna cost you..." Maze didn't reply, but switched the knife from one hand to the other, his gaze never leaving Ludo. Maze lurched forward again, throwing out quick, short swipes of his knife. He'd grown wise to Ludo's agility, and was using shorter, quicker attacks so that Ludo couldn't counter. The attacks forced Ludo backwards through the bar, bumping into tables and chairs as he did so. He finally reached a pool table near the back of the bar, halting his progress. Maze took advantage of this, thrusting his blade towards Ludo's chest. Leaning to the left, the blade sliced Ludo's right shoulder, but left Maze's arm exposed. Gripping his wrist with his right hand, Ludo pulled him forward as he drove his right knee into his gut. As Maze staggered forward, Ludo moved behind him, throwing another kick towards his head. This one landed home, sending Maze careening into a nearby table. Needless to say, it's occupants weren't happy. Examining the cut on his shoulder, Ludo started to make his way towards the other end of the bar again to see how Green was making out, but halted when he heard his opponent trying to get back to his feet. Bones had gotten started on the guy named Maze who seemed to be giving him a fair bit of trouble. Well, it was hard to tell really as Green was defending himself against bleeding nose guy. Things had gotten heated and the other patrons had moved closer to the other side at least most of them anyway, the others began to cheer out and watch the entertainment. The bartender had moved down the bar and was pretty much just ignoring them now. Green grimaced as deflected a punch and retaliated with a forceful knee to the stomach, followed by a punch to the face of the goon before him. He stammered and tumbled back on the floor. "Exert!" The man soon shouted out and before Green, the man had become a lot bulkier and grown slightly in height. "Welcome to the world of Pin" The goon said, his name possibly Pin. Green snerked and held his hands up in a sarcastic manner with a shrug as he spoke, "Pin? What's that, your name? Is that like your di-" however as Green was speaking, Pin had launched a rather quick attack and smacked Green behind over the bar. Letting out a groan, Green rubbed his head. This guy had gotten fast and stronger which was problematic. Pin was so obsessed with fighting Green that he'd probably lose control and cause more havoc than anything else. Adjusting himself a bit, Green felt something underneath him and after moving off of it he found a protective glass case containing a four-leaf clover. "Finders, keepers?" Green mused to himself before grinning and standing up. Holding the protective case in hand, he ran down the bar as far as he could and jumped over it. He soon charging towards Pin before doing a barrel roll to the side and acting as quickly as he could upon regaining balance he jumped onto Pin and smashed glass casing over Pin's head. Picking the four-leaf clover from a shard of glass that had sunk into his head and pocketing it in his suit pocket. Pin collapsed and Green ended up falling ontop of him, before letting out a deep breath. Pin was knocked out cold it seemed and now Green looked behind him to see how Bones was fairing against Maze.

The man called Maze was struggling to his feet, wiping the trail of blood that came from his mouth as he staggered towards Ludo. He throw a lazy swing with his knife, that Ludo barely had to dodge. "Just sit down already," he grumbled, jabbing the man in the kidney's with a quick punch. When he doubled over, Ludo placed his hand on the top of Maze's head to steady it, before driving his knee into his nose. The blow sent his opponent flying backwards onto a chair, which shattered under his weight. Brushing the front of his shirt slightly, Ludo looked around until he spied Green. Making his way towards him, he jerked his thumb behind him at Maze. "You know these clowns? They seemed real buddy buddy with you until you headbutted one of them." Glancing at the man Green was occupying, he surmised that he'd taken out his opponent. "At any rate, walk and talk. Let's get out of here and get on with things. Much as I love fighting, I hate fighting with no real purpose." He again went about examining the cut on his shoulder as he walked towards the door. "C'mon, lets go already!"
