It had been a week since Eric had had the little event with Noel -the second such of them- and he had spent that entire week in Magnolia in a hotel room he'd rented out and stayed in without leaving. He hadn't wanted to run into Noel on the streets, he'd told his friend he would give him some space first and foremost and he would respect that - however hard it had been. And it had been hard. In the first hour after leaving Noel and finding a place to stay Eric had wanted desperately to run back to his friend and beg him to say everything he'd found in Eric's mind. He wanted to help his friend understand everything Eric had ever done, anything Noel had seen Eric would explain and talk to him about and even if it did end up with Noel hating him, at least he'd know the truth of it all. But no, Eric would respect it, and as he looked at the clock on the wall of his hotel room and knew it was time to leave, since it had been one week almost to the hour, he thought back about how he had last left Noel a week ago... "I'll... I'll give you some time to rest and recover before I come back," Eric had said after Noel had said all the stuff about the horrible things in Eric's memories and mind, "I'll be back in a week though, we need to talk I guess so we can air everything out. There's... probably more stuff you haven't seen and I know for a fact there's stuff in there I can't even remember myself so... yeah, I'll give you some time to recover and, if you don't hate me so much, I'll come back in a week..." He turned to go before Noel even finished what he was saying but when he did say it the boy stopped, his entire body going rigid in an instant and his shoulders starting to shake before he turned back to look at his friend once again. It was odd, how sudden the tears had appeared on Eric's cheeks and he looked at Noel through tear-filled eyes and a tremulous smile on his face. "Oh Noel..." In an instant he'd moved, running right at Noel and basically cannonballing into him, his arms hugging Noel as tightly as he could. For a long moment Eric hugged his older friend tightly before letting go and dancing back a short distance. "I'll... I'll still give you that week to rest," he said, "I... Thank you, Noel. You're my Best Friend too..." And with that, he left. It hadn't taken long for Eric to reach Noel's house again, he'd actually not even gone very far away for the hotel, but as he stood on the doorstep once more he hesitated before he reached up to knock. Regardless of what Noel had said, Eric's best friend was too good to really be able to forgive Eric and the idea that Noel would send Eric away if he found out too much to be able to stand the child was... "Don't worry, dear one," Jessica hissed from around his shoulders, squeezing softly, warmly to let Eric know she was there for him, "He lovessss you like a brother, there issss no way you could ever drive that one away, I'm ssssure of it." "What if I do Jess?" he asked in a broken little voice, eyes downcast and not even looking at his snake. "What if he just slams the door in my face? What do I do then?" "He wont, have faith my love," she hissed back quietly, "And you'll never know if you don't knock." Taking a deep breath, Eric raised his hand and knocked thrice. The die was cast. |

"You think he'll come..?" Noel asked breathlessly; he hadn't realized he'd been staring at the clock for the past few minutes already, waiting more or less patiently for it to mark the milestone that would be the exact one week since the time his best friend had parted ways with him. "I don't see why he wouldn't. He said he would, and I'm sure he's going to keep his word," the snowy-white owl replied, leaning his head down so he could clean his feathers. The two were in the kitchen of Noel's mansion, with Buster sitting on top of the fridge, while Noel sat behind the table, with his legs crossed and his hands on the table, fiddling with his fingers nervously. "There's only two minutes left, though.." he noted with uncertainty in his voice, as he glanced at the clock for the gazzillionth time. "Precisely. He doesn't have to be here earlier than the time you agreed to meet at, and you don't have to panic if he's a bit late, either," Buster replied. Noel didn't say anything. Glancing down at his hands on the table, he continued fiddling with his fingers, biting his lip nervously while he glanced at the clock yet again. Much like Eric, the brown-haired boy could remember their parting one week ago, despite it being known that he had a bad memory. But when it came to his best friend, Noel realized he could remember every little detail. Quite amazing how powerful this much friendship and love could be; however, similarly like Eric, Noel was afraid all of it had shattered in the other's eyes the moment Eric left on that day, and he was dreadfully afraid that he would never see him again. "B-But, he said he'd stay in Magnolia for the time.. I've gone to the guild and to the park every day during the week, and I haven't ran into him not even once during that time.." the boy said nervously, looking at the clock that showed barely a single minute until the agreed time. "Eric wouldn't have anything to go to Fairy Tail for, besides the two of you had agreed to meet.." the owl began to say, when suddenly a knocking sound could be heard from the main doors. Noel jumped on his feet, nearly knocking down the table. "... to meet in one week's time," Buster finished calmly, even though the young Mind mage wasn't even listening to him any more. "H-He's here..!" he stuttered, running from one end of the kitchen to the other aimlessly, as he quickly put some dirty dishes into the dishwasher Lacrima and did some other quick aesthetic changes to the room, that Eric probably wouldn't even care about. "Don't let him wait for you," Buster warned, as Noel brushed a bit of dust off his shirt and brushed a strand of hair off his face, hoping that he looked good enough. "Right, right!" the boy said, before quickly hurrying down the corridor towards the main doors. Opening them rather quickly, he was still flustered in the face from all the running just now, though when his eyes finally stopped on the dark-haired boy in front of him, his blush had deepened even more. "E-Eric.." he was finally able to say, glancing at Jessica around his neck for a second, before he looked into his eyes yet again. "I'm so glad you came.." he said, and he suddenly stepped forth, wrapping his arms around his best friend in a tight hug, showing him the affection that was sure to dissipate his doubts away. |

Standing on the doorstep to his friends house, Eric inhaled deeply and with traces of unsettlement on his face. He was still fairly unsure if Noel would let him back after what he had seen last time, though it was only moderately unlikely this was just self-doubt. It crept up on everyone from time-to-time, even Eric, but after their mission on Rosalie Island together it had left Eric and Noel with a stronger bond than ever. It had been hard at times, things had been tough between them at first and at one point on the mission, but they had come out of it successfully, and as a result Noel had offered Eric another chance to come and, if he so wished, for Noel to travel into Eric's mind to see what else there was in there. It had been an awkward conversation, full of confused and slightly on-edge laughs from Eric during it, but he had finally agreed to take him up on it, and now Eric was here on Noel's doorstep with his snake, waiting for his best friend to open the door and let them in... And there he was. For a long moment Eric was still, his hands in his pockets as he looked up at his friend, Jessica hissing happily to herself at the reunion. However she was less than pleased when Noel suddenly threw his arms around Eric, displacing the snake slightly and throwing her off of her perch around Eric's neck. Hissing irritatedly she undulated a little to replace herself but Noel's arms were in the way, so she had to wait. For a few moments of the hug the little boy didn't respond, simply remained with his hands in his pockets and his eyes wide open, surprised at what had happened but a moment later his face crinkled into a smile, his eyes closed and he reached up to hug his friend, his little arms not quite reaching around Noel's back, holding him close as well and enjoying the relaxing moment. It was a touching moment, one Eric would hold onto for the coming hours, as what was to happen was unimagineable to him or Noel. Well, it was imagineable, but in a part of Eric's mind that he wasn't aware of. Yet. After a long moment the hug ended and Eric simply giggled softly, walking in when Noel invited him to do so and he nodded with a smile to Buster, giving the bird the space he needed to come to Eric if he was going to. Buster was like Eric in that respect - it was bad to approach him if he didn't want you to and doing so could be disastrous. So he simply waited for Noel to come in and whatever was to happen would. Eric didn't exactly know how to go about this after all, last time it had been in the living room so maybe it would be again? It was all up to how Noel wanted to play it... |

Buster made a simple nod towards Eric; he wasn’t too keen on approaching when Jessica was on his shoulders, and he believed that a greeting like that was somewhat sufficient. With these formalities out of the way, the duo of mages stood in the corridor silently. It was just as awkward for Noel as it was for Eric. Even when they’ve been arranging this meeting after the completion of that A-class mission, things had been a bit embarrassing, but now that it was actually happening, now that Eric was standing right before him, seemingly equally unsure of how to proceed with the deal as Noel was, the young brown-haired Mind mage didn’t quite know what to say. For a moment or two, he just stood there, grinning like an idiot in false hope of breaking the tension at least a little bit, until he realized how stupid he must’ve looked, and so he blushed very slightly before turning around and starting down the corridor, with Eric behind him. ”Right, so, umm.. I was thinking we could do it, uh.. in the living room again, just like the last time,” he said somewhat plainly. In truth, he was quite nervous about the entire thing, but he didn’t want to show that to Eric. At the same time, he was infinitely happy that things seemed fine between the two of them once again, even if they were just a little bit awkward, though Noel knew that it was probably just a transitional stage that they could get over quickly enough. He believed that what they were about to do would strengthen the bond between them even more so, and create a deeper connection than even he could imagine. His wish to be there for Eric, to help him out, to understand him and reveal things to him about him that even he himself didn’t know about, had grown even stronger, and unlike the last time, he was prepared for what he was to face inside the boy’s mind. He wouldn’t let anything shake his trust in the boy; he wouldn’t let a single memory or truth about Eric diminish the strength of their friendship. What happened had already happened, and Noel wasn’t a Time wizard to re-write Eric’s history. He was a Mind mage, who could aid him to understand what happened and inform him of the memories that he’d forgotten and then help him deal with them. He was his best friend, and he accepted Eric for who he was. And he didn’t want him any different than that. The living room seemed rather prepared in comparison to the last time. Instead of a couch, there were two loungers of black color for the two of them to lie on and relax during the mind break. There was a medical kit on the nearby table, filled with bandages and everything else required to quickly deal with non-lethal wounds if it came to them. Last time they did it, things had gotten relatively dangerous, and Noel knew that this mind break wasn’t going to be any easier. The shades on the windows were pulled down, letting the room bathe in semi-darkness. There were even two glasses with cranberry juice and a few cubes of ice on the table. Everything seemed to be ready. ”Go ahead, and lay down,” Noel offered to Eric, closing eyes and reaching up to massage his temples a bit in preparation of what he was about to do. Long mind breaking sessions like this one required a lot of his concentration and magical power, and despite the fact that Noel had gotten stronger since the last time they did it, he also knew that this journey would be more dangerous than the previous two. But in comparison to them, this one was also the one he was most prepared for. |

Noel may have not wanted to show his nervousness but that was a little bit moot when Eric not only noticed but it increased his own nerves about twofold. He was dreading this, while at the same time excited for it; dreading it because he was sure there were things in his mind that were horrible, horrifying, malevolent and just pure evil - things that would not only terrorise Noel and cause him to leave Eric forever and alone but things that might even kill him. The last time they had almost lost each other through the darkness in Eric's mind and he had lived just barely, his magic almost exhausted. And yet he was excited too, exceptionally excited for it meant gaining knowledge, knowledge he was not aware of, knowledge that was not only in his past but deep within himself. Things about himself that even he did not know, things he had never known before and things he would never know since without Noel's help. He wanted to know all of it, he had to know it in order to fully realise himself. He just had to. He nodded at the suggestion of the living room, following his friend into his house and looking around again as he did so. Every time he came in here it struck him as such a nice house, so understated and perfectly Noel. It was as opposite to his own home as it was similar, Eric's house was full of things, mementos mostly from the places he had been around the country, as well as things that signified his activities in his Guild and things he knew about the world. And yet this time Noel's house almost seemed prepared for him, as though Noel was trying to make a safe and happy environment for Eric for this and the boy appreciated that. He calmed down a little too, though his heart was still a bit pumped up and as Noel told him to lie down and relax Eric smiled and hugged his friend quickly. "Thank you, Noel," he said sincerely, sitting on the black couch but not lying down, "I know how hard this must be... me being so screwed up and everything, I know this can't be easy. Really, thank you. I'll lie down when I get tired, for now I think I just want to sit. I've been lying down too much over the last week." He had too, he had spent most of his time since the visit with his friend in his hotel room, lying on the bed and staring at the ceiling, thinking over everything that had happened in his mind with Noel. It hadn't been clear at first, it had been a foggy blur but it had come out eventually, leaving Eric with so many questions. Who was E? What was the thing Noel had seen about him? Who was the last door? He had to know... he wanted to know... but at the same time he didn't. "So, like," he trailed off for a moment before shaking his head to clear it, "Just do whatever you like when you're ready. I am." |

The nervousness and awkwardness didn't subside like Noel had hoped it would've, but at this point, it didn't matter any more. Sooner rather than later, he would delve once again into the depths of the dark-haired boy's mind, in pursuit of that darkness within it that was gloomier than the blackest of nights. Once he did, all of that apprehension the two were feeling at the moment would subside, as each of the two would focus on what they were trying to achieve. Noel would concentrate on trying to maintain his presence within Eric's mind to delve in even deeper than the last time in order to find out the missing pieces, and Eric would lower his mind's defenses for Noel to enter easier; after all, the whole process was much easier if one was letting the other step into their mind voluntarily. Not that things had been any different the last time they did it, but perhaps there had still been a small, faint trace of doubt and uncertainty. Now though, despite the nervousness, both of them knew that they absolutely wanted to go through with this, and there was nothing that could possibly shake their firm belief that things were going to be different this time. The same thing couldn't be said for the last two times, but now.. now the young Mind mage knew that he was prepared for it. "You just make yourself comfortable, Eric," he told his friend, managing a small smile, "It'll be easier for both of us if you're relaxed." The same was of course important for Noel himself, but he had his own way of dealing with that. "Just remember to believe that everything's going to be fine. I'll do my best to find out the answers to the questions you have, and help you out of this darkness.. I just know we can do this, but I still want you to know that no matter what happens.. you will always remain my best friend." And with that, Noel's smile became warmer, more genuine; the nervous feeling from before had disappeared. His eyes had closed, and as he concentrated on the technique he was about to cast, the images of everything he and Eric went through together, crossed his mind. The missions they completed.. the times they spent just idly chatting, or just went out to explore the town while talking and having fun.. They might've been two completely different individuals, the light and the darkness, but they were like two sides of the same coin, one unable to exist without the other. And Noel knew now, that he cherished this friendship more than anything, and that he could not possibly let go of it again. Eric was his best friend, that was the sole truth, and nothing could change it. Nothing. "Sixth Sense!" the boy yelled out. His eyes opened up; the presence of magical power in the room rose, even creating what seemed like a slight breeze going through the living room. An orange magical circle with the emblem of Noel's magic spawned beneath the boy's feet, and as his eyes, now full of determination, stopped on Eric sitting meters away from him, the spell was put to full effect. In barely a second, the room around him began to swirl and dissolve, the colors starting to mash together and creating patterns that he'd never seen in his life. Then, there was a rather nauseous feeling of being pulled forwards, with such force that it almost felt like the skin was about to be pulled from his face. The fast travel through the swirling nothingness of colors was brief, though, and it wasn't long before the boy was forcefully thrown on the hard floor. Groaning a little bit, he finally stood up, dusting himself off, as he looked around himself. The living room, Eric, and everything else had disappeared. He was inside Eric's mind. |

Eric simply nodded as Noel began his entrance, staring at his friend as he once more left his physical body and fell into a slump on the couch. He didn't feel anything this time, it was almost like he couldn't feel anything at all in his own head and out of curiosity he tapped his forehead, wondering if anything would change. It didn't, obviously. Sighing slightly he picked Noel up and put him in a lying down position on the couch, Eric himself sitting himself on the floor with his back against the side of the couch and a book he drew from his vest. Jess slithered away to entertain herself but Eric simply read, unaware and anxious about what was to come... Noel woke once more in the corridor of Eric's conscious, the corridor that lead into his mind. It was even darker this time around than the last time, the shadows a little more ominous and having a little more substance to them. The lighter parts of the corridor -for it was still divided in half for as far as the eye could see- were a little shrunken back, a little less substantial as though the shadows inside Eric's mind were stronger now than before. Though that made less sense at first possibly, due to Noel having 'defeated' the shadows on his first visit and the last had been frought with meaning and understanding, so what had changed? It was so similar to last time too, as Noel would make his way up the corridor he would possibly notice movement from the corner of his eye, and always on the right (the dark) side of the corridor but whenever he would turn his head there was nothing there. Further, there were echoes of a child's laughter on the left (the light) side of the corridor but, once again, nothing there. This place was as mysterious and enigmatic as it had been the last time and, for what would feel like hours (though was in fact three minutes) he feel like they he was alone in this corridor, no doors this time around. However if Noel would turn after three minutes had passed -no matter how far up the corridor he had gone- he would find the two doors from before behind him... or at least similar doors in the way that any two doors are similar. Once again the door on the light side of Eric's mind was black, the edging around it equally black and so dark that it seemed to absorb the nearby light and make it darker by comparison. The door was also tightly closed and nothing Noel would do would be able to budge it -for now- and so he would have to look through the other. The door on the dark side of the corridor was white this time, though not a bright white to dim the darkness but a muted white, a dirty white that was almost like it was pushing through a great blackness and could only be seen from a distance. This door was wide open and behind it was a large white room, tiled in hexagons on the wall, floor and ceiling evenly. About one hundred metres deep, wide and tall if it weren't for the fact it was a half-moon in shape it would be a perfect cube. In the center of this room stood Eric, his bright blue eyes shining towards Noel brightly -though from happiness or anger was impossible to tell- and behind him stood two doors, one a bright red and one a deep blue. But the red door was broken, a huge hole in the center that showed through to nothing behind it. "Welcome back Noel," he would say, his voice echoing slightly with a dark edge -like the last time Noel was here- "We have so missed you here. This time I assume you are here for the Path of Compleation?" he gestured to the blue door, once again pronouncing the word a little strangely, "I do so hope you have fun." Through the door was a large white circular room -with no way back out- andh a tall man dressed in black stood unmoving in the center. He was unshaven and scruffy looking, but his eyes spoke of powers from beyond Earthland itself. And Noel would know that he was Eric's father. |

He was back again. The long corridor, divided into two parts, of light and darkness, made the boy shudder ever so softly as he briefly remembered the last time he was in here. So much had happened, there were so many things he'd seen inside this mind, that he wouldn't forget until the rest of his life, and it had all started here, in this very corridor. The events that had transpired here about six to seven months ago, had had great consequences on the lives of both boys involved, and it had taken a great deal of time and healing to cure the wounds that had been inflicted onto their hearts after all of it happened. And it was all because the young Mind mage hadn't been truly prepared for what was waiting for him inside the other's mind, which in the end practically caused their lives to turn upside down. For Noel, those six months had been one of the worst in his life, full of uncertainty and sadness for the loss of his friend, doubt about whether it was really the best choice to push him away like that, regret and grief. And it took him just a few seconds when he finally saw him after all this time, to know that Eric had gone through worse on his own. However, the two were definitely prepared now. After everything they've gone through, with all of the thinking they've done each on their own in those six months, and the conclusions they came to throughout it, the two now definitely knew what they wanted, and that showed in their approach to the entire process. There was no more insecurity that had been present the first and the second time they did it, and that was definitely going to help in their endeavor to try and find out as much as they possibly could now. "This place.." Noel murmured to himself as he looked around. Only now had he properly gotten a chance to notice his surroundings completely, and he was quick to pick up on a single fact; the place was the same, but it had changed somehow. He wasn't able to pinpoint what it was right away, but as he would begin to slowly make his way down the corridor, it struck him what it was. The ratio between light and darkness wasn't even as it had been the first time he'd been here; now, the darkness was slowly pushing its way towards the light, as it was slowly, but surely trying to overpower it and swallow it up. The boy felt a bit uneasy at this revelation. Was this his fault? Could it be that the fact he'd pushed him away a couple of months ago was the reason the light inside of him slowly began to give way to the darkness? While the Mind mage couldn't know that now, he definitely intended to find out. The answer had to be hidden somewhere within Eric's mind, and Noel was sure he could find it as long as he managed to get deep enough. While that had proven to be a rather difficult thing last time, he was certain that it was going to be different this time along. Deep in his thoughts, Noel became alert as he felt a presence somewhere ahead of him; and true enough, he saw Eric standing in his way, in front of two doors of different colors behind him. His voice was a bit different than the last time, much like the corridor he'd walked down had been, Noel noted. "Hey, Eric," he replied back, smiling a bit. "Yes, I'm here to take the other path today," he said, noticing that it was the only one to take anyway; the second one, the one with the broken doors, was probably the one he took last time. Smiling to the boy as he walked past him, Noel found himself standing in front of the blue doors. He didn't hesitate even for a moment, reaching out and opening them, before making his way into the room that was behind them. And who awaited behind them would give him quite a shock. |

As Noel entered the white circular room -over two hundred metres in diameter and completely white except for the faint edgings between roof, floor and walls- the walls outside began to spin, large lines appearing at regular intervals around the spinning and, after another few moments, the walls came to a stop, thirty-six seperate spaces regularly around the walls that went from white and began to glow and change colours, each one suddenly blossoming into a full three-hundred-and-sixty degree view of... Eric? Yes, each and every seperate space looked down onto Eric as he was right now, seated on Noel's couch and looking down at his friend; Jessica wrapped around his neck and shoulders comfortably and just undulating easily. He seemed... relaxed, comfortable, at ease, or maybe he was simply relieved more than anything else, you couldn't tell just yet. "Alas the days of yore came forth." the voice that came from the center of the room, from the very tall -easily over seven feet tall- very darkly clothed and scruffy older man was deep but soft, warm and comforting and it had a hint of something else behind - confidence, arrogance maybe, pride and a purity of knowledge about his own power and his own abilities. "Forsooth the tempter had such power," he remained looking down, the large black hood covering the upper half of his face unmoving even as the rest of his body swayed slightly, oscillating for some reason? "And brave removed came o'er the edges of reason for the young minds." He finally looked up and from the blackness of that hood stared eyes that burned red, blood red, the red of anger and fury and rage and bloodlust and a burning corruption beyond anything Noel would have ever seen before, beyond even the eyes of Hakore that Noel had been confronted with in his first visit to Eric's mind. And that smile, that bloodthirsty, amused smile... "In he came with pride of mind," the man continued to speak, his voice almost carressing as he spoke these strange, almost poetic words, "A wish to stop and push the line and with these thoughts his gifts come wanting, waiting and wishing for something to stop them." His smile vanished then, he lowered his head again and began to laugh, softly. "What do you want," he said finally, in a normal voice, "Noel Aramis." |

Seeing Eric comfortably seated on the couch in Noel's living room felt comforting and relieving to the young Mind mage, like a little bit of assurance that would tell him his friend was indeed okay despite the empowered Sixth Sense he'd cast upon his mind to be able to get to the bottom of it more effectively. After all, there was no way for him to know whether Eric was indeed okay from within his mind, but now that he could see his best friend there, he could stop worrying and instead focus on the task at hand: to find out the missing pieces and connect them together, then relay the knowledge he received to Eric, who had no idea what all was hiding within his own mind. If he did, all of that knowledge wouldn't be so well hidden and hard to access, so it was natural that Noel would have to go through a lot in order to get what he wanted. Every time he came here, he would find out something new and as such, on his every consecutive visit, he would need to delve deeper into the depths of Eric's mind. With that, the difficulty increased, so it wasn't all that much surprising to see Eric's father standing in front of him now - that was when Noel realized things weren't going to be easy at all, even if he'd only just entered the boy's mind. Standing near the entrance of the room and as such a number of meters away from the tall figure (which due to its size, Noel would find rather creepy or grotesque) of the boy's father, Noel took the time to look over him while he spoke, memorizing his appearance, his posture and the feelings he got by looking at him. His words made little sense to the young Mind mage, even though he really was trying his best to listen to them; it wasn't so much that he'd be bothered by the language, that reminded him of the old Fiorean books he'd read, oh no. Understanding the words alone was that much of a problem. It was the meaning of the sentences that confused him, but he figured it was probably simply because he lacked context in the current time. Maybe, once he managed to uncover some of the mysteries hidden within the mind, he would understand what Theodore had wanted to say. In a way, it almost felt like he was speaking to himself, or as if he was reciting a poem that he'd constructed together, his poetic words unmatching the fury and anger that his eyes spoke volumes of. It scared Noel, yes, but he didn't intend to show it. He reminded himself of why he was here; to find the answers he was looking for, and to help Eric out of the darkness he'd ventured into a long time ago, and continued to slide deeper in through the years. And the man that stood before him right now was the one mostly responsible for it; the memories of what he'd seen the last time in Eric's mind flashed through his mind now, and his teeth clenched together. Despite the fear he was feeling, simply because of the power the man had, the fear that stopped him from making any movements forwards in the direction of the center of the room, Noel felt anger as well. How did he dare to corrupt an innocent child like Eric had once been, to the core..? How did he dare bestow him with a magic, darker than the blackest of nights, how did he dare treat his own son like a goddamn experiment? It infuriated Noel, but he knew he had to control himself. This here wasn't the real Theodore, and there was no point in creating conflicts within Eric's mind, where it was unnecessary. He was here for the answers. Getting angry at the manifestation of Eric's father within his mind would be pointless. "I'm here for the answers," he spoke, sounding calm, calm but cold. A rather uncharacteristic thing for someone like Noel. "And all of them start with 'why'." Edited by Noel, Nov 10 2013, 03:05 PM.
