Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Location Name: The Outpost
Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore - Notable Places
Location Descriptor: The outpost lies on the border between the Kingdom of Fiore and the Kingdom of Bosco. It is used in time of diplomatic unrest and other important matters between the nations.

Location Briefing:
Long has the diplomatic relations between Bosco and Fiore been grim and sour. Time and time again conflicts have raged between them and now there was even a war between the two great nations of the Earth. Due to all the casualties on both sides, the two seperate goverments decided to build an outpost at the borders of Fiore and Bosco. Half of the outpost would be put on Bosco controlled land, the other half on Fioran controlled land, making the outpost semi-neutral. This outpost was created to make sure that if ever a major conflict occured once again, the two goverments would have to be on a neutral ground and bring out more diplomatic discussions.

The outpost is heavily guarded by forces from both nations and all kind of security measurses are being taken to protect it. Both sides have walls and both the walls connect on two points, the southern and the northern points, the points being in a perfect symmetric line with the outpost itself, so that the walls are touching neutral ground.

The walls are always populated with guards, both mages and normal soldiers (in Fioran case, Knights) and each side has a standing garrison to protect the outpost twentyfour/seven. According to a treaty, each garrison can have a maximum of fivehundred tropps stationed there at once, mages or non-mages. There also exists a line that if any soldier, civilian or diplomat crosses without having any sort of real business there, a state of war will rule between the two nations.Now, the outpost itself is not in any way fancy and does not really seem to be so important at a first glance.

The outpost itself is a large, gray stone building with a wodden roof and wodden poles to keep it up. This is what confuses most people, why would the two goverments be protecting something that looks so utterly dull? How could this stonehouse be worth protecting? They soon realise it if they try to approch it as mages from both sides hae cast spells all around the outpost itself, than the mages also cast additionall spells on their respective encampements. All to prevent spies, thiefs, thugs, the other nation's soldiers/mages and such from even getting close enough to be able for an attack.

The entire complex -both nations combined- is over two km long on each side, the walls being in a perfect four-square pattern. Inside it are everything from barracks to armouries, kitchens, stables and training grounds. However, both nations are ever lasting distrusting towards one another, and so has taken more steps to ensure security. Fiore has, under the ruse of a drills and bandit threat, stationed an entire army only ten kilometres from the outpost. This to ensure that if ever a state of war between the two nations would occur, the Fiorans would be able to strike quickly and strike hard. The army's exact number is top secret, only known to the highest military commanders, His Majesty the King and a selected few.
Bosco however satisfies with a top secret, huge bunker-complex hidden benearth the earth.

The bunker complex is called "The Hole" and it is the perfect hiding spot for all their secret experiments, their interragation facilities as well as their closest military and intelligence command close to Fiore. As the old saying goes: The best place to hide something from someone, is often to hide them beneath their noses. Same as with the Fioran army, the bunker is top secret only known to a few of the high ranking officials in Bosco.

Location Name: Lake Eryth
Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore-Notable place
Location Descriptor: A peaceful lake that is popular with couples. It is the largest in Fiore and boasts a range of mysterious floating islands connected by magical portals.
Location Briefing:

Eryth Lake. A wonder of natural beauty, that has been corrupted by tourism is the largest lake of Fiore and is very popular with almost any kind of person. At night the mysterious rocks and cliff formations glow a dark purple and sparkle like they are covered in gems. Also in the night is you look up to the islands the bright lights and loud noises of the hotels and inns make it seem like a place that never sleeps. Due to the sheer beauty of this place it is not uncommon to see young couples walking around and indulging in the clear blue water that lies in the lake. The lake is located in the middle of a huge valley in the middle of Fiore, just west from Magnolia.

The most striking features of the lake are the mysterious floating islands that are dotted around the place. On most of them are special luxury spa’s and hotels but one island is left alone. This island contains a single tower that may have functioned as a warning beacon in times long before, but it’s true purpose is unknown. On top of the tower is a strange ball of light it is known as the “Light of the Ancients” No-one knows who or what put it there, but it has been shining on for centuries.

The reason there are floating islands come from a war a millennia ago that took place between Fiore and another neighbouring kingdom. This kingdom had an army full of mages and once the two opposing armies clashed near Lake Fiore. The mages of the opposing kingdom summoned giant meteors from the sky, however thanks to some incredibly brave mages the meteors were suspended where they fell. Once Fiore had won the war the meteors were converted into floating islands that the populace could marvel at.

On the edges of all of these floating islands and unreachable cliff formations are strange portal-like transporters. Through the help of some of the greatest mages in history a system of portals have been created to help one navigate through the whole lake with ease. Of course there are sometimes some problems with the transporters, but with the regular maintenance taking place on them these incidents hardly ever occur.

To the untrained eye this seems like one of the most pleasant and peaceful places in the whole of Fiore. But during the night if you are left out alone you will probably not survive. What once seemed to be a harmless old tree becomes a living breathing killing machine. Also during the night strange Lizard-men are rumoured to come out and attack any unsuspecting travellers around at the time.

Probably the biggest mystery of the lake is the rumoured beast that slumbers deep below it’s depths. For some people they claim to have seen a pair of giant eyes or a large fin in the water, but the rumours are nearly always fakes. Some clever business people have opened up taverns for monster hunters too, so you can also find hundreds of those around the lake every day and night.

The biggest island has become a tourist trap, it is the only remaining meteor that has held it’s shape over the centuries. On this island are casino’s, hotels even a market! The biggest hotel on the meteor and in the whole lake is Hotel De Meteoro (Hotel of the meteor) usually in this Hotel you can find Monster Hunters willing to make teams, however the employees of the hotel don’t take to kindly to it. Especially as they make a lot of noise.

Quite a lot of the rarest plants and flowers can be found in lake Eryth however most of them are in severe danger as the plants are not protected from the people who try to take them home. It is not uncommon to see eco-crazy people protesting outside the openings of new hotels, if you are unlucky enough to be spotted by one of the eco-groups whilst taking some rare plants be prepared to fight against some crazy earth mages. They are surprisingly powerful too so be careful when trying to steal any plants or flowers.

: A location only reachable via the tunnels used by the Makahiya people. When their population was vast, their numbers would stretch well into these ruins. But now, the ruins as well as the passageways leading to them are hardly used. Lined with glyphs and an ancient language, the passage leads out to a grand city deep underground assaulted by the might hand of time. The decayed ruins hold many secrets, even to the people that once lived there.

Location Name: 6B Island
Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore- Notable Places- Akane Resort
Location Descriptor: An island known for bears, beers, bacons, beaches, babes, and bikinis.
Location Briefing:
This island near Akane Resort is known for it's population of hot guy and gals that are always looking for some fun; residents are always youthful in spirit and looks--literally forever 21. Being about 70% jungle and 30% beach, it is your average vacation island that everyone wants to visit but never can for some damn reason. Temperatures in 6B island are consistently just above warm and rain is something very rare but once a year there will be a great storm that rages through for a full day, tearing and blowing everything that dares step foot out of shelter. Buildings are designed like a luxury resort hotel with only a few lone houses off to the side.

6B island is well known for 5 things: bears, beers, bacon, beaches, babes, and bikini (hence the 6B). In the jungle, the mighty jungle, are overgrown bears twice the size of a normal grizzly that can decapitate a baby with a quick swipe. Consuming beer or any alcoholic drink is a thing on the island--call in the vikings--and because of this "thing" residents are able to drink barrels of them before getting drunk. The lone houses scattered all around the island are actually pig farms where people naturally grow the little piglets just to kill them for the best bacon mankind has ever known and it can only be eaten on the island. Beaches, babes, and bikinis are much harder to describe and best left for imagination.

In the middle of the island, where a great hill shadows everything in sight, is a shrine dedicated to the inspirator of the lovely place. Adorn with statues of babes in bikini's or less is the Shrine of Dave where it is custom to offer him a pitcher of booze every day along with some RP cards. Some of the natives require you to make such offering before doing anything else to thank the almighty Dave for giving life to such an amazing place. Every week, the hottest of babes is chosen to tend and sleep by the shrine to forever please their founder. The carved model is 20 meters high and depicts him as a courageous, brave man who goes out of his way to make life more better for him and others. A bear skin covers his battle scars he had so fiercely won fighting it's previous owner single-handedly is carved in great detail along with Aysia, his forever lover under his arms and Raul holding his gentle hands.

Underneath the shrine is something dark that has been preserved by only a few carefully selected people. Those who have dared to venture into the sacred room--despite the obvious warnings-- have never came back the same. It said that hidden deep inside the hill is where the soul of Dave resides, waiting for the chosen one to come and start the second coming. Only the strongest, bravest, courageous, kindest man can harness the power. However, that is only a myth as no one who came out of the room uttered a word about what they witnessed...

Location Descriptor: A close-by island, of untouched paradise
Location Briefing:
On the coast of Northwestern Fiore a random island not seen nor touched before by humanity thrives. A beautiful paradise with thick jungles, and white sandy beaches, inhabited by creatures very different than the ones previously viewed upon. A small cave on Northwestern Fiore's coast leads into a realm of immense adventure and unbelievable realism. Plants and bugs that were once crawling on your hands are now 50x your size. Animals you once looked up to, are now begrudging your immense size.

The geography of the island is unbelievable, scaled to the size of an entire continent, intact with volcanoes, and oceans. Thick jungle areas, where creature hide in, to a beautiful weather sky, with cloud of unusual shape, and rivers, and lakes by the dozens. When did this place develop?
Why hasn't it been seen before?
There are lights beaming from under the waters. In the rivers, lakes, streams and oceans. There seems to be no movement within the still water, but yet there seems to be some type of life deep beneath its shores. This place, where everything is in front of your eyes, where items are not found, not bought, only created. Who lives here, and how did it come about? No one who stumbles upon it truly knows.

Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore – Major Cities
Location Descriptor: This vast landscape of concrete jungle had many names. The city of sin, The city of angels, The Sleepless City, but whatever they call it, this place will always the city that carries the dream of people who want to become the rich and famous.
Location Briefing:
La Noire is a vast concrete jungle and the most technologically advanced location ever constructed in Fiore. Its an Urban jungle of towering buildings with pavement roads and fancy streetlights all around the corner. The entire city was built to surround the massive oasis in Sanzibar desert. Starting out at nothing more than simple resort the city's unique landscape and the green oasis attracts more interest to similar industries before it become renowned major commerce city known primarily for gambling, shopping, fine dining, and nightlife and is the leading financial and cultural center for western fiore. The city bills itself as The Entertainment Capital of Fiore, and is famous for its consolidated casino–hotels, associated entertainment, Commercial industries and glamorous life of film industries. A growing economic and high number of jewel circulation in the city easily made La Noire become one of the most populous city in Fiore due to the numbers of people that enters the city to seek fame and fortune.

The city's tolerance for various forms of adult entertainment earned it the title of Sin City, and this image has made La Noire a popular setting for films and motion pictures. More to its dream, the city soon become a main destination for those who wish to tryout their luck and climb the leader of stardom or becoming a successful entrepreneur. However more to that name the city had been famous to have the highest crime rate in all Fiore. This includes the common crime such as homicide cases, robbery, to some of the most organized crime like gangs and dark guilds and relating to that, The city had their own public security company known as LaNSeC. The LaNSeC is an local organization who are under direct command of the mayor, compose of local people, man and woman who uphold the justice and keeping the city save. While similar to knights in many way, limited amount of mage are allowed to join the organization.

As if the society had forgotten the existence of magic, almost 80% of the city population 'claims' to not have any magical potential, hence there's a huge gap between mage and regular citizen where magic users who enters the city are usually under heavy supervision from the society. However an exemption to that was celebrity or movie artist with weak magical talent where they are loved for their performance in entertainment industries. People in this city are known to be selfish and arrogance, as the society had formed their mentality into an egocentric peoples. Hence, some of the people are considered unfriendly to the tourist or any other person who stand in their way.

Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore - Regions - North Fiore
Location Descriptor: Located in the northern parts of Fiore and encased in a glacier is Azgarl, the City of Ice. A vibrant and lively city of a race of native people who work night and day in temperatures that most would die from.
Location Briefing:

Azgarl, or The City of Ice, is located at the very top of North Fiore where temperatures are dangerously cold. However it does not just simply appear as a normal city. It is in fact located inside a large glacier which has formed a sort of protective dome around the city. The glacier generally opens up to those with Magic but in some cases it can reject Mages. The glacier itself is part of nature but also part magic, created by the founders of Azgarl they formed it from the ice around them as well as their own magic to create this protection for the city.

Upon entering, one would notice the immediate change of temperature and in most cases this can cause most entrants to collapse. Inside the glacier it sits comfortably at an average temperature that isn't warm nor cold. Surprisingly enough the City is rather well constructed, whilst it may not be up to date on current technology it has various bits and pieces from a wide range of technological aspects. The buildings are built out of a pure white brick, perhaps formed from ice, and are constructed like you would see in most cities and some even have rare flowers and posters.

A lively city really and the natives are relatively friendly to outsiders and welcome them to stay and enjoy their visit and sometimes offering to let them stay for life as long as they help out. The most important job being the gathering of a peculiar type of ore that is found underneath the city in a large mine, the ore containing a pure white crystal which is then used to create the buildings and many other things, mostly structural purposes but the ore can be used for weaponry.

One can find many activities to do in Azgarl such as theaters and music halls as well as activities relating to ice and snow such as a large ice rink and snowball fighting. You can't really grow bored in this city with just so many things to do and if you wish to dine then you had best be prepared to taste some amazing foods, ranging from seafood to the typical burger! Azgarl has quite the number of master chefs in the City.

Location Name: Tessera - the Grand City of Rebirth
Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore - Major Cities
Location Descriptor: Tessera is a curious city whose history spans countless centuries. On the surface, this does not appear immediately obvious however there is always more than meets the eye. Tessera is a city which has buildings built upon the ruins of others, a generational process that has spanned for centuries. As a result, there are numerous layers of ruins and dungeons beneath the city's surface, luring treasure hunters, adventurers, and those seeking a new lease on life towards the Grand City of Rebirth.
Location Briefing:

With but a cursory glance Tessera seems to be a highly and densely populated city with a unique, characteristic, and almost uniform architectural theme. The majority of the buildings are clean and white. The streets zig-zag through the cityscape but is done in an intentional, purposeful manner in order to provide a convenient means of walking through the densely clustered city. Sprawl would ordinarily be a good term to use here, however such would be a disgrace to how beautifully designed the city truly is.

The city appears to be designed on a steeply inclined slope or hill, as buildings are higher and taller further towards the interior of the city. However, this is merely an illusion as the slopes and rising buildings are actually man-made, built on structures and layers of reinforcement. These layers of reinforcement are actually previous, older generations of buildings. Buildings have been built on top of the ruins of others for centuries. As a result, often the buildings at the very top are often relatively recently built, as are those along the borders as the city expands both horizontally but also vertically. It is this cycle of generational growth and improvement, building upon another and growing to greater heights that Tessera has acquired the title of the Grand City of Rebirth. However, the possibility to find fortune within these ruins beneath Tessera are also equally responsible for its title.

Within the buried but still accessible ruins within the interior of the city which ordinarily acts as the support and structure to the higher altitude buildings and establishments lie countless treasures of all sorts. Some are mundane, others are useful. More rarely, some artifacts within are highly valuable and prized. Many would pay a hefty price for a rare or otherwise valuable hidden within Tessera's countless labyrinths of ruins. As a result, countless people travel to Tessera in an attempt to find something valuable and gain riches, effectively starting life anew. The concept of rebirth and starting a new life is everywhere within Tessera.

It is because of these ruins that Tessera exists. Not only do they act as the support which allow the city to grow to such heights, but they are also what originally acted to draw people towards Tessera itself. It once existed as but a lowly mining village, but after discovery of ruins and valuables within countless centuries ago people have flocked to Tessera. Since then, buildings have been built on top of the ruins of each other, creating untold amounts of layers of dungeons, ruins, and other secrets within. Treasure hunters, thieves, men and women looking to start new lives, all sorts of people have historically traveled to Tessera to seek a new life. Some have failed, but the few who have found riches only serve to motivate countless others to follow in their footsteps. Still, those who have failed to find treasure still have the city. Many businesses that cater to every material need can be found within Tessera. Some are easily found on the city's surface, others are hidden deep within the ruins, and also everywhere in between.

With such a raison d'etre, it comes to no surprise that there is an incredibly shady side to Tessera. Treasure hunting and dungeon mapping can be dangerous. Bands and groups of hunters and thieves are often territorial, claiming pockets of ruins and dungeons for themselves and often fighting one another. However, the upper ruins are mostly safe and are often used as cheaper forms of housing. Entire shanty-towns have sprouted up beneath Tessera's surface, but also other less desirable organizations have also come to find profit here. To combat crime in the lower sectors, a unit of soldiers and mages known as the Nav Squad Commandos have been created as a task force to survey and patrol Tessera's underbelly. Elsewhere, regular knights and guards patrol the surface.

Not all is glorious or fortunate within Tessera. However, for the determined, the lucky, and the hard-working there is greatness to be found within Tessera.

Location Name: The Delvic Jungle
Location Area: South Fiore
Location Descriptor:
A small hidden island south of Fiore, bounding on its borders lies an island. The island stands tall with plantlife erupting from every corner seeming as if its never going to stop growing. The island is rumored to be in most regards worthless due to the dangers of the islands plantlife but herbs are plenty though well protected.


Location Briefing:

The Delvic Jungle is most well known for its ability to sustain more plantlife than any other place on the earth, even getting onto the island itself is a challenge as many plants cover all entryways, roots as big as the biggest trees north of the jungle and the woods reaching higher than most buildings. Inside every inch of rock, dirt and wood is filled to the brim with plantlife. From the simplest of flowers to giant meateating plants and even to plants rumored to eat the magic energy comming from some animals and humans. For plantlife this place is the peak of evolution and there is constant change, plants found one day could be exctinct or changed the very next day.

Some say the reason for The Delvic Jungle being able to expand in such a manner and being able to change so fast stems from many centuries ago, where a tribe of druidic people began trying to increase the food production by slowly making plants accept and use magic as a source of energy, which worked in their favor, but as time grew and their greed as well they set up a huge underground temple with a magical treasury for them to use later. Sadly the tribe did not forsee that they would become sick when plants changed from the magic forced into it. The tribe died but the temple underground remained intact, mostly, until the roots of a giant tree got into the treasury, its roots grabbing various magical sources and chaos ensued. Of course this may as well be a myth rumored only by old bored wives and drunk fishermen who couldn't see if the roots of the island was comming for his boat, or if he was comming for them.

Of course not everywhere inside the jungle is found to be overrun, some plants don't grow huge but are protective enough against their territory againt other plants that it may look like an oasis for humans, small places of rest where ones weary body can enjoy the fruits of the island and can find some kind of rest in the jungle.

Despite the plants being the major ruler of the island, a few animals and more bugs have taken lives in the Delvic jungle and is faring well enough not to be exctinct, the animals are mostly mobile like birds and small monkies, but have adapted to the magic concentration in plant matter and learned to use it to their advantage. Some bugs have learned how to become to some degree be impervious to magic and live among magical plantlife which cannot harm them.

Location Name: Atlantis
Location Area: Kingdom of Fiore – Notable Places
Location Descriptor: An underwater city, lying at the very bottom of the sea. High tech in design and structure with a giant glass wall to protect it from the water and the crushing pressure.
Location Briefing: Named after the ancient underwater city of legend, Atlantis is a shining beacon of human ingenuity, a city that came into existence solely from the efforts (and money) of the people who had a dream of creating life where none existed.
Atlantis first started as a small research center at the bottom of the ocean, built for marine scientists to have a place to stay and research all the manners of underwater life that lived in the depths. Over time, as the researchers made more and more success in their studies, their program started to gain more and more funding, thus enlarging the research station until it became of such size that many researchers began to stay for extended periods of time.

However, this success was only temporary and after a while, the project lost most of its funding and the base required quite the amount of income to keep it running. Unwilling to give up all their years of research, the scientists came up with an idea that would get them the money they needed. For a sum of money, the rich and powerful would have the chance to come and stay in the research quarters and experience the bottom of the sea.

The idea was a success and soon, the numbers of rich eccentric folk in the base grew, and so did their investments, allowing for the research base to grow until it accommodated them all. With the money already there, Atlantis came into being pretty quickly, becoming the giant city it is now.

Atlantis is one of the most high-tech cities in all of Fiore, utilizing geo-thermal energy for all their needs and designing an entire environmental stabilizing system that renews the air, creates the perfect air pressure, and provides clean drinking water, among other things. The city is split into different sectors, the residential sector, the research sector and the business sector, each at different ends of the city.

Most of the population is quite wealthy; as the cost of living in Atlantis is quite high. Despite the city having its inhabitants, the major part of this city is the research that takes place. Atlantis is renowned for making some of the greatest breakthroughs in aquatic technology. Furthermore, with its setting, Atlantis has a large population of water mages. Some of the most proficient water mages in Fiore take up residence in Atlantis, honing their skills with the nearby sea.

To reach Atlantis, the traveler must board special transport vehicles from scattered harbors on the surface all around Fiore. Once the traveler has reached an Atlantis harbor, they may board the vehicle where it transports them to the city. As they plunge through the depths, the traveler may witness the grandeur that is Atlantis, the deep sea city sparkling in a bright sapphire hue, like a hidden underwater jewel, waiting to be found.
