It's been a minute since Ryan has stepped foot into Oshibana Town and a strong hint of alcohol was already making him quite woozy--he could cross out drinking from his to-do list. Well, he didn't exactly know he was in Oshibana Town since his eyes were closed and have been closed for about 10 minutes since he had that unconscious habit of doing so while walking by himself with no destination in mind. It was a thing that he had picked up years ago after leaving the city he hated so and vice versa, prefering to be left alone to his tactics than sociallizing with people who annoy the sanity out of him (a reason why he has headsets.) But with the sudden lost of balance, he was forced to open his eyes in horror of the blinding, burning sun that melted his eyeballs from their sockets. He shut them close in a nanosecond before covering them with a hand and re-opening them very slowly so they could get used to light. God damn it, where the hell am I now... Ryan looked around for any sign of a "Welcome to Whatever-this-place-is-called Town!" but there was none so he was stuck not knowing where on the map he was. A normal person would find a guy who knew this place and ask but that--in his mind--took too much work and require actually speaking to someone who could turn out to be a possible idiot. Nope, knowing the name of the town was not worth the risk. Anyways, what he did want to know was how many people were happy-go-lucky and how much trouble could he cause in this place for those people and for the pure heck of it. Maybe if he could find a bar... Left, right, up, down and no place of disillusioned happiness was found, but with the anticipation of creating a scare fest and a possible all-out brawl, Ryan kept searching for one. Through a block, across a street and finally the target was in sight, a rather rowdy one too. From the shadows, he waited till only a few people were left in the area before: "Fear... Metus..." A ghoul appeared from the ground and with the wave of his summoner's hand, it went through the walls of the bar and scared the crap out of the place. First came a girl scream, then a guy's best impression of a girl scream, some beer bottles breaking from being dropped of thrown, and then finally a few "MOMMY!!!" From outside, he smirked before walking away from his hiding place before anyone could notice him... Hopefully. Magic

The mighty Wolf Warrior of the North, Trever Valens, happened to be here in Oshibana Town that fateful morning. He was slumbering well into the day now, after a long and restless night. He had to be at the station a full hour ago for a train that would take him close to Shirotsume Town, which wasn't a long distance from the guild he aspired to become a part of, Quatro Cerberus. This poor excuse for a man had a severe habit of missing such important deadlines. Today was no exception. Stirring lightly in bed would eventually lead to his awakening, opening his eyes and staring blankly at the ceiling for a long time, seemingly in thought. Calmly turning his head toward the window for a brief moment, he calculated a decent estimation in his head for what time it was, based on the position of the sun. The male's strong, half nude body jerked upward, his face snapping to a clock in the room. He was late. Very late. After getting up as quickly as he could, putting on clothes, and grabbing what few belongings he had, the male rushed himself out the door and into the town. Trever ran to the station, using a lot of profanity toward himself on the way there. As the young man had feared, there were no other trains going to where he wanted to go for the rest of today. This was already the second day he would have to stay here due to his tardiness. But he could not help the nightmares that came during the night, which probably lead to him sleeping in for so long. Trever sighed as he walked out of the station and through the streets of the town, "There's always tomorrow." But how many tomorrows would there be before he did get it right? He was probably better off traveling by foot all this damn time. In fact, maybe he would leave. Heading North right through Highnoon would lead him right to where he wanted to be after all. It was a plan, but perhaps one best mulled over drink or two. The disheveled young male headed in the direction of the bar he frequented the night prior. In the midst of his short travel, he heard many people shouting and running from the exact bar he planned to go to. There went his plan. However his strong will took over now and he progressed boldly, hoping to solve everyone's problems as a man like him would tend to do. He saw a young man eventually, who was walking calmly enough. A strange kid with headphones, a notable feature on him. This certainly was suspicious. Unless the kid had no clue what was even going on because of those damn noise chambers suffocating his ears. The latter seemed more likely. The brute from the Glacial Flats marched up to the young man and, as nicely as he could, removed the headphones off the young man's head for a moment. "Do you have any clue what's going on over there, kid? Watch yourself before you get hurt." Though intending to be nice, all of this could have been taken as extremely rude, especially with his impatient tone that was leaking through from his own earlier stupidity. "Where are your parents? You shouldn't be hanging out around bars anyway. Angry drunk people are all over the place." This did not sound any more genuine, but was a tad closer to the desired effect. One step... Two step... Five steps... Si- Nope, someone pulled Ryan's headsets off, he was caught and what sucked the most was that his headsets were off, now he couldn't pretend to not have heard the person and continue walking away. Now that he was forced to listen to what the guy had to say, he turned around on his heels and stared at him blankly, as if challenging him to a stare contest. Well, it kind of was a staring contest as Ryan was boring down, deep into the annoying guy's eyes, as if searching his soul for a reason to completely ignore this idiot. There was none sadly even though he wasn't actually searching, but he continued to stare at him with no expression what so ever. Why couldn't he always leave without having someone spotting him or getting in his way? Was it really too much to ask? The pretty tic guy asked him a couple of questions, a few pertaining to the incident, others about him being 19 years-old and young. Ryan was not utterly defenseless and weak enough to not be able to fight someone if the occasion arouse despite how thin and lanky he looked. Years of living independently had it's perks, after all what else could he have done when his real parents abandoned him and anyone who took care of him after that died? Guardian after guardian, they would all die when he was in their custody; kid's at foster homes suffered as well. Sooner or later, no one took him in and he was left by himself with the hopes of him dying from starvation or the lack of shelter or eventually committing suicide. Well he denied their death wishes but yet granted it by leaving the pitiful town. After the childhood he had, Ryan lives on negative feeling such as anger, sadness, and fear thous explaining why he sent the ghoul into the bar. Ryan let another minute or two slip bye before opening his mouth to speak, "It's pretty obvious there's drunk people, this is a bar after all don't you know?" Then there was a sudden screamed and a thud coming from the front of the bar. Either whoever it was had a super late reaction or it's just retarded as fuck. He peered past the guy who was blocking his way and saw a blondie face-down flat on the ground--dumb blonde. "There's one for example if you don't believe me." |

It took a long moment of this kid awkwardly peering into his very soul before he realized how extremely obnoxious he himself was. Trever didn't have a knack for this socializing thing, did he? As the younger male took an endless amount of time piercing the larger one with just eyes alone, the wolf warrior's own ocean grey gaze shifted from the boy to his headphones. Then back to the young man. Then back to his headphones. For a moment curiosity struck him. What was this little brats taste in music like? It would be all the more rude if while waiting for his answers, Trever were to place an ear to the headset. That was just adding insult to injury and asking for a fight. Trever didn't really want to bother the poor kid more so than he already had, though his intentions were nice enough. After a short while of waiting for the young man to respond, he finally had done so. His piercing gaze did not truly drop from Trever until preoccupied by an outside force. Of course Trever gave the same amount of respect, to look him in the eye while speaking. But then a blond haired fox of a woman came out of the bar screaming, as many others had quite a few moments prior. This one, however, barely got out the door before face planting right into pavement. Wasn't she a winner? The young man indicated to the blond woman now in order to prove his previous statement. The ex-Knight of Fiore took over for a brief moment, driving Trever into a state of wanting to accomplish chivalrous and upstanding acts of courage. "Young man, there may be a beast present within that bar. I suggest you stand at a distance." Well, who did he think he was now? The hero? Supposedly that was his plan as he ran to the woman's side, kneeling down, and attempting to help her while there. "Miss, could you tell me what danger is present? I want to help you and the others that are still inside." He said urgently, yet still in an official tone. One could probably observe he had experience in situations like these. That or just plain nosy and reckless, trying to play the hero and be cool for the ladies. It could have also been that option most certainly, but it mattered not to Trever. He was one of those people who did what he could to help others. At least that's what he was trying to be now. |

Ryan rolled his eyes over exaggeratedly at the buff guy who stood in front of him but didn't do or say anything more. The guy seemed like Mr. Prince Charming Hero with the way he spoke, calling him a young man and cautioning him that there was a monster nearby. The fact was the "monster" he was referring to was long gone as Ryan had called it off at the shrills of fear and rage in the bar. No one was hurt or at least he didn't hurt anyone, he might have caused some chain reaction that consisted of someone smashing a beer bottle on someone by accident who then dodged a fist delivered by the victim but the dodge mistakenly made the punch hit someone else, etc. etc. Then there was that blonde chick who had a delayed reaction and came out screaming long after everyone else had hushed up only to fall face-flat on the floor. She was still lying in the same position when Prince Hero came up to her. The lady sat up groggily at the sound of the man's voice and turned over to see who he was. Her face, as red as it already was, turned even redder once she saw his angel-blessed face. "Waahhh... Da only danger I'm in... Iss the danger of getting a heart attack..." She hiccuped between every phrase as she bathed in her savior's blurry presence. "Stupid blonde..." Ryan sighed a bit louder than intended. The drunk lady caught his voice and, this time with a red face of rage, stomped towards him. "Wah you said, young man?" She pinched his ear and yanked on it—where the hell was his headsets? "Sorry, stupid drunk blonde..." He corrected himself and was awarded with a slap across the face. "Don't ya dare say that bout a princess you dead brat!!" Princess? This drunk lady? Nope, don't see it. "Hey, calm your future wife before that monster comes back... And KILLS her..." You have control over the princess' actions and what not |

Well at least she was ok...Kind of. Trever stood up as the blond woman marched up to the young man and watched as she yanked on his exposed ear and scolded into it. Where were his headphones? With that thought, Trever Found himself looking downward at whatever it was he still had in his hand. Whoops! He must have accidentally took them with him as he went to go help the blond. He wound up staring at this piece of technology for a long time before his attention was directed at the boy who so kindly told him to get his 'future wife' settled down. Now why the hell would he say something stupid like that? Trever's eyes met with hers as she looked to him in embarrassment, her already flushed complexion growing even more reddened with said emotion. To say the least, this male was used to the attention of beautiful young women. But so what if he was something nice to look at? It made no difference to him. He closed his eyes and snorted at the boy's comment. "Sure kid. You're invited to the wedding and everything." Trever shrugged it off and approached the two of them then, holding out the boy's headphones. "I'm sorry. I must have taken them with me out of all the excitement." He didn't know much about where the plug went, but placing them back atop the younger male's head would at least suffice for now. At least they weren't in his possession any longer. Next thing either of them would know, he'd probably sprint off with them again without realizing it. Trever looked to the blond then, who was fairly quiet as compared to before when she was literally chatting the boy's ear off. His gaze took her by surprise and she began blushing again. "So there is no more danger here. I would suggest leaving this area however." He said toward both of them rather professionally. But it was then that a part of the two's conversation. This woman claimed to be a princess. She was probably way out of her mind but there was no harm in trying to get more information. "You...Uh...my name's Trever. Trever Valens." He suddenly became nervous, a complete switch from his previous more confident stature. He held his hand out for the lady to take. After a long while of blinking between him and his hand, the blond beauty would blush again and take his hand, laughing like a true drunken damsel. "Oh! Well aint ya the cutest thing. Name's Stephanie. Princess Stephanie of...of...uh...Wherever! It don't matter now, does it?" She seemed pretty damn confident with that answer too, which was sweat drop worthy. Still, he remained patient and smiled at her. "Princess...it is a pleasure." He would kneel down and kiss her hand, as any knight in shining armor would to a lady of such status. The blond would become bright red yet again and giggle obnoxiously this time. Personally Trever wasn't interested, but maybe he could play the game long enough for her to sober up and allow him to get her wherever it was she belonged. He would stand up again in order to speak, "What brings such a beautiful and delicate lady to this part of town? Please, allow me to escort you away from this place." "Oh, alright. But only cos you're too cute! Where to, my valiant knight?" She squealed ecstatically, leaning all over him now. Trever looked uncomfortably to the young man, hoping he could somehow help him out of this mess. Then he realized that was probably a bad idea. "Uh...Wherever." He answered simply. The blond's eyes widened. "You'll take me back to my kingdom?!" This lady was wacked out of her mind. Trever's eyes shifted side to side for a moment, unknowing of his next answer. "Well, I admittedly have no idea where that is...maybe you could guide us, my lady?" Us was a slip of the tongue. Trever had no damn clue who us even was. He and the blond both looked to the young man simultaneously, one with desperation and the other a form of admiration and surprise. "He must be your squire! I see! I must apologize to you then, young man. So you both came to rescue me from this evil place?" Trever didn't know what to even say anymore. He was at a total loss for words as he looked at the younger male apologetically. It would be nice if he said something. Anything. Trever wouldn't ruin this any further than he already had, seeing as only the wrong answers were coming out of his mouth. |

Squire what? Ryan stopped adjusting his headphones that were just forcibly returned to him; if they weren't taken off in the first place, he would've been saved from an ear pull. Anyways, Ryan didn't pay any attention to the couple that were match made in heaven but when he heard squire, something was up and seriously wrong. A squire was a guy that followed a superior around and tended to the superior's bidding wasn't it? He looked around and found that it was just the three of them: the princess, the prince, and him or better yet, the fucking squire. Damn that guy, all he was looking for was to have some fun but nope, this guy came and ruined it. "I have no clue what you're talking about, dumb blonde," Ryan looked at her with a rather ticked off look before turning to leave the premises. "Ohohoho... Ya jus sooo adorable you lil' thang," Princess Stephanie pulled on his arm before he could do anything and pulled him into a bear hug. "What... Are you doing, you drunk..." Ryan could smell her pungent booze-tainted breath with ease making the hug unbearable and him somewhat dizzy. "Get... Away from me..." he tried to force himself out of her grip but to no avail. "I cun't doe, ya and hottie thar needa show meh to my kingdom. Let's go!" Stephanie unwrapped herself from her teddy bear and took a hold of his arm before skipping off into the drunky, blurry yonder or aka the black-hair guy that got Ryan into all this mess also aka Trever. Then with her free arm, she tugged on his shirt to drag him along. So once upon a time, there was a drunk princess who was in grave danger caused by a teenage boy who was then saved by her prince charming by looking at his dreamy eyes. Mistaking the teenage boy as her prince's squire, the trio of them start a journey to escort her home safely and soundly. Holding Ryan's arm, Princess Stephanie skipped around in her rag of a pink dress that revealed a bit more than it should. Having been forced to partake in this stupid journey, Ryan tried all his best to free himself through an abnormal amount of tugging and verbal swearing but failed miserably as the lady seemed to be a train running on a stupid amount of coal or beer. "Make your stupid wife slow the hell down and let go of me!" |
