What is an illegal immigrant? An illegal immigrant is a foreigner who has entered a country unlawfully. Let's take Mario for example: he's a Mexican-looking, Italian-speaking man who is from Japan. He goes to California to attend college for 4 years and he gets an education visa for that amount of time. With the visa he is here legally. 4 years later, he decides to stay in California because life is so much better there. However, he stayed past the date on his card and is now considered an illegal immigrant because his visa has expired. With no way back home--unless he wants to get into trouble-- Mario decides to start his new life in 'Murica. The first thing he does is get a job at Bowsers Plantation -- but wait! He has competition from a U.S citizen! Desperate for money, Mario offers to work at half pay and gets hired. Toad is left without a job. While working, he meets his soul mate, Peach who is also an illegal immigrant from Canada. They fall in love and move and marry each other the next day and have a child named Luigi. However, since both of them work at half-pay, they don't have enough money to pay for food or necessities and they can't get welfare because both of them aren't US citizens. But wait! Their son, Luigi, was born in the United States and therefor is automatically a citizen! Through him, they can get welfare that is being provided by the taxes that US citizens pay. Now think of this. Multiply Mario and Peach by about 5 million. There are over 10 million undocumented immigrants in the United States and most of them have welfare. Now think of Toad, the man who didn't get the job, who can't pay taxes because he doesn't have a job. Multiply that by about 10 million and you get financial problems in the long run. What. This sounds like some sort of debate/argument that has been twisted to include fun and loveable characters of the number one largest gaming company in the world, Nintendo. |

Aura was doing a project for her school about illegal immigrants, she used Nintendo characters to convey the point. During the chat, Tenken saw it and got freaked out by the spelling/grammar and edited it for her. She needed someone to do a voice recording narrating the story for her project's video. |

I suggest someone who can do a good Morgan Freeman. Or maybe the Fallout narrator. Nintendo... Nintendo never changes. |

This is a very interesting development. Since when did Mario need to go to school? |
