Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Help Creating Magic; Goblin Magic

Magic Description:
Turns/Becomes into the Goblin King. Decreased to base stats of 4(?) and unable to further increase without minions. The Goblin King gains/boosts his stats by the number of minions he has around him. All formulas are calculated by magic stat divided by 4 (4 meaning the primary stats(str,spd,acc,sta)) Stats boost equals to the number of minions and with the formula of (1.)Stats boost is magic stat dived by 4 x number of minions [ex]2 minions currently around the goblin king gives a stats boost of 8 meaning (magic stat of 16/4= 4x2 [Number of minions present] equals the stat boost of 8 in all stats excluding magic stat); 2.)number of minions that can be created equals magic stat dived by 4; 3.)Minions stats are determined by it's host added with stats boost in all primary stats(including magic stat) with magic stat of goblin king divided by 4.
Hosts that becomes minions of the goblin king will serve him with complete loyalty and obedience as commanded, though they still do retain their mannerisms and skills they can still lash out if not given any orders. Also host that become minions change their appearance to a goblin. Though with great benefits comes a downside. Magic stat can be increased with 3sp rather than the normal rules.

Techniques:?
Defense Tech: Slave Sacrifice
The goblin King cannot be targeted by attacks as long as there are minions present if it were like all magic aimed at the king will instantly be pointed at one of his minions (this is affected by rank)

Offensive Tech: Goblin Beam ?
The king fires a green beam towards a living being, when exposed/shot they will turn into a goblin minion.

NOTE: This will be my first time to create a magic on the site, plus being an old member of the site and returning here with all the revamps/changes I need all the help I can get. ALL ? marked things need to be helped upon. Cool Down & Durations needs to be worked. Please assist me with helpful comments Thank you.

uhm, i think you should a summoning technique for the minions. A pre-requisite summoning technique so you can use defense technique that sacrifice a summon to save the user from further damage. Maybe one minion per rank of the technique but they don't have any magical abilities or just like class e summons. then there would a duration for the longevity of the minions. meaning you can only use them for a certain number of posts.

Hmmm Good point... Plus I think It would be versatile since I can alter the grade(?) of the summon? Like class e summons would be of a small thin minion while a class a or s summon would be of a giant scale??

This magic is completely unviable in a great number of ways. Let's take this step by step.

You suggest a magic that can transform its host as well as control minions. You already have both Take Over and Summoning elements, thus making this a no. Second, you give a great number of complicated and weird formulas which have no reason to be there. This entire stat system you have come up with is overly complicated and just plain wrong. And the magic stat increases the same for all magic, you cannot have it increase slower as a downside to your magic. The techniques you suggest are also utterly ridiculous; you control people to turn them into your minions? You cannot be attacked as long as you have minions? All of these are plain impossible.

I'm sure there are details I have missed, but the verdict is still the same: no.
