Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

Hao didn't move or say anything, as she ran to strike. There was nothing he could do and it was inevitable. He wasn't scared though or frightened as the blade came but soon stopped. She spoke her response, and it did peek his interest as she proceeded further. "Then you should of said that sooner before we got involved in this pointless fight," he commented as she helped clear some of the rubble. Realizing what she was doing, he did the same and helped her. Whether she was disturbed or just crazy was on Hao's mind but it didn't change the fact she had injured Spirit of Earth so badly. She was clearly more experienced than Hao was in terms of magical power.

"You really should learn to communicate better, or you will have difficult time coping with others," Hao suggested as they cleaned up the rubble and the rain began to stop. He could now summon Spirit of Fire without too much hassle if he had to.

As they cleaned up the rubble, they didn't know as they did so they were being watched. The fight had caused enough commotion and now gave the attention of someone lurking in the shadows.

As Aoi dragged the limp bodies out from underneath the rubble the boy began to speak more. The fact was she stated her opinions just fine through her simple gestures and phrases. Most people where perfectly able to understand her from just those in fact. Though he was only a boy, a mind not yet fully developed most likely. At least that's what she thought to herself.

Small bits of dust and ruble kept getting in her face as she tried to help the people out. Some people of which really needed to start laying off the cakes and pies. However she couldn't help but think back to what the boy said at first. "Pointless fight" there was no such thing, every fight had a purpose, and every fight had a winner or a loser, sometimes just one or the other depending on the circumstance. The fact that she even engaged the boy was because she wanted to test out her sheath. And she wanted to slap him and that over large spirit around.

She gave a slight chuckle as she finished helping the last person out. However she had the sneaking suspicion that she was being watched. But by who? She didn't know, she didn't really care either. She tried not to focus on it, wanting to try and avoid more fighting during the day, trying to keep her dark impulses and thoughts from expanding any farther.

The one who was spying on them was in fact the elderly man who Hao spoke with before. He looked from behind one of the buildings with interest and cunning in his gaze. He had been watching keenly at them, observing how easily they got into a fight. Even though the woman was the first one to attack, it didn't stop the fight from playing out. Personally he would of wanted the shaman to win. At least he understood the grandeur of his plan. He smirked to himself as he moved closer behind the other buildings. They were no better than the townspeople.

As they finished cleaning up the mess they made, Hao turned to the gloomy girl. He wasn't really liking her attitude but with a sigh he would try to push past it so he could get some answers. "Can you at least tell me your name?" he asked before attempting to continue. "All i want to know is if you noticed anything out of the ordinary on your way here, before the sleeping people, I mean,"

Her glum and serious stare spoke she was a person who rarely received any sort of friendship at all. It made him sad that this girl was so willing to kill and hurt without hesitation. There might of been a boon to it though since she gotten so strong.

Aoi looked at the boy with a dull expression as he asked for her name. "Aoi..." She said with a small tone of voice. She then went back to getting the people from underneath the building. Though the boy was a little annoying, he was weak, small and acted so justified and a bit noble. To her at this point he was nothing more than a child desperately trying to be a hero, and she hated that about him.

People like him who wanted to be such noble heroes, trying to save the world or protect from evil. People like him where just foolish to him, in her eyes the world would be a lot better off if it was filled with chaos, because then you wouldn't want to trust anyone, you wouldn't keep exposing your heart to others only from them to crush and break it, you wouldn't be so dependent on others and you wouldn't be so heart broken when they where taken away.

However even though Aoi thought things a part of her thought of it as untrue, a part of her wanted to not believe that it was and wanted expand on the subject and thought that being noble and good had its rewards. Which is why she was taking this trip to clear her mind, to expand on that thought and to desperately cling to it. But it still didn't change the fact that all that had ever got her in return was misery. And so far all this trip was bringing her was an annoying little brat and a some weird crap going on in the city. Being bad however got her a full belly stuffed with food and a new magical sheath for her katana.

Yet even though being bad got her these new things she still tried to do good. Her mind was in shambles at this point and all she really wanted to do was clear it. But how could she do that when she constantly gets pulled back into the darkness, still trying to reach for that small glimmering light in front of her.

She sighed as the boy continued to ask questions. "Old man," she said in reference to the boys question. Yes the old man he seemed to not be effected by what was going on in this town and seemed a little to relaxed. That was pretty strange... To her anyway. A small shiver began to creep its way through her spine, she began to get a sneaking suspicion that she was being watched... But by what, or whom?

"Ah I thought I'd find you youngsters here," a casual elderly voice rose from the silence around them. They looked to find the old man from before now standing on the ledge of one of the buildings, resting upon the roof. Dressed in his martial arts outfit, he stood out among the only other person awake and talking. There was a cocky look on his face, and twisted with slight disgust. "Such a shame, everyone even you two are in such rushes and you miss the point to my lesson here. There is finally peace with people in this state. If everyone took the time to relax and take things slower, such chaos wouldn't have to occur. This is just for their actions." he explained talking down to them.

Hao looked up identifying the old man from before. "Hmm... I suspected you had a hand in this, but I was too nice to not consider you the mastermind behind this. What goal do you hope to obtain by putting everyone who enters the town to sleep?"Hao asked as he observed the old man.

Despite his advanced age, the elderly man jumped off the roof and landed in a crouch upon the ground. He was well and limber for someone out of his prime. "I simply want to prove to the foolish humans how reckless their simple exsistance is. They never take the time to slow down, and progress continuously. Now they have no choice but to do just that." His gaze locked on them both. "I had hoped you would understand my feelings to this reguard, but it appears you two are beyond hope. As for you, girl, to steal from the shops in this affair with no resistance is shameful upon you. I shall see it you too share the same fate as the rest."

Things were becoming more interesting to Hao as a grin spread across his face. "Well then, looks like your asking for a fight then, old man. Have it your way, but don't expect me to go easy on you because your older."

As the old man scoffed at that last comment, Hao moved to Aoi to tell her something out of his hearing range. "Please refrain from using that rain spell of yours. My last summon will not work with it around, if you please." he requested.

Aoi looked in the direction of the voice only to see the old man she had saw earlier. A smirk came upon her face as her suspicions where correct. As such she began to do a small fist pump due to her being right. She chuckled a bit as the old man began to speak about piece and moving slower via putting everyone to sleep. But he seemed to neglect the fact that anytime a whole village is sleeping and powerless to defend themselves... It makes them a perfect target for people who want to do very bad things.

The old man began to talk as if he wasn't in fact a human himself, but looks could be deceiving. If anything Aoi herself liked to think that she was more than a mere human, or at least on day would have to ascend to something more than human if she ever wanted to achieve her goals. She sighed as the man talked, he rambled on forever and it was getting a little boring.

The man said that Aoi was beyond hope, maybe a simple slip in what he was trying to say. She couldn't comprehend how someone could be above hope... The man said that to steal stuff from the shop was shameful, but it seemed he hadn't pain attention to all the Magical Vehicles he made crash into each other or places, or all the people he might have hurt because they fell from high places when falling asleep, on other people, in things, in water, even people whose businesses and homes caught on fire due to them falling asleep and leaving stuff on the stove or in the oven.

Not to mention it was his fault she was even able to get in the store and take the sheath because he put everyone to sleep. "Your fault..." She said before sticking out her tongue at the old man. But from the looks of it seemed the he was looking for a fight. This day was becoming very entertaining, she gave a slight smirk and "Heh" as it seemed the old man wanted to fight them.

However a chuckle came from her and a smile was put upon her face as the boy moved towards her to ask her not to use her spell because he only had one more summon available which wouldn't be able to work with her rain magic. It was funny because she didn't care whether the boy got hurt or not, she didn't know him and he even attacked her earlier. The fact was she would use him as nothing more than a human shield and bait, and if needed she would use her magic. But for the time being she would heed the boys wishes, for now.

It was very obvious this girl was not going to be reliable, but Hao had no choice. His last summon was Spirit of Fire. and if this girl decided to use her water magic to engulf the whole area like her rain spell did, it would destroy Spirit of Fire much easier than Spirit of Earth lasted. At least they had a common enemy to fight.

Hao gazed at the old man, this time his gaze stern. "I should of known you were involved sooner. I suspected it, but tried to give the benefit of the doubt. And even you have a point though, I won't let you just enforce your will on others." Hao spoke aloud, his stance firm as he glared at the man.

At this time, the old man chuckled but with life brimming behind him. "Well then... there is no hope for you two. Do not fear. I shall make sure you both have pleasant dreams. " he vowed. At that, a strange fog... no a powder was wafting on the air around him. It must be how he put people to sleep. Using wind magic to cast a spell that put others to sleep.

If only they could wash the powder down, weight it down so it couldn't be used so freely.

(hint to use water on him )

Aoi sighed as she drew her sword from her sheath. The wind began to pick up in pace, the start of a battle was on it ways. The strange powder began to float and expand it was getting close to them And they needed a way to weight it down, which was fairly obvious she could do just that but earlier the boy had asked her not to use her magic due to it making his summon in effective.

Tho from what she could see of the damage that the spell did to the people in the city, making them all fall asleep meant that the old mans spell was immensely powerful... As such she needed to get rid off it, or at least trying to slow it down. "Rain and Melt" she whispered softly. The sky above would become dark and cloudy and rain would began to poor. The rain would poor down over both Aoi, the boy and the old man.

However upon further inspection the old man would find that he and his spell was the only one getting effected by the rain. Aoi, and the boy would not be. The rain didn't even make them wet she would kneel a bit with one knee, with her sword point down and on the side of her waist. She would dig her feet into the ground before taking off in the direction of the man.

Upon her casting of the rain, Hao wanted to sigh. This girl was unpredictable and unreliable in terms of following a plan. Reason why he didn't want the rain out was because it risked his other summon, Spirit of Fire to become weaker if her spell was a large AOE range. However to his relief, the rain was in fact single target and didn't burn him this time. It was no harmful than a light mist or shower. Aoi seemed to get the need of what they needed. If that mist or powder was causing people to sleep, they simply had to remove it from the air-- damp it down from moving around freely.

At that time, the old man made a dash from his place on the roof and began sprinting for Aoe. Despite his age, he was incredibly nimble and moved with the speed of a kung fu master. This was not promising, as he left a trail of that strange powder coming after him. Luckily the range of it wasn't far as the rain began to fall.

At this point Hao's gaze at the old man seemed to change. "Very well... looks like you forced my hand," he spoke softly. The tone of his voice changed, as if a darker presence began to emerge. "Charge too close to the flame, and you will be burned," Hao spoke as he looked up. His eyes were now sharper, glaring at the old man with burning fury.

"SPIRIT OF FIRE!!" Hao called out aloud, his voice echoing in the empty town.

Right in the old man's path, fire sprung into existence. At first it was a small flame but soon grew outward like wildfire. It grew upward and tall, till a massive creature of crimson emerged from the flames with a roaring sound. Now standing in front of Hao was his best spirit he possessed. The ancient and mighty Spirit of Fire, the high-spirit of fire. Standing 40 feet tall, it glared down at its prey, its eyes locked on with fiery rage, though silent.

Spirit of Fire

The giant red giant stood still as his master, Hao did. Hao's hair moved softly from the flow of his own magic power, his gaze was now darker and more determined. Now that this man was declared his enemy, and with no qualms to fight, he was free to let his restraint go. He had a look that spelled death to him. "Magma Claws," Hao commanded.

Upon his words, Spirit of Fire's eyes lit up. The claws of his massive arms began to glow red hot, adding more fire power to his physical abilities. With a slow raise of its arms, it then reached out to sweep at the old man, using the momentum of his arms to deal more damage should it connect.

Aoi dashed towards the surprisingly nimble old man. Her hand was on her sword slanted at her side near her new sheath. As she rushed towards him the boys voice would soon echo out, something about fire. At least that's what Aoi heard and as she approached the man further a light could be seen gleaming behind her and a large shadow could be seen cast. Soon as her and the old man nearly collided a hand could be seen swooping down in an attempt to smack him, launched by nothing more than a large flaming spirit.

She hadn't added restrictions on it so it would soon get hit by many drops of water before Aoi would cancel out the rains effectiveness on it. The fire spirit would be able to fight in the rain without getting effected by it just as, her and the boy where able to. She distanced herself a bit from the flaming spirit by rolling to jumping back and towards the right as to not get hit by the attack or the heat from the flaming spirit as the old man was.

She knew this old man was strong and as such she could never give him a chance to counter attack. She would to see the damage inflicted on him before attempting a blow on him, to cripple his movement and harm him. As well as trying to get that now wet and damp magical powder further away.
