Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

Hikari's nose twitched, her eyes flicking back to see Green, relaxing and having a smoke. She growled and wrinkled her nose. "Hey! Gonna get off your ass and help me out, or what?" Hikari huffed and shook her head, her attention turning back to the ogres in her wake. There were only two standing, the other ogre still writhing in pain over his lost limb. The other two seemed to be in a state of shock, the black one even rushing over to try and aide his fallen brother. "Hey! I-It's just a scratch, you weakling! How dare you let some filthy half breed wound you like that?! Get off your ass and fight like a true ogre! We have to guard the boss' cabin! Get up!" The red one groaned, clutching his bleeding stump while pulling himself to his knees, eyes falling on Hikari, then onto Green. "That boy is just human... Let's eat him first, Brother... If I eat him, my arm will regenerate..." The black one nodded, both eyeing green while Hikari was now faced with the strongest of the Ogre Brothers. The green ogre hunched over, eyeing Hikari with a look of pure disdain. "Worthless half breed.... Stop protecting useless humans and eat them like any true demon should. I can smell the demon blood inside you, girl..." "Shut up! Give me the children.... I'll never be a monster like you.... I will protect all who need it... And those children need to be saved from your scumbag boss. Surrender and back off, and I'll let you and your brothers live. Stand in my way, and you will die..." The ogre scoffed and stood up straight, spine popping as he straightened his posture. "Heh... You're nothing but a mutt. neither human, nor demon... You're weak..." Hikari snarled, hands clenching the handle of her sword. Charge that bitch! She took off at a dead sprint towards the Ogre, bringing her sword up over her head before swinging it back down at her full strength. However, the ogre caught the blade with both hands. She could smell the ogre's blood, her Kiba No Ken had cut the demon's palms upon impact, but not enough for any real damage. The ogre smirked and threw Hikari against the thick trunk of a tree. Her body whirled in the air, she hitting the trunk feet first, then launched herself back at the ogre, sword ready to strike again. The Green ogre was not going to be an easy opponent. She's already established that. Looks like it was up to Green to take down the other two.

Green stood there smoking his cigarette before being growled at by Hikari and Green simply smirked, such fire in the girl. Nice. The green and black ogre had ran over to the red one, trying to aide their fallen comrade or perhaps brother, it was hard to tell with such beasts. The black one seemed to take charge a little telling the red one to get up and take it like a man, however as the red one groaned and stood up his eyes settled on Green, whom raised an eyebrow, his cigarette hanging limply from his mouth before he was set as the target and he was to be eaten. How pleasant.

The green ogre seemed to challenge Hikari and so, Green let out a simple sigh as he closed his eyes and his cigarette fell to the floor. He stepped on it and and twisted his foot on it, what a waste of a cigarette but at least it helped calm Green down a bit. Not that he needed calming, it was more of a simple thing you know? Enjoy the little things. Green opened an eye, the red and black were approaching slowly a nasty look on their face. The red was obviously the weakest, since his arm was missing which would hinder him quite a bit. But the question was, who was to be released? A Demon with speed was suitable, although Green had already made the decision as the red one attacked ...

Green transformed, unleashing Mephisto upon the poor ogres. Two skeletal dogs soon appeared either side of him, they both snarled with delight as they jumped at the red ogre barking, although it sounded more like some devilish snarl. They jumped at his face causing his attack to well miss as he tried to defend himself, from the two blood thirsty hounds of hell. "Seems the boy is more smarter than he appears ... And what is this? Two versus one? Such tactics are but a bore, and ... Hikari? My, my dear ... Such anger, such rage, such ... Inner demon -" Mephisto said as he analzyed the battlefield, so to say, although he was cut short. As the green ogre let our a snarling roar, which was silenced as Mephisto raised a hand and electricity began to form at the end of his forefinger which soon shot out towards the ogre, striking it in the chest. Which seemed to do more a nice bit of damage, Mephisto grinned devilishy as usual.

The red ogre was busy fighting the two hell hounds and so it was now even, so to say. What would happen next?

Hikari's Kiba no Ken came down on top of the Ogre's head, though was smacked away, the blade severing a horn before Hikari landed back down on the ground. She skidded back a bit, a wicked grin still on her face. Her claws were fully extended, tails lashing about while her fangs seemed to grow a little longer as well. Her eyes burned a fierce crimson, she sounding as if she was growling with every breath she took. She wanted to slay these monsters and save those children. And then she wanted to skin the perverted bear alive. She panted softly, hands clenching the handle of her blade once more. She lowered her stance. She wasn't going to use her magic. No. By now, her will-o'-wisps were dying down, each little fireball slowly fading, removing the light that once illuminated the area. Now, the only light was that of the full moon. This was more than enough for Hikari to see and slay the ogre before her. she hadn't even noticed Green change, or the hounds that were now attacking the red ogre. She didn't even notice Zorua, the little fox having taken his Zoroark Illusion form to aide Green in fighting the red and the black ogres. Zorua stood next to Green, not seeming to mind his more menacing form. Then again, Zorua didn't exactly look cute and cuddly under his Zoroark illusion. He waited to see if Green actually needed his help instead of going all Leroy Jenkins on the ogres. Battle plans were always good.

Meanwhile, Hikari didn't seem to think the same way. She was charging that green bitch like Leroy himself, swinging her sword recklessly and wildly, lopping off a horn here and a few strands of the ogre's stringy, white hair there. She was simply blinded by the influx of her own demon blood. The ogre was amused by the half demon's anger. He chuckles while parrying Hikari's sword, his arms getting sliced up in the process. The stench of blood was heavy in the air, and it seemed to drive Hikari on even more. The bear watches with a twinge of horror as the half demon fought as if she was full blooded. The bear let out a whimper. Deep down, it knew it was going to die, regardless of whether or not it lead Hikari and Green to the children, so he was praying that the ogres would kill the two before Hikari got the chance to kill the bear.

Mephisto hovered about, looking from the red ogre to the black one. The red ogre was busy fighting off the dogs, although they weren't that strong they were beings of magic and as such it were their downfall - something these pathetic creatures could never hope to understand. If Mephisto could spit he would have, but he lacked that ability and instead he grinned revealing a row of sharp teeth. He noticed that the puppy had now changed and should he have had eyebrows one surely would've been raised in question to this demon fox puppy's ability. Zorua seemed to shiver slightly as he looked at Mephisto, perhaps the demon fox could feel the evil that Mephisto was a part of. Smart dog.

The black ogre had recovered, although it's injury still noticeable by a black scorch like mark on it's skin. It looked pissed. "Zorua, be a good demon and play with the ogre. I find myself tired of such ... creatures." Mephisto said, waving a hand at the ogre in disgust. It was true, Green no longer existed and was now lost to both Hikari and Zorua, for the moment at least. Mephisto smirked and walked, well hovered away, the black ogre roaring in frustration and going to charge Mephisto. Zorua intercepted, kind of and challenged the ogre whom was now furious at being ignored a fight and being insulted. Victory, had been assured.

The black ogre's reactions were predictable, his rage fueling his motions and attacks. He punched at Zorua but the fox seemed to anticipate the strikes long enough, although he didn't exactly like being ordered by Mephisto, whom in the mean time had floated around behind the ogre and slashed it's leg with his nails causing the great beast to roar out at the sudden pain and fall down to one knee, taking this opportunity Mephisto 'jumped' onto it's back, his tail striking it hard in the back causing more damage. Before he used the momentum to jump again and slashed the back of it's neck before falling off, or rather drifting off the ogre who was now grunting in pain from it's bleeding. Mephisto simply smiled wickedly.

Zorua seemed to look a little annoyed at Mephisto's demands towards him. He really didn't care for anyone, other than Hikari, giving him orders. However, this wasn't a time for fighting with allies. Zorua eyed the black Ogre as it punched at him, he leaping back a couple feet, then springing forward, only to watch as Mephisto slashed at the ogre's leg, causing it to take a knee. Zorua's eyes narrowed, he bringing his arms up over his head as he launched towards the ogre. Just as he was coming down for an impact, his arms collided with the top of the Ogre's head. Zorua's body had been cloaked in a vivid swirl of magenta light. Upon hitting the head of the ogre, he released his Night Daze attack, a large shockwave emitting from Zorua's body and expanding in all directions. The force of Zorua's attack, though small by itself, was mixed with the fact that Mephisto had slashed at the back of its neck. In this weakened state, the force of Zorua's Night Daze shockwave was more than enough to rend the ogre's head from its very shoulders. Zorua kicked off of the headless figure, narrowly avoiding the fountain of deep auburn blood that erupted from the bare torn neck of the slain beast. Zorua landed a few feet back, watching as the lumbering, lifeless corpse dropped to the ground with a thud, the 'fountain' creating a crimson river that stained the ground, filling the forest now with the heavy, overbearing scent of blood. This can't be a good thing for Hikari in her current state.

And, indeed, it was not. Hikari inhaled deeply, the scent of blood burning her nares, tingling in the back of her throat. It was like she could almost taste it. The Hanyou's body pulsed once, her hands gripping her sword again before performing a swift, upward slash. Her blade sliced through the left shoulder joint of the green ogre like a hot knife through a hardened stick of butter. A clean cut. The arm hit the ground with a heavy thud. She really seemed to have a thing for lopping off limbs this evening. Perhaps it was to create suffering, followed by the slow process of bleeding to death. Whichever reason it was, it drove Hikari into a frenzy. The smells of blood, fear, and fury flooded her senses, making the girl exceptionally vicious. She grinned as she watched the ogre howl in agony, clutching its bloody stump, just as its comrade did. She licked her lips as flecks of blood peppered that smooth, creamy peach skin of hers, staining what was once so pure. Hikari scoffed and flicked her blade in the air, shaking off a bit of the excess blood that tainted her cherished blade. "What's the matter, demon? I thought you could handle a weak little half breed like me..." She taunted the ogre, trying to get it to fight blindly, making this game a little more amusing. For her, that is...

Mephisto grinned as he hovered away, Zorua although disliking the command by him attacked the black ogre. It seemed in this form he had more strength ... No that wasn't it, it was something else, something more ... Demonic really. Having dealt enough damage to the ogre and causing him to fall down to his knee and then strike him on the back of his neck, Mephisto watched as Zorua conducted his attack. His attack causing the ogre's head to rip off as a combination of Mephisto's previous slashing, although not deep the impact managed to take care of the rest. The corpse of the giant fell to the ground as a fountain of blood erupted from the headless corpse, producing a sweet delicious smell into the air. Mephisto let out a cruel mocking chuckle as he turned his attention to the red ogre who now had one of the hounds in his hand, squeezing it and although Mephisto did not really care for the hounds, he hovered on over to the red one before glancing at Hikari.

The blood seemed to have affected Hikari in a rather interesting way, and Mephisto grinned as her demonic side took over for that moment. The female kitsune slicing off the green ogres arm and her licking of her lips and the stains of blood on her just made Mephisto grin more, "Soon, very soon she will belong to us ..." he thought with a devilish grin and no one but Mephisto and the other Lords knew what he meant, not even Green could read this plan. Continuing to hover over to the red ogre who had now injured the hound to a more crippled state and turning it's attention to the one which just bitten several of it's toes off it went to attack it, whilst Mephisto charged forward punching forwards with his fingers outstretched and his nails piercing the skin of the ogre's leg. It let out a roar of rage feeling the pain, Mephisto grinning simply flexed his hand causing his fingers to spread outwards and cause more pain to the ogre. He moved his hand deeper into the beast's leg causing more pain and screaming.

"Such a foul noise for such a disgusting creature..." Mephisto commented removing his hand before grinning up at the beast who gazed at him with anger. The hell hound he was about to attack took this chance to leap across and slash at it's face, cutting it's left eye and causing some blinding damage to it. The puppies always knew to protect their master.

Zorua had grown weary after using his Night Daze attack. The ability, when mixed with his illusion ability, took a lot of energy, and wore him out rather quickly. The bi-pedal nogitsune shuddered, his body becoming enveloped in that same magenta light as before. When the light dissipated, Zorua was seen back in his normal form. The small fox, slumped to the ground, panting softly. He over-exerted himself once again. He had a bad habit of that when fighting with Hikari. He took it upon himself now to act as a guard and watch the bear creature while Hikari and Mephisto fought the other two ogres. Mephisto's hounds were making short work of the red ogre, turning it into a chew toy while Mephisto just floated around like the smug boss that he is. Zorua just shook his head and turned his attention back to the bear. The bear seemed rather terrified of the little fox after seeing him knock the head off of that ogre with just one attack. Zorua huffed, then snickered softly. "Don't mess with Kari, bear thingy... If she doesn't give ya ouchies.. I will!" He snapped his teeth, making the bear jump a bit while Zorua just snickered at the thing's misery. Despite how he seemed, Zorua was dreadfully concerned about Hikari's current condition. He had only heard about young half demons going through this sort of thing, but had never seen it, and didn't even know how to handle it. If Hikari lost herself during this ordeal, it would be up to Green to do something. Leave it to a human to reawaken the humanity in a half demon. He nodded to himself at this thought before focusing back on watching the Pedobear.

Meanwhile, Hikari was still busy in her battle. The ogre had recoiled from losing its limb, and was more furious now, than before. It threw a punch with its one good arm, Hikari using the broad side of her blade to deflect it. The force sent her skidding back, but she managed to stop the punch, regardless of its momentum. Once the ogre's attack was halted, she turned her blade and slashed upward, splitting the ogre's hand up to its wrist. Her blade tore right between the index and middle finger, splitting it cleanly. The ogre jerked its hand back, shrieking and clutching its destroyed hand. Hikari smirked, now bearing rather large fangs, much larger than her normal canines. The ogre glared at Hikari, shouting at her. "S-Stupid half breed! Why don't you just die?!" Hikari chuckled and glanced up at the ogre, her crimson eyes radiating her horrifying attitude. "Heh...I could ask you the same thing... Tell me... How does it feel? How does it feel to be slain by a half breed like me..? Does it make your blood boil..? No... I won't kill you.... I'll let you live.... Let you live with the embarrassment of being beaten by a half demon... Run... Run away and remember... If you harm another human, be it adult or child, I'll find you... Now go!" She snapped, sheathing her blade and turning her back to the ogre. This rustled some jimmies in the ogre. Humiliated, it charged Hikari. It would rather die than be shamed by living with the humiliation. She smirked and glanced over her shoulder at the charging beast. "Should have listened to me....rather than listening to your pride...." She whirled around, throwing a fierce punch into the center of the ogre's forehead. A sickening crunch was heard as her fist shattered the frontal plate of the creature's skull. Fragments of bone pierced the brain, creating profuse bleeding and nearly instant death. The body of the ogre slumped to the ground with a heavy thud after Hikari retracted her fist, she shaking the blood from her hand while grinning as the ogre cursed her with its last breath. "Pathetic..."

Mephisto crossed his arms as he watched the more energetic hell hound snarl, bite and claw the red ogre and if Mephisto had eyebrows he would surely have raised one. It was rare to see such energetic violence among the such pups, this particular one would have to be rewarded. A dark grin crossed his mouth as he watched the other puppy hobble and although it continued to fight, which Mephisto gave it some credit ... A very small amount of credit that is, he still believed the puppy to be a waste of space. If the ogre didn't kill the hound, which it wouldn't then Mephisto would have his other minions do the job for him, such pathetic creatures shouldn't exist. He turned his attention to Zorua and the bear, which Mephisto regarded rather interesting and so he hovered over there he began to circle the two of them.

Zorua was back to his original state, the small demon fox puppy. Indeed this demon fox was interesting, Mephisto was surely to tell the other Lords of this. Zorua seemed edgy as Mephisto circled them, then again who wouldn't feel edgy as a demon of pure evil and darkness walked around them. He soon leaned in towards the bear, practically right up in it's face. The bear whimpered pathetically and Mephisto glared at it, opening his mouth and bearing the rows of teeth for the bear to cower miserably. Raising a hand he soon placed it on the bears head, it was a rather large head although his body structure seemed rather weak, it will be easy to snap later on. A cry was heard and Mephisto turned his attention to find the green ogre fairing less than expected against Hikari.

Hikari seemed to be in some sort of blood lust rage although she did something unexpected and Mephisto grinned. She was going to humiliate the pathetic beast how both fun and dark. Although the ogre did not take kindly to this and soon charged Hikari, who soon made a comment and punched the ogre square in the head causing a delicious and musical note to fill the air; the cracking of it's skull and the shuddering noise as it pierced the beasts brain and it fell slump to the ground. Mephisto raised his lower hands and applauded Hikari as he hovered over to the girl, stopping short in front of her he stopped clapping. "Dear Hikari, that was certainly ... Entertaining. There is no mistake that myself and my brothers find you ... How shall we say, interesting ..." Mephisto began, ending it with a dark grin of pure delight. "There is demon blood within you, I can smell it girl and it smells hungry. Hungry for blood, death and suffering. It want's to break free of the shell you call 'humanity', it want's to escape your so called hopes, beliefs and ... Heart." Mephisto continued, edging Hikari on, wanting her demonic blood to take over her humanity so she could become her 'true calling'.

The red ogre was tired, it smacked the crippled hound into a tree and broke it's spirit and other bones causing it to become nothing more than scrap that would be devoured later on. The other hell hound caused some injuries, especially managing to blind the ogre in one eye but the ogre saw it's two dead brothers and wanted revenge it roared at Hikari and Mephisto, hearing this monstrosity of a musical note Mephisto turned around as it charged towards them and simply raised his hand, electricity began to form at his finger tip and as the ogre got closer he fired the beam straight into the other eye of the ogre. Blood spurted across the ground as well as a gooey mess as the ogre cried in pain before crashing to the ground, and causing it to spasm before it rested silently, if it wasn't dead it would be soon. Mephisto turned back to face Hikari ...

... Although it was not Mephisto who faced her but rather Green, Mephisto's time was up and after glowing a dark red Green stood in his place. He took a step back as he wobbled slightly, exhaustion taking over before he outright collapsed too his hands and knees, panting. This Magic was no fun, well it was but at this stage and what happened to Green during the meantime was not. In truth, Green was more at mercy to the Demon Lords when he unleashed one as he switched places so to say and so it wasn't just his body that was affected but also his mind and soul. He looked up at Hikari, seeing her covered in blood a confused look upon his face as he panted.

Hikari snarled a bit when Mephisto applauded her for such malicious behavior. It disgusted her. Oh, how it disgusted her. How could one encourage such distasteful actions. Hikari ignored Mephisto, she gazing down at her own blood stained knuckles. Her body seemed to settle, the fur on her tails smoothing out while her demon scent seemed to fade. She retained the scent of a half demon once more. Her eyes returned to their soft teal hue. It was like she was back to normal now. She heaved a heavy sigh and ripped cloth from the green ogre's tattered clothing, she trying to wipe the blood from her hands. The smell wouldn't come off. She grimaced and scrubbed vigorously, but the scent that tormented her still remained. She felt sick to her stomach, but found some comfort in the fact that it wasn't human. She thanked the gods for that one fact. If she ever took the life of an innocent human, she'd never forgive herself. She heaved a heavy sigh, dropping the blood soaked cloth on the ground, she turning her attention to Zorua and the bear now. She seemed to be ignoring Mephisto for now. He was like the little devil on one's shoulder, trying to corrupt the poor being into performing evil deeds. However, Hikari was headstrong, and on easily turned. She merely snorted in Mephisto's general direction while walking to Zorua, scooping the little fox up in her arms. She smiled and nuzzled the little one, seeming to have calmed a great deal compared to the blind fury she had just been overrun with. Zorua had a strong look of concern in Hikari's eyes. He knew what she was dealing with, and was impressed with her quick control. He nuzzled Hikari's cheek before glancing over at Mephisto.

Hikari watched, too, as the Lord dispatched the last ogre in a rather gruesome manner. She grimaced and turned away. She had seen enough carnage for one night and felt utterly sick at the current moment. She swallowed a bit of saliva caught in her throat, then glanced back over, just in time to see Green collapse. Hikari gasped and placed Zorua down, telling him to watch the bear while she darted over to check on Green. He looked utterly exhausted, drained of all his energy. She frowned and draped an arm around him, her tails sliding under his bottom to hoist him up to where he was practically sitting on her tails like a big, fluffy recliner. While holding him, she dug in her satchel, taking out a bottle of water. She twisted off the cap and brought the bottle's lip to Green's mouth, tilting it a bit, trying to get him to drink up. "C'mon, Green... Drink. You need your energy. This job isn't finished yet. We're running out of time. Hurry and snap out of it, alright?" Hikari was showing genuine concern. The softer side of the girl shone through like the moonlight shone through the trees. She gave him a kind smile, her eyes relaying her concern while she kept Green hoisted on her tails, left arm draped around him while her right hand kept the bottle close to his lips. Zorua watched this with a little blush on his cheeks. Something was going on between those two, even if they couldn't see it.

Hikari simply ignored Mephisto as he spoke, but speak he did regardless. As the female walked past and picked up Zorua into her arms and the two glanced over to Mephisto as he finished off the last ogre, leaving it to die slowly and painfully before Mephisto turned to them and was enveloped in a dark red light in which Green appeared from. He stumbled and soon fell to his knees, panting in exhaustion. He coughed a bit before looking up and seeing Hikari with a few blood stains holding Zorua and surrounded by three dead ogres, looks like he missed out on a party. Green looked around dazed, and closed his eyes as he coughed again. The Lord's world was not pretty especially with all the evil in the place, it's a good thing he was there for a short while although it was hard to tell since time acted differently. Although he did see through Mephisto's eyes and had seen what had happened, how Hikari had acted and just how demonic she could be. Mephisto would never get his hands on her. Never.

Hikari had walked over before draping an arm around him and her tails hoisting him up, he looked surprised to say the least but then again who wouldn't as he was reclined by her tails and had her arm around him as she took out a bottle of water from her satchel and held it to his mouth tilting it and Green looked from Hikari to the bottle before drinking. She said some words but Green was in no state to reply, at least not yet and so he nodded slowly and he saw her smile, her eyes show something he had not seen in a long time. Her eyes were sincere, caring and concerned about his well being. It was hard to imagine that Green off all people would be taken back by this, but it felt ... Different. Not bad, but a good different.

After drinking from the bottle, Green soon shifted and nodded to Hikari to signal to let him down which she did so although she still seemed worried. Green smiled weakly as he stood, although he slouched a little as he was still tired but he could keep moving. "Thank you ..." He replied, a slight redness coming over his face as he looked away shyly before coughing again. "... We should, get moving then ..." He continued, not really sure of what to say after such a strange experience and so he thought it was just best to talk about the mission at hand rather than anything else ... Yet.
