Her hair reaches a little further down than her neck, and is always kept in good condition. Her face is that of a cute and innocent looking 14-year old and her eyes portray her emotions clearly. Everything about her face is small, besides her eyes. When she gets flustered or scared her cheeks turn bright red and she starts trembling. She doesn't wear any make-up on her face, nails or other part of her body. Despite that, she is plenty cute on her own. She is fairly short and doesn't stand out much. Her physique is slender and she no muscle to speak of. Her palms are small and cannot grip big things well. Her legs are her most prominent feature, still slim like the rest of her body but in good shape from running. Her skin is soft and feels good to the touch. Her chest is not what you would call well endowed, but is just fine for her age. However, she doesn't let much of it be seen. She doesn't have any jewelery or trinkets on her as she dislikes drawing attention to herself. If one were to take notice of Chorus, the first thing they'd notice would be her grabbing her big hat trying to hide her face. That would be immediately followed by her jacket. She's not wearing it like normal, she just has it on her back and lets the sleeves hang about. Her body is mostly being hidden under all her baggy clothing implying a shy personality. Finally, her short but quick steps indicate a fast person with experience in running. The few that manage to catch a glimpse of her face, often wonder why such a cute girl would be trying to hide it. However, most people don't even notice her and those that do quickly forget her. Her general appearance is not particularly memorable, the details of her features making her more unique. And as those details are concealed most of the time, she goes around unnoticed. Clothing: One her head, she wears a big orange hat, much larger than it should be for her, hiding her entire forehead and part of her face. It doesn't fit her very well, and may come off easily by a gust of wind or slight push. She has an orange jacket which she doesn't wear like normal, she just has it on her back. It's baggy, meant to hide most of her body and needs to be held onto like her hat, otherwise may easily fall off. On the back of her jacket, there is a design of a red snake coiling around. The red color is very similar to the jacket's orange, so it's hardly visible. She wears a pink blouse with sleeves reaching around between her elbow and hands. The sleeves are designed like flowers at their end meant to give more space for her arms. It's slightly bigger than it's supposed to be, and it fits her much better than her hat and jacket. It covers her chest completely, not exposing the slightest cleavage. Not that she's old enough to have any. She has a red ribbon going around her blouse and tied at the front between her belly and chest. She wears blue jeans the correct size for her with her belt holding them on her. They have two pockets on the back, one on each side, but none on the front. Chorus sewed them out herself, because she didn't like them there. On her feet she wears brown leather shoes with cream-colored laces and a white stripe going through them. She also wears short white socks with pink stripes, which aren't visible outside her shoes. Accessories: N/A Extra: N/A Picture: Chorus Alter Personality Chorus is a very shy and sweet girl. She is cheerful, kind and is always smiling around people she knows. However, she is not good with strangers looking at her, which is why her entire outfit is made to cover her. She is also good with small animals like cats and puppies, but is afraid to go near bigger dogs or horses. When walking through places she's not familiar with that are crowded with people, she's holding onto her hat and jacket tight, trying to hide herself as much as possible. When talking to others, she is quiet and doesn't speak much, even among people she knows. She fidgets and stutters when talking with strangers, especially people she finds scary. Because of her timidness she was often bullied by other kids, which led to her becoming even more introverted. She is not good at arguing with others and will often run away if people shout at her. If she is completely cornered with no escape path, she may burst out crying and calling for help. She is weak to being shown kindness, and is very trusting of people depending on their behavior. Chorus isn't a particularly fast learner, but can show dedication to a task she's interested in. She studied magic since an early age and can thus grasp the concept of other magics, though she finds herself unable to replicate anything besides her own spells. Her knowledge doesn't spread much on subjects like history and sciences which makes her feel inferior to people that do. She will always try to help people in need like the elderly and children, but most of the time she is too scared to do so. She was taught by her parents to be compassionate to others, but she can't bring herself to help intimidating people. Her impression of people relies highly on their appearance, but will change depending on their behavior and how long she's known them. Overall, she is a very friendly individual to the people she cherished and will always try her best for them. Her shyness and fear of most strangers is what's kept her from developing a large social circle. She hopes that in the future, she can be more outgoing and accepting of people. History History Weaponry/Equipment Name: Iron dagger Class: D Description: It's a small iron dagger. Its blade is 25 cm long with the hilt being another 10 cm. It weighs 0.4 kg. Effect/Function: Like most daggers it's mainly used for stabbing people, but it can also cut with little effectiveness. Name: Throwing knife Class: D Description: It's an iron knife designed to be thrown. Its blade is 20 cm long while the hilt is another 8 cm. It weighs 0.3 kg. Effect/Function: It's most effective when thrown at a short distance, usually up to 5 meters, but can be also used at melee range. Name: Leather belt Class: D Description: It's a thin brown leather belt going around Chorus' waist. Its width is about 5 cm and its length is about 100. It has 10 small pockets throughout all its length. They can fit small objects the size of an adult man's fist. Effect/Function: It's used to store items to be more easily carried around, like her dagger. It could also be used as a whip if taken off, though it does not inflict much harm, or pain. Name: Iron shackles Class: D Description: It's a pair of iron shackles like the ones used in prison. They are basically two metal rings connected with a chain, and a key that can unlock them. The size of the rings may be adjusted to fit different sized people, from kids, to muscular adults. They weigh 1.2 kg. Effect/Function: It's used to restrain the arms or legs of a person. Of course, doing so requires contact with the person. Stats - 45 Strength: 6 Accuracy: 10 Stamina: 7 Speed: 13 Magic: 9 Earned Stat Points Earned: 4/4 Arc Points Earned: 0/0 Jewels Earned: 900,000/900,000 Sources Sources Skills & Disciplines Escape Artist - Chorus is always quick in finding a way to escape from situations. She can find the most effective path with ease, and can avoid obstacles in her way. This doesn't change her speed, just how well she can make decisions on which path to take. Silent Stalker - Because of her small physique, Chorus is usually unnoticed by the people around her. She uses that to her advantage, and can move in a way most people won't see her. Vital Marking - Having read her fair share of anatomy books, Chorus knows a lot about the vital points of human and common animals. This of course doesn't mean she can always hit them, as that is dependent on her accuracy. Little Infiltrator - Because of her small body, Chorus can fit in small places or go through narrow areas with little difficulty, and is proficient in doing so. Basic Magic Knowledge - Chorus can recognize most simple magics like ex-quip, if she sees them. This doesn't mean she is always right and can often lead to wrong conclusions. If she sees fire, she thinks fire magic. She wouldn't elaborate on it any further. Magic Magic Name: Position Regulator Magic Type: Teleportation Tier of Magic: 1 Rank: 1 Magic Description:Position Regulator is a straightforward teleportation magic. The user can teleport herself or objects in contact with her a set distance. When teleporting herself, she can choose what objects she's currently touching can be taken with her, up to a cap. This allows her to teleport with all her clothes and belongings, but limits how many more people and/or items she can drag along. She can also teleport an object alone, besides herself, on the desired location. Objects teleported this way may retain a percentage of the velocity they'd have if thrown by the user. It is also possible to send another person somewhere, but is a difficult task, as teleportation is limited by mass. The ending position after a teleportation has strict limitations. It can only be somewhere the user can directly see. If the user is really familiar with an area, they could teleport to places out of their sight, like behind a wall, but doing so cannot guarantee the spell will succeed and is avoided unless necessary. Also, an object cannot be teleported into another object. It can be teleported inside something hollow, like a barrel, but it follows the same rules as above. At the end of a teleportation, the mass of two different objects cannot be touching. Finally, there's a limit to how close you can send an object to another person, but that distance is reduced by Rank. If an attempt is made at reaching an unseen area and there happens to be an object at the target location, the teleportation ends up at the location closest to the starting and ending place with enough space. If that's impossible, the teleportation fails. At higher ranks, it is possible to teleport items not in direct contact with the user. There still has to be a medium connecting the two, like trying to teleport a cup on a table you're touching, and it's what you can teleport in this manner is limited by how long a distance is traveled between the medium and the object. For example, if your limit is 20 meters, and there's a rock 10 meters away from you, but there's a gap between you reaching down 15 meters, you couldn't teleport that item. Techniques: 2/2 Split Second - 1 Type: Utility Range: 1 m Effect: The user teleports herself in any direction, up to 1 m for Rank 1. At the end of the teleport, she will be facing the same direction as when she started. She will retain her momentum from before the teleport. She can take up to 5 kg of items with her, not counting her body, clothes not included. Currently, her clothes, including her belt, weigh 1kg. If she holds over 5 kg of items she may choose which ones she wants to take with her, by visualizing the ones she will take and leaves the rest behind. The items left behind in this manner, remain in the exact position they were, and will most likely fall down. This is strictly a self-teleportation skill, others may not be affected. If she tries to reach an area occupied by another object, she arrives at the closest unoccupied area between her starting and target positions. If there's no such place, the teleportation fails. Teleportation can ignore all items in its path. Cooldown: 3 posts Instant Transfer - 1 Type: Utility Range: 4 m Effect: The user sends an object they're in contact with to a desired location. This location may be in or outside the user's sight in any direction. The direction the object is facing may be changed at arrival. The object is teleported and then follows a trajectory desired by the user with 50% of the Speed it would have if thrown by the user at no more than 5 Speed, and 50% of the range it'd reach at no more than 5 meters. It may also follow no trajectory at all and remain still. The object may not be heavier than 1 kg. The ending location may not be closer than 2 meters of another person, besides the user. If she tries to teleport an object to an area occupied by another object, it will arrive at the closest unoccupied area between her position and target location, and can still follow a trajectory like stated above. -Weight value on your dagger, throwing knife and shackles too. "Swift Runner" "Precise Attacker" Though I have no issue with the actual skill itself, the name is implying that she is fast, and that she is precise. Now considering her accuracy and speed scores, that isn't true is it? Just change the names.
Can the user transport in any direction? If she is carrying over 5kgs of items with her and she attempted to teleport, what happens? Are they just dumped or does the teleport fail? Is it possible to carry other people at this rank? If so, do they have to be willing to be teleported or can they be teleported unwillingly? If she teleports somewhere and something occupies the space she is teleporting to, what happens?
What happens if she teleports something where an object is already occupying the area? Does it teleport to the closest area other than the target area? "The user sends an object they're in contact with to a desired location. The direction the object is facing may be changed at arrival. The object may not be over 1 kg, and can retain up to 50% of the Speed it'd have if thrown like normal." You clearly stated you need to be in contact with an object to teleport it. You're not in contact if you throw it, are you? |

CHAINSAW Split Second What happens to the items left behind? How does she exactly 'choose' those items? Instant Transfer Can this be done anywhere within 4m even with out sight of the target location? |
