Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

Diaev could only watch the conversation unfold. The request itself was completely moronic and there was no chance the request could be done in any way at all! How the hell were they supposed to gather every single skirt in the world? If he loved skirts so much, then perhaps he did some of his research and did a survey on the amount of skirts in the world and then made absurd calculations with skirts made per second to come up with a total for every moment a skirt was made. The only reasonable way to make sure he was in ownership of all skirts was to do a major skirt recall in every society there ever was, give the organisation control of all clothing assets in the world, and then prohibit the creation of skirts outside of the group's own jurisdiction. Even then, there was no way he could amass every skirt in the world. There was just no point. They might as well have let the hostages die, the skirts were far more valuable in Diaev's eyes, and he shuddered at that thought. So what was the obvious solution? Diaev could have dived up onto the desk and sliced the pirates throat with a spell right now if he wanted to. Then again, hostages. God damn it. If they removed the hostages, the solution was so, so simple. Diaev rubbed his temples and sighed. Stella then finished with her negotiation and stood up, so Diaev quickly did the same, watching the pirate closely.

"Aye, it be a deal lassy." The pirate responded, standing up along with them. The parrot let out a gawk of approval and the pirate smiled, letting out a giggle at his parrot friend. He stroked the cyborg parrot, which was staring at Diaev oddly. Right in the eyes, as if it knew something. The giant suddenly felt overwhelmed with a feeling of discomfort, trying to look away from the parrot without looking rude, which wasn't exactly going well. Diaev was about to speak up about the situation, but then the pirate began to speak again. "Though...you'll probably want to see the hostages, and I feel uncomfortable with either of you not wearing my own brand of skirts..." The pirate paused and Diaev's eyes widened. This was not fucking happening. No way in hell it was! "So, I'll be asking you to kindly put on these skirts until you leave." Opening his drawer, he took out two of the skirts and handed them to both of them. Holding it loosely, Diaev looked down at it in utter shock. It was either the pride of the giant or the hostages right now, and Diaev really wasn't sure. He didn't want to take such a massive blow to his manliness, for men everywhere it would be devastating, to wear a female garment would be the ultimate form of embarrassment. Then, Diaev looked down at the ground, taking a deep breath.

"U-understood..." Diaev said, shivering, not out of fear nor embarrassment, no, it was because of pure anger. Now, Diaev had already put all of his mental facilities onto one task, and that was keeping him sane throughout the entire ordeal, naturally, he didn't think to question if what he was doing right now was a display of public indecency, but he really did not give a flying fuck. Grabing the buckle of his belt, the giant pulled it off, throwing it to the side. He undid his trousers and pulled them off, and for a moment felt like an idiot stood there in just the top half of a suit and boxers with a love heart pattern on them. Grabbing the skirt again, Diaev gulped as he slowly raised a leg, his body doing everything to stop him. Though, this was something he had to do. He suddenly pushed a leg down and into the skirt, the moment it hit the floor, his second leg followed and he found himself slowly moving the skirt upwards, finally fastening it. Diaev stood there for a moment, just looking at the ground. He said nothing, did nothing. It was an awkward silence, but if you listened you could hear the sound of his automail shaking, the metal components clanking together. Then, all too suddenly, a violent air began to fill the room. Uh oh.

"Stella..." Diaev said, his voice almost inaudible. "Sorry in advance." It took one swift movement and Diaev was already in front of the pirate. If the pirate was fast enough, he could see the flames of rage reflected in Diaev's eyes, though before he would have a chance to do or say anything, Diaev would shoot his fist forward in one fluid movement, slamming straight into the pirate's abdomen, winding him and forcing a large ball of spit to shoot straight out of his mouth. Though the giant had only just begun his barrage. He fired about a dozen more shots to the pirate's abdomen, all at full power too. When he was done, the giant just stood there, panting. The pirate had long since fell unconscious and it was apparent the giant could only take so much before having to kill someone. Then, Diaev looked around for a minute. Where the hell was the bird?

"Hey, where did the-?" Diaev looked to the window, watching the bird as it flew out. "Shit! Catch it! Quick!"

The warm feeling of relief washed over Stella as she heard the ‘pirate’ agree to giving them a day in order to sort out the demand that he had asked of them, while it was completely and utterly insane and there was no way it could ever be done the pair of mages from Quatro Cerberus had effectively bought themselves the time they needed to look around the compound and find the hostages. A smile and a nod of agreement was shared between the takeover mage and the ‘pirate’ and his ‘bird’ before something completely unexpected was brought up, the man was going to show them the hostages? This revelation stumped Stella as she couldn’t figure out why someone would offer to show the very thing that is his bargaining tool, if they knew where the hostages were why didn’t he think that they could share that information with the knights and therefore get them rescued crushing his plan for worldwide skirt domination? No matter why the man was offering what he was offering Stella knew it was an opportunity that they couldn’t pass up, that was changed however as a strange development unfolded.

Skirts? They had to wear the man’s brand of skirts if they were to see the hostages? This day was just getting more and more confusing and Stella had a feeling that it wasn’t going to stop it’s spiral into the depths of insanity any time soon. Obviously the term to view the hostages was no big deal for the female in the room, she wore skirts all the time so the wearing of such a garment despite how utterly hideous it was wasn’t a giant ordeal…the same couldn’t be said for her manly counterpart for the assignment though. A quick glance over to Diaev was all it took to read his face like a book, shock and if she wasn’t wrong disgust was written all over his face and was spreading to his voice and body language rapidly. Surely it wasn’t such a big deal to just wear an ugly skirt for a while if it was for such an important cause right, even for a man? As Diaev began to move to undress himself however Stella suddenly came to the realisation that getting changed into the skirt wouldn’t be happening in privacy, a jolt shot throughout her body and she started biting her bottom lip after turning around to face the opposite direction to her partner. Taking a deep breath Stella began to repeat in her mind that if it was to save innocent people and her partner was strong enough to be so she could be seen in her underwear for a moment too, that line of thought was quickly interrupted however as that very person spoke to her.

His tone was quiet and she knew he was speaking to her something he hadn’t wanted the other person in the room to overhear, part of her knew what was going to happen as an apology escaped the metal mage’s mouth and yet for all intensive purposes she appeared as shocked as anyone could be. The sound of the collision between Diaev’s fist and the ‘pirate’ spun Stella around but it wasn’t until she saw the scene that her mouth gaped open and her amethyst eyes widened, had he really just beaten the man to death over wearing a skirt?! Had he really just blown their cover so he wouldn’t have to wear a skirt?! Knowing that he could have just effectively killed the hostages Stella lashed out with both hands, each would collide with the giant’s shoulders in a shove before she looked him in the eyes enraged. “What are you doing?!”, what she had to say and even her shove didn’t seem to be noticed as the giant that was Diaev merely scanned the room and shouted for them both to catch the fleeing parrot however and despite being angry with the man she knew that catching the bird was more important at the given time.

Watching as the bird flew out an open window Stella launched into action running after it, she had looked out the window upon entering the room and knew that there was a rooftop roughly a storey beneath it for which to land. A running step to the windowsill gave the mage the footing she needed to push off of in order to leap out trying to catch the parrot in mid air, unfortunately it had gained a head start and outdistanced her by roughly half a meter. Missing her target Stella began to fall to the rooftop below but not wasting time she triggered her magic and called upon the aid of one of her spirit’s; Talim Saika the assassin. She would need speed and agility to catch this bird and that was exactly what Talim would grant her for the duration of their fusion; mid air the mage’s clothes began to glow taking on a uniform light blue colour before morphing shape to the armour that Talim granted her. Finally the glow would dissipate into the air in the form of particles leaving behind the full detail and drastic change of the armour behind and with it came the power that Talim could give her. Taking off at what were rather incredible speeds Stella chased the bird along a-joining rooftops with -hopefully- Diaev in pursuit.

The giant watched as the pirate, now likely dead, lost all sense of structure and flopped, letting out a thud sound as he hit the ground. Quickly, Diaev stepped back, just so he wouldn't see up the skirt he was currently wearing, that would be really embarrassing. He slightly understood women a little more now, though it was nothing substantial. His focus had suddenly shifted, he let Stella do the chasing and contemplated the benefits of wearing a skirt in combat. Nothing was restricting his legs at all, he felt free wearing a skirt, feeling the breeze between his knees. Though, he had no time, he could not be seen like this. He quickly put his usual pants back on, throwing the skirt under the desk as quickly as he could. Suddenly, there were two knocks at the door and Diaev stood there for a moment, petrified. Crap. If he had blown their already rocky cover now the hostages would surely be trapped in skirtdom! Diaev thought quickly and propped the dead pirate up onto the chair, his head leaned back, Diaev knelt and hid under the desk. Quickly, he flopped the pirates head forward though, to hide his mouth for what he was about to do. The giant gulped and hoped that he could pull whatever he was planning off, first time.

"Boss, is everything OK?" The door suddenly opened. A young man, about 17 walked into the room, wearing a T-shirt that said 'I <3 skirts!', though Diaev couldn't see the spectacle.

"Y-yes, everything is fine!" Diaev said, mimicking the pirate's voice as best he could, he gathered some magic around his hands just in case it failed. Somehow, it actually worked.

"Where are the negotiators?" The boy asked, then looked to the ground, seeing the skirt that had been thrown further than Diaev expected, it was just behind the two chairs. "Oh, I see...negotiating in a special way. I'll come back in two hours." The boy laughed and just left, when he heard the door close he looked up, it was clear. The hell did the boy think they were doing anyway? Diaev dashed to the window, the bird had made significant progress, but it was still going to get away from Stella at this rate. Quickly, he opened the drawer and pulled out the gun from before, aiming it towards the parrot, before it got away into the sky, Diaev took aim and fired, and something extrodinary happened. A net of skirts shot forth from the gun, encasing the parrot. What the hell had these guys made? Skirt guns? Are you fucking serious? Was there nothing they hadn't done with the skirts already? The parrot quickly fell to the ground, it's wings constricted. Stella could catch it rather easily now. He gathered everything in the room, including the documents and the knife, he would probably need it after all. Climbing out of the window, as carefully as possible, he landed on the roof below. He just had to figure out where to go next.

Stella was fast and she was agile due to the aid that Talim was giving her through the use of her magic but even so she didn’t seem to be a match for the robotic bird that was SOMEHOW still remaining just out of her reach. Whether it was because the bird was just too high for her to grab with a jump or because the roofing below her feet suddenly began to slip away the mage just couldn’t get a firm hold on the slippery metallic feathers or feet that belonged to the fleeing parrot. Finally the moment when Stella was sure she had the bird in her grasp came but much to the blondes dismay and aggravation it showed just how much a robotic avian could annoy yet again. In the moment before her fingertips reached the tail feathers of the colourfully painted robotic bird Stella heard what could only be described as a mini jet powering up just before take off, but where was it coming from? Suddenly a bright blue flame burst from what would have been the bird’s digestive exit should it have been real and startled by the scene Stella retracted her hand to avoid having it burnt off entirely. There she stood on the rooftop with wide eyes and a slightly agape mouth as the bird seemingly made what was going to be it’s well deserved escape, had a rocket really just fired out of that parrots ass?! How the hell was she going to catch a rocket propelled parrot before it got away to let out news of the negotiators treachery?

Luckily for everyone that was pinning their hopes on the Quatro Cerberus mages the answer to at least one of those questions was firmly answered when something went flying over Stella’s head. She could hear something travelling through the air above her and glancing up to get a look at what it was Stella found herself somehow even more confused then she had been moments before. Breaking apart in the air what had appeared to be a large bullet turned into a net of sorts made of vibrant fabrics and timed to perfection -even if just out of luck- said net collided with the robot bird mid air bringing it hurtling to the ground below where Stella waited. Maybe she should have moved to catch the object captured in the net of skirts but honestly with everything that had just unfolded on top of everything since she’d started this assignment Stella couldn’t help but take a few moments to try and wrap her mind around the universes sudden revolt against sanity.

A skirt factory had been taken over by a group of skirt loving pirates; that was fact number one and although strange it was most definitely not the strangest to come. Those skirt pirates only demand was the complete ownership of all skirts and they wanted it done in a day; an impossible if not somewhat easy to believe fact number two for the pair that had met the pirates themselves. A robotic bird was somehow either in control or was one of the higher ups in the takeover of the factory and plans for skirt domination; sure why not. With everything else that was happening it didn’t seem all that out of place to the mage to be frank, when said robotic parrot jets away via a jet engine in it’s ass however things were reaching a new level of crazy. Slowly Stella approached the still twitching mass of skirts that had hit the rooftop and it was as she grew closer that the latest oddball revelation struck her. A net of skirts? Fired from a gun? What the hell?! Who the hell creates a gun that fires nets made of skirts for crying out loud?! Stella might have been stuck in this loop of endless questions and repeating facts from the day over and over again until Diaev arrived to snap her out of it but luckily -not for the robot bird mind you- some sparks from an injured wing joint caught the net of skirts on fire. Quickly drawn from her state of confusion Stella ran to the now flaming mess of skirts and quickly worked to pat it out. Great they’d totally broken the bird.

Although it might have been good that the bird couldn’t get away and blab to anyone about what had unfolded in the meeting Stella couldn’t help but wonder how they were to find the hostages without it’s aid. As she looked at the still sparking and now slightly smouldering wreckage of the robotic bird the mage caught a glimpse of movement in the corner of her eye and the quick glance in it’s direction revealed something both amazingly lucky and worryingly convenient. There in one of the windows was the terrified face of a worker that was being held hostage, with a gag in his mouth and his hands bound behind his back he tried to get the attention of the pair of mages on the rooftop by shaking about from side to side.

Diaev, noticing that they had subdued the parrot who would gab on about their efforts to one of the nearest guards, nodded and gave a thumbs up to Stella. Now realising all hope was lost for being stealthy, and that at the most he had bought at least half an hour, the giant quickly began to strip, oddly. kicking off his expensive shoes and ripping his shirt and suit jacket off, his trousers following suit and leaving him in just his boxers, he began to re-dress in his camo-pants, tank top and boots. He left the other stuff there and continued with what he was doing, jogging over to Stella quickly, he found a sparkle of glimmer in an otherwise hopeless endeavour. A hostage bound and gagged. Wearing nothing but a skirt. Jesus christ. Could skirts be any more overused? He noticed them and wiggled around a little, trying to get their attention, so Diaev moved to the window and looked around, under the window were a lot more of them! Everyone in just skirts, even the women! But they had skirts on their chests to hide their breasts of course, this group of pirate skirt-loving bandits needed to keep their decency in order here! Diaev looked around the room through the window, there were numerous guards, so to approach the situation, he would use his master technique. It was a large room. It was probably one of the areas where they stitched the skirts seeing as there were long workbenches in the room, it was large and pretty tall, so it wouldn't be an easy drop down either.

"OK. I've got a plan, follow my lead." The giant winked and took the knife he stole from the now dead Pirate. Taking a deep breath, he slammed the knife right through the window. "Look out below!" The giant roared, the hostages screamed and covered themselves, the guards in shock. Shooting out his automail hand, it caught onto one of the support beams and Diaev used it to swing over to the guards, retracting it the moment he flew towards them. Almost with perfect aim, he drop kicked the first guard in his path, right in the face. The giant crash landed with a loud 'oof', but quickly got back up, his fall thankfully broken. If it weren't apparent, there wasn't a single plan in the giant's head, he just wanted to kill them all at this point. Sure he had killing the man he had just kicked in the face, the giant jumped back up, a large stout man ran towards him with an extremely large, thick sword, so the giant naturally jumped out of the way, slicing him across the neck with the knife as quickly as he could. With his free hand, he grabbed the large sword quickly, finding it much more to his taste than a knife. He threw the knife quickly near one of the hostages. Hopefully one of them would be craft and use it to cut themselves free.

Suddenly, in no time at all, alarms rang out loudly. They had just blow their cover, but at least they had the hostages safe at this point. Though as far as he was aware, it was just him against at least twenty five, if not, more against these guys. With a deep breath, Diaev prepared himself. As the men came, he cut them down, no aim in his swing, no skill with a sword, but he was determined to save every ounce of his magical power. With all of these retarded events going on around him lately, he never knew what might have happened, he might have fought some god awful apocalyptic demon skirt from the eighth circle of hell, or perhaps the avatar of a skirt incarnate. Despite his lack of skill with any kind of sword, he still carried one, he still had some knowledge, but his skill was so apparently non-existent that it was terrifying. It was as if his own strength and speed were the main factors behind his current victory. After taking about five men, there was no sign of exhaustion just yet, he stayed firm, a group of three charged at him and he suddenly swung his sword hard to the left his right side exposed, a spear suddenly grazed him as he struck down the man running towards him, a jet of blood shot out. Ignoring the pain, the giant winced and used the massive size of his sword to kill them both in one swing. They had begun to wise up, the giant really needed to get his act together.

The fact that the hostages were bound in skirts and nothing but skirts only validated the fact that those responsible the takeover of the skirt factory were mentally insane or damn well close to the border line. As she found herself staring at the man who had appeared in the window with a raised eyebrow Stella didn’t notice her companions actions until it was too late, snapped to attention by the sound of his voice the mage turned to see the man’s hands which contained a blade hurtling towards the window. Stella’s hand reached out to stop the action but it was by far too little too late, the window was struck and shattering into tiny pieces the barrier it had formed between them and the hostages room was destroyed. Before she knew it Diaev was entering the building with the use of his automail arm and a fight had begun between the guards stationed in the room and the pair of mages intent on rescuing the hostages they were holding prisoner. What Stella found strange however was the lack of alarms that rang considering the guards were under attack and they had broken a window, perhaps the skirt factory didn’t need high security measures? That made more and more sense as she thought on it considering it would have been easier for lunatics to break into and conquer and the fact that no one really breaks into a factory that makes skirts. The fight was well and truly on between Diaev and the guards he’d leapt into and so to aid her companion Stella also leapt into the fray, for now he seemed able to handle the men that were coming at him and so her attention was focused on getting the hostages untied and able to move quickly when the time came.

Leaping into the building through the window that Diaev had broken Stella used the agility and speed that her magical merger with Talim the assassin gave her to use the support beams of the building to land easily and safely. Quick to rush to the huddled hostages side the mage began cutting the skirts that were binding them with her blades, every now and then a guard would notice her actions and rush over to stop her but much to their dismay Stella was by far capable of handling herself. As the last hostage’s binds were cut alarms began to ring throughout the factory, it was delayed for them to be the cause but then again what else could it have been? Stella ushered the hostages to a corner of the room and armed the men with make shift weapons from the area around them before informing them to stay there and wait for further information. As a group of men surrounded Diaev and began to charge forwards at him Stella’s voice sounded out from his side, running towards him the mage was preparing to throw something that appeared by all means to be a sphere of dark magical energy gathering in the palm of her hand. “Diaev!”, as the word left her lips the orb left her hand and it didn’t take long for it to hit the ground at the mage’s feet.

Upon hitting the ground the orb burst into a cloud of shadow and almost immediately spread to encompass an area roughly four metres in diameter, this darkness was strange however and clearly not your usual run of the mill shadow. Somehow able to see his enemies clearly in the shadow Diaev was given a clear advantage as the men all began to shout out confused, the men were unable to see their target or even the allies that they had formed the attack with as long as they were in the cloud nor could they see anything from outside of the shadows borders and although it wasn’t a large area all of them had charged into it at once. If Diaev was fast he could easily disable them all before they made it out of the shadow’s embrace.

As the last of the guards in the room would fall an extremely short lived silence would take over before a loud blast/explosion would rip through the air causing the ground to rumble and the hostages to scream in fear. Outside the building on the other side of the compound a massive ball of flames and smoke filled the air, what on earth was going on, If they hadn’t caused that explosion then who had? As if the question that both thought was being answered by someone that had heard it a massive figure began to emerge from the cloud of smoke. High in the air a flying pirate ship emerged from the smoke of the explosion and atop it waved a black flag with a blue pair of pants upon it and the sails were made of obvious pairs of pants sewn together, pant pirates? Little did the pair know that they were about to be caught up in a war of sorts between ex-lovers. The captain of the pant pirates and the captain of the skirt pirates had indeed been homosexual lovers until just months ago, having a disagreement the pair broke up and upon that occurring two factions were created. Somehow the two Quatro Cerberus mages had found themselves in the middle of a pirate war; the skirt pirates that wanted ownership of all skirts and the pant pirates that deemed skirts the lesser of lower body garments that wanted to stop that very thing.

Stunned by the sight of the ship as it slowly emerged from the cloud of smoke firing it’s cannons on the buildings of the compound Stella could only stare with a slightly agape mouth, “Diaev are you seeing this or did I hit my head this morning when I took a shower”.

Even after the giant's stand off, he was only just starting to exhaust himself. Over the past few months he had really picked up a lot on his training, and to take this many on with a weapon he really had no experience with for this long was pretty impressive. Though, just as the numbers were thinning, things got worse more and more began to charge in, though in the nick of time, Stella threw down some sort of smoke grenade, it was odd, mainly because the giant could see inside of it, but his enemies seemed to be extremely confused as to what was going on. He had to take his opportunity, and the giant gladly did, charging around inside of the smoke and cutting down anybody in his way, most of the blows were crippling, but surely not fatal. They wouldn't be able to get up and fight any time soon, that was for sure. His job was just to get the hostages out right now, no need to go overkill and waste all of his time going for killing blows. Diaev remained relatively unscathed during his battles inside of the mysterious black smoke that his comrade had enveloped him in, sure, he got a few smaller scratches but it was nothing serious really. Once he had wiped out the enemies inside of the smoke, he looked around, there was still a substantial amount of enemies outside, and the fight would only be made more and more difficult as time went on.

The giant let out a groan of discontentment, he knew that he was vastly outnumbered and would soon have to resort to his magic in order to defeat these goons. He had a general idea as to how big the entire place was, but not how many people were currently in here, at the moment, it was a far better idea to blast a hole in the wall and have one of the two guard it and make sure they weren't chased by any of the pirates. Diaev was just about to run back and inform Stella of his plan, but all to suddenly, something rather annoying happened. The ground began to shake, and Diaev, knowing that it was a sign that shit was about to go down decided to run back to the hostages, and right he was, a cannon ball suddenly shot right through the roof of the factory, slamming into the many skirt soldiers, fire, brimstone and general death occuring. Multiple cannon blasts shot through the roof, hostages screaming, total chaos. When the cannons took a respite from their barrage, the giant looked up, ears ringing, seeing a giant pirate airship. Though this time, it was not skirt pirates, but it was in fact pants pirates. As if this whole endeavour could get any more retarded. The ship moved close to the building, and suddenly, a man jumped down, dressed in a pirate suit, but this time wearing bright blue pants.

"Show me Skirtswab!" The pirate roared, being the ruler of the crew apparently, his men jumped down behind him quickly, quickly engaging in a ruthless battle with the skirt-clad warriors. This was their chance. "I have a mark on that bastards head! The one ta' kill him gets ten million jewels!" With that. Diaev froze for a moment and thought. A smile spread across his lips and he looked back at Stella.

"I'm gonna blow a hole in that wall, get the hostages out. I'll make sure you're not followed." Though, really it was all just bullshit so he could kill 'Skirtswab' and reap the reward all for himself. Summoning up his demon spear in his right hand, he threw it at the wall, making sure it was clear first. A large hole was created, but attention was drawn to them, woops. Diaev stood in between the hostages and all of the pirates. "Go! I'll take all of these guys on!"

Within moments the situation had gone from intense and dangerous to even more intense and utterly confusing. With guards defeated and neither Stella nor her partner Diaev injured you would have thought that everything was winding up to a dramatic end now wouldn’t you, unfortunately for the two mages that now watched as a flying pirate ship blew apart the factory compound that was far from the scenario unravelling. They’d somehow been caught in the middle of a pirate war regarding garments and as strange and funny as it might have sounded the danger was definitely not laughable. The earth beneath Stella and the hostages began to shake as if an earthquake was beginning and realising what was going to happen the blonde mage shouted for the hostages to duck to the ground before doing so herself. What followed in the seconds after her voiced stopped was something straight out of an action movie; the sound of the building being torn asunder as a giant cannon ball shot from the pirate ship in question tore through it’s wall and roof took over and the feeling of the debris falling down towards those lucky enough not to be in it’s trajectory. With eyes clenched closed and hands covering her ears Stella was among the rest of those crouched down on the ground, luckily enough however a sixth sense of sorts told her to raise her vision to the air above her just in time to spot what would have been an untimely demise heading her way.

Perhaps it was fate that Stella was still in her magical merger with the spirit of Talim the assassin for if not able to access the powers she gave her through it the young woman would have been crushed beneath the giant pillar of wood that fell towards her. Using a technique she referred to only as ‘dodge’ Stella instantly teleported her position to that of roughly ten metres away where she was safe from injury, that however was the last piece of aid that Talim was going to be able to give her for the time being as when she stood tall once again the merger began to end and the weapons and attire that had been granted to her faded away to reveal her previous business attire. Returning to focus just in time to see what had to be the captain of the pirate ship that now hovered above the building leap down Stella approached both he and Diaev slowly motioning to the hostages to stay down and where they were. Following the captain however and his proclamation of seeking a man named Skirt swab a flood of his pirate crew leapt from the ship only to begin fighting with the skirt pirates, still confused Stella could draw only one logical conclusion from everything that was going on….the enemy of my enemy is my friend. If these pirates were going to be fighting the ones that were after both she and the hostages then they were her allies for now, “Diaev?”. The tone in which Stella spoke was one that told the giant man with smirk across his face she knew exactly what he was thinking and that it wasn’t a wise idea. Seemingly going straight over the man’s head as he thought of nothing but getting the money while she ensured the completion of their mission Stella’s words were ignored and the ‘order’ given that she get the hostages to safety while he ‘heroically’ held the forces from pursuing them. Yeah………..sure that was what he was going to do….and monkeys farted bunnies and shat rainbows.

An eye roll and a sigh were given by Stella as Diaev tore a hole in the wall far larger and far louder then necessary but was she really going to stand there and argue with a man that had been offered ten million jewels for a pirate’s head? No, no she wasn’t. Stella might not have known much about Diaev but she had the feeling that the man wasn’t the kind to turn away from ten million jewels even for the safety of the hostages and the completion of his mission, their reward was FAR less anyway. After tearing the side of the skirt she was wearing and mentally shedding a small tear for the price of the garment Stella turned to the hostages that awaited her orders like sheep to a Sheppard, “Follow me, we’re getting you out of here!”. With a newly acquired sword in her grasp courtesy of an unconscious pirate at her feet Stella waved to the hostages and lead the way out the large gaping hole in the wall and into the sunlight outside.

Dave - 3SP & 600k Jewels
Lightning - 3SP & 600k Jewels

Too bad the thread wasn't finished, but the length and quality (hilarity and tear-jerking madness with the skirts) it was a very entertaining read and it's unfortunate that what would happen to Skirtswab won't be known… Anyway, giving bonuses for fantastic posts from you both.
