Hey everyone! It's May and you know what that means? Yeah, me neither. There's not a whole lot in terms of major news right now, except for maybe some clarification on some forms of magic like usual. As for a new event? Right now, we're just having the April Event (Bosco Invasion part 3) taking place, which runs into the middle of May. But, one cool new thing that we're introducing this month is SS-Class items. Now you have something to grind and agonize over! Yay, isn't that just lovely? I think so. You can find more info on that in the Equipment and Item Creation section in the rules. That's it for now, folks! If I get anything new to add to this you can guarantee that I will do so. Yovel was travelling with Vits over the plains when he came across a small village. The village was sitting at the edge of a swamp and it looked extremely large so Yovel felt it was best of the two of them to rest in the village first before setting out over the the swamp. He and Vits walked into town and noticed that there were many people moving about. It was busy, but there was a large group that was congregating around the furthest edge of town. He walked closer and noticed that there were many injured people that were walking from the swamp. They were groaning in pain as they made their way back to the village. Most of them were still fine and alright as they were able to move, but it looks like they will need a few days or rest first. There was a strange man in silver armour that was standing on a podium near the edge of the swamp. He was shouting something to the people as they were making their way back. Fear not. We will destroy the evil demon lord that lives in the swamp and we will purge him and his foul minions from the world. He was greeted with a cheer from the crowd of people as he kept watch from the swamp. Yovel felt that this might be a tad annoying and decided to find a place to stay and rest for now. He and Vits walked down the streets and eventually came across to the inn. It was the only place that had spare beds for weary travellers, though as Yovel entered there were many injured people. It looked like a make shift clinic and Yovel walked up to the inn keeper to find out more. |

Reggie was travelling to east fiore to shop for some clothes. But she ended up riding the wrong train. She still got to east fiore, but not on the shopping district. Instead, she just found herself walking out of the train and realized that she's in a wrong place. The village nearby doesn't seem odd to her. But she's lost and she doesn't even know where she is. Good thing Reggie is not wearing her guild uniform today. If she did, dark wizards might go after her and kill her. With just a thought of it, Reggie wanted to go back home. The village seemed to be very busy. Reggie was walking down the path when she saw a white rabbit. She then remembered the time she travel alone to Trillium. After chasing the white rabbit, she ended up fighting an evil boss who was trying to kill a girl's uncle. With that in her mind, Reggie ran away from the rabbit. The people didn't mind her running through the street, as if she was chased by a bad guy. They're too busy to notice her. Reggie got tired and rest in a corner of the fence near a house. Her white shirt is already wet with sweat. She then tried to cover her butt with her short black lolita skirt as she sat down on the dusty ground. The village was really busy with their daily lives. They didn't even notice her running around even if she is dressed differently from them. One would easily noticed her from the crowd with the outfit that she's wearing. "What is this place?" Colonello wanderd on, looking down on a map he was given. He scratchs his head and sighs in confused manner. "Where the hell am I." He continues too wlk and notices a a small village by a swamp, he then looks down at the map, "The is not on the map. Well, I guess i'm lost then." He rolls up the map and puts it in his sack and walks to the village. As he enters, he notices that theres a lot of wounded men and women heading away from the swamp, in a curious manner, he goes aginst the moving crowd, "Fear not. We will destroy the evil demon lord that lives in the swamp and we will purge him and his foul minions from the world" Says a man in plated armor, standing on a podium near the swamp. The crowd in frant cheer in excitment. It seems that theres alot going on, but first things first, info is needed on his location. His back's getting sore from lugging around his rifle to much. He walks over to the swamp, where a mysterious lingering feeling fills the air and send a chill down his spine. Something wasn't right here, and he wasn't sure wether he wanted to stay of mot to deal with it. A clanking sound from behind, he see's the man from the podium approching him from behind. "You there, are you here to help sly the beast and his army." Colonello turns around, "well... No... Hey wait" The armored mna grabs Colonello and drags him to the podium. "Here, this fine young man has volunteered to slat the beast!" The crowd cheers and the armored"Oh man, I never asked for this." man pushes him into the crowd, where they carried him into the town and barge into the inn, one guy said, "GET THIS MAN SOME FOOD AND A PLAE SLEEP!" Colonello gives up on his struggle and says to himself, "I'm in too deep now." |

Yovel walked up to the inn keeper and asked him what was going on in the village. It seemed to have turned into a army out post and things looked bad. Well, it started a few weeks ago when these unknown monsters showed up. They started to attack us and well luckily there was a guard unit stationed here as the monsters were out for blood. After the initial attack, they sent for some aid and now a crusader has arrived and are enlisting travellers and soliders to fight back. It's also strange though as even though we have had nothing of the sort, there is a being who lives in the swamp, but he has left us to live peacefully and left us alone. Just why is he doing this now? He looked at the injured men and continued to explain the situation to Yovel. Not many people make it out far into the swamp. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't as they encounter the beasts along the way. It's much more troublesome to fight the beast in the swamp as its really hard to move. We've already had a number of casualties and the crusader is trying his best to raise the morale. If you are thinking of staying, we don't have any rooms left in the inn. Travellers are being turned away because we don't have the capacity to provide them. Yovel thanked the inn keeper and wondered what he should do for a place to stay. Walking out, he climbed on Vits and thought it would be better to see what was going on. He and Vits started to walk back to the crusader. |

The people in the village seemed to be disturbed with their daily activities as a crowd came running to an unknown place. Few ladies who were with the crowd were talking about the swamp monster who kept on taking the lives of those who went to the said swamp. Reggie then remembered something. Something about a swamp monster whom the kids were talking about when she passed by them. They've mentioned that the part of the swamp near their village is not really dangerous. But people should stay away from the deeper parts of the swamp. Reggie was walking away from them when the child kept on talking about the swamp monster, so she didn't hear all the details of the stories. The people kept running to an unknown direction. Reggie followed them. They finally reached the swamp. It doesn't really look creepy there. Kids were even playing and fishing there. The crowd assembled near the muddy bank under a big tree. There were already a group of people who was already gathering there before they arrived. She could see one knight being praised by the village people for volunteering in slaying the swamp monster. The knight seemed that he doesn't want to do it, and he was just forced by the village people to do it. Reggie felt pity for him. It's a really dangerous quest to slay the swamp monster. But if the monster is not slain, then the lives of the village people will be in more danger. |

Colonello hits the floor hard as the crowd drop on top of the bar, shouting "speech speech" at the top of the lungs. Col stands and the crowd falls silent, gazing at him, being ready too cling on to his words. He just stands there saring at the crowd, and then takes off his rifles, dropping it on the bar. Boy oh boy, this seems abit of a troublesome situation. He thinks to himself. he had no idea on what the hell he was doing, yet alone has any info on what this beast is. Well, might as well give then what they want. He clears his throat and stands to attention. Sa he's about to speak, a man barges in shouting theres been another attack and that theres more wounded coming sortly. Everyone turn to the door to go aid the survivors. The bar now empty other than him and the barkeep. He lets out a sigh and jumps down, sitting on a stool. "That was a close one." He mutters to himself. "I see that you've been dragged into this, I'm sorry about that. They always seem to be keen for new fighters to slay the thing." He looks around again and didn't notice that there were really wounded people all around him. "Yeah, I was just grabbed and dragged here out of the blue. Say, these are the injured right?" He asks. "Yes they are, we ran out of rooms around the town, so tey had to come here. Say, are you really going to figt the beast?" He turns to the keep, "Not to sure, once I know what it is, then i'll go fight it. And don't worry, i'll sleep outside tonight" He gets up, grabs his rifle and heads to the door. The streets were busy, with people rushing around carrying the wounded to places where they can be treated. Col heads to the swamp again, flinging his rifle on to his back and dodgeing every one who are in a state of rush. He arrives at the swap again, saring outwards into it, gaining the ominous feel of what ever is lurking out there. It was time to scout the area, looking for any decent camping areas near the bog, so he can at least try and see whats out there. And so he starts moving around clockwise, looking for a flat surfaec away from the town. After a few hours, he hits a ncie grassy knoll. He throws his stuff to the ground and starts looking mor stuff to make a fire. After another hour, he sits by the warm fire, with it's smoke riseing, in the starry night sky, once again staring into the swamp once more. |

Yovel saw that a poor man had been dragged onto the podium for a speech. He was pretty good, but it seems that it would be better if they went into the swamp directly to deal with what ever was there. So Yovel and Vits swiftly left the village. They really didn't want to deal with bothersome people if they took off in the middle of town. They moved towards the nearby woods where Yovel jumped onto Vits. From there, Vits opened his wings and took to the sky. They swiftly took off and went towards the swamp. It was a normal swamp, covered in mud, water and fog. It seems that there aren't many safe patches to land in the swamp and the trees would be teeming with all sorts of dangerous animals. The two of them flew in the air for sometime, but eventually they had to land. Vits would get tired from flying long distances and they had been flying earlier in the day. So they decided to land on a high patch of ground. It was the only place that seemed remotely safe, but it was the best that they had. Landing, Yovel kept watched as Vits rested. It was getting late and he rather not attract anything to their position by creating a fire. So he just rested with Vits and kept an eye and ear out for anything that might be moving towards them. |

Reggie felt something strange as she watched the knight being harassed for a speech. As if a bad news is about to come. And this knight will be forced to fight these creature to end the misery of the village once and for all. She looked around the area, waiting for the people who will bring the news. But it seemed that there will no attacking from the creature today. She then turned to the knight in the midst of the crowd. Reggie knew he was struggling in finding the right words to say, by not scaring them and by not promising them that he can defeat the foul beast. The sound of footsteps appeared behind her. And she was right. There is a bad news. The knight was about to say his speech when the group was interrupted by another group of village people who was trying to tend the wounded ones. They've been attacked by the beast. It's about time this knight should do his part, though this may also endanger his life. Reggie wanted to get home before the sky turns dark. She headed to the station. She was walking through the dusty path from the village when a girl of her age approached her. "Are you heading to the station?" The girl asked. "Yes, I would like to go home." She smiled to Reggie and said. "Well, that's bad. There are no more trains that will passed by this village. I think you should stay." Reggie wasn't shocked with that fact. She knew trains rarely passed through this village in this time of the day. "Don't worry! I'll let you stay in our house. There's just only me and my mother." The girl said. "Thank you!" Reggie replied. They both then headed to where the girl was leaving. It was not far from the bar where they went to after the assembly near the swamp. |

Col layed on the grass stareing at the night starry sky, resting his head on his arms. There had been no sign of this "Said" monster so far, things were quiet. Quiet to the fact of it being unatual, the air was still and not even the sound of crickets stirred the night. The uneasy feeling of this erputed in his gut, but there was no proof knowing what was around him at the time. His thoughts raced about the town labeling a so called "Challenger", all though his intentions were not he same. "I should lay low while I'm here, creating attention is the last thing I want." It was only a mere coincidence him being here. A spash erupte in the water and he bursts upwards to see what it was, grabbing his rifle and readying for a semi-aim. All it was is a fish jumping around in the water. He chuckles and shakes his head. He looks at the full moon, then see's a trail of smoke in the light of the moon, it was faint, but it still was still noticable. He looks around and see's a faint flicker of fire on the top of a hill, "Must be another camper. I should check it out." Colonello puts out the fire, grabs his rucksack and runs around the swamp to the other fire, keeping in te shadows so he cannot be noticed. Col hits the hill an lowers to a crawl, pulling out his flick knife. Reaching the top, theres a young blonde boy sitting by the fire. He runs and grabs the young blond boy, putting the knife to his neck. "Who are you and what are you doing up here?" |

Yovel wasn't surprised when the other fellow came running up the hill and placed a knife at his neck. It didn't bother Yovel at all since he noticed the guy earlier. Growing up in the forest, living with nature, he learnt how to keep aware of his surroundings for anything that might harm him. That and as well as Vits wasn't that happy either with the situation. The fellow asked Yovel who he was and what he was doing here, but Yovel had no obligation to answer his questions. The reason? Vits that what. Vits came up from behind the fellow and grabbed him with his talons. The big 2m bird screeched in anger as he threw the dude who threatened Yovel down the hill. Yovel relaxed as he released his magic as if they guy went any further then Yovel would have activated his glyphs. Eldingar should suffice considering humans don't fare well with electricity. It would not harm him per se, but the electrical currents would cause his body to lag in response. Yovel then turned to watch the fellow after Vits threw him down the hill and wondered what the fellow intended. It did not bother Yovel at all, but he was curious to why there was another fellow in this place. Could he be one of those people travelling in the swamp to defeat the master of this place? Yovel had thought of that as he actually never saw his face. |
