No I can't, they are only half way restored. Yovel summoned his glyphs, but they were incomplete, one could see that the glyph was slowy repairing itself so it could be used once more, but at the rate it was going, it would take a little bit longer. He had no magic in reserve, he only had three spells and nothing else. I'll be a decoy. I'm weakened and that means that I would be easy prey for them. You have to kill them in one shot cos my magic will require more time. Yovel stood up and squished a little slime monster that had tried to get close to him. It squealed as it died and blue ooze drained from its crushed body. He gripped his shoulder which was impaled by the tentacle just earlier and observed the battle that was ahead of him. He would need to try to survive the crap that he was going to get himself into. Vits was still knocked out by the tree and he couldn't go over there to check him. They were pinned down pretty badly actually as the tentacles could just come at them at any moment. The slime gods looked around and watched Yovel stand up as if it were an act of defiance. Yovel calmed himself and breathed slowly as he prepared for what might come next.

The slime gods opened their mouths once more and a tentacle from each squirmed out from their insides. It split into three and now Yovel had to deal with nine of them coming straight for him. He leapt out of the way as they impaled the ground and broke the earth. Yovel landed with a thump on the earth, but he didn't stay there for long. He rolled over as quickly as possible as the tentacles striked the ground where he was just moments ago. He noticed a tree nearby and rolled up onto his knees and slid behind the tree. He took one breathe before jumping out of there as all nine tentacles bulleted towards the tree and impaled the trunk. As Yovel jumped out of the way, he saw that there were chunks of wood being broken off by the impact caused by the tentacles and it actually had enough force that the tree started to fall down. It was falling towards the Slime gods, but before it hit they started to focus on the tree and it stopped midway. The tree shuddered and it was blown in the opposite direction. Yovel watched it fly into the air into the canopy above, but he had to keep moving. They were onto him again and he slid on the ground to avoid the next volley of strikes. It was good that they had their entire attention on him and it seems like that they had forgotten about Gin who was behind them.

Yovel had volunteered to run into the battlefield risking his life while Gin was to defeat the monster using his magic, Yovel had already displayed to Gin that he couldn’t use his magic so it’s now Gin’s time to do his thing. He watched as Yovel ran out into the open where the slime god things were, they had launched several various attacks at Yovel as he tried to distract the monsters and divide their attention from Gin. Gin could tell that he had succeeded as they were now only attacking Yovel. This was his opportunity; Gin took his lead heading up behind the monsters. They had seemed to have opened themselves up now, Gin lead up with his sprint towards the back of all 3 of the monsters. One had already read his movements and turned shooting out the black tentacle at him, it was heading directly for his heart. He quickly reacted smacking his fist to his palm smashing it out forwards, his ice shield sprung forth protecting him from the black tentacle. The tentacle struggled and make it several inches away from Gins body, he was sweating severely.

He smirked placing his left and right hands out forward, 5 ice lances thrusted out from his hands shooting through five points of his ice shield that were already weakened by Gin. They shot past and spread out between the three monsters, they had all dug into the backs of the monsters and passed through their entire bodies. Gin fell backwards to the ground as all of his magical effects wore off from exhaustion, all of the ice shattered to bits. The monsters were viewed of with holes precisely through the middle of their bodies, it had seemed to be that they were barely moving and shaking at the same time. They trembled before the damage made to their bodies unable to speak. “A-are you alright?” he shouted across the area as he laid down injured,

Gin had succesfully taken out the slime gods with his spell. The lances pieced each slime god's body and speared their insides. They were on the ground struggling to move as blue blood oozed from their wounds. They were shuddering badly as they attempted to stay alive, the tentacles flopping about on the ground struggling to find something to recover. Their bodies started to fall apart as their life was slipping away from them and eventually the slime turned hard and it was this grey dusty substance. A gust of wind blew past and chunks of the body were scattered away. Yovel was clutching his shoulder in pain now since it was still bleeding profusely. The entire time he was trying to lead the slime god's away the wound in his shoulder was bleeding. He felt dizzy and he needed to rest, but treating their wounds would be the top priority. He looked over to Vits and he saw that Vits was alright. He was resting up against the branch as the battle had ended and awaited what would happen next.

The winds rustled and something seemed very strange. He then realised that it was still dark around the dead body's of the slime gods and he wondered what had happened. The area glowed dark red and the voice boomed again So you were able to defeat my minions? Congratulations. Now how about the rest of them? There were screeches that could be heard from afar and then lots of noise. It sounded like a lot of movement as something was approaching them.

There were slime creatures running towards the pair and it seemed as if they were intent on killing them. The slimed creatures were breaking down trees as they slammed into them and some were getting crushed as they slip on the jungle floor creating a splash of blue blood to squirt everywhere. It was seriously no situation for them to stay and he looked over to Vits. Vits stood up proud and cried out as he started to fly. He swooped beside Yovel and Yovel jumped onto Vits. He then turned to Gin and flew towards him. He then grabbed Vits with his talons gently as he activated his magic. He needed Carry Flight to carry an extra person through the air and then Speed Flight. The Speed Flight spell boosted Vits speed and they soared through the tree tops and in the sky above the jungle. Yovel was scanning the area to see where they should go and spotted a large and dense tree with a large canopy. He told Vits to fly towards the tree as it was close by and Vits would loose the ability to carry an extra person soon. They landed on the canopy and the ground was so firm. The leaves were so dense and thick that it could support the weight of people. They walked across the tree top and they felt the ground rumble. Yovel spreaded the tree leaves out of the way, but they were pretty dense, but eventually dug his way through and looked down onto the ground. The slime monsters were running through the ground looking for them and they kept on running. Eventually they disappeared and Yovel collapsed on the canopy and stretched out. He was so tired and he had hoped that they could rest for a bit. He sat up and pulled out his healing salves. He had five jars left of the healing salve and he looked over to Gin and said Here is a jar of healing salve, it will help with those cuts and small wounds. Just smear a little bit over the wound. But could you also help me treat the wound in my shoulder. Its to big to be treated by the healing salves, they are just not strong enough Yovel proceeded to take off his poncho and then his armour and sat half naked on the canopy with a lot of dried blood around 2cm cut in his shoulder. Yovel pulled back one side and it showed how deep the tentacle had penetrated him and it caused more blood to flow out from his fleshy insides.

Gin still laid on his back, trying to recover his body. But a noise had appeared saying that we had defeated his minions or something like that, Gin was shocked twisting his head around to see what was to come from behind him. He could hear several of the monsters rushing out at them from behind, he couldn’t really move at the time be. “There’s other ones of them?” he said as the bird that this mysterious mage had owned picked him up from his talon, he was carrying the other mage as well surprisingly. They soared across the jungle and then took station at a nearby tree as the bird had seemed to be getting tired, they dropped down into the tree Gin taking his footing for a few steps and then stationing himself on his butt furthermore along the branch. Yovel then offered him an item known as a healing salve, it was a healing item for wounds as he had said. Gin took the salve looking around the insides of it, it was a bit strange but he shrugged and flicked the lid off. He dipped his finger into the salve taking a small portion of the substance out. He never really liked icky creams and all of those appliances. Gin bit on the piece of shirt tied onto his left arm, it tore off and he released it causing it to fall of the branch onto the ground. He looked over to see where the shirt piece landed making sure it wasn’t in a bad spot. Anyway, he rubbed the substance from the healing salve onto his arm. It was spread into the wound, he believed that this would heal it as he thought.

He repeated the process all over each of his wounds until all of his pieces of his shirt were ripped off and he was now left without any cloth to cover his upper body. He looked over to Yovel, he was wondering about who this stranger was all of a sudden that he had met in the forest. “So who are you, you’re a mage right?” he asked. “And umm, how do I help you heal your wound?” he asked as he heard the howls of the animals closing in on their location. But it didn’t really sound like that, it was more that they were already in the area, but how? He took a quick glare to his right and then used the tree trunk to aid his standing, he felt something bristle against the side of his head. He saw as the little baby goo monsters were in some form of nest. He looked along the branches and the trees surrounding them, they were just everywhere. This couldn’t be a breeding ground, could it be? He thought as the three babies in the one beside his head had began eating each other. They were trying to morph into a larger one and Gin already had knowledge of their capabilities, he swung his fast along the side of his face knocking it into the gut of the monster. It was sent off the edge of the tree banging into some branches along the way on its fall. “I’m Gin if you wanted to know, and I think it’s time to start moving!”

Whilst Gin was treating his own wounds, Yovel looked at the puncture wound that was made. It was painful and he had lost quite a bit of blood from it. It was worse when he was running about earlier as he attempted to act as a decoy as all the blood pumping into his body. The wound would start bleeding again soon if they had to run and so Yovel had to deal with it himself. He finally had his glyphs back and he acted one Eldur glyph. A small flamed popped out on the tip of his palm and he pointed it himself. He started to burn the wound shut, sealing all the flesh together. It would turn it into a mangled mess, but it was the best option he had now. He then smeared a healing salve all over the wound and he could feel it working. The pain was subsiding and it was cooling off. He then went to get his armour back on and then his poncho.

“So who are you, you’re a mage right?” Didn't I tell you that my name was Yovel when we first met? Maybe maybe not? “And umm, how do I help you heal your wound?” It's fine now. I'm cauterized the wound for now. My shoulder is much weaker now and with the amount of blood lost I've experienced, I need to rest. Not to mention that I might get a fever from bacteria since my wound was open for so long. They were then disturbed by a loud growling and Gin had went off to explore the nearby area. He came back quickly and said “I’m Gin if you wanted to know, and I think it’s time to start moving!” Yovel felt unsetteld and Vits flew into the air screeching. The trees around the rustled a lot and jelly monsters were climbing across the tree. The branches were teeming with them as they squirmed across towards the pair. Yovel looked around to see where they could go, but he noticed the ground was covered in so many of them.

The ones in the branches were wriggling towards them and Yovel started to run across the branch. He might as well try to get away from them and as he ran towards a few of them. He kicked them out of the way. The slime went flying in the air and it fell towards the ground. Yovel eventually reached the trunk of the tree and saw what Gin had noticed earlier. There were nests of goo hanging from the branches above them with little goo babies squirming out of them. It seems like they wanted to eat something other than other good babies. One of them tried to jump onto Yovel, but it missed at it smacked on the trunk. Yovel slapped the goo monster away and backed up. More goo babies were making their way towards them. Yovel then did something desperate. He turned to Gin and said Sorry. Four Eldur glyphs appeared infront of Yovel and he activated it. The fire blasted the trunk and it was set ablaze. The goo babies were squealing as they died and Yovel attempted to walk back as a far as he could. The tree was on fire and all the nest were burning up, but they really had no other way to escape.

Gin watched as Yovel helped in the constant attacking of the goo monsters, as they desperately tried to fend them off. Gin with his sword out swiping every second from one side to another, he was just so outnumbered that it was hardly fair. He swiping his sword up lashing it across the chest of a slime, who then fell out of the tree shuttering. He stumbled back a few steps and turned around as Yovel said sorry to him, he looked confused, very confused. “What fo…” there were four glyphs that had just fired fire everywhere. The tree went a lit as the fire spread quickly over a short amount of time. Gin looked around seeing as all of the goo’s were being burnt up to the crisp, but then he had forgotten that the fire was getting to him now as well. “Crap!” he yelled as the dazzling blaze took out the branch he was standing on, and sent it falling to the ground. During Gins mid-air travel he looked to his sides trying to find something worthy of his grip. Gin then noticed the next tree beside him, in a small grin, Gin took the little boost he got from the branch and launched himself up onto the tree to his side. Grasping out towards the tree, he thought his hand couldn’t extend the length, but with the aid of a small flutter of the wind his fingertips reached it. He held on tightly, but it was barely enough for the grip on his fingertips. With a quick glimpse of strength that rushed through his arm he was able to lift the slightest amount of his body, and then allow his full hand to reach over the branch gripping it tightly. He flicked his body over the branch resting on his gut, the rest of his body was left dangling while he watched the tree to his side burn down from the core.

The tree quickly came to its down coming, which had involved blue ooze falling down as though the tree was made out of wax. Gin could hear the screams of the dying monsters on the ground, they had seemed to have been defeated. Gin sighed dropping down from the branch that he was in, he had quite a bigger fall then he had expected and ended up landing on his backside. From there Gin took a lay down on his back moaning from all of his sores, it was rather annoying the company out in the jungle, it makes him wonder why he ever comes here. Still on his back, he looked around to see Yovel, it was hard to spot him around the area so he just sighed and called out “Yovel, are you here?” he placed his arms behind his head and laid flat on the soft grass in the area. The blue ooze was still a few meters away from Gin, but he wasn’t focused on this at the moment. Gin looked too his right and saw to his amazement a slab of concrete and then a drop, which he had expected to be a stairway. “Huh?”

Yovel was falling down to the ground as the branch had burnt and broke from the rest of the flaming tree. All around him were pieces of charred slime monsters as they feel down to the ground. He lost sight of Gin as he was falling down, flames were flickering everywhere and he was unfocused. Looking around he saw Vits flying down towards him and Yovel stretched out his hands. Even if Vits couldn't carry him for now, just falling down to the ground slower with Vits attempting to hold him up was enough. Yovel was grabbed by Vits and the two of them went towards the ground fast. Vits spread his wings out as far as he could so that he would be gliding. Yovel looked at the tree behind him and the trunk started to break and collapse. Its started to fall down to the ground and there was a fountain of blue blood squirting everywhere as it landed. It must have crushed many goo monsters. They were dropping altitude and fast and so Yovel prepared for impact as they were to crash. He had no idea where Vits was going or what he was going to head into, but from where he was, he could see the ground getting closer. He then shuddered as Vits swooped up and the Inertia smacked Yovel. Vits was able to slow their speed down drastically, but the sudden change in momentum made Yovel felt as if he crashed into a tree. There was no visible signs to his body and he just felt extremely fatigued from that. They dragged themselves into a nearby fern and hid there for some time to recover from surviving the fall. Yovel wondered how Gin was doing when he noticed that his name was being called out. He also heard a noise being made as something like rock was moving across each other.

He limped out of the bush and told Vits to fly to safety, though Vits would have none of that. He was pecked by Vits on the back of the head and they continued to move through the jungle. There was a lot of howling and screeching behind them where the tree had burnt down and he turned around. It seemed that the jungle had caught fire and it was blazing out of control. Yovel and Vits limped as fast as they could to find Gin and figure a way to avoid the out of control fire.

Gin glancing towards the slab of country while he lifted his body up properly and he was now standing. Was that always there? He wondered as he took a few steps towards it, he took both of his feet onto the slab as he looked down into the stairway that seemed to go for a long way. It was lit up by torches on the sides as could be seen easily, he scratched his chin with a slight sense of adventure as he took one step onto the stairway. A small pause was made as Gin could hear some ones presence nearby him, he turned to look around and saw Yovel limping towards the open. Luckily Gin had spotted him, he ran over to see to Yovel and ask what is wrong. He reached Yovel’s side and placed a hand out in front of Yovel, who Gin still wasn’t sure that he had noticed him yet. “Yovel, are you alright? Well actually, I’m going to go and have a look at this tunnel thingy over here. If you can come that’s great, but if not you can just rest out here.”

After this Gin turned around and ventured his way back to the concrete or stone forming, and then made his way down the stairs. The stairway seemed to crumble piece by piece as of every step he had made, Gin decided he would venture through the tunnel just to see what he would get out of it. Gin began walking, it seemed rather dull in the place, there wasn’t exactly anything in this place as far as he can tell. “What a boring place!...” just a second after a tile below his foot slipped down, it seemed as though it was some kind of trap. Like when arrows were to shoot out, and they would be poisoned or something. The second later it seemed that the floor below him had dropped very quickly, he looked down with freight and saw the spike pit below him. His hand instantly lifted out to the nearest edge to him, he got grip of the edge nearest to the stairs. He was barely hanging on, Gins fingertips were just on the edge of the trap slipping before his eyes. Now the entire tunnel was blocked from one side to another, Gin felt the sudden strain raising on his hand. His fingers slipped off of the edge of the trap hole, he reached his hand up desperately but it was no use. So his momentum began falling into the pit where he was certain to die… "Crap!"

Thankfully Gin had found a tunnel where they can hide in whilst the fire raged above ground. Yovel and Vits quickly went down underground and rested. Gin went to venture down the tunnel and so Yovel took this time to rest. He looked over to Vits who was really tired. Vits had carried them up to the tree tops to hide only to drag Yovel from falling into the ground. That sudden breaking must have taken a number on Vits as well since Yovel was still feeling the effects. He leaned back into the wall and watched as the fire raged above. The entrance got hotter as the flames flickered about, but Yovel wasn't that worried. He and Vits moved down a tad further and he pulled out a canister of water. He then shared it with Vits and the two of them drank to keep hydrated. The humidity of the jungle sapped them without realising after some time.

He then heard Gin call out in surprise and he definately heard a loud and resounding "CRAP". Yovel stood up immediately and found that he wasn't limping so much now. He would limp every third or fourth step, but atleast he was moving faster now. He was walking down a stone formation when he accidently did a misstep and slipped on a crumbling piece of rock. He tumbled down the stairwell and landed onto the ground. Yovel was groaning from the pain until he remebered about Gin. He saw a giant hole and he hobbled (Yes he hobbled cos he was in so much pain at the moment) towards it and say Gin hanging for dear life. Yovel collapsed onto the ground since he was to battered and bruised to go down normally and grabbed Gin's forearm. Yovel was struggling to haul him up when he noticed Vits hopping down the stair case. Vits could not walk properly down the stairs and was jumping about. Once he came down to the floor where Yovel was failing to pull Gin up he just responded with a turn of the head. Yovel saw this and said Vits some help!?! Vits then realised that the were in trouble and walked down the corridor and looked over to see Gin who might fall into the death trap if Yovel released his grip. Vits walked to the edge of the trap and lowered one talon down. He quickly grabbed Gin with his talon and yanked him up. He really had no care about the pressure he placed on the talons when picking up Gin. Well he hoped he didn't use too much force that it punctured Gin's body, but he was tired and fatigued and he really did not want to do anything else except rest. Dropping Gin's body as quickly as possible on the ground Vits sat down and rested. Yovel collapsed and said Can we have five without anything trying to kill us?

The quick motion of your body falling into a trap that was to be your end, it’s a very bad and nervous feeling. Gin had just felt this sense of adrenaline and nervousness, he closed his eyes and prayed that he wouldn’t die. But after a few moments, he didn’t feel himself falling anymore. Was he dead, was it all already over? Gin opened his eyes to see this for himself, what he saw was Yovel gripping his arm. The warmth of his hand had knocked him out of it. Gin looking up now slightly surprised that he would’ve caught him like that, although Yovel’s grip on Gins hand was now fading, and Gin could feel this well. Although to his luck Vits had come and gripped Gin by his talon and flicked him over onto the stone floor. Gin then laid there on his back not moving much at all, his body was shaking from the rush of the situation. A near death experience would do this to almost any average human, Gin placed his hand in front of his face and watched as it shakes. Eventually in a few more minutes he had lost this shaking feeling, Yovel gave a small statement about them at least being able to rest for five minutes. Gin gave out a little hum in approval…

"Damn this thing scared the hell outta me, thanks for saving me Yovel." Vits gave a little chirp and looked at Gin "And oh yes, you too Vits!" He looked around to see the hole in the ground, he crawled his body over the edge of the spiked pit, the spikes in there were very nasty ones, they looked sharp and pointy which was the worst part about it. Gin puffed a few times, and then turned over to Yovel. “Shall we continue?” he asked as he placed his hand over the edge of the pit, his ice lances strutted out in a straight line, five of them all aligned with each other perfectly completed a small yet strong bridge across the pit. Gin crawled across it on his gut trying to get a bit of rest before he ventured onwards. Gin passed over the bridge and then got up onto his feet, he looked over to the other side of the bridge. “Let’s go then, it’s safe as long as you have some sense of balance by the way.”
