Vinkheart would roll his eyes as his bodyguard spoke out of turn yet again. It was like a curse this man just rambled and rambled on with out a stop, he much prefered him when he spoke of food or silence. Vinkheart would shoot a glance toward the yato body guard of his and just stared for a moment. " Comrades don't come with coin. Those bought with coin who shall lack and ill will toward there job hired or nothing but bums with poor work ethic not someone I call a comrade." Vinkheart would say with a cold harsh tone as if a scolding parent, but keeping his snake like words holding back more to his intent and purpose then said, giving the Yato time to assume there was perhaps a reason Vink was asking after a dark guild of all guilds to pick a fight with.

As Zoya did about the same to ignore Yama and continue on with buissness Vinkheart smiled as her gave him quite useful information, she had given him all he needed as for magical power to expect from the guild as well as a bit of idea of what magic to expect and names of people he could take out before the conflict. " I see, thats quite handy info " he would say waiting for Zoya ask for tit for tad, and surely she did. Asking where he knew noel from, this informaiton being cheap to Vinkheart he was still quite in control. " He did a bit of work for me unaware of my hobbies, as well did I...'assist' him with some trouble with a dark orginization known as Ragnarok, surely you know them too. " Vinkheart would explain raising air quotes as he said he assisted noel.

A moment would pass allowing Zoya to absorb the information and Vink would move onto the next question. " Where exactly if your Guild Hall located, and how many or who keeps watch of the outside. " He would ask, simple formation for lesser of value compared to the magical power he had just gained in his previous asking. If Vink was lucky Raven Tail used a local gang for outer security, making it much easier to remove them from the game before checkmate was attempted.

"Interesting, so Organization Thirteen has a hand in that guild too? And you had contact with Ragnarok, i heard they disbanded recently..."

It seemed the Yato had finally decided it was time to be serious about his job again as Yama's pipped in with a serious tone. It was not that he didn't want to help, but he was simply bored...they rose him just to play 20 questions and dramas, Yama was a man of action once he woke. He was much like a muramasa sword as once unsheathed, he got restless due to the urge to strike and draw blood.

But let not the random hijinks of the red head fool you, he was an intelligence para-military agent for one of the most powerful countries on earthland and a bounty hunter par few, so he knew plenty of what was on the know for the underground, not vinkheart level intelligence but enough to get around. Grunting as he found the strength to stand back up again, Yama cleaned his clothes with his hands and continue his speech, wincing every once in a while as he cross his arms over his chest, once more demonstrating the strength of his kind. A normal man would be screaming in pain like a howler monkey in amphetamines from the feelings Yama now classified as 'mildly irritating'. Taking a step closer and extending a hand in a conversational manner, Yama directed himself to Vink with serious eyes

"Organization Thirteen are in the interest of my brother-in law's organization, the Harsuame Sky Merchants. I would waive all current and future expenses for my services if you would let me take that 'Kyouya' boy alive and interrogate him personally. I am sure i can also drop the word you check out, and get you a cut on their best black market wares.

While not as a famous here as they were in the east, were even the Yato Triads paid them tribute and protection money, the Harusame Sky Merchants or also known as the 'Mobile Empire' or the 'Sky Pirates' was a name few in the know of the who was who in the black market would dare to cross. The Harusame is an officinally recognized merchant group but in truth they are a semi-criminal, para-military organization specializing in auctioning rare magic goods they find, trading virtually anything for a price and transportation of highly sensitive goods for VIP's using their own forces, no guilds involved.

The Harusame led by Takame Hiko, a former Haoleian noble and soldier, are often recognized as one of the most powerful enterprises, as they run over 50% of the eastern hemisphere legal and illegal trading and 25% of the world's drug cartels use them to transport their goods.

Their operation is housed over hundreds of different airships, forming a flotilla of cilivan owned vessels capable of going to a any nation on earthland due tot he fact these ships are hidden within one of earhtland's mega-storms, which are never ending weather features that travel trough the world and using their specially designed ships. Due the storm being almost impossible to navigate safely even with a prepared ship, the Harusame are functionally untouchable physically and being incredibly methodological in keeping their underground operations clean and untraceable back to them, no law enforcement group has ever managed to do a seize-able dent to the organization's massive coffers of money and rare goods.

From what it seemed, the black-haired man was satisfied with the information she'd provided him with. Of course, that was good for her, out of several reasons. For one, he would be more trusting of her now, seeing that she was indeed ready to cooperate as long as he respected her wishes and gave something in return for the things she told him, and at the same time, that would finally make him talk and tell her everything he knew about the boy she was so interested in for who knows what reason. It may have been a bit selfish to strive for nothing else but the goal she had in front of her eyes, not paying attention to anything else around her, not even the Yato soldier that was speaking so wisely, his smart words something that she should've listened to, if she wasn't that deaf to everything else but what she wanted to hear. Truly, her interest was greatly narrowed, as she cared for nothing more or less than the possible ways to reach her goal..

Likewise, the information she had gotten from the black-haired guy was promising, but it was slightly too vague for her liking. Then again, it was most probably her own fault, considering the fact she'd asked a relatively general type of a question. Still, she wasn't too concerned about that; the first question was purposely set up so that she could see what sort of relationship the other had with the boy, just so that it would be a bit easier for her to set up the next questions she had in store for him. But now, it was the time for her to answer the other's next question, before she'd get the chance to ask her own. "The guild hall's location is a little bit out of the Trillium city that you see down below us in the valley. It's on the north part of the city. Actually, that means it's right on the other side of the city from where we are standing right now," Zoya said, pointing with her finger across the Fuchsia fields and the town, to the north. The fields were on the southern part of the town, completely opposite of the place she was pointing at, and since the city was rather large, it was hard to make out what was on the other side of it.

"It's a narrow, dark building, you won't miss it," she said, then proceeded with her answer: "There's always a couple of higher-class mages on the outpost, looking out to see if everything's alright. In case they notice any danger, they will immediately contact the rest of the mages in the guild." She brought her hand up to her braids and started playing with them a bit. "So, now that I've told you all of this.. Considering he's worked for you, that means he must be a guild mage. Tell me which guild he's from, and if you by any chance know for how long he's been a member of it. I'd like to know a bit about his guild life, if you care to tell me about it. The more you can tell me, the better," she noted, glancing at the dark-haired mage to see what he was going to tell her.

Vinkheart would frown slightly as Zoya started to explain the guild defences and location. Vinkheart had assumed the egotistical guild would be located in a high class place inside the city, however it wasnt, on top of which they seemed to not let their ego's stop them from tasking a few worth while mages not lowly gangsters or some such. This all complicated things, this changed things, it greatly changed things. The wheels spun full speed inside Vinkhearts head to think of a new plan of action to bring down this guild. However he would not get the time to calculate his new master plan as questions for Zoya side came in, he would have to put his thinking on the checkmate for Raven Tail on hold for a moment.

Gathering his wits about him again, despite a small bit of sweat on his forhead Vink would give Zoya her anwsers. " Fairy Tail. " he would say bluntly. Plaing his hand on his cheek and closing his eyes to properly think for a moment. " He is actully of some high standing inside the guild, with a fair repuation as a light mage. From my understanding he has quite a number of friends, however their names and guilds would require a bit more effort then I currently have invested in Noely-kins. " he would say giving Zoya exactly what she asked, but promising the hope of maybe more in future dealings between these two.

It was at this time Vink would address his body guard once again. " Your information is flawed, they are not disbaned, that i can assure you. However, your offer on the Harusume, can be looked into in the near future. " Vinkheart would tell the yato with a more respectful tone this time as he had finally said something of slight worth. Matters at hand still need adressing however.

" Final Question " Vinkheart would say seeming to have much in mind already with the information obtained from Zoya. " Is it true your guild has no allies, no underling guilds, no one to seek revenge beyond the guild it self? " Vinkheart would ask his stare dead serious looking into Zoya's eyes. He wanted a for sure information on Raven Tails true strength from a insider. This information was only known by those in high standing in other dark guilds or a member of Raven Tail itself.

If one expected anything from the yato, it would be eithier a mad grin out of the prospect of fighting new opponents or shock but Yama's face showed non when the news of Ragnaroks continued existence hit him, it showed disappointment and weariness....his shoulder sagged as the red head looked skywards and took a deep breath as if to steady himself for things to come. He would have to hope that Raoh would be better equipped to deal with the upcoming battles and relied less in his information for who knows what else he might have missed?

"i guess it shouldn't surprise me anymore....I will be right back" .

With those words, Yama turned around and move further away from the talking couple and pulled a small lacryma out of his pocket before whispering some words quietly away from his new contractor not as to spill national secrets of the haolei empire to the information broker making sure his lips where nowhere within vink's field of vision just in case the man read lips. Yama was a patriot and he would not in anyway threaten the home he fought so hard to reunited and so he would never willing tell Vink of his more 'colorful' past as a member of Raoh's court but even if he forced to reveal his hand, as the cycle of warfare had a way of doing, The hao empire would likely be the eye of the storm in the decades to come if war did break out due to it's ubication. For now Yama's message to his emperor was short

-We been duped, Ragnarok isn't over yet. Double Security on the border and Kill any suspected Double Agents-

Yama just hoped his message was ahead of time or at least none of the borders were already under way of being compromised before the empire was truly stable once more. Ragnarok took big hits so he assumed they would go under but it seems they were more studborn that he gave them credit. Standing aside and afar from the duo he was currently with, Yama's eyes turned fully red and his voice changed, much deeper and malevolent and whispered to himself as he pocketed the lacryma discreetly

"in time...all in it's time"

While Yama had moved away from her and the black-haired mage, Zoya thought a bit about the information she'd acquired from him about the one she was looking for. So, he was a part of a guild, a part of Fairy Tail, to be precise. When it came to that, things couldn't be better. Raven Tail was known for their hatred of Fairy Tail, as it had been formed long decades ago with the intention of turning that prosperous guild of Fiore into nothing but dust. So far, the strongest Light guild was still too powerful for them to be able to make a move, though Zoya knew that their master was doing everything in his power to find a way.

What could possibly be more convenient of the girl, who was after someone from that very same guild..? Perhaps, if he'd gotten so stronger, like the black-haired mage had mentioned, she could ask her guild master to get rid of him, telling him that the Fairy Tail mage was a thorn in the flesh. "I would be glad if you could find out the names and the guilds of those that are his friends, acquaintances and allies," the girl said. If she had such information, it would be much easier for her to decide on what to do at this point. Of course, the black-haired man had said he didn't have such information at present time, which meant that the two would have to meet again at some point, if she was to acquire it. However, the question was, whether she still had anything to give to the man after he'd asked her everything he needed to know about Raven Tail.

Then, the last question came. Zoya let her eyes linger on Vinkheart's for a moment, studying his gaze as he stared at her. "That is partially correct," she said then, "Our guild is not affiliated with any dark, or independent guilds, much less any light guilds. We also do not seek alliance with any mercenary guilds or the like, so we are pretty much on our own. The reason for that is, because our master believes we're strong enough to survive on our own," she explained. "However, it's not true that we do not seek revenge.. We are after Fairy Tail," she said. Finishing there, she simply stated her next question:

"You've said he's a mage of Fairy Tail. Considering he's a mage, can you tell me what kind of power he has, and what he's capable of doing? An example wouldn't hurt. Does he always rely on that magical power alone, or does he fight using his physical strength as well, or perhaps he depends on anything else as well..?" she would ask, looking at him.

Vinkheart would nod as Yama said he would be back in a moment " yes yes, go get struck by lightning over there " Vinkheart would say partially joking with the unaware Yato. Yama was completly unaware that Vinkheart had just given him high costing information. Information that Yama spared no time in sharing apparently with someone else. He was utterly and complete unaware that his 'food payment' had just gone out the window and perhaps a debt stacked onto the Yato shoulders for his haste. Vinkheart was a information broker something he even revealed to Yama, every word, every tid bit of information had value and power in it. Sharing said power had a price tag, a value to Vinkheart that only he could set for only he was the king of information brokers in Fiore.

Vinkheart's smile would stay in place as Zoya took his simple bait. Using the power of information he had just turned a simple meeting and exchange of information into something more. Zoya would now not only have to protect Vinkheart and his plans from being revealed to her guild and him being hunted down before they could happen or she would not get the information she wanted, this however was a double edged sword. Vinkheart was unable to take Zoya's life in the forseeable future, however as she would begin to answer Vinkhearts question, not killing her became a much needed perk for Zoya just became a pawn in Vinkhearts first big move against the Magic Council and the Guild System. However Zoya would now and possibly forever unaware of how she was apart of it all.

Moving onto Zoya's final question she would ask about Noel powers, a simple thing however she wasnt so naive to ask for a simple explaination, she wanted a example and details about his combat prowess, this girl was crafty when she had a target, something almost akin between her and Vinkheart.

" I havn't seen a great deal of him using his powers, but when I have from my understand its nature is that of a mental of telepathic one. His strongest spell from my understanding is that of a large blast of mental energy, he also however has a tricky power to read people, the depth of this I am unsure as I have always done well to just keep my guard up to be on the safe side. " Vinkheart would explain with a small snicker at the idea of Noel being unaware of just how much Vinkheart played both sides in all matters as a true Neutral Wizard. " However, he doesn't seem to be able to take much on the physical side as he fell from one shot from me however, he does have quite the dangerous little pet, a Owl that seems to always be with him, I am unsure of what it is able to do however, but I would not take any talking owl at that boys side lightly. Magic seems to flock to him in droves. " he would say seeming to pay Noel a compliment while warning Zoya at the same time.

The red-head knew it, the price was for this slight slip up of information would be high but his country was worth the price and it would be on his interest to keep contact with this man, after all, had to made sure the guy came out a straight well-intentioned extremist rather than something else as it happens to countless others absorbed by their own amibtions. Walking to the side of his new boss and giving him a head bow in silence, his face in stone as he let the information he accepted this debt. In full. Listening to to the description of this 'Noel Aramis' magic, Yama took a slight step forth when his boss was done explaining it

"allow me to share some of my knowledge, i have fought mind mages before so i can tell you a good strategy, no charge."

Crossing his arms, the red head seemed to close his eyes in pondering but in actual fact he was searching for his previous expirience across several lifetimes regarding mind mages and he recalled just how hard they were to bring down. If someone reads your mind you are pretty much at their mercy. Yama knew by expirience that the best way to deal with a mind mage was trough indirect combat, all out physical attacks are straight out unless you find a way to block the mental mage's mind from your own. Opening his eyes and taking a tone of exposition, Yama proceed to explain.

"First off, the best way to deal with a mind reader in a straight fight are chaotic attacks, basically use something like a shotgun or grenades since they can't predict it and if that fails, use fire, lots of it. Suffer not unclean mind mage to live, anoint him with the fire of your rage! "

Yama did grin savagely at the last part, ah fire...the answer to everything and one of the universe greatest creation's. Even as a martial artist who dislike using weapon he found it beautiful and as a smith who made weapons with fire, there was nothing more glorious or holy than fire.

Zoya listened closely to what either of them had to tell her. The fact that Noel was becoming a rather strong mage within his guild, didn't surprise her one bit. Neither did the kind of magic that he possessed, even though she knew fairly well that it wasn't exactly the most common one out there. Still, she didn't seem even the least bit intimidated or discouraged by the information and the warnings about the boy that she'd received. Considering her own power level, which Vinkheart and Yama had definitely picked on already, that'd mean she was either insane to even think about trying to fight him with such power, or.. she didn't intend to fight him at all.

"Thank you very much for your information," she thanked both the black-haired man, as well as the Yato for his final words and tips on how to defeat the young Mind mage. "You were very helpful to me," she said as she bowed slightly to each of them when she spoke, an act of courtesy and politeness than she'd been raised to do. She couldn't say she didn't have more questions that she wanted the answers to, but since the black-haired man hadn't asked her anything anymore, she assumed that their information exchange would end there.

That was fine with her. She'd found out quite some important information that she'd been struggling to get her hands on for the past few weeks, months even. That provided for a rather noticeable jump ahead in her plans, and for now she was satisfied with that. Surely, it would've been nice to ask a bit more questions about the boy, especially since the last answer Mr. Vinkheart had given had definitely opened up quite a number of new questions that she would want to ask. But for now, it was enough. "Is there anything else I can help you with?" she asked then.

Vinkheart would snicker lightly as Zoya seeming to be content with the information Vink had fed to her, this wasnt his first deal and he had gotten used to people taking the information gained from him quite well. After all Vinkheart was the best if not the only information broker in Fiore currently. However Vinkheart himself had taken alot from this deal more then most of his deal so one could say Vinkheart could feel quite happy with the information gained himself, which was rare in his line of work.

As Zoya would ask if there was anything else Vinkheart would simply just turn around the direction he had came and started to walk away, waving his hand as if to say goodbye he would just smile as he looked over his shoulder. " That is all for now, catcha later alagator " He would tell Zoya as he started to walk away.
